We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was outstanding—every staff member was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It was a little on the pricey side for fast food, but the quality and experience made it well worth it. What really stood out was how they treated my child on his birthday. The staff made him feel so special, and that extra effort meant a lot to us. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for great food and even better service!

This is my first time ever ordering from chick fil a. And let me say, I am now a lifetime customer. The nice gentleman in the shirt, Tony, gave me the best service I’ve ever had EVER. Each person I talked to throughout my experience was extremely polite, and even said “my pleasure” each time I asked for something. 10/10 would recommend. If you ever want fast food this is the place to go. Make sure you ask for Tony the next time you come here!

The Divas and Drummers of Compton came to town for a performances and we made a stop for food and the service was great! Thanks Tommy and staff for making our group feel welcome and comfortable the service was amazing

In my opinion, the best chicken sandwiches available from a drive-thru restaurant. Everything is managed well - the service from staff, order and pickup, cleanliness/tidiness. I find this restaurant and most others are conveniently located and easy to find.

This location provides the best service very frequently coming to ask if we are okay if we need something else and they bring our food fast less of 5 minutes we are ready to enjoy our food in the table very friendly environment with a big smile on the face definitely I coming back soon.

I havent gone to Chick-fil-A in a long time but when I did (about 6 mo ago) the sandwich was super yummy and the service was good!

Love their taste and quality. My favorite is chicken wrap with cabbage for those who wants diet friendly option.

I am a long time chick-fil-a fan, so I would feel like a broken record saying the foods good. Although I must share that today I was just shocked, absolutely SHOCKED by how fresh and hot my food was. I don't understand how it could be that fresh. The only thing I can imagine is it went from kitchen to me in record speed. I did a curbside pickup and the delivery was friendly and fast. So if you are a chick-fil-a pro or just learning don't worry Thousand Oaks will take care or you. All that's left for me to do is sit in silent contentment. See you all next time.

Yesterday.. I went to get my usual lunch at west lake village chick fil a The power was out! And they were handing out Mac and cheese cups!! Thank you guys for being so generous and courteous to the community. We appreciate you!

I submitted an order via the app and proceeded to the designated window for pickup. The cashier handling in-person orders had an extremely long line and continued serving the next customer without seeking assistance or acknowledging that I was there. I waited for a considerable amount of time until one of the employees came to provide assistance. I usually have positive experiences at this location, however,the service was not exceptional that day.

Arrived in search of a scrumptious breakfast. They stopped serving breakfast early so I opted for a chicken deluxe sandwich, a side of mac & cheese and a side of yogurt parfait. It wasn't the best breakfast combination, but it was so good. There was barely anyone there and we got our meals super quick. They have a lovely outdoor patio with plenty of seating. Staff was quick and patient.

I don't want to beat around the bush because I'm an honest guy, Chick-Fil-A really pushed my buttons. I ordered a 4 count mini entree and was expecting it to fulfill my needs. But I got a 3 count and a piece of bread...Seriously? All they needed to focus on was placing 4 chickens in 4 bread but I guess they weren't feelin it today. Service was alright, the place seemed clean and well orderly but it's the food that matters and they didn't meet the standards. Hopefully next time it all works out but for now, I'm pretty upset.

I ordered on the app for lunch and selected a table for the order to be brought to. That is one of the features I like most on the app and especially in customizing the order. The service I experience is usually professional and friendly. The employee brought me my order however did not ask if I needed anything else as I did have a question and quickly left. That would be the only suggestion I have that the employee asks if the customer needs anything else before walking away.

I love this location. In a pinch, I needed to get something to eat around 6pm and I was in and out. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, 4 chicken tenders, medium fries for $19. They were generous with their sauce packets, I love the Sriracha. My hubby and I split it all and it was just enough to hold us over. I don't like fast food but this place is OK.

Why would I get fries with two half fries with potato skin on the back and this underneath.. plus forgot the 5th nugget on the kid meals

Ordered 8-pc nuggets, which I did hesitantly because in my past experience w/ their nuggets, they're pretty piddly, inconsistent at best. Especially for what they charge. You might get a couple of acceptable size & the rest are the diameter of a nickel. So I open the little box & not 8... not even 6. Try 5. Wow really?? The youthful energy in there is sometimes nice but it's started to seem like the loud chattering I always hear them doing, even right inside the window for everyone including the customers to hear, has taken priority over the basic attention it takes to put 8 nuggets in a box. This is now my 3rd (at least) negative review for Chick-fil-A & at this point, I'd feel like a further fool to allow the chance for a 4th. Need to find a different place for my cheat day.

It's Chick-fil-a so the food is as expected but the stand out for me? The outdoor seating. Something not found in many Colorado (my home) locations. Walk up to order or drive thru options and the staff was kind and the food delivery quick (the young lady walked over to bring our lunch). This to me is most remarkable in service (Colorado they just yell out your name and the only choice is to dine indoors next to the ever loud and popular play place). The area here is nice, clean and peaceful. I'm a big fan of Chick-fil-a and definitely of this location!

5 for the chick spicy jalapeño sandwich BUT got a long black hair in my fires and supervisor only acknowledged and gave me a new one. Hair in food is not what you want in your food.. it makes you think about everything that goes in the kitchen your food was cocked in.

Found literal dirt in my wrap!! All they can say is the lettuce is pre packaged and washed but how can you miss this when it's cut in half?

Been going to this location for forever and things have been great until recently. Not sure if there was a change in management or staff. Last time I ordered bacon with a sandwich to come home and find out no bacon. Today I was told my salad cannot be modified, which they always done in the past, without cheese & tomatoes. Good thing I'm lactose and not allergic to dairy.

Workers switched CC machines and messed up orders. People were paying for food that was not theirs. My husband came home with food he did NOT order. What did he pay for??? He calls frustrated- he lives 20 minutes away, and it's Christmas Eve Eve- a busy time!! The staff give no apology and he is forced to drive back to get HIS food. There is NO compensation for his TIME and GAS or the FRUSTRATION!!! They made him pay despite the hassle he had to go through. Not impressed- what happened to the Chick Fil A signature approach?? There was NO pleasure with this experience!!!

Curbside pick up worked well... convenient and efficient. Chick fila sandwich was tasty, vanilla milkshake was delicious... And the free chocolate chunk cookie tasted good too!! Took it home for dinner tonight!

I've gone to a few Chick-fil-A the one in Westlake Village. It's the worst drive-through of them all I stopped going to this location because they kept missing my order so I decided to come back. Again, they screw up my order. They forgot the cheese on the second sandwich I don't know what it is with this location. I highly recommend driving extra couple minutes to the one on Moorpark Road in Thousand Oaks.

This Chick-fil-A has always satisfied my taste buds, but I'm writing this review for the Customer Service. Don't typically write reviews for fast food places, but their service was so incredible the last few times I went, I had to write a review. Shout out to the young man with the dimples. Fantastic customer service skills. Thank you Chick-fil-A for keeping me well fed and doing it with a smile.

It's unfortunate that I have to even leave this one star review, we love Chick-fil-A, we order it for every office event, I drive from Moorpark (out of my way) just to pick it up! I ordered breakfast at 10 AM and because I got here at 10:40, they won't give me my order. And the lady says to me " bcus is after 1030, we don't have anything left" Haha it's a joke right?! You don't have anything left but I was allowed to place an order online???

Shoutout Josh and all the staff tonight (3/4/24). Extremely great customer service. Good food as always. God's chicken's really the best.

The food is incredible,of course! It's chick fill a.It is an outdoors place witch I like Outdoors but I'm not mad there isn't a play place.The service is great enough,Cheap enough for what I ordered.

I just paid $8 for 4 chicken strips and they were all soggy and lukewarm and now I am chewing Pepto Bismol. AGAIN. Done with this place. All the kids were very polite and helpful. Yuck.

I've ordered from here for Curbside pick up and hadn't had any problems till today. First there was no sauce in the bag even tho the gentlemen who handed it to me Confirmed there was, so I had to them get off and go get it myself. That wasn't the only issue I'm bothered with. Once I got back to my workplace I realized they handed me someone else's food! Completely different From what I had ordered what sucked more I just didn't order for myself I also ordered for my coworkers! I called couldn't even talk to anyone they transferred me to the call center or corporate office idk. They didn't resolve the issue I'm having to wait for a call to get a refund or resolution. End result of all this is I lost money and didn't get to eat! So thanks for ruining it for me.

I went here earlier this morning to get a breakfast sandwich. After placing my order in the drive-through, I went to the front window and waited for my sandwich. I was greeted by Racheal at the front, who was extremely nice and friendly. While the breakfast sandwich was being prepared. Racheal provided the best customer service. Shortly afterwards, I got my breakfast sandwich. The breakfast sandwiches are always hot and fresh. I'll be coming back more often! Keep up the great work!

Very poor service. They won't even bring the food to your car when you mobile order. Make you come in and get it. When they sell you an $18 meal for nuggets and a plain sandwich, they should put the effort in to walk the 20 steps to bring it to the spot # you put into the app. Then, when you complain at least a sorry would be nice. Instead they tell you that you must have ordered it wrong. Oh, and really, just one tiny sauce packer? Seriously.

Bro I've eaten at this chick fila like a trillion times don't listen to these shmucks giving 1 start they don't know s**t!!! This place got some dang good food and I almost never ever ever have any problems. It's so yummy

Chick-fil-A never disappoints. They are always spot on w my order as well as customer service. I honestly don't know where they find like the most friendliest employees on earth and never mess up an order for as long as I've been eating there anyways. Super sonic speed drive thru and a lot like in and out. They love their jobs and they all seem to be really close with one another. Night and day compared to Wendy's or McDonald's.

We liked Chick-fil-A but after this, we won't be back. Still waiting on a response from customer service too... Do better Chick-fil-A.

Food:5/5 Ambiance:5/5 It was a proper Californian summer day. Over a 100 deg Fahrenheit. I went to chick fil a at Thousand Oaks blvd. order was quickly placed and server gave me 2 packets of chick-fil-a sauce. (Which I asked for) I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. Chicken was perfectly cooked. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It was perfect combination of heat and flavor. Crispyness was the best part of the sandwich. It was not at all oily. 100% recommended.

Yeah... We are still dining here almost weekly if you average out the 3x in a week with the other weeks we skip. Yeah... Lots n lots of chick fil A. We made it to the window at 10:29 am for our free snack biscuit ... As imfumbling with my phone to get it scanned a manager yells out "that's it!!! No more breakfast".... The young lady a cashier says "oh, I'm sorry, breakfast is done?!?".... I hold up both phones and politely call out towards the manager "hey!, I'm right here!!! Can I get..." And he replies before I can finish "ok... 2 more over there"... I added a lg milk shake and faith is restored in the Galaxy and in chick fil A. Well, our faith was never in question... Not for CFA or anything else (wink!) Thanks again... Five stars easily for great eats, great staff, great service and a short drive from the other side of the 101.

Staff members are really friendly and know their stuff. In general, we try to minimize fast food restaurant visits, and make smarter choices when we do go to one. We have been to the large Thousand Oaks location several times, but hadn't tried the Westlake Village one before the other evening. I was surprised to find out that this one doesn't have indoor seating. Only the kitchen and the unisex restrooms are indoors. The program is that you either use the drive-thru, or else you go to a walk-up window, place your order and pay, and they will bring your food to you on the patio. The cashier who took our order was super-friendly, and helpful with their smartphone app, which earns you free food. I ordered their most popular sandwich, which comes with chicken, choice of cheese, and veggies (lettuce, tomato, pickle). Was happy to see that they offered peach shakes for summertime, so added that to my combo order. They prepare respectable onion rings, but this time, we opted for the waffle cut fries, which came in a generous portion. It was getting colder as the fog rolled in at the coast. While that was a big relief from all the heat the past two months, it also started to get a bit chilly sitting outside as we finished our sandwiches. Dear Hubby commented that he's driven by this location on a weekday at lunch time and there are huge lines for the drive-thru. I wonder if they regret not building an indoor space here? Time / money / zoning all came into play, I'm sure. They do make tender, flavorful chicken at Chick-fil-A - gotta give 'em that! Just what I was craving after a long day with lots of driving in it. I didn't go home hungry. Oh yes, the Polynesian (sweet & sour) dipping sauce was a fun taste surprise. I ended up alternating between dunking my fries in it, and adding some to the sandwich. Mmm.

Today I ordered 2 large drinks with my meals. When I got my drinks they were double cupped. Well when I got home my cup holder was half filled with my drink. I called the manager she admitted they knew the cups were defective but she refused to refund my drinks. She barely offered an apology pretty much telling me, buyer beware.

My son and I love this place, the chicken is crispy and juicy and the deserts such as the chocolate milkshake and brownie are exquisite and scrumptious.

Spicy chicken sandwich was on point. Fries were hot. Chicken tortilla soup is really good too. Service was great like usual.

We stopped here on our drive to Santa Barbara, just to use the bathroom and get our free birthday cookie. I loved the way it was set up with order windows - we'd never seen that at a Chick-fil-A before! And the guy who took our order was SO polite! It took a weirdly long amount of time to get the cookie, though, but the guy came out with it in a bag and presented on a tray... so fancy! And gain, so polite. :) Btw, Chick-fil-A cookies aren't that amazing tasting, but they are nice and big!

I can't say enough good things about Chick-fil-A overall but this location left me feeling cold, literally. It's listed on their app as drive-through only but we wanted to eat there so went to check it out. When we arrived, we almost left for Shake Shack across the street but we were there and parked so decided to eat. The line was long but it moved quickly. All the tables are outside so you have to deal with the elements. This was a fairly cold day so we were not comfortable. It has the full menu so that's the great benefit. The restaurant is circled by cars for the drive-through. Careful crossing the driveway to get to the window. If you really want the fil-A and you're in this area, this is your option. I prefer locations with indoor seating.

The food is great. Love the location. The only bad review I have is the past 3 times I went there they did not say "my pleasure" :( All in all great location though.

Aside from the decent food the fact that they cannot make a biscuit or anything on their menu WELL DONE ruins it for me. Out of all the fast food chains and restaurants this is the one that always declines to make something WELL DONE. In the past they have made items well done, but they stopped. There is a group of people that like items well Done and they are losing a lot of business for this reason. Chick Fil A has the means to accommodate their customers for simple request like a well done biscuit but they simple CHOOSE not to. And I'll simply choose NOT to go back ever again unless this silly rule is changed.

I think I was a little harsh with this outlet of Chick with my last review; but I do think problems motivate people to contribute to Yelp. I'd say over the past couple years my experiences at this branch have averaged 4-5 stars, and I probably should've contributed my opinion sometime at that point. Today the problems preventing a 5 star review: The food itself, which is usually a sure thing and of better quality than the vast majority of fast food, was not. Maybe it's because it's Monday, the day after their day off, but the fried chicken in my breakfast sandwich was too fried, with very hard breaded (chicken-less) pieces at the edges, almost tooth-breaking in its hardness. The hash browns were fine. The straw they gave me for my iced coffee had a split on the side and therefore provided no suction; fortunately I had an extra Panera straw in my car which was not damaged so I could actually sip my drink! Then, they got my condiment request almost completely wrong. I had requested Texas Pete's hot sauce, buffalo sauce, and ketchup. What did I get? Two ketchups and a mayo. The 'kids' working here try hard, and I'm a frequent customer, but the turnover must be massive - I usually never get the same employee again. I do prefer it when the employees do NOT stand outside and take my order, and fortunately I could talk into the speaker instead today (and it seemed cruel of their employers in the summer to have them stand outside amongst the car exhaust in 90+ degree heat). However it seems it helps them more than us because there always seems to be more confusion at the payment/getting food window when they do t stand outside. Sigh ... despite all that, I do like their rewards - I seem to get a freebie at least once a month - although I have to remember to go into the app right after the Angels score 7 or more runs in a home game and LAFC win at home. This is my closest Chick, so I'll keep going and hope fewer disappointments next time ...

BEST FOOD EVER! I have been to many chick-fil-a locations, and the thing that I don't like about them is not having crunchy breading and the strips were super crunchy and the fries were hot, great service too.

Like all Chick-fil-A's out there, this one rocks! Abundant parking, great location, only outdoor seating though but still have indoor bathrooms, excellent service, and delicious food. There's also a drive thru! I've been here a few times and all the employees are always rockin and providing the best service ever. They're always extra nice and sweet. The tables outside are always clean, the vibes are chill, and the food is always so fresh and the chicken is always cooked to perfection which is a big deal to me!!! Favorite on the menu, the #2 spicy chicken! All the sauces are delicious but my favorites are the zesty buffalo, the Polynesian, and of course the Chick-fil-A sauce!

Disappointed! My spicy Chik Fila sandwich was supposed to be spicy, it's not. My tea was supposed to be Unsweetened. It's sweet. And my sandwich is a MESS. It looks like it's been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The lettuce is totally wilted and hot. Tomato is mush.And to top it off, they forgot my sauces. NOT HAPPY. Also-terrible location as there is very limited seating and you have to walk across the drive thru lane just to order. Do yourself a favor and pass this location by.

Great food! The employees seemed super stressed but I honestly wouldn't blame them because they had a line of cars wrapped around the building. Most of them handled it pretty well. I only took one star off because one of the shift leads (blue stripe shirts) was a little rude and rolled her eyes at a few people who asked for refills and extra sauce and just didn't seem happy to be there, I think the name was "jaz" or something, but honestly I wasn't too upset by it because if I was working in a busy situation like that I think I'd have a hard time keeping it all together too! Overall 4/5! Recommend going when it's not busy for better customer service.

Like the location in Westlake At T.O. Blvd better, don't forget to download the app, easy to order on the app, and free food! Chicken mini is awesome, also like the chicken egg whites grill, and chicken strip is a must have!

Something is wrong. Ever since they got new hires I've gotten sick twice in a row. First time I felt nauseous for about 3 weeks, a month and a half later I go back and the same exact thing happens. Ruined my 20th birthday when it happened before I was bedridden from how awful I felt. Now that it's happened again I will be filing a report and will be putting pressure for a food inspection for sure. This location needs to have their employees re-evaluated.

I ordered a sprite a chicken sandwich and fries the fries where salty and crispy pretty good the chicken was tender but the breading had a weird flavor the sprite was normal nothing special

Just want to remind ya'll to give everyone sauce. I didn't get any with my order and it was a bummer..

This is a very well run location. Service is always on point, their drive-through and pick up counter is seamless. I suggest ordering ahead via app to save time. I recommend Trying their breakfast, the egg white delight is delicious, I sub it with crispy chicken.
