Excellent service every single time! The staff is always friendly, professional, and well-trained, which really shows how much this company invests in their people. The restaurant is spotless, with a great atmosphere that feels welcoming and family-friendly. Even the bathrooms are always clean and smell fresh. It’s a place I trust to bring my kids and enjoy a consistently great experience. Truly one of my favorite spots!

We came here at night and had such a great experience! The two male staff were super friendly and checked on us during the meal. They even gave us a free drink — exactly the one I wanted to try! It wasn’t on the menu, so that was such a sweet surprise. Loved the service and the vibe here. 5 stars, highly recommend! 🌟💖

I rarely write Google reviews, but Mickey truly deserves special recognition. His service elevates this place far beyond what you would normally expect from a fast-food restaurant. He always prepares kid wraps on the table before our meal arrives and often surprises us with thoughtful little gestures that make a real difference. What stands out most is how welcoming and family-oriented his service feels. Every visit feels less like a quick meal and more like being taken care of in a warm, home-like environment. This is easily the best service experience I have ever had at a fast-food restaurant, and Mickey is the reason we keep coming back.

I went to dine in with my siblings, and order spicy deluxe meal, and 5 pc kids meal, 2 chicken sandwiches meal. And only got the spicy deluxe meal and the rest was missing fries, drinks, ect. Really disappointed I told staff and they said they would fix it but never came back to me. Siblings were upset, the cashier was very quiet and couldn’t really hear them.

The service was amazing! Dre and Mickey couldn’t have been nicer and attentive. Our family was more than satisfied with the service! We can’t wait to come back.

They were ALL amazing!!!! I did a catering order for some of my parents and students on Thursday! The poor delivery driver Nicole, was stuck in the elevator with me and my nonsense for about 5 minutes. Then we misplaced one of the bags. I called back like we’re missing salad and forks! Nope, wasn’t missing anything, was just doing too much. They were still super sweet and I apologized. I’ll be back my sweet people!

I would NOT ever go back to this chick fil a. I asked them to make my fries fresh. They gave me fries that’s been sitting under the warmer.. ugh. It’s not hard to give PAYING people fresh food. Then the guy lied & said they were fresh.

Hello, I want to complain about all the night shift workers because I asked for something other than the another order I don't eat cheese and the (bacon ) You can't make me eat this. I ordered only Spicy chicken sandwich With extra pickles When I open my box, I am surprised I see another order The people give me anything is done This is not true I am don’t need money. I don’t need my order again. I need all the people respect the people, not respect us . Location is 8637 Olive Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63132 I wish he would respect customers !!!! I will not shop from this place because I do not feel comfortable psychologically I will give very bad review from Google I hope the manager they see that .

Did a mobile order here and I thought it was fast and friendly. Usually there is a long line so I had to do the mobile order. The food came out fresh and hot!

David gave me excellent service and was able to help with all my needs! Five star service and food was fresh.

The guy named mickey was very helpful and nice he gave me and my grandpa free ice creme lens wipes and 2 mints.its always so nice to come to this place and eat this delicious food.grandpa brings me here all the time.

The staff in drive through spend more time talking to each other than the customers. Went in for nuggets and the person taking the order stood so far back in his little booth you could not hear a thing he said. Why is the big menu that is brightly lit up placed AFTER the area you get your order taken? Not very well thought out. As far as food quality our eight piece nugget had six nuggets and the Mac and cheese was ice cold. This could be a very busy location next to a Costco but the way they are set up and trained now they are destined for failure. Was going to call the corporate numbers but it's obvious they don't care

The CFA locations closer to where I live don't do curbside and I really liked how this one did, so easy and convenient! The employee was friendly and food was brought out in a timely manner. It was delicious but I will say they under filled my fries a ton, it was only about half full which was disappointing. I would come back to this location because the overall experience was good.

I received an unwanted gift card during Secret Santa last week at work. Since I do not eat Chick-fil-A much anymore, I grabbed nuggets for the fur-baby as a treat. There were two lines, employees standing outside taking orders and payments. The young lady assisting me was super helpful and polite. I explained my dilemma, that I had a $10 gift card that I needed to use in whole today because I wasn't returning with a balance. I ordered 12 nuggets and a tender, only had to pay $0.30 over. My food was served hot-n-fresh, sauces requested and rec'd. I have never seen this before, the drive-up window is literally a drive-up door. With this location being newly open, I have to commend the operation and efficiency. I didn't experience any kinks, let alone a long wait. Kudos to the team working!!!

I went to the Olive Center location yesterday because they were supposed to be supporting the storm disaster relief. I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ bacon with grilled chicken, which I had gotten on 2 previous visits. On the previous visits, there was a lot of delicious thick bacon, lots of sauce and lettuce, plus napkins. This time, I had to look for the bacon, there was little sauce, the chicken was NOT grilled, and NO napkins. To me, this was not only disappointing, but a scam. Guess they thought save money on the bacon and napkins, and that would cover the disaster relief donation.

I ordered a strawberry shake to go on the inside of the establishment. The manager already has this non inviting face. A couple ordered after me and got their meal delivered to the table. The manager and the person who took my order allowed me to stand there without checking to see if my order was ready. I instantly asked for a refund because of horrible service and attentiveness. I will never come here again. CHANGE MANAGEMENT. The word is going out

Let's face it this Chick-fil-A got my business because it's in the Costco parking lot. The lines were relatively short midday on a Wednesday and I just needed to eat and get it over with. I ordered a 12pc nuggets and a Diet Coke. The Diet Coke was cold and crisp. The nuggets could have been a bit more fresh but the Honey Mustard covered that up. I didn't need the sodium, MSG, or reminder of their company politics but here we all are!

Hey its a new Chick Fil A and no matter what your politics are (and sadly any conversations about this chain starts with the comment "Hey aren't they the homophobic chicken place ?" Anyway, I went here for lunch recently and the staff were right on it, and the food served fast and well prepared. Place was very clean and orderly. Inside seemed larger than most Chick Fil A's

No issues with my order and they even did a substitution to the spicy grilled chicken for me. Seems to be a friendly bunch. This is a fairly new location and they're probably working out some kinks. Same parking lot as Costco, nice to have an option.

Horrible customer service at the POS. Probably should train your employee how to speak to your customers. Atmosphere was horrible too. What kind of seating system is that?! lmao. Never coming back again, I rather drive 2 more miles and go to a different Chick-fil-A.

Love chick-fil-A, the food is delicious and well made. Recommend trying delux chicken sandwich with obviously fries which is a staple.

Food cold , Ive been there twice and each time they got my order wrong . Sandwich was warped up from tomatoes . Wont go to this location again.

Went with the family and we had about 8 orders. Food was fast and fresh. When the food arrived they forgot one part of our order. We mentioned it to manager that served us the food. It was never on the receipt but the manager said he'll take care of it. Then 5 min later he came out with a 30 piece chicken nuggets! "It's on us". That's service you don't get at any other fast food place!

Avoid this location! I had a really disappointing experience. Ordered through the app and expected a smooth pickup as that is what I have experienced at other Chick-fil-a locations. Not so here. No Mobile Express so I had to speak to no less than three people, some of whom had "trainers" to get my order. Took a very long while, and the lane merge is ridiculous considering how many people were working at the time. When I finally got my food, something was missing from my order. I could have driven to Brentwood location and back in the amount of time this took to resolve. Left feedback on the app in the hopes someone would reach out and potentially discuss and resolve prior to leaving this review. I guess they couldn't be bothered because I have heard nothing. I was excited for this new location, but it is horrible. If this is like now with freshly trained staff, it's only going to get worse.

My experience today was not it . They got our Order wrong . We asked them for the soda we ordered and the first employee was super sweet the employee that came back was really rude & not really professional like . We asked for ketchup we ordered & she asked us to see a receipt to see if we ordered it . I showed her & she gave us a stinking attitude . DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

most terrible chick fil a in saint louis. do not come here they will most definitely forget something on your order and make you come all the way back just to refund you that one thing then give nothing in return for them wasting your time.

By far the best chick fil a I have ever been to. The service was way better compared to other Chick-fil-As because they always get my order correct in comparison to the Chick-fil-A in Brentwood or the one on Manchester in Des Peres.

This new chic fila, MAC is horrible! Three visits and each was worse than the other....third and last visit, I was given a Mac with a SPECIAL sticker on top. Called back to question this and the lil girl was clueless. "Oh u were given someone's order." U Think‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍Asked what made this special? She was of no help at all. Didn't offer to replace r anything, plus the MAC there is pretty sad... will continue to visit the Brentwood restaurant. Plus those lil teenagers working at the Olive store totally bad reviews if I could give zero stars, it would be a big -10 stars..........
