The Mayor of Flavortown Guy Fieri invades Las Vegas with his delivery-only dishes | Eater Vegas

"A counter-service concept planned for the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets that specializes in crispy fried or grilled chicken tenders prepared with lemon juice, pickle brine, buttermilk, and fresh herbs. Tenders can be served on their own or in sandwiches, with optional upgrades such as bourbon brown sugar barbecue, smoked bacon, and avocado crema." - Susan Stapleton

I have tried some of their food a few times, but mainly on days when I had therapy, or maybe whenever I had some free time to roam around UNLV. Currently, I have only ordered a couple items there, which were the B.L.A.T (bacon, lettuce, avocado cream, and tomato) and the Buffalo Mac 'n' Cheese chicken sandwiches. Both of them turned out to taste mind-blowingly good. The latter item, which contained some mac and cheese on it, hence the name, wasn't something that I expected from a certain topping on a sandwich, but that made it more delicious. I also managed to try a few of their sauces for dipping my sandwiches in: the Special Sauce and the Donkey Sauce. Both of them also turned out to be good. From what I've learned, the Special Sauce had mayo, ketchup, mustard, a bit of pickle juice, and some special ingredients, all of which made the sauce itself so good. And I also tried one of their shakes, which was the Oreo shake. As to be expected, it was very good. A flaw that I found was that their service can be a little better, since a few of their menu items can be expensive. The atmosphere was good though, as I could see a few pieces of artwork that they have made, which were silly, but pretty cool. As for the conclusion, this is one of those few hidden gems in Las Vegas, as well as UNLV itself, in which I would recommend to anyone if they're looking for a good chicken place. They have made some of the best and most creative chicken sandwiches out there. Expect to try more of their food one day. Overall: 4/5

Do not order online, they do not respect you and will work on anyone and everyone who walks up an orders after you. I placed an order online before their rush and watched as they ignored my order and took ~20 other people's order at the register. Took an hour for me to get this food.

Surprisingly good chicken. Tastes and looks unique. I recommend trying it for yourself and making your own determination. Employees are always nice enough and the food comes out relatively quickly. I got a shake at some point, took like 4 minutes at the most. Overall, good place.

Miserable experience. 10-15 minutes for a tiny shake that costed a staggering 7 dollars and 50 cents, with there being barely any liquid in it. Mostly air/foam. The shake itself wasnt even cold, but it was lukewarm. Overall recommendation is to go anywhere else
