food tastes amazing, but i asked for a no pickle chicken sandwich and they gave me pickles. staff and atmosphere very nice!

Said it was open until 6:30 I came at 4 and it was closed. I also have work at 5 so Im not gonna have a lot of time to get food from somewhere else. Very disappointed:(

I'm a regular Chick-fil-A customer and I'm so disappointed by the experience I had at this location. I misplaced my debit card and instead of asking if I had the number and processing my payment or seeing if there was another option to pay, my order was cancelled and I was asked to step aside without a care even though I did have an alternate form of payment available I was upset that rather than trying to figure out how to accept it or if they could, I was humiliated in front of the other patrons. Usually Chick-fil-A is a place that I love but I don't know if I'll ever return to this location after this experience.

You get the same Chick-Fil-A food here and all as you would at any other location, But what bums me out is that since this location is a so called "express" location, they are not allowed to take any gift cards that I have gotten as gifts. Either way food and service is still good like any other location, just wish I could use my gift cards here so I don't have to go sit in the 1/2 mile drive through lines at some of the other nearby locations.

The nationally recognized hospitality of these food serving angels is not an exaggeration! The employees at this location meet and occasionally exceed expectations. I imagine all of them are on Santa's nice list consistently 😁

Not impressed. The location is right inside the campus so it's so confusing to get there and there's no parking once you're in. I literally kept looking out the window while I was in line to make sure my rental wasn't being towed. Then to top it off, the taste isn't really what you'd expect from the commercials.

A literal joke. Not even a real store “licensee” who could not care less about chick fil a their values or the community. Horrible service, grab the money from college students #christian values

Good Chick-fil-A, limited menu as a college unit. Friendly staff, outside patio...in Kilcawley student union.

The new manager has a real attitude problem and when my wife asked to switch her lemonade to tea because it was bitter and tasted like old lemons were used, the girl gave her attitude and said "Well I don't drink the lemonade so I don't know how it tastes." It's bad that's how. Even if you work in a campus Chick-Fil-A you should still be a decent human being and act cordially to customers when they come in. I wouldn't normally make this complaint on yelp but this is not the first time this has happened.

Absolutely disgusting place watched my food be handled with bare hands got an ice cream that was almost a milk shake in consistency. The cashier didn't know how to take and order properly none of them handled food with gloves and the lady who gave me my ice cream and chicken had the nastiest hands I've ever seen. I can't believe I ate there yesterday and I ended up with food poisoning due to this terrible mistake.
