A diamond in the rough in a world of hyped up cafes and Tattes, this no frills establishment churns out hundreds of the best sandwiches around. With an almost endless breakfast and lunch menu you could easily go an entire semester without trying everything, especially when the classic Spicy TKO is so darn good. It will be a shame to lose such a true piece of Northeastern history. RIP

This place kept me well fed for most of my five years of undergrad here at Northeastern. Honestly not sure I would have made it to grad school without Chicken Lou's constant nourishment. I'm very sad to hear that the place is closing down, I'll have fond memories of the meals I ate there over the past five years. The food was always hot, flavorful, and filling on the coldest Boston days and the hottest stickiest summer days. It was always fast, and the portions were big. A real treasure of NEU and Boston overall here!

The TKO is the least healthy thing to eat on campus. It's well worth every calorie. I personally like the southwestern variant of the TKO better, but I've heard it argued both ways. If you're here for breakfast, get a "cholesterol" or two. They do egg sandwiches pretty well.

Without a doubt, the best place to eat on campus. My favourite is the Amber Lou's barbeque, but you can't go wrong with a TKO either. Tell Dave I said hi if you see him.

Really good sandwiches, and not just their chicken! Sometimes it gets a little hectic; you need have a strong voice and a strong resolve to place an order. The atmosphere isn't entirely their fault but I have to give it four stars for it.

Nice place, can feel a little heavy/greasy, but isn't too expensive and tastes pretty darn good! Great as a weekend lunch treat - love the breadth of the menu. Wait can be long, but not usually too bad
