I love chicken kitchen, but not from this location. Never again. I've never be treated so poorly or have experienced such rude customer service.
I placed an order for two chop chops for delivery. Not more than 30 seconds passed and I called back to add to the order. I thought all is well. Food shows up. I'm charged for delivery twice, even though all the food shows up at the same time. I was never advised of the second charge.
When I called back I get two excuses from the so called shift supervisor. 1) We couldn't add to the original receipt since it was already printed. We would have to void and create a new one. 2) the order was already made and the driver left with your food and we had to call him back.
In speaking with the shift supervisor, I asked if someone calls back to add to an order they are automatically charged an additional charge, her response was I was the only person to have done that, so apparently I'm the only person to have a change of mind....oh wait, I was adding to an order therefore creating more revenue, so I feel I shouldn't have been penalized the additional delivery fee.
And one thing that should be pointed out. Both my receipts show the same exact time 7:09pm. So in 30 seconds two chop chops were made and the delivery person ran out the door. I don't know about you, but when I've ordered chop chop in person, it takes longer than 30 seconds for one to be made, let alone two and prepared for delivery. Should I be concerned????
This may sound petty to some.....and if so my apologies. I took the time to share the details because yes I believe for a delivery charge of 2.50, why should I make a big deal.....I'm making the big deal about the way I was treated when I called back to inquire as to why I was being charged. Not many people would waste their time to point that out, but it's a principle thing. How many others have been taken advantage of. Maybe this will help correct the problem. And just maybe customer service will be addressed at this location.
