⭐ 1/5 – Extremely disappointing experience I paid £16 for this meal and honestly it’s shocking how overpriced it is. What you see in the photos is exactly what I received: reheated chicken, thrown on the grill just to look “fresh”, soggy fries, and a presentation that is honestly embarrassing. On top of that, the so-called burger I bought for £7 is a complete joke: a soggy bun soaked in sauce, a random piece of fried chicken inside, barely any freshness, and around 10 chips on the side. It doesn’t even look like a proper burger. For this kind of money you can eat much better in Central London, with real quality and fresh food — not reheated leftovers packed in a rush. Absolutely do not recommend.

This was my first time. I was pleasantly surprised. I normally can't handle commercial Jerk Sauce as its either too sweet, too salty and not spicy enough, However, the jerk and bbq combination sauce really hits the spot. Its spicy and tasty enough to enjoy. The only thing I didn't enjoy here is all the pieces of bone that are crushed in the chicken wings so you have to eat it very carefully. Also some parts of the chicken were rock solid and seemed old. The atmosphere could be better and more welcoming like GDK is. The staff also forgot part of my order and I had to get up and remind them. When I went to the toilet to wash my hands the water lost pressure and actually ran dry, but luckily I used enough water to wash my hands. The staff were very nice and professional, however I saw some customers not being very nice to them. I will return here to take a take away, their jerk and bbq combination is very nice It would be good if they also had a non halal option.

Never fails! Amazing service to go with the great food, Dumpling burger is a must when you visit.

I really like chicken kitchen but this was so disappointing from this branch. The team needs to learn to cook the chicken thoroughly. The breast cutlet itself is thick as anything, so learning to cook through such a thick cutlet is a must! Disappointed is an understatement please do better because I genuinely enjoy chicken kitchen. Thanks

Food was piping hot, chicken and waffle had really nice flavour, fried jerk wings were stunning but the stand out item was the dumpling chicken burger which was amazing and so moreish. If you're ever in the area then it's a must visit.

Deserves a -5 star review, hygiene rating 1 but we still thought to give it a try but the staff are soo rude, called up to ask about ingredients as we ordered for collection, the woman who answered was so condescending & rude, she hung up on us mid conversation & refused to answer the phones, 5mins we called for nobody to answer, we had the cancel our order as we don’t know what they will do with the food if they hang up & won’t answer the phone. Attitude absolutely stinks. 1 STAR HYGIENE RATING!, not surprised, dirty shop & rude staff, save yourself the trip

Routinely gets orders wrong. Instead of sending three orders of chicken wings they sent 3 chicken wings for a total cost of nearly twenty five pounds. This has happened more than once with them. The staff is careless and there quality control is poor. If they cannot count In not sure they should be trusted to safely make food.

Was about to order on UberEats then checked the hygiene rating. 1 STAR. You know what that means? Disgusting kitchen, dirty, probably mice and rats. Seriously? NO THANKS. Don’t want to be ill.
