Chicken & Rice Guys

Solid chicken over rice bowl (4.2/5).They have some unique add ons for the bowl. I added fried onions on my bowl and it worked well. Quick service too! Pita bread wasn’t the best but it is okay. Parking is little tricky with street parking. Also, their chicken is halal which is a plus!

I was gambling at Encore casino, and took break from my losing streak. I looked up the area for some cheap foods and I stumbled upon Chicken and Rice Guys and was blown away by the deliciousness of the food. The chicken was cooked to perfection - juicy and flavorful. The rice was also cooked just right, with a nice texture and a great taste. I also appreciated the variety of toppings available, which allowed me to customize my order to my liking. The white sauce is a must have! The portions were generous and I couldn't finish it all in one sitting. The pricing is also very reasonable considering the quality of food and the generous portions. After the meal, I went back and hit the tables and went on a winning streak! If you're in the area and looking for some delicious and satisfying food, I highly recommend giving them a try!

Went here again after ordering them through Grubhub a few weeks ago. Food was just as tasty, if not tastier and the team members were great in helping me build my plate. Food was so good, I forgot to snap a picture of it before eating!

EDIT: After ordering from this place after years, there’s definitely a difference. The portions are generous and the food quality is great. I didn’t take the free boxes of food to be as unbiased as possible. Love to see the improvement.

Food is amazingly big portions with exquisite flavors! It will have you watering at the mouth ready to devour this meal. Texture is soft and rice is fluffy not dry or mushy. Sauces are awesome, recommend creamy garlic and barbecue together, it's bussing. The service was quick and food came out in 5 minutes. If you're here in Boston great place to get food. Down side is no where to sit to eat your meal. Other than that it's great!

My absolute favorite! The sauces are beyond delicious and food quality a 10/10. Wish they would branch out and put a store closer to the burbs than Boston - but thankfully a food truck comes close enough I can still get it weekly!

I love this place and we order fairly regularly but they never follow the requests on Uber eats! It says the meals come w/ 3 sauces each and I always add (and pay for) a 4th one so I can get 2 of each. They've never given me the extra sauce and I guess you could say I'm a tiny bit bitter over it. I won't stop ordering, but I'm not paying the extra buck for the sauces anymore.

I decided to place a takeout order after hearing my coworkers rave about their food truck! I ordered the mountain combo to share with the white sauce and BBQ sauce. Two of us couldn't finish it so I would say it's worth the money for the giant portion. It was delicious and lived up to the hype! The white sauce is *chefs kiss*. Seriously, get extra white sauce. My order was ready 5 minutes after placing it which was awesome and really fast. I would definitely go back!

For a healthier option that is new to the neighborhood, I'd say it's a win. Chicken & rice could be seasoned better, but lamb/beef gyro was on point. They give three small triangles of pita with the meal, so if you want more pita, I'd request it on side. They are very generous with their sauces and were very kind to notify that they ran out of lettuce and asked if rice was ok before fulfilling the order. Dangerous! Great for a quick pick-up/work lunch, as they only offer counter service at the moment.

Solid, healthy option food taste amazing. Highly recommend this place. Yo points more characters I don't know what to add. If you want some good healthy food on the go for a reasonable price, this is the place

This chicken and rice was good but the baklava was horrible. I thought it was cool they offered it, but when I got it, it was the size of three bites worth and it was so dry, the top of it just fell off. (baklava that's not sticky? ) if you're gonna offer something like Baklava and charge $3 and change for a tiny square, do It the same justice you put into the chicken. - I did try leaving them feedback directly through the email they offer (wemessedup@cnrguys.com) but it bounced back saying it does not exist.

I think four stars was pretty accurate. It was reasonably priced and it hit all the spots I was looking for. I will order again. However! I was disappointed in the hot sauce. On Uber they give you the option to order 3 sauces. So I ordered the white sauce, hot sauce, and extra hot sauce. My wife ordered a BBQ sauce too. The white sauce was great, the hot sauce tasted like Tabasco, and the BBQ sauce I'm pretty sure was Sweet Baby Rays. There was no "extra hot sauce" so I didn't get to try that. I'm pretty tolerant to hot stuff and I was expecting something like The Halal Guys here. The meat was well seasoned and tender with a good amount of rice and lettuce to round it out. They give a smaller portion of pita so get extra if you like that.

As an update.... I've spent the better part of the day as a prisoner to my bathroom. Horrific!!. Considering this was the last thing I ate, I can only assume it was food poisoning. Based on my previous experience, I hold serious concerns about their food safety practices.

Absolutely delicious. I got the mountain combo and ate the entire thing. The extra spicy sauce makes you feel like you got shot in the tongue, in the best way possible. White sauce was real good as well.

Don't want to be tearing down businesses during covid but also don't want anyone else to feel the disappointment i felt. This location is horrible. I didn't mind the inside and how half ass set up it was, I didn't even mind getting served from those warm containers. But the food was baddddd the rice was hard.. the lamb was not lamb I think it was ground beef? And some parts were burnt from sitting in the hot metal thing too long. They didn't have all the usual sauces and they don't have money or cash to give change back. Half ass execution. Don't know why they even bothered to do this location. Upset about what we ended up having to eat for dinner and wish I drove to Boston to the other location. Avoid. Go to Boston location.

The chicken and rice guys don't disappoint. New spot with convenient take out spot. The new beef plate is bomb dot com. Always gotta go with the extra white sauce.

Got my fix. Chicken juicy and well seasoned as always... the hardest part is going light on the white sauce as We try to shed our Covid+19lbs we put on...

This location is my third time having CNR guys. My first time was great, my second time was terrible, and my third time at the everett location was PHENOMENAL. I cant remember my first location, but 6 months ago when i got it a second time in boston financial district, it SUCKED. Had 0 flavor. But this time i got it at the everett location and it was AMAZING. Everything was great. Just a quality meal overall. Would definitely recommend and return.

You can't beat the price and quantity of the food! Chicken was plentiful, rice was soft, lettuce was crunchy, pita was toasted, and sauces were great. Perfect spot for me since I need good quality food quick. Will definitely be back for more.

If you enjoy biting right into clumps of seasoning, then you'll like it. My orders were also missing sauces and pita bread. Will not spend money here again.

Been a big fan of the combo dish with lamb and chicken. I was thrilled to hear about the addition of beef as a protein option and gave it a try. The yumminess blew my mind away. Why didn't this option come out sooner! Please continue to expand your menu and I'll return for more!

I was in town visiting my parents in Malden and I didn't realize that CNRG started a delivery service near me! I was surprised to see the new beef on the menu and had to try it. To my delight it was fantastic. Fits well with that white crack sauce... My parents even loved it and said they would order from CNRG again.

Chicken and Rice Guys used to be one of my favorites. Ordered from here tonight and they apparently changed their recipe. The beef and lamb gyro was just ground beef. It was definitely not gyro. Also, I ordered two combos and they were just both beef only. Very disappointed and won't be returning.

I was in town for business and I wanted a quick and safe delivery for dinner. I ordered the combo plate and it arrived quickly, the delivery was contactless, the food was hot, and most important, delicious! I wish I had a chicken and rice guys in my town!
