Brand new Building. Opened 11/4. This is from being there 11/5. DO NOT GO HERE! They must have lost every employee who knows how to get things done. My 5-10 min mobile order took 35 minutes to be ready. Somehow the place feels smaller and more crowded. Parking lot is bigger and they have fancy new ordering lines for drive through that are ridiculously packed right now. Stay away until they figure it out.

The absolute slowest chick fil a ever. Even when I’m the only person in the drive thru it takes forever. Was not busy inside either. Second time experiencing astronomical wait times. And employee made me lean out of the car to get my food because they didn’t want to step out the door.

This is the star Chickfila, much better than Ina-Marana (mediocre). The people are warm, kind, helpful and genuine. Zaria (I hope I didn't misspell her name) made our experience extra special. Me and my husband went here on 12-20-2025, 1st off no soap in the bathroom just a basket with sanitizing wipes. Gross! So employees aren't washing their hands? 2nd we ordered a shake and they ran out, no biggie but the manager comes up and hears and instead of acknowledging us and apologizing, he ignored us and tells the cashier (who was a nice kid btw) we don't have ice cream, I can only do frozen lemonade. Why didn't he turn to us, apologize and tell us that? We were right in front of him. Horrible customer service. 3rd I saw a couple waiting at the front counter so they could ask for a refill and 3 employees walked past them without acknowledging them to at least say they would be with them in a moment. Horrible customer service and no soap in the restroom only sanitizing wipes? Really? Gross!

I do not know what happened to this chick-fil-a. I am never going to come back here, skip the wait and drive to Ina / Thornydale and I promise you’ll have your food faster than at this location. I’ve come here 3 times too many since the remodel. I don’t know who trained these people but they didn’t do it very well. They need to close again and re-train. It was perfect before service wise. Now with these new merging lanes you can never tell where your going, you have 5 different people confirming your order but good luck ever getting it, for being a corporation with tons of money this is sad. I also don’t want another free entree to “make up for the wait” I want them to fix it.

This was my first time visiting this chick-fil-a and it was my worst experience. 1. They’re lucky they have a pull out lane in the drive-thru otherwise everyone would’ve been stuck behind me and 3 other cars for 20 minutes. 2. I watched as they served 10+ cars behind me their food, yet mine was nowhere to be found for 20 minutes. 3. I put in a mobile order for a wrap and a free shake for my birthday. It took 20 minutes to make 2 things?? I get it if I had a huge order or something but I didn’t. 4. On top of it being an incomprehensible wait for only 2 items, they got my order wrong! Left the drive thru while I was double checking my bag and I have the wrong dressing. I would normally brush this off as not a big deal, but to take 20 minutes for my two item order and still get something wrong was very disappointing! So I am going to be upset because I hate avocado, definitely not my bday wish come true that’s for sure! 5. The only good thing about this experience was the poor employee running orders to the cars behind me, he noticed me waiting for a while and went inside to check on my order twice. Unfortunately it was still overall my worst experience at a Chick-fil-a. Get it together Chick-fil-a on Oracle!!

I am sitting at the drive through 30 minutes in. Still half way of the line and nowhere near the pickup window. I understand the employees are new, but this is ludicrous. Edit: I finally got my order, and the food is not good at all. The fries were cold and rubbery. The chicken nuggets super dry. I had never had this experience at any other chil-fil-a before.

It's a brand new construction finished for new Chicken fil-A shop, looking very freshly n good services!! It was very busy both in dining room n drive thru n To Go services!! Their chicken foods menu has been renew and have more choices variety now!! I've a grilled chicken club with cheese n bacon!! Delicious enough and quick services!!

Second visit since reopening. Food is very much Chick Fil a delicious. However Lobby is way too small. Please have your staff eat elsewhere or not complain about the jobs. My husband and I were in enjoying lunch while shopping about 1pm ish today. We sat at the next to last back table in the far corner away from the play area. One girl kept walking around offering mints, except to us. Whatever. There were 2 young men that must have been on break. sitting next to us. One complaint after another about their job there. I didn't need to hear this.

At the Oracle and Auto Mall Chick-fil-A, I waited in the drive-through left lane, had to be over 20 minutes, while the other lane just kept on going through. I complained about it when I finally reached the person taking orders and he acted like he could care less. He said, "There's nothing we about it." He also got my order wrong. I ordered a deluxe spicy chicken meal and I receive a regular spicy chicken meal. I was given no condiments, no sauces, no salt or pepper. I asked if I could have a make good of some sort for having to wait idling my car so long. They could have cared less. Needless to say, I'm not going back.

The food was profoundly elegant and the service was impeccable the vibe was so inviting and it makes you want to stay in the store for a long time great place to bring friends,family, and relatives or people you know in general 10/10. Also on a side note the trash can opens automatically so you down have to touch the disgusting black thing you usually have to touch!

The worst Chick-fil-a in Tucson. I've given this place multiple tries and each time I am so disappointed. I've had my fries missing twice, employees are so rude, wrong orders given to me, and TWICE my chicken was under cooked. The fries are way too salty and always taste old. Soda machine always has the sodas flat. I'm over it.

You already know what's up! Food quality is great, service is great, and the best thing about this place is it's consistency. 9/10 I have 0 issues with my order and if I do it's usually because the portion sizes will be really random (strips or nuggets). I would give it a 5 star, but it's hard to do that with the prices being pretty expensive, so the value isn't really there like it used to, and is pretty much the reason why I don't go as much unfortunately. Hopefully when prices do settle down a bit or retract, I can come back and give it a 5 star!

i had a tragic experience here. Waited for a mobile order that notified me to be ready 2 minutes before i got there. They had me wait another 15 minutes while walk ins came and went with their food as they pleased. Asked multiple times for it and they either pushed it off or came up with silly excuses. So much for "fast food" so much for planning ahead too. So much for nutritious ingredients above all

Three times I've visited this location and not once has my order come correct. This past time I ordered a meal with an upcharge for the Mac n cheese... which wasn't included in bag. When I called the restaurant, I was told I could go all the way back to pick up, but that no refund was available to me! Ridiculous to require a customer return to correct their mistake rather than offer a solution where a customer doesn't have to pay for what they didn't receive. I'll never go back.

Miguel Valdez the store manager provides terrible customer sevice. I had a large order I placed a large order today and 2 of the sandwiches were not cooked all the way, therefore we could not eat them. We were in a rush to leave to Phoenix and so I called and spoke to Miguel Valdez the manager and he said there was nothing he can do because he has to see the chicken in front of him. I've been buying here for years at this location for my family and for my business. He just lost business from me because he would not take care of a customer for 2 sandwiches. Just crazy they have him running the restaurant! Sad! Don't go to him if you have a complaint because he surely doesn't care.

food delivery service is expensive enough, but then to receive cold and soggy hashbrowns is not good! Very small in size and not worth the money they were charging. Otherwise the spicy breakfast biscuit and bacon was excellent.

Did a chicken nugget/ fries mukbang with nuggets from Jack in the Box, Chick-fil-A, McDonald's, and Wendys. Chick-fil-A took the longest to get the nuggets and they were the 2nd most expensive but they are the second best of the mukbang, the fries were third on the list. The nuggets are fresh and real chicken. The service is great which explains why they were so busy

Every where I go I have to go to a Chic fil a to get my ice teas. The ice Tess is pretty much the same at all Chic fil a's. We also ordered large fries to hold us over for dinner. We chose to do curbside which I wish I would have seen the parking lot prior. Very hard to maneuver through the lot and get to a numbered spot. Busy as all these restraints are. The fries where alright a bit rubbery and the ice teas were delicious.

Her voice, her demeanor, her mannerisms, her joyfulness, her smile, was unlike anything I've ever experienced in any customer service situation. She had a super comforting warm presence that made my whole family feel a sense of happiness and peace. She mentioned she's a UA student and we talked briefly about her career plans. Whatever path this young lady takes in life, I can assure you she's going to change lives and bring happiness to everyone who knows her and meets her. If you are feeling down in the dumps, go through the drive-thru at Chick-fil-A on Oracle across from Tucson Mall and ask for Lydia. I can assure your day will be better.

I walked in that day because the drive through line was so long. I thankfully only had three people ahead of me in line and was able to get out quickly within ten minutes. The girl taking my order was so kind when I asked for three different types of sauces. . I ordered the 12 piece grilled nuggets with fries and a Dr Pepper and it was so good. I got the honey bbq sauce and the sriracha to mix together and drizzle over my nuggets. If you haven't tried that combo, it is a must!

Several days a lot my friend and I came here to eat dinner and we received excellent service from Brianna at the register. Going off this trip & this trip was great ; Usually always great here but like i said going off tonights visit ; I guess the pricing for chickfila is pretty reasonable paid 30$some for 4 meals one large not going to say whos was large .... If you like pulpy newly squeezed lemonade than this is your spot to be ! I like to get the club but with bacon and this visit i ordered one with out on accident and i do regret not paying attention ; it taste so much better with bacon . My fault tho no one elses . And i asked for extra chickfila sauce and let me tell you i got extra sauce ! Great visit thank you guys !

Hello, to anyone reading this I would like to let you know that the service I had received tonight was beyond terrible. Not to mention this place was complete and utter FILTH. Walking in I saw not one, but TWO roaches. As I made my way to the line and ordered the lady had given me the worst attitude and I even heard the f-bomb under her breath. Then as I waiting for my food I had peered back and noticed that the person handling my food had NO GLOVES. Yes, that's right.... BARE HANDS. How disappointing Chik-fil-a this ruined my Christian values and views on Christian companies.(ps I ordered a spicy deluxe and got a grilled chicken sandwic, thx for calling me fat chikfila)! I went through the drive thru today, and because it's 105°, I wanted a cold drink. I ordered nuggets and tea. Service was good, as usual. The nuggets were good, but the tea had absolutely NO ice and was almost room temp. And no straw in the bag. Not a huge deal, I guess, but a disappointment.

The food was good but I upgraded my meal to a large to share. The cashier at the drive thru failed to say that the tea would be tiny. The guy at the drive thru said he could give a bigger one but I would have to be charged. Why if I already paid extra for bigger fries and drink?! Terrible customer service.

Tried their products for the 1st time: Wednesday, late lunch time. Crowded when I walked in, it died down quickly, drive-thru stays busy -- does great business. Food was fresh and tasty. Iced tea really tasted like tea. Small fruit salad was arranged delightfully and satisfying. Potatoes are unsalted, so you can adjust to your preference. Spicy sandwich is indeed spicy, solid medium level and didn't need more (while still being able to taste food). The kale salad was delicious, soft and crisp at the same time, honey adds perfect touch of sweetness and tastes like very good coleslaw. Service was lovely, hire ppl with disabilities nice 2 see. Restaurant was clean. Employees hardworking. Got some food to-go for a friend. Used the app for both orders. Not easy to find a place to eat if u sit alone. Note: This restaurant is a Chick-One restaurant, where they are trying out a limited menu. MISTAKES: on 1st order, they forgot the almonds in the "crunch" salad. Yet included condiments that I didn't ask for. On take-out they forgot the #bacon on to the club sandwich and that was really disappointing. These seem like very basic mistakes, not to mention food I was shorted, so I don't appreciate it. Bad 1st impression, but I still respect the company. Not sure what happened to their front door that day, either. In future I will be more picky & pushy about orders, but it's not my style. If that kind of mistake happens again, I'll prob take business elsewhere, because I don't recall other fast food chains making those kinds of mistakes. More than the errors and disappointment, was that the app had no place for feedback on orders. I would have welcomed a chance to get satisfaction beyond reporting the experiences on Yelp.

Last two visits. I had order a grill southwest salad.. extra chicken with eggs added. I confirm it with the order taker... with the window greeter and the worker who took my order out to my vehicle. The recent also read it correctly. I get home and it was spicy chicken I was served. I drive back... this time I asked for my money refunded. $20 for a salad? I'm willing to pay. To eat after a long day at work. I didn't eat with my family... gas driving back for both visits. I'll I got was " Sorry". From the same manager on duty for both visits. giving my money back... wasn't the best customer solution.

Food is the same basic chic fil a but the service at this location is awful. We went inside and ordered and sat down. About 10 minutes later we still didn't have our food but watched two employees walk out from behind the counter with their breakfasts and they sat down right across from us and started having breakfast.....while paying customers who have been sitting here for 10 minutes waiting for our food watch them. So we go and ask the counter where our food is and we were told the drive thru was busy and it will be out soon. We watched NUMEROUS cars go through the drive thru while we sat waiting for 10 minutes. If we knew the drive thru got priority we would have went through the drive thru and brought the food inside.

We visited during lunch time and the drive thru line was very long, but they got everyone in and out very quick. The order taker was peppy, had a can do attitude and made me feel like it was a joy to take my order. It was an awesome experience. They made the food correctly with no error. The chicken sandwich was crunchy, melt in your mouth and hot. The fries were the same and the lemonade, perfection. Honestly, I could go on and on how they hit it out of the ball park, but go try it yourself. Best fast food ever.

We love Chick-fil-A, but this is the first time I've had a negative experience. I ordered through the app and when I was 3 minutes away they started making my meal per their app alerts. I waited in the parking lot 10 minutes before calling them and asking how long more. This is now 13-14 minutes after I had put the order in. When I called the person answering felt confused about my order and by the time the person came to bring my order, and had to go back in to bring a missing drink, it was almost 20 minutes from when I first ordered. My food was one step warmer than cold so I was not happy. I said thank you, because the guy delivering the food was nice enough and just left. I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes to get warm food.

This review is based on their customer service alone. My husband had a coupon for a free milkshake and they would not honor it due to the fact that he had a coupon. I guess their new policy is all coupons have to be digital. My family and I love this place for their food and play place, but their rude manager and customer service has me thinking I should start going elsewhere. I have been to other chick fil a around town and have never experienced such rude employees. Previous visits to this location around lunch it has been packed with every table full and this time it seems pretty empty. I think it is due to their poor customer service. I will be giving my business to the other location on the northwest side.

I usually don't leave bad reviews but when something occurs over and over it must be addressed. The young fellow with the shaggy hair that runs the drive thru on weekday mornings needs a serious attitude check. Never ever dealt with a CFA worker with such a nasty attitude. Everyone else there is super pleasant but buddy acts like he doesn't want to be there just about 100% of the time.

I'm not actually sure WHICH Chick-Fil-A we got food from, because, we ordered from Door Dash and it doesn't always mean we are getting delivery from the closest restaurant. Anyway .. My son ordered some chicken and biscuit sandwiches, his with pepper jack and mine with bacon. My first bite, I lost track of what was being said in a movie and it took me a while to get the hang of tasting it plus doing other things. It was that good! The biscuit was lovely and soft, the chicken was crunchy enough to be crunchy'esque, but, not hard to eat at all. The bacon was just the right amount of crispy. Frying had obviously occurred, but, greasiness and sloppiness were not present. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with chicken It made me feel like I wasted a lot of time not ordering from Chick-FIl-A ! People kept telling me that maybe I would like the food, but, since it is so expensive, I might like ... numerous other places ... better. Most of which have the same sort of price and, regardless of price, far less satisfying fare. Also, it tasted much healthier than commercial fried chicken ever has before.

This store always give wrong meals to their customers. Wrong items, missing chicken nuggets in your chicken nuggets salads, no sandwich in your chicken sandwich combo... Don't come to this place if you hope to receive wrong orders when you spent one hour after work! Totally waste your treasure time with your family and friends!

The cashiers at the window and nice and friendly. But that terrible manager is going to run that place 8th the ground. They re not far from McDonald's at this point.

Visited this location once and won't be returning. Very inefficient staff who also lack attention to detail. Food items were missing things (like the egg on a sandwich) and my order was missing items (they didn't give us an orange juice we ordered and didn't apologize when we had to ask them for it). Overall you could really tell the workers were more interested in socializing with each other than helping customers and getting orders through and accurate. Disappointing for a chik fil a.

Had to ask for my order twice due to the employees were too busy talking my food just sat there on the counter, of course meal was cold by then. Love chick fil a but not this location. Better off going to in and out across the street. Will not be back!

I've been here a handful of times, every single time I've stepped foot in through the door, I have been kindly greeted by Tonya. She is one the most hard working employees I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant, she is extremely hands on and attentive. She was sanitizing food trays and table markers while I was in line (other cashiers were busy) she immediately stopped what she was doing and took my order. Right before I left, she saw me walking my tray towards the trash disposal and took care of it for me (while she was cleaning tables) she is going above and beyond and out of here way for customers. She's is outstanding person, not just for Chick-fil-A standards, but in general. I hope Tonya is getting the appreciation and treatment she deserves at this location. She definitely made my day 100% better.

My wife and I recently visited the Chick-fil-A on Oracle Road near the Tucson Mall. We ordered and everything they did at this location was a 100%. All the employees were great. The food was great, etc. The only problem that I had was with the Customer Service employees. I'm not going to mention them by name, they know who they are. I recieved a survey from Chick-fi-A that I completed online and did not get a code to enter on my receipt. They asked me for my email and the serial number that I used.They said it did not match and wrong serial number. I asked​ if I could take a photo and send it to them and they could not answer me. They know who they are and did not solve my problem. I am a Veteran an 78 years old and worked in retail my previous 20 years up until now. I would have never got away with helping a guest the way they treated me on the phone. I always use and they said the serial number the contact them.I tried doing that and it not available at this time. I suggest using this location. They did nothing wrong. The problem was with customer service for not taking care of a problem that the receipt says do the survey and get a free sandwich.That's were the PROBLEM WAS.

Actually disgusting. I was craving chickfila for a while so I stopped by and when I got home and dipped my first nugget in sauce there was a thick black hair on it & completely ruined my appetite.

I was surprised at how busy it was at lunchtime. Very long line of cars and a packed house inside. With all of that they were still able to get my order out to me quickly. I like all the choices for sauces and they have good sweet tea. I was disappointed at the size of my chicken strips. It looked like a kids meal. It still tasted great but I was still left hungry afterwards and I'm not a big person.

Never disappointed! Always tastee! They know customer service well! Long lines, but they move us through pretty quickly. Everything is always good and hot!
