"Guy Fieri, the longtime host of the Food Network’s country crossing Diners Drive-Ins and Dives is opening Chicken Guy, his new fried chicken chain, inside the upscale food court at the Mall of America. The original restaurant, opened by Fieri and his partner, Planet Hollywood founder Robert Earl, is located inside Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Chicken Guy boasts a chicken tender dominated menu along with 22 different sauces. Which means there will be Donkey Sauce inside the Land of 10,000 Lakes. There will also be sandwiches made by housing two tenders inside a bun and configuring them with toppings and flavors allowing for names like, “The Sauce Boss.” The whimsical naming constructs also involve the sides like “Mac Daddy” macaroni and cheese. Salads go crazy and allow for grilled chicken tenders and the kids menu costs a dollar less for one less tender. The aim to set these tenders apart from say, every other restaurant in the mall, is that these are brined in a mixture of buttermilk, pickle juice, lemon juice, and herbs before pressure frying them. Prices are in the Mall food court sweet spot, topping out at $9 for a salad, and going down to $3 for a side of slaw. Already under construction, no opening date has been released. The Chicken Guy MOA is just part of a nationwide expansion planned for the burgeoning chain. Another location about to open inside a mall in Miami." - Joy Summers

Great experience! Live DJ 🎵 Food was fresh and delicious!! Dumplings were amazing… 🥟 Perfection!!! 🐔 Tenders were crunchy and juicy inside and well seasoned. The 🫔 egg rolls were delicious. And fries 🍟 soooo good! Staff were friendly! The atmosphere was fun! I’m so returning to eat here again. Strongly recommend!!

Google
The menu looks exquisite everything on it just looks so good. I got the dumplings. I nearly fell out of my seat of how good they were. Their service was impeccable. Definitely will be coming here again. Thank you

Google
The Buffalo Mac ‘n’ Cheese is delicious; I would recommend! The service was great. Aussie took my order and was very friendly and positive. This was my first time here and I can’t wait to come back ASAP. Chicken Guy, LFG!

Google
Clueless! Ordered curbside pickup on their app. I entered my vehicle info and pulled into designated parking spot. Good never comes out at designated time, gave it another 15 minutes before deciding to go inside and see what’s happening. I was informed by the guy i side that they do not do curbside pickup. The same guy who had been sitting in a chair looking at me parked in the pickup order spot for the last 20+ minutes. I was the only customer they had during that time frame so the lack of awareness is mind blowing. Despite having to feed my family cold food, it was actually pretty good. It’s a shame this place can’t get out of their own way and will be out of business soon because their food is pretty descent.

Google
Our first visit and our waitress Mae really made some great suggestions for the menu ! The Sandwiches were an explosion of flavors. Mae even checked on us to see how we liked our choices. Mae made our first experience at this restaurant memorable. This restaurant is lucky to have an employee such as Mae ! So cheerful and goes above and beyond for the customer.

Google
I was excited to finally find a Chicken Guy but the experience wasn't that great. They had already taken off the menu what I wanted to try "Southwestern Salad". I got the regular salad with the fried chicken but the chicken lacked flavor and was extremely dry. The milk shake was good but I think it was missing something not sure. Ms. Mae was fabulous which was the best at the restaurant. Her demeanor and sweet manner was the just spectacular. I think the outside eating should have been put towards the back or some where away from the traffic and parking vehicles, smelling exhaust fumes and eating not that great. I'm a fan of Guy Fieri but not so much of the hyped up Chicken Guy. Possibly it was just that one location. I will try maybe one more hopefully have a better experience.

We got the Chicken Buff Mac & Cheese. Service was excellent, Auggie deserves a BIG Raise lol!! The cooks were all cool too. Awesome first experience. Atmosphere was awesome. Will be back! Really fun spot, great great food. Thanks Auggie for an awesome 1st experience.

Google
I think we lucked out and dined here at an odd time, but this place was empty when we arrived. So the food was fresh, the service was fast, and it was super delicious. The tables, floors, and drink areas were definitely dirty or wet, but not enough to deter us from eating here. The tenders were perfect and the fries were thicker and much bigger than the sister location in Disney Springs. I actually preferred the food here to the Disney Springs one. Everything has more seasoning. It was great! Pro Tip: Curious about a sauce? Just get it. They’re all good, man.

Yelp
The food was ordered ahead and was ready when I arrived 5/5 Food was very good 5/5 Attentive and personalized service 10/5 Even if the food was average I would return : There was an older AA woman behind the register and I would return just to feel her amazing energy. She creates positive vibes and a good feeling inside the restaurant and I hope she is told regularly how valuable she is to that organization's success I wish I had taken the time to get her name but she has massive Grandma energy and I would go see her everyday if I could

Yelp
Food was seasoned and cooked hot and fresh. I loved the French fries and seasoning. They have so many sauces to choose from and unique things to try for a chicken spot. I loved the variety!! I'm a huge guy fieri fan so I loved the small touches like playing his cooking show on the TVS and a life size picture of him on the walls! Overall the design and colors are perfect and trendy! This was a pretty good meal overall.

Bonnie J.

Yelp
Love the chicken here! I genuinely don't understand why this place doesn't get more positive reviews. It's all around one of the better "fast food" restaurants amongst all the rest and the food quality is consistent (prices are reasonable as well) so I'm not sure what else you can ask for. I do like spicy, but I'm not a fan of the seasoning they put on their hot tenders (I wish I could put my finger on what it is - but I find it overpowering). However, the regular tenders are delicious and on par with a sit down restaurant (even better in some cases). The fries are seasoned very well and they have a wide range of sauces to choose from. The "special sauce" is by far my personal favorite, with garlic parm coming in second place. The interior is fun to look at it. This location is clean, well maintained and the staff is very friendly. If you have a fast food craving and you're looking for above average chicken tenders, this should be on your list if you have yet to check it out.

Yelp
I visited this location during a weekday afternoon. I believe I was the only customer here because there was 0 cars in the parking lot and only car in the drive-thru. I ordered a 3 piece tender and fries. I chose the special sauce and honey mustard. I drover around to the window and waited for a very long time. I could see employees walking around inside and chatting with one another but no one came to the window to greet me or take my payments for over 5 minutes. It seemed sooooo weird. Once the employee took payment, I was given my food. Once I got home (only a 10 minute or less drive), I looked at the food. The tenders and fries were together in a plastic container. I believe the heat made the fries sort of soggy and there was some standing moisture in the bottom of the container. The chicken was average. I do like the special sauce. The fries had a good seasoning to them but they were not crispy fries.

Mel T.

Yelp
Chicken Guy is, like, fine. There's nothing price-wise or flavor-wise that really distinguishes it from its competitors, aside from their fried pickles which are astonishingly cheap for the quality. Their O.G. chicken sandwich is undeniably actual chicken, and it's incredibly crispy, but the flavor and texture left something to be desired. It wasn't very juicy and the sauce wasn't enough to make the sandwich all that pleasant to eat. The form factor of two tenders haphazardly laid atop one-another doesn't do it any favors. You can, of course, buy extra sauces, and their hot honey was quite good. But I was underwhelmed by the sandwich proper. The service was good. It was prompt, even as my sandwich was made to order. Restaurant was clean, decor was fun. I like that they have sinks on the outside of the bathrooms in addition to the ones inside.

Alexis B.

Yelp
Great service and experience! Lily E. Was extremely friendly and helpful at helping me pick from the menu! We were talking about working hours while waiting when she mentioned she was working a double. She was so friendly and nice for someone who worked that hard!

Ben M.

Yelp
The Rundown: A great option when seeking a fast, chicken sandwich. The Review: The staff at this location are always friendly and helpful - it's much appreciated! The pricing is reasonable for the area though you're better value is in the sandwiches compared with the tenders. I don't really like how need to pay for sauces, but that trend seems to be picking up in general so I won't hold it against them. The fries too are great! Location is a nice casual dining experience, downside is they could offer more napkin stations (especially for a saucy experience). Also the stock for things like lids usually runs low or out. There also are no trash recepticles near, so people leave trash by the drink fountain. Overall, they're a solid option thanks to the staff and great flavors!

Yelp
SERVICE: 5 FOOD QUALITY: 5 DRINK QUALITY: 5 ORDER TIME: 5 AESTHETICS: 4 NOISE LEVEL: 5 MENU SELECTION: 5 OVERALL EXPERIENCE: 4.86 After watching Guy's TV show where he talked about his new chicken food investment I had to go. Also, I love chicken sandwiches. We obviously went inside to get the full experience. The menu is simple, but they have so many sauces that it has you second guessing every choice. The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful and walked us through the menu and even gave recommendations. The inside was kind of simple and had the feeling of a nascar garage. Of course, I couldn't make up my mind so I wound up ordering two sandwiches. I went with the Mac n cheese chicken sandwich and the classic. I found them both equally amazing. If you want something a little more refreshing with veggies, and something cold in it then the classic is perfect or if you desire something heartier and warm then the Mac n cheese is sublime. I also ordered the cereal milk milk shake. This milk shake was everything they described and more. It was so thick and delicious. Order it small if you're counting your sugars. Overall, it was a perfect experience. This is definitely a quality chicken sandwich which is not common for fast food. A must stop if you're craving chicken and need it now.

Yelp
Several years ago, I tried the Disney springs location and enjoyed it. I've passed by the WP location for years and never stopped until this day. It was a perfect lunch and we received our food within 5 minutes, even with them having to put special grilled chicken on the grill for me. The menu had lots of different options. Can't wait to come back.

Callie E.

Yelp
I had the pleasure of being served by Kimmie yesterday and she was the absolute best! Her service and care for customers is unmatched to any place I've ever experienced. She chatted with me while I waited for my meal and included some sauces she recommended. The whole staff works so hard and is so kind and efficient. Their food is outstanding and made with love. The best breading of any chicken I've ever tried!! Thank you so much to Kimmie for such an amazing experience at chicken guy! It made my whole day! I will definitely be returning

Cassidy S.

Yelp
The food was delicious but it did taste like a step up from stand fast food. Maybe it's inflation but the prices seemed a bit steep. I liked the variety of sauces that were offered. Our food took a bit to come out but it was very hot and fresh. Good food just $$ so it wouldn't be a regular go to.

Brian P.

Yelp
Welcome to Flavor Town! This is a premium chicken sandwich at an affordable price. It's reasonable and quality. The buttermilk ranch sauce was commented by a family member to taste homemade. It was clean and the staff very courteous. I liked the choice of indoor and covered outdoor seating. I'm not sure what others have commented to be their experience but I think it's worth a second chance. We certainly will make another trip to Chicken Guy in the future.

Melissa J.

Yelp
I was excited to try this place because personally I love Guy Fieri and wanted to try some of the sauces I heard so much about. I joined their "Sauce Squad" and downloaded the app and was able to get 2 free sauces on my first order. Hubs decided on the crispy 5 tender combo and I went with the 3. The chicken was a bit over cooked, but honestly when it comes to chicken I'd rather have over than under. Hubs only opted for 2 of the garlic Parmesan but I went sauce crazy and ordered the cumin lime mojo, donkey sauce, Buffalo, bleu cheese, and then ranch came with fried pickles I ordered as an additional side. Downsides: donkey sauce was disappointing and they forgot one of our fries. There was also a bit of wait once I got to the pickup counter before I was even acknowledged. Positives: once I was acknowledged she was super nice. There was staff in the parking lot to direct traffic. There was a bit of a line inside and a bit in the drive thru but they seemed to be moving and I like the pickup option. I liked the seasoning on the fries, and the pickles had a bit of a spicy kick. The buttermilk ranch was the best sauce I tried. The mojo was good but probably more appropriate for the grilled chicken. Both the Buffalo and bleu cheese were good, but nothing special. I look forward to getting the pickles and ranch again, and trying more sauce opti

Yelp
I visited Chicken Guy once before when they first opened. The food was great and it was busy. At my previous visit I got chicken tenders 5 count, seasoned fries, fried pickles and my friend got the chicken sandwich! Everything was great at that visit so I decided to try again. There was no customers inside the establishment and 3 cars in the drive-thru. I placed my order of 3 piece chicken tenders with seasoned fries. The fries were seasoned perfectly but very cold as they had been sitting out! The tenders were cold as well. I love that the tenders are thin like a cutlet. They offer 10 different sauces to go with your meal. They offer chicken sandwiches, tenders, salads, kids meals, sides, and milk shakes! The staff was friendly and inviting. She helped me with choosing my sauces, decisions are so difficult with so many good choices! The parking lot was clean with no trash, the dining area was clean with no trash on the floor or beverage station, however multiple tables were dirty with food or sauces on them, which I cleaned the table and seat. A quick wipe down of the tables and chairs would be perfect on downtime. The bathrooms were clean as well as the rinsing station outside the bathrooms. The decor is cute. Cheers!!

Charlotte A.

Yelp
I went back to this place after haven't had it for about it a year and I have to say it didn't disappoint. I tried the chicken for the first time and it was so delicious. It had a nice crunch and was nicely seasoned. I ordered the kids meal cause it's cheaper . No judgment please. But it came with two big tenders , fries, and a drink. The chicken was moist and kind of gave me the impression that I made it myself. I was ready to go back for seconds. I love to pair the fries with the hot honey sauce. I would definitely recommend. You will not regret it. I ordered through the drive through. The lady was so kind. I would come back again. If your on a budget the kids meal is a nice deal only seven dollars .

Tina C.

Yelp
I got the limited time jalepeno popper chicken sandwich and that was one of the best fried chicken sandwich I've ever had. They included jalepeno that weren't too spicy but had a nice kick and a delicious cream to balance the spiciness. The chicken was perfectly crispy and tender and I would totally come back here one day. The only thing I didn't like was the service because they weren't very kind and I did feel rushed when I was trying to order and there was only one other person in line. I wasn't a fan of the chicken guy fries because it did taste a bit too salty.

Xiarah E.

Yelp
Genuinely the BEST chicken guy location in orlando. The service was amazing. Every single person there was so kind and made us all feel very welcomed. Everything was very clean, efficient and perfect quality. Miss Mae made all of us smile, absolutely an angel. We will be back

Jamie T.

Yelp
Food was pretty good, just don't get any of the sauces that the owner likes because they're all strangely not very good... But the classic sauces are pretty good! I would recommend the teriyaki or the lemon pepper! Service was poor, we didn't get our fried pickles until like 40 minutes after getting our entrees. So if you're ordering fried pickles, feel free to come back tomorrow to pick them up! Ambiance was great but only because it was empty and we were the only ones in there.

Emily B.

Yelp
We have been to the one in Disney Springs, and really enjoyed our food, and since we were in the Winter Park area for something else, we figured we stop by here for dinner. We were shocked to pull up around 5:30/6 PM on a weekday and have the parking lot be almost completely empty! The food was out quick and was just as good as we remembered. We really enjoyed trying the different sauces! My favorite was the chipotle ranch! They had so many to choose from, and I'm looking forward to trying more in the the future.

Billy J.

Yelp
Chicken guy is sooooo good. All the different sauces just makes it even more yum. The chicken is good then you add the sauce. It's crazy!

An N.

Yelp
Each of Guy Fieri's recommendations from Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives that I have been to have been an absolutely hit, so I had high expectations for a fast food chain that was to be opened by him. However, it was definitely a disappointment. We got the loaded mac daddy mac 'n' cheese and tenders. The mac 'n' cheese just had tenders that were cut up in it. The ratio of chicken to breading was disappointing. There was a lot more breading compared to the size of the chicken. The tenders were thin and small. I did like that they have a huge variety of sauces to choose from, but you have to pay extra to get additional sauces. the mac 'n' cheese wasn't anything too special. It was a little on the dry side. I feel like you can go somewhere else and get better chicken for a better price.

Liam M.

Yelp
when we got there we saw a line not to many cars, maybe 5 which i get is a bit much but still took them 15-20 mins for someone to take our order. and when someone was asked to they rolled there eyes and granted they still took our order but after about 40 minutes of waiting we got our cold food and yea i would not recommended as our first experience was terrible

April L.

Yelp
Absolutely DELICIOUS food. It seems everything had a hint of pickle and a hint of sweet, such a delicious combo of flavors. Not too salty, everything just right. Chicken was also prepared properly. Will be eating here again! 10/10

Annie N.

Yelp
We are a huge fan of Guy and we were very excited to try this place! I was highly disappointed in the restaurant itself but liked the food. They have indoor and outdoor seating and a nice variety of menu items including salads, sandwiches and their signature chicken tenders. They also have lots of sauces! Now this is where they different from most chicken places. There are about 20 different types of sauces to try. My personal favorite being the garlic Parmesan and surprisingly the hot honey. I also tried the Buffalo and avocado creama which were both good but just ok. My husbands salad was very full and packed to the top which he enjoyed. My sister had the big BLAT sandwich which looked really tasty with the bacon added. The service was so so. When we walked in we did not know the routine, the line is weird as it immediately goes to the right to turn around and come back to the door for the register. You have to walk past the fountain drink machine to get in line. It's a weird design and we did not know and a very rude lady snapped at our group and the group in front of us to get in line properly. When we finally ordered we had a different guy and he was fine just not overly friendly. My sisters sandwich came wrong missing cheese and her sauces so I went to get more and was told to go to a different window where I stood for about 5 minutes trying to shout in the back for someone to come. The bathrooms, gross! They have a community sink between the two gender neutral bathrooms. The first one I went in was bad really bad so I went to the other one. No toilet paper, no seat wipes, no paper towels or soap. Gross! I went back to the counter to tell them and honestly they could care less. Now I watched this show, I know how he wanted his restaurant to be run. I really feel he would be upset if he knew this. The tables were dirty, the bathrooms were gross it was bad, poor service. Guy really needs to check on this location. It's new it's too early to have all these problems. The food is decent I would go back but go through the drive through or try another location.

Chris O.

Yelp
I happened to be in the area and stopped here for lunch. I ordered the chicken strips and a water. They have a nice assortment of dipping sauces to compliment the chicken. The food was very good and Mae who was working when I visited was genuinely friendly and made me feel right at home.

Craig L.

Yelp
First time in. I was going to PDQ which is across the street and saw Guy Fieri's joint. So I got a sandwich at both spots. Two decidedly different places serving top end "fast food" type chicken offerings. Chicken Guy seemed more about the overall flavor experience (not surprising since it is a restaurant by the boss of Flavor?Town). The sandwich was all about the blending of ingredients and flavors. I got the bourbon brown sugar BBQ which is prepared with pepper jack, slaw, pickles, special sauce and bourbon brown sugar sauce. Lot going on there and they pull it off pretty well. While I did t get one, they offer a variety of funky milkshakes, special salads and 22 different sauces to customize each sandwich . Nice place. I'll be back.

Ingard V.

Yelp
Obsessed! I've officially tried from the loaded mac and cheese with grilled chicken, to the sandwiches with fried chicken and my opinion stays the same. I LOVE CHICKEN GUY! Everything tastes fresh (even at almost closing time). The one thing I'd suggest is for employees to be more customer focused (they seem clueless when you talk about the app), and to focus a little more on pick up. I took my friend and she was a little frustrated as her order took 10 mins more than mine (hers was ordered through the app BEFORE we got to the location and mine was right there), but the taste and sauces saved her experience. I'm obsessed with the SMC sauce and how tasty everything is. Also, the food doesnt make you feel bloated after it. We need a location in Kissimmee please

Luis A.

Yelp
Super bad service, the place was empty, only one customer ordering at the front and they took 10 minutes to prepare my food. Manager didn't even apologize for the delay, the lady in the front register was very rude when I where the straws were. Never coming back.

Deshika B.

Yelp
Hated it. Probably the worst chicken I've had in my life, and it's to be expected since this is a chain restaurant. You'd think with the business being associated with a man who tastes food all over the country and quotes "flavor town", that the food would have flavor. It didn't. The tenders were bland and needed to be DROWNED in sauce to even be edible. The bourbon bbq sandwich was tasteless and cold. The only reason they received one star is because the fries were seasoned (the only thing that was), and our service was very pleasant. Never going back though.

Elaine L.

Yelp
I tried this place one weekend while visiting Orlando/Maitland. The drive thru was incredibly slow. When I got to the window, the cashier had on a very dirty u form. It looked like it hadn't been washed in a while. Moreover, the smell coming out the window didn't smell like chicken but a rotten smell. My small peep into the kitchen saw a lot of mess all over the place My meal was gross. The chicken was over fried to the point while I could hardly chew it, and it was incredibly salty! The amount I paid, almost 60 dollars for two meals, wasn't worth it. And they charge extra for everything!!! I will never return!

Thomasena G.

Yelp
I am a loyal fan of Guy!! I made this visit to the location in Winter Park a priority in my vacation this week. I must say how disappointed I am in the whole experience. This isn't a bashing review. It's a disappointment because from the time I ordered until I left my experience was a disaster. I watch Guy judge so many people food and to see his location in the condition it was in was just shocking. The menu is misleading and the staff needs better people knowledge of the menu. First of all I amost choked on the chocolate milk shake that contains chocolate chips which isn't stated anywhere on the menu. When I took it back to inform the manager on at the time this Friday afternoon she looked at me as if I was crazy. As if I should know they were in there. After she took it back to remake with out the unstated chips I side she rendered an apology The apology wasn't even noticed because of the attitude received at first. This is a major issue that needs to be addressed. The chicken was very hard and dry. They are not timing I accurately because they are so busy congregating in the back. They day you can have original tenders which come out harder then expected due to it not being labeled Krispy. Disappointed because this was a highlight of my first day in Florida.

Amelia M.

Yelp
I love Guy so I was really looking forward to trying this place but boy was it disappointing. We went through the drive thru on a Monday afternoon and one 1 of the 2 lanes were open. There was one car in front of us and we waited 10 minutes with no movement. We asked the car what the deal was and they said they were asked to wait and hadn't been checked on in 10 minutes. That's ridiculous! We had a crying baby in the car and literally couldn't wait any longer so left without even trying the food. On another note, they have two menu signs in the drive thru but the first one you see doesn't have the list of sauces. This place is known for their sauces supposedly and the list is longer than their actual food menu. So why would you not advertise them on the first menu so not to hold up the line deciding when you have to order.

Joe S.

Yelp
The Horror that is Chicken Guy! I've been reading reviews since it opened, have driven by many times seeing lines of cars waiting and now that things have settled down, I was able to waltz right in at 5pm on a Tuesday. JAM Hot Chicken happened to be closed on a Tuesday, so a quick right, right, left, soft right, soft right and left into the parking lot and I was there (that is accurate, BTW). This is a relatively new concept by Guy Fieri who has this shop in another Orlando location in Disney Springs. He's one of the few celebrity chef's where I'd lick his or her fingers (Emeril circa 2005, Bobby Flay, Morimoto, and of course Giada). The parking lot is odd as I couldn't read the signs from the car, some are for curbside pickup and some are just for guests. I ended up having to back out of a spot since I couldn't read the small print before I parked. Bad signage! When I entered, there were two people ordering and then it was all me! I didn't know what to expect so I kept it simple with a 3 tender meal which came with fries, a fountain drink, and 2 sauces. I dined in as getting tenders and fries to go is surely going to be a fail. * Chicken Tender - This were moist and flavorful on their own, They didn't really need the sauces as they can totally be eaten naked. They have the crumbly breading which isn't my favorite, but the flavor and texture were both above average. * Fries - The fries were seasoned with a LOT of whatever they shake on it, which means they were super salty. They were hot and crispy and I would get them again and maybe ask for less seasoning our unseasoned. * Nashville Hot Honey Sauce - This sauce was all honey and no heat or Nashville anything. Bummer for a restaurant that says it's all about that sauce. * Buffalo Sauce - This sauce was OK, but nothing super special about it. When you kinda throw it out there that the sauces are so spectacular, then you better deliver on it! I will say I would totally go back. I'd like to try their sandwich and some more sauces (I think there are like 20 sauces or something like that). You can get extra sauces for 50 cents each. It would be fun to try them all and rate them, dontcha think? The tenders themselves aren't too badly priced ($5.99 for 3), but adding the fries and drink seemed excessive. I did save $2 by signing up for text messages which still brought the 3 tender meal to over $10. They have indoor and outdoor seating as well as a Drive Thru which I have seen out to the road in the past. Since Guy Fieri doesn't have a regular restaurant in Orlando, this will have to do for a celebrity chef fast food joint. I wish Richard Blaise would bring his Crack Shack to Orlando, but until then, Chicken Guy will have to do. They do chicken right (or is that another place?). 4 stars as it was as good but could use a few tweaks.

Yelp
We went inside to order since it was my mom's first time. I had been wanting to go because I watched the reality TV show Guys Chance of a Lifetime. The sweet old lady who took my order was patient and knowledgable about the food and about the show. She chatted amiably and when she found out the my mom was visiting from Philly she said--oh, thats where the winner of the show is opening his store soon! She was a peach! Thats about where the good ended. One of the soda machines was leaking water on the floor so much the it was seeping under the tiles for about a 6 ft radius. Very slippery. There was a wet floor sign, but imho, it's just not enough. This is at the entrance to the store, and the soda machines are still being used, so anyone who got a soda had to step in the ick. The paper cups for the regular size soda that came with the combo were flimsy and definitely will not hold up to humid Florida summer days. The screen menus are high, but the decorations hang low, so you have to stand at just the right place to see the menus. There were no paper menus available. I had to read some of the small print out loud to my mom, because it wasn't visible for her. The fries were not hot, and considering that (A) we were the only ones inside; and (B) there was a full kitchen staff--it just didnt make sense that the fries weren't hot. I got the CG Classic (spicy) which didnt wow me. It was dry and the chicken was heavily breaded. The flavors were there but it was just too much dry breading in every bite. We added a few different sauces (ranch, honey mustard, donkey) and they were each tasty but thicker than I would have expected. Anyway, I don't think I will be back. Within a block there's a PDQ, Chick Fila and Chicken Guy. And the Popeyes actually went out of business. That's a lot of chicken, guys! (ba dum bum!)

Yelp
Been here twice when I come to the neurologist. Loved it both times. Food is soooo tasty for a fast food joint. Definitely my go to in this area if we aren't doing sit down. Service was good and ready quickly. And it really is super reasonable if you just get the sandwiches. With a meal it can get a little pricey for fast food but honestly what isn't these days.

Yelp
We were in the area and saw this spot, so hubby and I decided to try it. He ordered a Southwest sandwich and I got the 3-piece tender meal. I had the Avocado cream and Peri Peri sauce to accompany my tenders. We shared an Apple Cereal Shake. The food was pretty good. The service was not bad. They brought my food out to me , instead of me having to go up to the counter, but the girl at the counter did not seem very happy to be there.

Yelp
I called when I passed this restaurant because it looked like a glutenous place and I didn't want to wait in the drive thru to find out they had nothing. I was pleasantly surprised. So many choices for my allergy. Plus the packaging was so comforting. They take it serious, unlike so many places. The fries were seasoned so good!!!! The sauces are what really make the meal. I suggest getting a few and combining! I felt I was cheating on my favorite chicken restaurant but after this meal I may have a NEW favorite!

Yelp
I go to chicken guy at least once a week because of how delicious everything is. The fries are seasoned to perfection and so is the chicken, their sauces are all super delicious and they always have a limited time menu item that always exceeds my expectations! The service is ALWAYS friendly, the restaurant is always clean and organized, and they get the food out in a timely manner every single time. I don't think I've ever given a 5 star rating to a fast food restaurant but I'm telling you, YOU HAVE TO TRY CHICKEN GUY! The winter park location isn't nearly as busy as the Disney springs location so if you're not too far that's the location to hit up in my opinion! Just a quick shoutout to Mae at the register; she is always so happy and friendly!

Yelp
Nice employee took our order when I was in the drive up line. French fries nicely seasoned. The chicken breast sandwich and toppings were very good. Chicken tenders not your average chix tender. They were very tasty.

Yelp
Tried it when it opened, and again yesterday. This place has the worse chicken I have ever had in my life. I'm shocked that Guy would put it out there with his name on it. His sauces are good, but if the core product (chicken) is a fail then the dips and sauces won't help. I think this restaurant is in its 3rd year and I predict its days are numbered. Orlando is too finicky about their restaurants to settle for this. As an fyi, I ordered the chicken strips, and didn't even finish one of them. @chickenguyfail

Yelp
Listen y'all, if I didn't LOVE Guy this would've easily been a 1-star review. If the first word of your name is "chicken" you'd expect the chicken to be the star of the show. Instead it tastes and feels like cafeteria chicken. Dry, gross.. over seasoned to compensate. The sauces are cool, but why on earth would I want to even eat that chicken. I think the phrase I used to describe the chicken was , "utterly disappointing." The fries weren't bad... but I didn't go for the fries. This place can only be held by Guys name for so long. Kind of sad :( I don't even want to talk about the milkshake. I probably won't be back.

Yelp
The chicken tenders fell short of my expectations, they were flat and mainly battered, but the seasoned fries were yummy and the sandwich packed some flavor! We ventured out around 2 pm on a Saturday and the line was very short. Around 3 pm there was no line! With a baby tow, less wait is the best wait.

Yelp
Easy solid four or more. They've been pretty good since our first visit. Those sauces tho!

Yelp
I expected so much more from a celebrity chef. These tenders remind me of Wawa. If you're wanting better... Go to Zaxby's, Raising Cane's, PDQ, even chick-fil-a. Sub-par

Yelp
Food was hot and the chicken sandwich was great, along with the fries. I already took a bite.. so you can see my thumb print on my sandwich...Yum!

Yelp
My first time there at the winter park location was great. The service was warm and friendly. Mae was a delight and a very loving employee. Vanessa was very professional and attentive. The food was delicious and the fries out of this world. The atmosphere was simple but clean and relax. I recommend it to everyone to go and experience this little piece of heaven. Make sure to say hello to Mae! Thank you, Annie Baez from winter springs.

Yelp
I had never tried this place before so I stopped in and Mae gave me some recommendations. I got the new jalapeño popper chicken sandwich. Very good! The place is very clean and Mae even followed up to ask me how my sandwich was. Really nice lady!
