We usually go to location on Mason Montgomery but came here because it was closed for renovations, and we will now be making this our regular location. The food was excellent, and came out very quickly considering how busy they were. However, what really impressed us was the service. It was far and away the best service I've had in any restaurant recently! The staff were all pleasant and working well together, even taking time to check with each table to see if anyone needed anything from more sauces to drink refills. All while keeping the dining room spotless! Corina was absolutely wonderful and checked on us several times, even going and grabbing drinks ahead of the food since they were ready. This all speaks volumes for the management team at this location! Very well done.

Today was my first time experiencing table side service. Didn’t even have to wait in line! Our fantastic servers Nathan Gregory Kritzer and Daniel Sigg really took the idea of service to the next level! Very professional and didn’t miss any of my food items. I will definitely be coming back.

My son and I took his two children ages 3&4 so we could eat and they could play in the indoor play area. It was around 6:30ish and the place was PACKED on a Tuesday. The line moved quickly, the food was delicious, as always and we were able to find a booth to sit in. The cow mascot walked around, took a picture with my grands and they loved it. They also had a fun magician that walked from table to table, entertaining the customers and that was fun as well! He was great! The staff, as always were polite, efficient and friendly. Love that and it’s rare to find nowadays. My only complaint was the playground. Adults as well as teens and kids way too old were in there running and climbing on everything. I was afraid my grandsons might get hurt. The sign said ages 3 and under or something to that effect. The teens and older kids were loud and wild. The play area itself was very clean and had cubbies for the kids shoes. Organized and fun. In good condition and safe. It was the customers. Just wish they had staff to enforce the rules first safety as it’s a small play area. But again, the place was super busy. Other than that, we enjoyed spending our time and money at this location and would go back again! We went to the one close to the Voice of America Park, where we had taken the kids to play right beforehand.

Wow! I cannot even begin to process what an experience the VOA Chick-fil-a offers. Their employees shine like the sun and bring joy to everyone they encounter. On this particular occasion Nathan Gregory was a shining example of customer service and hard work. He was so passionate about Chick-fil-a’s new table side service and overall just seems like a really great guy. As well, mr. Daniel Sigg seemed like a brilliant example of management style and artistry. The decoration is adorable and includes a picture of a cow bungeee jumping from a water tower! Who comes up with this stuff?! Delightful! Would highly recommend. Thank you VOA Chick-fil-A for the memories and Nathan for not calling me a big back for ordering extra sauce.😁

Stopped by for breakfast and was really impressed. The service was super quick, even with a line, and the breakfast team had everything running smoothly. What really stood out, though, was how friendly and welcoming everyone was. The staff went out of their way to make sure I felt taken care of—it honestly made my morning. You can tell they really care about their customers. Great experience all around!

I ordered a small catering order and had it delivered to my wedding venue the day of my wedding for lunch while all the girls were getting ready. Lena, came in and was the sweetest ever. She helped open everything up and set it all up in the kitchen. She told me congrats on our wedding and then left. Moments later she came back inside and asked if she could pray with us all. I WAS BLOWN AWAY!! She literally made my whole wedding day, I have been telling everyone about her and how I thought that was the sweetest thing ever and so vulnerable of her. Lena, I can’t thank you enough, I can tell you are an amazing person. God bless you.

The staff here is incredible!! They are always kind and helpful. Huge shout out to the awesome Teacher Appreciation Week deals!! We are so grateful!

Chic-fil-A is good, if not great. But on my visit here on 2/6/2025 was to pick up some food at the drive through before a movie, I stated (and repeated) Lettuce and Tomato only. After two bites I knew there was pickles on it. Although I did take them off, it ruined that experience for me.

Always fast, always friendly, always well-trained staff. Honestly, I am not as much a fan of their food as my family is. But the process, the great training, and the organized staff make it a pleasure to watch. I have one suggestion for all Chick-fil-A drive-throughs. Stop having the order takers walk forward in the line and take orders before you can read the menu boards. Or install a duplicate set further back in the line. I find it very annoying for them to try and get us to place the order and you're not helping yourself at all with upselling or getting people to try new things if we are never allowed to see the menu to know about them. Often it frustrates your staff when I say I'll order when I get to the menu since they are trained to speed things up and try and get you to order beforehand. I don't always know what I want until I can read the menu! Otherwise always consistent, far better trained and professional staff than any McDonalds!

There is nothing bad to say about this CFA! Absolutely maintains the CFA standard and even excels! I've never, in the past 6-8 years, had a bad experience or wrong order from this location. Keep up the great work VOA!

Another great CFA store. Despite being absolutely swamped, they got us our food decently quick. My spicy chicken sandwich and fries were on point. Courteous and helpful staff. Great play area.

Stopped in for an early supper. I haven't been to this location for many years. The drive-thru was packed so we decided to eat inside. We only waited in line for about 5-7 minutes to place our order. I got the spicy chicken sandwich combo (waffle fries & lemonade). Hubby ordered the grilled chicken nuggets combo (waffle fries & cherry Coke). We also ordered a banana pudding milkshake to share. Our food came out to our table in less than 8 minutes. I sampled the milkshake but didn't care for it. Hubby thought it was just okay. I liked my sandwich & waffle fries. Didn't care for the grilled nuggets as they taste like they're marinated in a salty solution before they're grilled. That taste turned me off. Hubby does like the grilled nuggets & orders them often. The ambiance is family-oriented & the employees were polite.

I sometimes feel a sense of dejavu when I write a review for a new-to-me Chick-fil-A, but that really is just a compliment to the fact that they have such great consistency across locations and franchises. This one is no exception. Service was courteous and efficient, the chicken and fries came out hot and delicious, and the staff expertly kept the busy line moving.

Have gone here multiple times and like 5 times they've forgotten my sauce. Screw this place.

I have been coming here on and off since it opened. I will admit it has been years since I was here last because of MSG. But I wanted to try a frosted lemonade and wow it was worth coming back just for this. I will also come back because as I remember the service was always very good and they bring the food out to your table. If you haven't been here before or haven't tried a frosted lemonade I highly recommend coming to try that. I know I will be back now sooner then I have in the past.

Every Chikfila location can be different. I have found some to be very hectic, but this location was clean and prepared even during a busy breakfast hour. I ordered takeout through the app, and it was ready to go on the shelf for me with no waiting necessary.

Okay I've had enough! my love affair with this chick fil location is over. When people ask for no pickles, it might mean they in fact cannot eat pickles....food sensitivities and allergies are a real thing. To add insult to injury it even says on the package- NO PICKLES.

Honestly? I can't recommend this place enough. The service is really unlike any other. The speed of the drive thru is unmatched, and the food is BEYOND BUSSIN OK OK?? These kids work so hard and they do be blessin my day so PLEASE go to this location!!!!!! also the cleanliness is on par

Since we're usually in the area on Sundays, Chick fil A isn't normally an option; however, this week it turned out we were in the area mid-week, so the decision was made. We arrived on a busy Wednesday night, there were three lanes of traffic in the drive through, and a full compliment of CFA staffers busily serving them. We were dine-in, and our orders were taken quickly. Maybe too quickly, but the breaded nuggets were quickly exchanged for the grilled ones we ordered on one simple trip back to the counter. On the second trip to the counter, I was able to retrieve the correct dressing for Mom's salad. On the third trip back to the counter, I was able to acquire my wife's dipping sauce for her, and finally, after 4 trips back to the service counter, we got our correct order and were able to dine. All little things, and they were very busy. The food was premium quality, and I tried their new kale salad as a side - highly recommended. Of course, we'll go back...It just wasn't the knock you over the top with customer service I had come to expect - but the food makes it well worth the trip.

Their Chicken biscuits used to be a favorite of mine! NOT ANYMORE! The chicken used to be consistently about 2" thick! Now I had one Monday at: West Chester location (on Tylersville Road) about 1/2" inch chicken, 1/2" breading! Raised prices too! Disgusted!

Your typical Chick-fil-A. We stopped here on our way down 75S to Knoxville, from Detroit, because they're giving away free 8-piece chicken nuggets on the app this month. Both the dining area and bathrooms were clean, and we got our food promptly. I ordered the 8-piece grilled nuggets and he ordered the 8-piece regular nuggets (we split both) and we also split an order of large fries. They let us pay with both of our Chick-fil-A apps, too, which was nice because that way we could put everything on one order, rather than take up extra time to do two separate orders.

As far as Chick-fil-A's go the food was everything I have come to expect. The food was all fresh and prepared well. It was brought to us in a timely manner. The condiment area was well stocked. Only about half of the dinning room was clean. Trash cams were full. It was right around 5:00pm. That seems a little early be so dirty from the dinner rush. That is why I took away a star.

This Chick-fil-a location trumps all other locations in the surrounding area. The staffing is beyond Excellent in their professionalism, never failing to share a smile with every single customer! I will always come back and give them my money!!

Ordered on mobile for dine in. Came in and we were able to find a clean table quickly and our food was out promptly. Everything was hot and fresh! The staff was very polite and checked in to get refills and make small talk a few times. I don't eat in often but this was a great experience (:

Food was bland and cold. They wished me a Merry Christmas on the second night of Hanukkah. Didn't give me my dipping sauces either.

Ordered carry out on the mobile app. They had it ready quickly when I got there! Staff was friendly, like you'd expect from CFA. Food was delicious! Fries were nice and crispy! And the nuggs were quite yummy. I typically get a sandwich, but decided to branch out. Gotta love all the different sauces to flavor it however you'd like!

So I used the app to order...Yay. Love this new app. The lines can be long no matter when you go so this is a great way to order. I ordered the chicken tenders meal. When I walked in the woman was calling my name for my order. The food was hot and fresh. I was not disappointed. I enjoyed the tenders ava waffle fries. I had the tea and lemonade mix which was made just the way I like it. I love this restaurant and glad there are more free standing locations in my area. I plan to visit more locations especially as the move into the Cincinnati area.

Love just love the woman that works the drive thru weekday mornings. Short dark hair.. she makes my day.. so full of smiles and sweet as can be! They all are.. coffee is always hot and she lets me know it!

I'm a huge fan of Chick-fil-A! If you are looking for something quick, this restaurant offers a lot of healthy suggestions... As healthy as fast food can be. The restaurant chain itself is strong with its morals, as it is closed every Sunday to give their employees time to be with their families. Huge fan of that! The workers are always very friendly and ask specifically 'how may I serve you' when you are next in line or up at the drive-through. I don't believe I've ever seen the drive-through line empty. It is normally wrapped around the building, but it does move quickly. It is definitely worth the wait! They have a wonderful play place for the children and a place for the adults to watch their kids play. There waffle fries are delicious, as well as their cherry Coke and hand dipped milkshakes.

Usually a 5 star visit from yesterday morning about 9:30am. They really are usually phenomenal service. Today they forgot one large fries. I drove around, parked and went inside for my 2 star service by the mgr Vicki. No apology, no smile, no care at all. I showed receipt kindly said missing waffle fries (at breakfast time that we had to wait extra time for since it was breakfast). We Saw them under the lamp. She also said that must be them. I said with credit card showing I now need another large fry now. She said without looking at me or any care, that ones on me- very nice to now get free fry but I would have paid to see her be focused and smiling like they always do. I asked to sit outside in car again to wait and irritated I didn't get an apology or a care in the world and wanted to write a bad review. Now knowing her name as she comes out with a very nice smile, apology and the fresh fries. She was excellent. Some people can be having a bad personal moment but still work hard and pull though. I thanked her twice by name and wished her a great day. Thank you again Vicki- the red haired older lady with a great smile. Rare to see a recovery unless I make them smile first.

This is the chick-fil-a I grew up on and continue to go to as an adult. They have amazing customer service like most of the franchises. The store is always clean and the staff is super helpful and efficient! I grab the egg white grill here a lot for breakfast and it has yet to disappoint! Two thumbs up and 5 stars for this VOA location!

Love this place!!! Food is always fresh and workers are always so nice. Even with lines wrapped around their building they go fast.

This facility is the best Chick-til-a that I have ever been too. I travel nationally and have visited well over 50 across the country. What makes them different? The ownership and executive management invest in their people. I ask the question. They even have an off site training facility to train all employees so that when they start the job - they are more equipped to take care of customer. The total concept of Customer service being the key to success. Expecting the best- hiring the best- gives the customer's the best. Thank you Stewart Dickerson

Best fast food restaurant! Their service is always exceptional. They have manners and they truly do care about how their customers are treated. I typically get the #1 which comes with a chicken sandwich, waffle fries and a drink. This typically costs about $7. The food is always fresh and HOT due to them constantly making food. The cons to this restaurant is that there is always a wait! So if you are in a rush, I would avoid this place. Other than that, this is definitely your best bet for fast food.

Great management, great customer service, great food, clean store on top of a friendly staff. Never had a disappointing visit. They have newspapers to read, WIFI to use I have had salads, wraps, milkshakes, soups, nuggets, strips, sandwiches, fries all great. Manager also runs other Mason store. Great activities for the kids at the store including free ice cream at times.

My family dined at this CFA on our road trip up north for Thanksgiving. We had a fantastic dining experience, but what really made this a 5-star experience was what happened after our visit. That night our 3yo daughter left her coat in the play area. When we realized it a couple of hours into our trip, we called and the director, Andrew, told us he would hold the coat until we came back through. On our way back home to Ft Knox, we stopped by to retrieve the coat. Unfortunately, they informed us he had left for the night and had the coat with him (to keep it secure.) BUT- someone must have notified him we were there - because he left his family and drove back to work to return my daughter's coat to us. And with a such a GREAT attitude. He spared us from a lot of inconvenience, as we live 2.5 hours away. Man, what a way to go above and beyond for your customers. We appreciate you, Andrew!

Listen I love Chick-fil-A I eat there very often and I have never had one problem.... until today. I got an 8 piece nugget meal with Mac and cheese through the drive through. We were already running late to some where I finish my nuggets and am about to start my Mac and cheese when I realize....... no fork . What am I supposed to do Chick-fil-A how am I supposed to eat my Mac and cheese you did me dirty you betrayed me.....

Two weeks ago last Saturday, my husband and I went through the drive thru. It took about 15 minutes because the woman two cars ahead of us must of had a big confusing order. We got our food finally and went home, just to open our bag and found out we had the wrong order. We were both exhausted from working all day and really didn't want to drive all the way back there, but my husband did. I tried to call to explain what happened and the phone just rang and rang. When he got there and explained what was wrong they wanted him to show a receipt! He wasn't able to that because we didn't receive one. Then, a kid from in back said,"oh, we just threw those sandwiches away. He finally got our order and they just said they were sorry and sent him on his way. We have been treated better at McDonalds!

Very busy location inside and out so it took a bit to get our order. BEST fries we have had at a Chick-fil-A! They were crispy yet soft and perfect amount of salt. They came around twice to see if we needed anything even after they gave us our order. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Plenty of seating and outdoor seating for the summer

Who doesn't like chic-a-fil . This place is always packed and always seem to have a lot of staff, just so busy. Great food And service.

Served genuinely the worst salad I have ever had, my sister wasn't able to eat her food due to her peanut allergy.

Was having a wonderful Monday night and then I came to the Voice of America Chick Fil A. I ordered my food like normal, a chicken sandwich meal and a peppermint milkshake. When I get food and taste my milkshake, I realize they gave me a large cookies and cream milkshake. I go back through to the window and tell them my problem. The worker replied, "Oh, you wanted a large peppermint milkshake?" When on my receipt and the previous interaction said Large Peppermint Milkshake. They start remaking my milkshake and was talked to by a nice worker who held a conversation to keep me distracted. They hand me my milkshake but they hand me a small milkshake. I paid $4.29 for a large peppermint milkshake. I didn't pay $4.29 for a messed up cookies and cream milkshake and a small remade peppermint milkshake. Not happy.

This particular chick-fil-a is amazing. It is always crowded which is obviously not ideal but the workers work efficiently and fast so you're never waiting too long. The service inside and out is phenomenal. Your order is always accurate!

Ate here on August 1st for the wonderful food and for our support of the Christian Owner's First Amendment Rights. Very best chicken strips, nuggets and sandwiches on the planet in our opinion. The chicken is unadulterated white breast meat in every bite. No occasional gristle etc. Just the most wonderful breast meat. I had (16) strips ... (8) for lunch and (8) for dinner and my wife had a spicy chicken sandwich. The kids enjoyed the nuggets. While the chicken is deep fried, it doesn't have the obvious layer of fat other fast food chicken brands do have nor is it heavy on batter ... just right! It is very very tasty. The waffle fries are always served hot and the staff is some of the friendliest you will encounter. I'll be visiting Chick Fil-A from now on for friend chicken.

I have heard people rave about how good this chicken is. Wow. It is clearly pink slime. It's not as good as the chicken at Wendy's...it's hard to be worse than that.

This is a good location for Chick Fil A. Chick Fil A is the best run chain in the country outside of In and Out Burger. If you do not like Chick Fil A you probably do not like chicken or chains. For a chain this place is top notch, I do not know if that is a great compliment but their workers at least seem to be enjoying their job and put a little effort into customer service unlike McD's, Burger King, Wendy's and KFC.

Best service ever at this location, especially during busy lunch hours. Employee Parker was fantastic today. Lots of options for those on a diet. Chick-fil-A is the only chicken I'll eat, never a funky bite!!

This has to be the worst run Chick-fil-A franchise in the world. 25 minutes 2go through the drive-thru and then I had to wait for them to complete two chicken sandwiches their specialty. I have never seen any restaurant run so poorly with so many people standing around and customers waiting. Save yourself the trouble drive to Tri County or Bridgewater Falls to get your chicken. Also just FYI it does not show your diversity to have the one employee that doesn't speak English well running the drive-thru window it just shows poor management. Rush Hour is not a good time to train someone how to run the drive thru. Also opening the second lane when you have cars waiting a half-hour and then bring cars around them to receive service before them is again poor management. What a shame you used to have such a good restaurant.

It was around 8 pm and my family and I were very hungry. So we decided chick-fil-A sounded good. We order our food and asked for sauce. When we were given our food we realized that we had not been given our sauce or salt. We couldn't go back to get sauce because their parking lot is too much of a maze.

THUMBS UP CHICK-FIL-A! Considering the Corona Virus, they are now serving your food thru the drive thru on a tray so you have absolutely no contact with the employees! Also serving drinks in trays as well!! ALL FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS TAKE NOTE! Thank you guys for doing what you can to stop the spread.

Clean, great service, affordable, the same delicious chicken sandwich and waffle cut fries you would expect from a Chick fil A. I love it. :)

Let me get this out first and foremost: I don't like fast food. I'm just not a fan. But what I am a fan of is a place that understands they are part of the community and acts that way. I am a divorced dad. I have to drive to West Chester (from downtown) to spend time with my daughter. One of the best things I've seen is the Chick-Fil-A Family Nights. Every Tuesday night kids eat free. They have arts/crafts sometimes. Free ice cream cones and the indoor play ground is fantastic. My daughter and I are always treated well. The place is always clean. And my daughter (3 yrs old) has a fantastic time with her "dada" every time we go. So if you have kids, and you need a little time to let them "go nuts" while you watch, or like me, you're just looking for a place to have some family time, you can't go wrong with Chick-Fil-A on Tuesday nights. P.S. There are other locations in the city that do this as well. You just need to check their website to find the one nearest you that might be doing family night.

We always have a great experience at this chick fil a. Sometimes it's a bit busy but worth the wait!

5 Stars for service, cleanliness, & friendly, courteous employees. We are on I 75 traveling from Michigan to Tennessee. I marked it as a favorite and plan to stop every trip. Many other areas of interest in immediate vicinity. I can't say enough

Came in place a large to go catering order, told me in their cheerful manner "it will take ten minutes is that ok" I said ok he said the tell tale trademark phrase "my pleasure". I sat to eat and part way through my meal, employee Josh, approached my table to ask if could refresh my beverage. I AM AMAZED at the level of service instilled in Chic Fil A employees. This company continues to lead not only the wick food service industry but all sectors in customer service. Thank you for making my experience excellent. Sometimes when I have done at more luxuries fine dining restaurants I've waited for a simple water refill and to get this service from a QSR is fantastic. Josh you went beyond expectation. Thank you.

Excellent service from an incredibly nice staff, the food was great. Their breakfast is awesome in my opinion. A classic Chick-fil-A experience.
