I have had it with this chic fil a. I just want to let you know if I had a choice I would eat at a different chic fil a, but this is the one near my work. Every time I come here the servers are rude. But today was the most ridiculous management has ever been. I ordered 3 meals and was told I have to wait for my order by the counter. It kinda surprised me because they usually give you a marker. Anyway, I asked and cashier said I have to stand and wait for it cos they will not deliver my order to my table. I am just like that is odd.. hmmm. So I waited and waited and about 7 min I asked someone and said I have been waiting there for 5 min. He said that I should be thankful they did not let me wait for 10min. Like wow! That was so rude. I told him well the cashier said it will be ready in five minutes and he laughs at me. When my order came, it was in a bag. It’s not even dine in. The cashier and I agreed she would give me a separate to go bag. But either way, really I should be thankful because I ate at your fast food restaurant. You all are rude with you’re soggy bread like it was dumped on cooking oil and salty chicken. I have dined on several chic fil a. I think you all need to take cues from other chic fil a. I was here around 2pm, you will see the floor is dirty, the trash is overflowing, one time I ate chicken sandwich and I threw up after. It didnt sit with me, but then I wondered maybe the food was stale. nobody wipes the table, I had to ask for them to wipe the table and found out the table was never wiped at all. My husband wiped the table for me. Nobody cares in their chic fil a you all. Health department should visit this place. They also gave us the wrong drink, my husband said to not make an issue. But it’s not okay. I should get what I pay for, haha, yeah, I got what I paid for, I came and paid for $40 crap service. As if, it was asking for too much, the attitude was top notch wow! I see at least 10 employees having a “meeting “, but they are sitting there in a long table bs-ing. I don’t blame the workers, I blame management cos obviously they need all the training they can get. And it’s like this every time I come here. Tables are dirty, they often take my orders wrong. I would correct it most times with the cashier but they would agree, then when I see the receipt it’s all messed up. It would have a long line behind me. But whatever! I just wanted to say you all have very poor customer service and oh and I maybe apologize cos I should be thankful you didnt let me wait 10 minutes oh wow! What a blessing!

Ms. Roxanne was so sweet to my 3 year old son. He didn't see me collecting our food while he was in play place, even though I could see him & he became a little sad. When I came back in to get him, she asked if she could let him make his own ice cream. It cheered him right up. Even though she was about to leave, she took the time to do that to make sure he was better& ok then left right after! I really appreciated the whole visit/ staff across the board.we usually come, but that was the best experience. I have pics for the special memory. Thank you, Ms. Roxanne!

Good standard Chick-fil-A as are all locations. Good chicken sandwich as usual. Odd young man in the dining room. First times asked if everything was OK. I told him all is well, it's just a chicken sandwich and not sure what else I would require. A few minutes later he comes by again with another inquiry 🙄 Seriously? 🙄 I finished up and left, service is appreciated, but not necessary.

I do not know what all the hype is about.... For me, the spicy chicken sandwich was average at best. I did not like that the sandwich was not dressed. Personal preference! The chocolate chip cookies are delicious! I will go back for those! I am told the salads are great. I will have to try one next visit.

Rare do I go to chick-fil-A and not enjoy the food here . Yet I had breakfast at chick-fil-A recently and I wasn't too thrilled with my order. As always the service was immaculate and compared to a number of chick-fil-As I've been to , this atmosphere was a tad better . They also had a small play area for children to enjoy in a separate glass window room with I thought was nice and had never seen at chick-fil-A before. I feel my meal ws small in proportion even though it was good !

I’ve never been the type to write a review but the lack of customer service is insane. This girl took my order at drive thru and kept rushing me telling me I’m taking too long to decide what I want, keep in mind I have only been choosing for a minute or even less. She was also rushing my order a lot asking if that is all 3x times in a sassy tone. Food was ok but never coming here again

The customer service is spot on here. We ordered food through the drive thru and needless to say when we arrived at our hotel we noticed just a couple of items missing. Called over the phone and we're super apologetic and made it up with a smile and a free meal. The restaurant has plenty of seating area. Double drive thru lanes help alleviate rush hour ordering.

There is no line there are multiple attendance prepared to take our order and a manager on site Couple of weeks ago I came here in desperation and didn't get all of my order, but I was realized it not until I got back to work . I was informed when I called in to it would be documented when I come back to speak with the Manager.. They would have the ability to pull up the note and I'm back today and the Manger had my information as promised. I get lunch on Chick-fil-A today. I appreciate this level of customer service And we will come back here to this location thank you again.

Horrible Experience - Will Not Return I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A today, and I feel compelled to share. I ordered four meals, which included one large fry and three large macaroni and cheeses. The lady taking my order in the drive-thru repeated my order back to me three times, and the payment associate also confirmed it. Naturally, I trusted that my order would be correct. When we received our food, we didn't think to double-check the bags because of their repeated confirmations. However, as we reached the traffic light, I looked in the bag and saw two fries instead of the three macaroni and cheeses I ordered. Frustrated, I asked my husband to turn around, and I went inside to have the issue corrected. Once inside, I was met by an employee named Aaron, who immediately began digging into my bag without my permission, saying he needed the fries back to give us the macaroni and cheese. I told him not to touch my food and that I would hand over one of the fries since the other was part of our original order. However, Aaron insisted he needed both fries to give us what I had originally paid for. The manager, April, then came over, and I thought she would resolve the situation. Unfortunately, she did not. She reviewed my receipt and claimed I was charged for three large fries, not macaroni and cheese. Despite the clear inconvenience, she refused to correct the order without charging me extra. I explained the situation and asked her to make it right given the mix-up on their end, but she rudely refused. Her unprofessional and dismissive attitude was shocking, especially for a manager at Chick-fil-A, a company known for its customer service. This was a horrible experience. I've never had an issue at Chick-fil-A before, but the treatment I received from Aaron and April today was unacceptable. As a family of nine, we spend a lot of money here, but after today, I will not be returning to this location. The customer service was appalling, and the staff showed no care or accountability for their mistake. I do not recommend this Chick-fil-A to anyone.

Tell your kitchen staff to stop being lazy and do as they are asked from their customers. I've always asked for my cheese to be folded half on my breakfast sandwiches because otherwise it goes all over the paper and none of it goes on the sandwich today the managers in the kitchen said they can't fold my cheese on half my sandwich which is ridiculously wild. You have an unprofessional staff whoever is working there today on January 17, 2025. One of the managers name was April. I don't really think she's a manager. She just might be a keyholder because she did not have a managerial disposition. Maybe on the breakfast sandwich sandwiches you guys should just start folding the cheese over in half because does it make sense to put half of our cheese on the wrappers? No it doesn't have some damn customer service and give us the quality that we deserve. This is Summerlin.

I bought the chicken noodle soup. It's so good on a cold day or when you are sick. I've got so many times and it has always been great, never been disappointed. The service here is really great, unlike McDonald's chick filet has standards on who they hire, they actually have customer service. This chick filet has plenty of seating you should always be able to get a seat. It's always clean even the bathrooms. This chick filet is a great spot to eat chick fil a

I frequent this Chick fil A location on flamingo and Ft apache. they are always busy with cars at the drive thru, but I guess I got lucky today - only one car ahead of me. It was early though. I visited around 7:30 a.m. because I was craving one of their egg sandwiches and their frozen lemonade. I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese. I was promptly handed my sandwich and I was on my way. I was shocked to learn that my sandwich was cold. Didn't they just prepare it? Apparently not! It had to have sat there to have been this cold. This is the first time I've actually received a cold sandwich so I'm still giving you five stars. Service overall is usually good. I'm wondering if something has slipped since there weren't that many people in the Drive-Thru this time

This location always has super friendly employees that seem happy at doing their job. The orders are always right and the food taste hot and fresh. I was a little disappointed in the new key lime freeze but I think it was a personal preference, so no issues with these guys. Keep up the good work!!!

Have to leave a 10/10 review on the spicy chicken biscuit. I've been asking for it for years and kinda forgot about it and to my surprise here it is. Not sure how long it's been on the menu but I've had it 2 days straight in a row (would've been 3 but it was Sunday) super easy to just use the rewards app and place your order and get it picked up quick on the way to work.

I actually try to not eat fast food much anymore but Chik Fil A drive thru makes it fast and easy. The employees are always super professional and friendly live their "It's my pleasure" is much better then any other fast food establishment. Usually hit n fresh so I appreciate the speed and yet maintained temperature. Theyre always fast and organized as well.

Did a drive thru and was impressed with the food. The service was quick. Our order was ready when we pulled up to the window. It was hot, the chicken was crispy, and the veggies were fresh. It was one of the tastiest chicken sandwiches I've had in a long time. I also liked their waffle fries.

Most chick fila experiences are pretty consistent. Today's experience stood out to me since I am an avid chick fila person. Multiple people came by to make sure I was good on refills and on sauce. Not something I would normally see but it was the multiple people. Felt like a truly sit down restaurant. So kudos to this place. Also same day i received a 5 chicken nuggets reward. Thank you for that!

Time to update! This is a first and deserves to be upgraded a star. I love using the app. It's quick and the staff in the drive thru are always friendly, patient, and respectful. So here's for the upgrade on the star. My order was very complicated. I change things on the drinks, I included the max number of sauces, and a variety of them. On every order, I changed items on my side salad,Etc. I had a problem with my reward points not linking to my order. My attendant helped me with that and made sure I got my reward treat. EVERYTHING IN MY ORDER WAS % COMPLETELY CORRECT!!! BRAVO! With the beautiful attention to detail, you have earned that extra star ! Thank you. I can't tell you how much aggravation this saves and I really appreciate you all! Much love! Keep up the great work.

I willing waited for Mac and cheese, for them to only bring out the Mac and cheese and nothing else, then waited for the rest of my order when the order should've already been ready in the first place and they got the order wrong on top of that. Annoying.

Terrible customer service provided from the GM REGAN. Went thru the drive thru and was unaware that I couldn't get a refill inside the store. Instead of the manager allowing me to get a refill or a new drink she says I have to pay for it. I won't ever go back there again over a simple drink.

Every chick fil a (one at Boca park for example) allows you to do only strawberries for fruit cup. Here they will sell you the full price and only put a few pieces in saying that won't actually sell a cup with just strawberries. Even though they have the ability to put it in the system that way. And you can order it online that way. My son won't eat the other fruit. I'll go to one across from Boca park from now on.

I ordered at the drive thru located at Hwy 215 & Flamingo in Las Vegas. Simple order, (2) spicy chicken meals, (1) 4 ct chicken strip. Nothing special or outrageous about my order, I literally ordered whats on the menu. As I'm patiently waiting in the drive thru, I'm now told to go park and wait because my order isnt ready. Mind you, I've only been waiting about 2 minutes. I tell the employee that I already paid for my food, I will wait for my food in line (like everyone else) and be on my way when you deliver your service. He understood and went back to work. Now another employee comes out, I'm assuming the manager, her name was Jesse, and was completely rude and entitled. Jesse told me to "get out of the drive thru line and wait or I will refund your order" So I responded and told her to give me my refund. I also mentioned, "what makes the customers behind me, who arrived after me a priority over me?" Im a paying customer, I wasnt rude to anyone, why would you not serve on a first come basis? Now, I can totally understand if I ordered something with a bunch of special instructions and or changes. FOUR chicken strips was supposedly the reason for the holdup, mind you, I was in line for 2 minutes(NOT LONG AT ALL FOR A DRIVE THRU) From the time I ordered my food, to the time I got my refund receipt 6 minutes had elapsed total! Will never return to this location, whatever happen to the customer is always right? Here's an idea, instead of arguing and telling me to move my car so you can serve the customers who arrived AFTER me, how about just get my order. Imagine going to Chil fil a at 4:30pm and there's a delay because the chicken strips arent ready! LOL.

This my first time ever to try a Chik a fil. My initial thought as I drove up to the drive thru was lots of people walking around. Then it was my turn, a guy took my order, I asked for suggestions since it's my first time. He recommended trying the original Chicken Sandwich with original sauce. So, I ordered it. Then a walking cashier/ cashregister took my money and gave me my change. Presentation: 3/5 Bun looked soggy. Chicken didn't look appetizing. And fries weren't filled to the top Taste: WOW. Pretty good. Exceeded my expectations, but I had low expectations to begin with. Chicken was crunchy and moist. I wish the bread wasn't soggy and wish the fries were more well done. Overall, I liked it. Now I understand what the hype is about. I don't eat fast food much, but I can do an occasional sandwich every now and then. Very efficient service and the workers were happy

The girl was very polite while taking order and had a manager or some form of leadership attending to her, and appeared that the order was correct. Then the drink was incorrect this was a issue to correct, then waiting 23 minutes for food after they completely forgot me, I walked up and inquired about meal and they said a few more minutes, I received the completely wrong meal. I then notified the man that brought the food took it away, thinking it was getting fixed, after 10 more minutes approached the counter and they said a few more minutes. If you need something fast and quick choose another location

While I think that Chick-Fil-A is over hyped, I still wanted to try their breakfast. Never knew they serve breakfast. I'm generally a breakfast biscuit fan and always go to McDonald's for them. But since McDs is scared of a little flu and close their inside dining, I decided to give my business to Chick-Fil-A. I really like their breakfast biscuits. The bacon one in particular. Inside dining area was very nice and clean. Very friendly staff, which I think was the manager that was helping me with my order. Definitely will be back here for breakfast.

Ordered a meal today. Curbside pickup. I only get a 30 min lunch. Team member brought it out pretty fast. I drove back to work and started to take my food out. They forgot the sauces and straw for my order. Very disappointed!

This is a BRAND new location it opened yesterday. I tried it for breakfast and dinner to get a feel for the consistency of the restaurant and service. The service I received both times was very courteous and professional. It seems they clearly follow the standards of Chick-fil-A and they also said "my pleasure" both times. The food arrived quickly in the presentation of the food was very appealing and not sloppy like a lot of fast food places. The breakfast sandwich was very good and was quality. The hash browns I had we're also very good and not in one big large piece ...they were small and bite-sized. Later on the chicken sandwich and waffle fries I had were amazing and the fact that they put real pepper jack cheese on the sandwich, butter on the bun made it that much more quality. Little details set this restaurant apart from just a normal McDonald's Burger King or other fast food trip. Chick-fil-A is very popular and I'm sure this location will be no different. It looked like they had enough staff to handle the load

Drove in used curb side. Paid $52.20 online for 4 meals.. Waited over 10 min. Had to walk in. They handed me my order. When I got home, they forgot to include the 4 drinks. I called and they offered to refund me the drink money, or give me a cookie or a milkshake. Given that I drove my truck there, spent about 20 minutes between waiting there and complaining on the phone, they should have offered a combo meal. I suggested this to them but they refused so I'll just go back later and get my refund. They should have made it right.

Got 8 pc grilled nuggets and a grilled chicken club. Nuggets and sandwich were delicious until I bit down full force onto a pebble somehow in the sandwich. I had my meal carry out, I didn't have it delivered and didn't open it until I got home. I don't quite know why pebbles are prepared along chicken but I don't think it abides by health safety.

I'm not sure why they don't open till six but you know a lot of folks go to work at 6/utility workers gonna be nice to get Chick-fil-A on the way in so I think you're missing out on Business or are you just do that? Well VA Business you don't have to cater the folks at work early morning.

The chicken nugget recipe is amazing and I love that you can order a 30 piece box; super shareable! & great for families. As busy as this place gets, the line always seems to move quick. Not a fan of the whole "closed on sundays" thing...and everything that goes along with the owners politically, but alas, the chicken nuggets keep us coming back.

And my order was correct 'as always' at Chick-Fil-A establishments!! Loved the experience i was given and will absolutely be a returning customer!!

1st time going to a Chick-fil-A and had a really good lunch. The chicken burger was delicious. The lady taking my order was really helpful as we're all the staff. Another member of staff took my tray when I was finished which was kind. I really liked that there was a play area for the children which was clean and tidy. Milkshakes are a must .

The service here is possibly the worst service a restaurant could ever provide. Not only was Kayla condescending with her response to my issue, but the manager above her by the name of Charlotte was no better. It's like they hire a bunch of kids and put them in these big management roles, and they don't even have any leadership or customer service experience. I mean, come on its like this is their first job, and they've never had to handle customers in a respective manner before this place. I think the owner Ron should reevaluate the management/leader staff in this establishment before he starts losing some serious business. By the looks of it... I'm not the first to leave a review like this with such a negative experience from this restaurant, it's like for every 1 good review they receive (must be a bot) they received 7 negative ones (those I firmly believe to be honest especially from my experience) Not only was my order wrong, but it was cold by the time I received it, in the drive thru nonetheless! I swear I could've watched a snail marathon beside this establishment, and I would've seen the outcome before I ever received my food. From now on, I'll be going to the other locations! At least the other locations drive thru won't be held up by a traffic light at the end, as if their service wasn't slow enough. What a terrible build! Especially since it's right next to the freeway, too, even that is a nightmare, or the fact the drive thru entrance is next to a bar and I drove through some glass on my way in, not like I could've avoided it either... it was right there at the entrance, no way to go around, they should've cleaned that up, but after my experience with management and leadership, I'm not surprised they aren't paying attention to small details like that, I mean clearly they are too busy yelling at their younger staff members there just trying to make an hourly wage. Even I wouldn't yell at my members of service that badly during training when I was enlisted in the Marine Corps as a sergeant major after 10+ years of service. To see the low end of the team is being seen treated this way by management, which is disheartening. I would've expected more out of this establishment, especially after learning the restaurant operator, as mentioned earlier, "Ron" is a former commissioned officer of the same branch. As a fellow gyrene, I am upsettingly disappointed by the lack of faithfulness in this establishment, obviously run by children with no customer service or true leadership experience. Leaving the images of those mentioned In this review, if you ever see them, RUN! YOULL BE GREATLY DISAPPOINTED AND TREATED POORLY! Also, I am providing a picture of this restaurant operator so that maybe you can approach him as well and mention the terrible leadership/management he has, which is ruining his business day by day.

July 14, 2022 - Late dinner, it's ok. This was the first time I have been to Chick Fil A. I was told it was better on the West side. Tonight we were on the west side. The dining area was still open. Ethan, our cashier was very nice and friendly and he was doing a good job. We placed our order and went to sit down. We didn't get our drinks, he checked our receipt to make sure he brought the right drinks. We noticed that they always say "My Pleasure". And that makes people smile to hear that! Mystery Arm had Chicken Tenders and Waffle Fries. My son had a Chicken Sandwich and Waffle Fries. I had a Chicken Club Sandwich, Fresh Fruits and a brownie. Blueberries, Strawberries, Mandarin Oranges and Green and Red Apples. Best fruit bowl I have gotten from fast food. As always head on over for good food with good company and I guarantee you a good meal!

absolutely terrible customer service. messed up my order, forgot my grilled nuggets, and locked us out the restaurant when I tried to get my missing grilled nuggets and pretended I wasn't there. This Chick-fil-A will always manage to mess up your order, even if you're the only car in the drive-through.

Annie is such a sweet and hardworking young lady. Always has a smile, a good morning and have a wonderful day. She appears to need no guidance at all. Appears to be a natural born leader. Judging from the overall score of this location, I'm not the only person dissatisfied with my experience here. This was hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Chick-fil-a. I remembered that I had a card for a free meal that I received from a different location because they messed up our order. These guys told me that it was expired and it wasn't their problem anyway since they weren't the location that made the mistake. I was on a road trip when I received the card and it didn't explicitly state that I had to use it at that location. I asked them because I was just passing through a wouldn't be back at the time. These guys saying it wasn't their fault so it wasn't their problem was very frustrating. I cancelled the additional items I ordered and left. I won't be back to this location

I got off a 16 hour shift to treat myself to a lil chick fil a like any average joe. The kid behind the counter was already mentally checked out. I'm reading this location closes at 10p. They were locking the doors as soon as I ordered at 9:30p. Look it, I get it. I wanna go home as much as the next person. But I'm starving and haven't ate all day. I got some soggy fries, the wrong sauce, and a lackluster chicken sandwich. I paid 25$ for a meal, a side, and a salad. I've worked fast food too, it's shit. But at least give a busted up dude some decent food.

Absolutely love this place. And their food is wonderful, but can no longer afford it. Being seniors on a limited income, we have to be very careful with how we spend our money. They do not send coupons and they do not do senior discounts. So unfortunately, from now on, we will no longer be going here for our weekly treat.

Yesterday, we visited because we had free sandwich vouchers (for an original or a spicy sandwich) for completing surveys. It was early but we were in the area. They stopped breakfast at 10:30 am. There was a long line at the drive-thru so we went inside. (There were parking spots for the drive-thru overflow.) Hubby got a regular sandwich. I got spicy sandwiches for us (I ordered an additional sandwich - total: $5.08). It was a few minutes. There were two customers ahead of us. We declined on the sauce. We chatted with Tanya a bit; she may've been the manager, a nice lady. The packaging (thermal) helped keep it warm. We had other errands so we put it inside an insulated bag. When we got home, the sandwiches were warm. It was a pleasant surprise. I liked the flavor better on the spicy sandwich. It was just the right amount of seasoning. It might've been a tad on the salty side but it wasn't enough to stop eating it. Our son enjoyed it too; he liked the flavor more too. The bun did get a little flattened, which I expected. I would probably order this sandwich again. Hubby had no change having the same sandwich.

Ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich,no tomatoes, extra pickles, and a brownie from the drive-thru. Service was efficient and friendly. I love how they have employees taking your order in the drive- thru lanes so your order is ready when you arrive at the pick up window. The order was accurate, which I appreciate so much!! There have been several times I have had to turn around and go back to places due to inaccurate orders. My food was hot. The lettuce was vibrantly green and fresh. I did have to pay $.20 extra to have no tomato and a few extra pickles. The waffle fries were hot and fresh as well. I have not eaten my brownie yet, but will have that as a treat later. I have had their brownies and chocolate chip cookies several times, and they are absolutely delicious... almost as good as mine lol. I usually do not purchase store made cookies, brownies and pies. I love homemade freshness. Chick-fil-A's brownies and cookies are as close to homemade as can be. As a Christian, I completely appreciate the fact that they are closed on Sundays. Great job, Chick-fil-A!

It's nice to have a Chick-fil-A closer to where I live. Prior to this location opening, we would drive to the one on Fort Apache and Charleston. Their food quality is the same everywhere. Mediocre, more salty and not great like it was years ago. Here are my main complaints. So I usually have money loaded on their app and use that to pay. The few times we have been to their drive-thru, paying with the app causes mass confusion. One employee will come to your car, take your order and scan the app for payment. Then they will tell you that another employee standing further down will give you a receipt. When you get there, they ask you for the name on the order and they can never find it in their system! Then you hear them saying to each other "Hey, did you hit complete?" or "Did you send the order over?" Ughhh, why?? Every. Single. Time. The other issue is the way they deliver orders in the drive-thru. So the drive-thru here is different because there are actually two separate lanes. Normally it starts off as two lanes, but merges into one at all the other locations. I don't know why, but they always deliver food to the cars in the back of you first. Every. Single. Time. We have been in both situations, where we were the first car in line, but the cars in back of us received their food before us. That really sucks because then they are not able to leave and there is no "passing lane." The other night, I was the third car in line and had to wait long because I got my food before the other two cars before me. Their system is so messed up, I hate it. They really need to learn how to do everything in order to avoid this traffic backup! They did just open, so hopefully they will improve. On a side note, I still think they have the best Cookies and Cream (Oreo) milkshake.

I usually go to the drive thru and they're always very polite and efficient. I've never had to wait very long for my food. I don't know why yelp say they're closed on Thursday because they're not. They're open all days except Sunday.

Never in my life have I had chick mess up until i visited this location... my breakfast bowl literally only had 1 hash brown and 1 cut up nugget... no wonder this location is empty at 10am.. all the others have packed dinning rooms... 10/10 don't recommend this location..
