The service here is possibly the worst service a restaurant could ever provide. Not only was Kayla condescending with her response to my issue, but the manager above her by the name of Charlotte was no better. It's like they hire a bunch of kids and put them in these big management roles, and they don't even have any leadership or customer service experience. I mean, come on its like this is their first job, and they've never had to handle customers in a respective manner before this place. I think the owner Ron should reevaluate the management/leader staff in this establishment before he starts losing some serious business. By the looks of it... I'm not the first to leave a review like this with such a negative experience from this restaurant, it's like for every 1 good review they receive (must be a bot) they received 7 negative ones (those I firmly believe to be honest especially from my experience)
Not only was my order wrong, but it was cold by the time I received it, in the drive thru nonetheless! I swear I could've watched a snail marathon beside this establishment, and I would've seen the outcome before I ever received my food.
From now on, I'll be going to the other locations! At least the other locations drive thru won't be held up by a traffic light at the end, as if their service wasn't slow enough. What a terrible build! Especially since it's right next to the freeway, too, even that is a nightmare, or the fact the drive thru entrance is next to a bar and I drove through some glass on my way in, not like I could've avoided it either... it was right there at the entrance, no way to go around, they should've cleaned that up, but after my experience with management and leadership, I'm not surprised they aren't paying attention to small details like that, I mean clearly they are too busy yelling at their younger staff members there just trying to make an hourly wage. Even I wouldn't yell at my members of service that badly during training when I was enlisted in the Marine Corps as a sergeant major after 10+ years of service. To see the low end of the team is being seen treated this way by management, which is disheartening. I would've expected more out of this establishment, especially after learning the restaurant operator, as mentioned earlier, "Ron" is a former commissioned officer of the same branch. As a fellow gyrene, I am upsettingly disappointed by the lack of faithfulness in this establishment, obviously run by children with no customer service or true leadership experience.
