I love Chicken Salad Chick and that is why I hired the Buckhead location to do a catering job for me at The Americas Mart July Gift Show. I did the order online, received a confirmation but when I followed up with a question, the manager Ben never replied to both my inquiries. I had to call up to ask my question. He confirmed my order and said they use a 3rd party delivery service - I said that is fine as long as they show up. On the day of my catering event, no one had shown up with my $636.13 Chicken Salad Chick Order 15 minutes prior to my event., so I called to see if the driver was in the building. (I do 2 catering events a day for 6 days and I have had a very good experience with catering companies showing up). Catering lady complained she was the only one in the store and seemed like she did not even know about my catering order. It was not a sandwich, it was 7 bowls of chicken salad and sides! I had 75 people waiting to each lunch and I had no catering. Luckily, I pulled out leftovers and tried to make everyone happy. I had to put up a sign stating Chicken Salad Chick didn't show. I did not want their screw up to reflect on me and my staff. I emailed the store and corporate. Corporate responded that day that the district manager would look into it. It is a week later and the manager and corporate have failed to follow up with an explanation as to what happened. Chicken Salad Chick is crossed off my catering list and I will share my experience with all the other showroom managers in The Americas Mart so they don't have the same issue.

I tried this place through catering and had to go try the real restaurant. I got the chicken salad melt with the grape salad and it was great. My sister got the chicken salad sandwich with pasta salad and a scoop of Dixie chick on the side. My son got a spicy pimento cheese BLT and he enjoyed it. And we ordered a trio just to try even more flavors. The crispiness of the croissant melt was the very best. They actually mixed up one of my scoops and gave me the wrong one so I didn't get to try the one with the pineapple so I was sad. We ordered chips and it was perfect. Our least favorite was the pasta salad and our most favorite was the grape salad. The cake did not taste like white chocolate and it was okay.

Arrived about 4:33 to place an order for take out. I asked for “Fancy Nancy,” but was told they were out of it so we ordered three sandwiches of classic chicken salad on wheat toast with lettuce, and asked for no cookies (because we don’t like them and don’t want to waste them.) We received our order and dashed out to go to a local baseball game. Once on the road we opened our containers to disappointment. The sandwiches look like the chicken salad was placed on the bread and then the other piece on top and smashed together, and then they stuck a piece of lettuce in at least for two sandwiches because the third didn’t have lettuce at all. One of the sandwiches didn’t even taste like classic chicken salad. It was the wrong item—It had sweet pickles in it. Then the consistency of the chicken salad seemed to be off and a little dry, different from other stores we’ve visited. So note to self: If you order takeout from this location, make sure you sample your order before you leave so you don’t get disappointed.

I’ve previously been to the Chicken Salad Chick in Kennesaw and service was wonderful. I decided to go to the Roswell location since I live in Buckhead/Atlanta. I asked the young lady if I could have some extra grapes (I like the Fruity Fran CS), and as I was asking her, she made a face as if I was totally insane for asking. She proceeded to ask someone else, and I said no, it is okay, as his answer was no as well. I just did not appreciate her attitude regarding my simple question. The guy who responded as well did not have the most welcoming attitude. He said they could do a fruit side and try to give me as many grapes after the fact. I said no, that’s fine. I worked retail (up front at multiple places) for years before my career, and I honestly am just astounded by the service. Also, I usually receive so many cracker packets (at least ten) with my chicken salad, and she did not provide that many.

I love CSC. So for the first day of football I make an order. I usually go to the Stockbridge or Snellville locations order online and pick up my order all with in 15 minutes. Today I ordered in Roswell, the we site provides the pick up instructions. When I arrive the parking lot was completely blocked off. I thought maybe the store was closed. I call the location and they say they are open but they didn’t know the parking lot would be closed today. After 30 mins I decide to park at a nearby gas station and walk. That alone is risky in ATL. I had already paid so I was going to get the food. I had to walk in the wet asphalt because there was not a side walk around. Once in the store both managers look at me but do not say anything. So while another worker took order sI just waited on the managers (Faith and Mark) to greet me. After 5 minutes, I decide to interrupt their conversation to ask for assistance. I told them how I was late picking up the order due to parking. Faith stated it has nothing to do with her and her workers were dealing with the same issue. She compared me, a black woman, to her black coworkers. Faith and Mark were the only workers who were not black. I stated that it would have been great to know about the parking situation, when I placed the order online in the pick up instructions. She again stated that the parking was not her problem. I then asked Mark if my melt could be reheated as I’m sure it would be cold now. He stated the order was already done. Again I asked if the melt could be reheated. Faith took the bag from Mark and gave the sandwich to the kitchen. She then pulled a cup to give me. I stated I do not drink fountain drinks and she walked away. When leaving the store neither said anything after handing me the bag. I had to walk back across the asphalt to get to the gas station. A security guard stopped me and stated that I could not go that way and instructed me to walk behind the building to get back to my car. Once at my car, someone has blocked me. The parking situation was unfortunate but the customer service I received and the unmelted melt were even more unfortunate. Tread lightly if you venture into this location.

Picked up my favorite- Dixie Chick! For some reason, the taste is different...keep the recipe on point. I was surprised to see that I had enough points to get a free large Dixie Chick this time.

Visited twice...Simple concept with great service, friendly staff...fresh ingredients. A great, healthy option when you need something fast and also filling. Great portion sizes for the price.

Who does not love chicken salad?! This is one of my go to places when I’m on Roswell Rd. I ordered a scoop of the Barbie Q (BBQ) and jalapeño with some chips. As always it was fresh and delicious. The gentleman upfront was very friendly and my order came out quick!

Yelp
Everyone was SO sweet and hospitable! Great food! Super sweet manager. Greeted me when I walked in. And got food sooo fast.

Yelp
Great food, horrible customer service. The young lady with the braids and AirPods in her ears had an attitude taking my order, was unfriendly and then when i got up to grab my food and said "thank you" she just walked away not even acknowledging that i spoke to her. She did the same to a man that came in for a pick up order, just walked away to grab the food, basically flicked it over at him and walked back to sit back down in the corner to be on her phone. I know they tend to hire people on the younger side so I'll give some grace....

Yelp
Service was quick and the place was clean but that's all the good I have to give this place. The food is literally one of the worst places I've ever eaten. It's super bland and mushy. I can tell they couldn't have possibly used any seasoning in this chicken salad because it was so white. I've never seen chicken salad so white in color. Usually seasonings turn the color of the mayo, if they even used that. And I don't know if we should even call it chicken salad because I don't remember even a piece of meat hitting my tongue. I had an original scoop of chicken salad on a croissant topped with lettuce, tomato and bacon. I literally only tasted the lettuce and maybe a hint of bacon. COLD ASS BACON.. I mean could you have heated it up. The bacon seemed like some bacon they cook at the top of the week and use until it run out. Wow. No salt, pepper or anything similar to a seasoning was used to prepare this chicken mush or sandwich. I'm appalled and would never recommend this place to anyone. I can't believe they have so many locations. And I tried it because a friend of mine always raves about it. Now I question her knowledge for good taste. I would only recommend this be served to old people with dietary restrictions and people in the hospital. But even older people deserve a little pizazz in their food. What a shame!!! FYI: I really love chicken salad so I was really heartbroken when this meal was found out to be horrible. $15 I threw away.

Yelp
I went there with friends while visiting from LA. We don't have this in LA but wish we did. It was SO GOOD. I got the chicken salad on a croissant and omg it was so tasty. Half was plenty and then I ate the other half the next day, plus the price was perfect. Also, the staff was super friendly and patient with me asking so many questions and the food was prepared quickly. Next time I'm back visiting the area, I'm definitely going back. Deeeelish!

Allie C.

Yelp
Food was good but they failed to put an entire tray of cookies with the order. When I called to tell them of the missing item I was placed on hold for 1hr+. I ended up ending the call since they obviously couldn't care less about what I had to say. Will not be back to this store.

Yelp
The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food tastes good, however as per the regional managers decision you can no longer have a cup for water. I think this is atrocious. For this fact I will not be spending my money at this location any longer.

Yelp
10/10. My second experience and I will keep coming back. The picture not so great but the food is AMAZING! Fresh and so good. I mean look at this pickle. But honestly you'd think my favorite part is the chicken salad. The sweet treat cookie is really what does it for me! Two scoops just isn't enough. A 15 minute drive for me and I will do this often. I just downloaded the app and will rack these points because WHY NOT? I'm a sassy Scotty queen! LOL

Yelp
It has been a while since my last visit. Friendly and quick service. Not to crowded on A Thursday at this location. The Kay Lynne is very flavorful with the awesome spice that I like. Only thing it should have came with tomatoes, my preference.

Yelp
I wonder if it's any good, but I can't tell because the lady running the place put out the "Closed" sign ten minutes before they're scheduled to close. When she saw us pull up, she ran to the back so she wouldn't have to explain why the store was closed before it was supposed to be. As we drove away, she came back out. This is a really bad way do business and to stay in business.

Yelp
If you like chicken salad, this is your spot! The cranberry kelly is my favorite. You can get a sandwich or a scoop over lettuce. The sides are usually pretty good too. Staff is always friendly and desserts are on point. It's the perfect quick lunch spot with ample parking too.

Yelp
First time trying this place. Went for dinner and was empty and I suspect might be more of a lunch spot. Decor inside is comfortable and inviting. I tried classic and Fancy Nancy which had fruit and nuts added. Both were good but next time I might try other flavors. Interesting concept to basically offer only chicken salad with different flavors by add ins. I do wish they offered bread instead of crackers but for a simple meal it's pretty straight forward. Would come back.

Yelp
I placed my delivery order for a lunch event for 10 people 11 days in advance. Got an email confirmation the order had been received by the Buckhead location. The morning of the event, I woke up to an email at 5:59am saying that my order had been canceled because "The ordering system was not able to transmit an order scheduled for today. There was an issue communicating the order to the in-store system." Bottom line, the restaurant's online ordering system couldn't "talk" to the store, so it auto-canceled my order. The store didn't open until 10am and didn't start answering their phones until nearly that time. My order was supposed to be delivered at 11:30am. This time crunch made me extremely stressed. I went to their website to see if there was any other type of contact method. Their website just returned an error message - clearly they were having major technical issues across the board. While I felt sympathy for their technical challenges, the bottom line was that I needed to get lunch delivered to my event - PRONTO! I finally got ahold of the Buckhead location and the store manager was completely unaware of the technical issues. She found my order in her computer, but didn't really know what to do. She put me on hold and called her District Manager "Justin". Her only solution (after talking with "Justin") was that I needed to re-do my entire order through UberEats or DoorDash. This was not a reasonable solution. My event is on a strict budget and anybody who has ever ordered with UberEats or DoorDash is well aware that both of these platforms have a significant upcharge for using their services. This was absolutely going to blow my budget out of the water! Plus, the store already had my order - the store manager already told me she was looking at my order in her computer! I ended up speaking with "Justin", who it seemed was nearly hysterical, the pressure/stress of the situation it appeared was affecting him and he apparently was not handling it at all well. He was screaming and yelling from the moment I said "hello". I've truly never experienced a phone call with a member of management from a corporation like that before. He presented himself as extremely immature and hostile, which is unfortunate for someone with the title of District Manager. The phone call went so incredibly poorly, I simply could not fathom doing business with Chicken Salad Chick. The call was absolutely that atrocious. I told "Justin" I would find another company to handle my lunch order. I now needed to find another restaurant that could get a similar lunch delivery made for 10 people in what was now down to about one hour. This was pressure I really didn't need on a Monday morning, especially since I had taken care of getting this all squared away 11 days in advance! Bottom Line: Clearly the Buckhead location of Chicken Salad Chick restaurant has no interest in finding solutions when they are presented with problems. They have no backup plan. They have no alternative resources. They have no way to think outside of the box. Their management is not empowered to find solutions and their district manager needs help. I have no idea if their food is great or not. We will never find out. If they can't manage to fulfill a simple lunch order for 10 people that was sent to them 11 days in advance, I'll go elsewhere to feed my groups. This is Atlanta - there are 99 different options and I don't need problems.

Yelp
I've been going to a variety of CSC locations for years and never had a bad experience. Went in for lunch and the location had a short staffed sign on the door. There were only two employees working, normally 4-5. They were so incredibly friendly and the service was still extremely quick! The food was fantastic as always. Felicia, the general manager, was working the cash register and gave such great customer service, even during these hard times.

Yelp
This is probably weird that I had a STRONG taste for chicken salad but I did. Problem was, I didn't feel like making it. Then I remembered that I had put Chicken Salad Chick on my "to try" list a while ago. I am so happy that this place exists! The chicken salad is made fresh everyday with so many varieties! I was feeling "spicy" so that's why I opted for the Buffalo flavored salad. It did NOT disappoint. The spiciness was perfect. I had never had broccoli slaw before (I'm a Northerner and that isn't a "thing" up there). It was SO good. The crunch of the Broccoli and the sweetness of the dressing made me very happy. I think I even wiggled in my chair a little. I definitely want more of that. I forgot to get the server's name but she was so nice and when I told her I was a Newbie, she came back and checked on me and made sure I was happy with my food. The prices were reasonable for the food that I got. This will have to be somewhere I frequent more often, even if I get a to-go salad.

Yelp
I am picky about chicken salad, and this place is absolutely delicious! All white meat, great flavor. I tried it a few weeks ago and have been back several times. The broccoli cheese soup is also yummy! Highly recommend!

Yelp
Unsealed bag and unsealed container, might as well let the Uber driver snack. Gross. How hard is it to tie a bag? Sticker to put the receipt on the bag, but no sticker to seal a tied bag? Missing my BOWL of soup I paid $6.50 for. Wouldn't be surprised if the driver took it, but then I get to the croissant and realize they didn't give me my side, which was a "scoop" of extra chicken salad. Absolutely lazy and inept. Received ten packages of crackers... with no soup or scoop to use them with.

Yelp
The food here is great and very convenient. However the customer service has been VERY bad. Felecia must forget we wear mask and speech is restrained. Felecia decides to have a VERY nasty attitude, 1. because she couldn't hear me say, "IM FINE" when she said how are you, calling herself REPEATING herself and then rolling her eyes. 2. She was in front of another customer assisting them at the time, so truly her focus should not have been on me as I was waiting for an app place order and did not need her assistance. This isn't the first time I've come in and witnessed her attitude towards me or another customer. This is however my first time making a public post, because I'm tired of spending my money with a company whose customer service is horrible.

Yelp
I've never been disappointed by going to Chicken Salad Chick. The food is always fresh and good. Also the atmosphere is modern and nice with a clean restaurant.

Yelp
Halfway through my meal I looked down to take another bite, and there's a GIANT BUG WING in my food. I am absolutely repulsed. Disgusting. SO UNSANITARY. How are they allowed to sell this!!!

Yelp
I used to live in Columbia, SC where I fell in love with chicken salad at this place called The Gourmet Shop. If you're ever in the area, it's a must to stop by and get a quart of their chicken salad or just have some in their cafe. Anyway, since moving back to Atlanta I've been "chasing that high" so to speak ever since. And so I decided to stop by Chicken Salad Chick since they are supposed to be the go-to place for chicken salad, by name alone. I stopped by and grabbed a trio of scoops since I wanted to try a variety. I got the Classic Carol, Cranberry Kelli, and Jalapeño Holly since I wanted to try the plain, a fruity one, and a spicy one. I didn't have to wait too long (less than 10 minutes during a slower period of the day, 3 pm on a Tuesday) and soon my order came out and I took it home. I was not impressed with the Jalapeño Holly. It wasn't too spicy, but my problem with it is that it's made with pickled jalapeños and not fresh ones, so while there is a strong jalapeño taste, the vinegar tastes even stronger. My throat was burning from the acidity in a very unpleasant way and I had to force myself to eat the scoop. Not a giant fan and I won't order it again. I loved the Cranberry Kelli and was sad to run out of the scoop. It wasn't too sweet and it had a good amount of almonds and cranberries mixed in. They definitely didn't skimp on the ingredients. I think it was my favorite of the bunch. Finally, the Classic Carol was decent and not too shabby. I think it may have too much mayonnaise in it though as it was markedly more creamy and wet than the other two scoops. It was a little too plain so I think in the future I would want it on a sandwich instead of by itself. But it did taste good. The meal also came with a pickle quarter and a cookie. The pickle was awesome and very crisp. The cookie was just okay. It tasted a little too processed for me. I'll come back for sure! I'm interested in the seasonal flavors and a few others that I didn't try during this first round. I don't think I will get the trio again though- honestly, it was way too much food for me and I can put away a frightening amount. But it's a good deal if you're planning to make several meals out of your trip.

Yelp
Finally - a spot for chicken salad lovers! I consider myself a bit of a chicken salad connoisseur. Like the chicken salad lady herself, I've tried 'em all - however I haven't attempted to create my own recipes at home! I've had my eye on this place & watched their growing footprint all across Atlanta. There must be something good about their chicken salad... When I stepped into the Buckhead location late on a Friday afternoon, it was abuzz with activity. Patrons were both dining in & picking up take-out orders. With so many options to choose from, including traditional, savory, fruity/nutty, & spicy, I asked to sample a few: Classic Carol, Fancy Nancy, & the lemon Basil. I'll be honest - maybe my expectations were a little too high. I mean with a name like Chicken Salad Chick, I thought I'd be getting the most mind-blowing, delicious, can't get enough kinda chicken salad!! Instead, tried the samples and was hit with that unmistakable underwhelming sentiment...ehhh. I will give them points though for texture (not too chunky, not too smooth) & for not drowning in mayo. The only flavor that was slightly distinctive was the lemon basil - and it could've used less basil, more lemon. For the others, you could blindfold me & I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between Chicken Salad Chick's & a store-bought version. Nonetheless, I ordered The Chick ($7.99) with a side of pasta salad. Chicken salad - okay. Pasta salad - okay. My favorite part? The cute & delicious buttercream frosted cookie that came with the meal! I could eat a half dozen of those!

Yelp
Sigh. Over a month ago, I came to Chicken Salad Chick for a Yelp Elite event. I had so much fun and the people and food were great! I raved about it and couldn't wait to come back. Everyone got a coupon for a free scoop of chicken salad. So I came back. Only to be disappoint. First of all, I didn't like the customer service much. The ladies at the cashier were bored and just wanted to rush and hurry up so they could get away from the front. No greeting. No suggestions. Nothing but hurry up with your order, gimme your money, go to that bench to sit and wait for your food. BTW, the workers in the back will be getting it. After the order, I didn't see her anymore, I thought she was working on my order but nope. A guy came out and brought my order. I ordered 1/2 lb of the spiciest chicken salad - Kicking Kay Lynne. The free scoop is Barbie-Q. Also got Pimento Cheese croissant, along with mac & cheese. Let's not forget a pound of the Grape Salad. I got everything to go but took a bite in the car before heading out so no pics. First of all, the Barbie-Q is yummy. The Pimento Cheese is still as good as I remembered. Very disappointed in the Kicking Kay Lynne. It was not spicy at all. Well, for my Asian taste buds. I wish there were jalepeno pieces for the spicy kick. Instead the spicy flavor came from the tabasco sauce. I read the ingredients and there seems to be jalepenos but cannot taste it and Sriracha sauce. That's why. I personally do not think Sriracha is spicy, and am not a fan of it. I am most disappointed in the Grape Salad. I was so excited to eat it cause I remember really liking it. However, I didn't like it. It was not even sweet. The grapes were sour and the cream cheese is more watery than I remember. My family didn't see the big raved of it like I told them and I have to admit that they are right. Oh yeah, the only pic I have is of that cause we really didn't like it that much. I was able to pull it from the fridge and take a pic of it. Because of the bland customer service and disappointing food, not consistent, I think it's just okay for now. I still plan to go back cause I did like some of the flavors. More like a 3.5 out of 5 As I am typing this, I really am disappointed with the Grape Salad. I think I am going to look online for a copycat recipe and do it myself. 105/2017

Yelp
Located next to Ace Hardware. Parking in his shopping center can be a bit challenging, especially during the lunch hour. I went today 6-29-17 for lunch as I had an appointment out that way and this is a new place I just bookmarked. The place was jam packed! People standing in line, People waiting for ToGo orders and those dining in. You can also eat outside...whatever your choice there were minimal seats available, which can be a good sign. I ordered mine ToGo. Because I love anything with lemon I ordered the Trio but got all 3 scoops of the Lemon Basil. I ate it with crackers - SO Yummy. I loved the taste. Very refreshing on this muggy day. It had pecans, fresh basil, & lemon. I also had a side of the tri colored pasta salad. - not bad at all. They had plenty of staff working and trying there best to accommodate everyone that came in during the lunch hour. To be honest I didn't take pics of the inside because I was so busy chatting with other customers just as excited about trying this place. Lol. The only suggestion I have is that I wish they had a bit more space for people waiting for ToGo orders to sit and more room to accommodate the long lines of people waiting to order. It did get a bit warm in there too with all the bodies in there. All this to say....looking forward to trying some other flavors!

Yelp
The seventh ATL-area Chicken Salad Chick opened recently and I'm thrilled! This is an excellent place to grab a quick lunch or pick something up to take home for a family meal, and a welcome addition to this stretch of Roswell Road. I eat at the Alpharetta location A LOT since it's so close to my office, but this location is much closer to my house. I've been to this location two times since it opened - just the first two of many visits, I think! If you're unfamiliar, Chicken Salad Chick is a fast-casual restaurant concept serving variations on Southern classics like chicken salad and pimento cheese. With a small but complex menu, there is something for everyone, and it's all customizable. All their salads are gluten-free and they offer paleo-friendly options as well. They offer dine-in, take-out, and catering options. Not counting seasonal specials, the Chick offers 12 varieties of Chicken Salad served either on a bed of lettuce or on a sandwich, all with a pickle and a signature cookie. My current faves are the Fancy Nancy and the Sassy Scotty. If you have a hard time deciding what flavor you want (like me) you can order three flavors (the "trio"). You can also add on a side (grape salad, broccoli salad, pasta salad, or an actual salad). if you're not sure if you'll like something, ask for a sample. The folks who work here are SUPER nice and will give you a taste of anything you'd like - even the desserts!

Yelp
This is my second visit to a Chicken Salad Chick and both visits were wonderful. The food quality and service are consistent each time I visit. I have tried the chicken salad scoops, savoy and spicy, the soap and a sandwich on croissant. I will definitely be back as I am a fan. If you haven't visited this restaurant you should!

Yelp
How many bad reviews can we leave about service? I've tried this location 3x -pre Covid and post. It is always the same. Great food. Nice enough at greeting, etc... but then you watch, and wait, and wait, and wait. Three people in front, two in back. Ten minutes to scoop a scoop of chicken salad onto greens a and cherry tomatoes. This isn't a complex meal I get it. There are orders ahead perhaps. But when you see people hanging out and talking then it feels like something else could be done. This is my last time trying. A shame. I LOVE the food. As a small biz owner I can only imagine that this is super frustrating. Maybe when there are no Covid supplements service will improve, but more likely we'll see this location close.

Cynthia Q.

Yelp
We love this place! If you like chicken salad you will feel like you're in chicken salad heaven! You'll find the biggest CS variety you've ever seen, all with an incredibly down home homemade taste. I'm addicted for sure! Highly recommended!

Yelp
Okay so I might be a little biased as I was waiting weeks for this location to open... slowly stocking the countdown sign in front but they are open and it's AMAZING! I've been about 10 times and each time is as good as the last. Never disappointed. They have 16 different flavors of chicken salad so there is definitely something for everyone. I love the Chicken salad BLT sandwich. Soups are just as good and come with the meal. Staff is just learning but that's to be expected considering they just opened. If you're a fan sign up for their rewards program it's a great thing to have with fun rewards. Parking can be a tad crazy at lunch time because the shopping center is popular but I've always found a spot. They have a quick grab and go cooler in the front with every flavor for quick access. Love this place! Ps- you can try any flavor of the chicken salad! Just ask! They want to make sure you're going to like it!!

Yelp
I got a buffalo barclay sandwich and it tasted spoiled and like barbecue only reason it got a star is because the pasta salad.

Yelp
I've had some GREAT experiences here! The staff, though shy at times, is really sweet. However, on Monday, January 21st, I witnessed something unpleasant. I came in that evening and a lady ahead of me hadn't finished getting her belongings together from check out when the blonde cashier looked over the customers head and said in a tone I've never received at this location, "do you need something?" I'm thinking, well I'm standing here with your chicken salad, I'd like to pay for it. But I nodded instead and tried to smile. I waited for the lady at the counter to complete her time there and then I paid for my containers and left. As I got back in my car I could see the demeanor of the other team members. They didn't look comfortable. This establishment already has a slight colonial, old south feel to it that is off putting. But the food is good and great for catering so I continued to return. However, tonight's energy was so bad I'll just go to the others even if they are out of my way. That cashier's attitude was deplorable. I can't go back. I just can't. They have a hiring sign out front. I feel sorry for anyone that has to tolerate her mood or that environment. I hope this was an isolated incident and it gets better.

Yelp
I am so grateful that this place exists. Everything is always fresh. The food is amazing. The guys at the front are friendly and it's a quiet relaxing atmosphere in the middle of a hard day at work. You're cheating yourself if you've never had the chicken salad BLT! I can't think of anything negative to say about this place

Yelp
I'm not a big chicken salad person but I LOVE there classic carol on a croissant. The staff are always friendly. I would recommend them for catering work functions. Something different and light to eat.

Yelp
I wanted something light to eat and decided to try this. Chicken Salad Chick offers so many flavors which made it difficult to choose. Being that this was my first time I ordered one scoop of the southern chicken salad with wheat crackers. The southern has sweet pickles and eggs added to it. Sometimes you go to places and it's too creamy. This chicken salad was really good. It's served on lettuce with a pickle spear and mini cookie for $5.99. It's very simple and good. Next time I go back I'm going to try a different flavor.

Yelp
This used to be a great store to visit, great food, well managed with nice employees. I think it's under new management now. My last 5 visits here have all been more trouble than it's worth. If I place an order on line for pick up, it's never ready on time. When I ask for it, they never know where the pick up orders are, who has what and I have to wait while they run back and forth. I can literally watch someone place and order and get their food before I do. If you want to entertain yourself while you wait, park yourself i front of the pick up sign and watch the insanity. Today, my husband and I dined in. We tried to redeem a reward (after $125 in purchase) for a free meal but the staff applied it wrong, called the manager but she couldn't figure it out. By this time, I had filled the drinks and came back to tell them Coke Zero needed to be refilled, they acknowledged the request. But still couldn't figure out how to reapply the reward. Finally my husband said I'll just pay for it and did. Did ya catch that? They redeemed it and then we had to pay for it. So we paid twice while the manger watched (pretty lady with long braids). We waited 5 minutes and went to get a Coke Zero- still not fixed. Next the manager brought out 1 to go order and looked confused when we asked where the other meal was. She left it and went back to look for the other meal. Then Josh came out with 2 to go orders. (The receipt even says dine in). Just be prepared for stupid mistakes that waste time.

Yelp
So surprised by the average and lower reviews here - we get Chicken Salad Chick to go at least once a week! My husband is obsessed with their pimento cheese and I must have it in the fridge at all times for him (the original is preferred, but the spicy is good, too!) On our first visit we got several orders of the trio and we were able to try nearly every flavor at home. We decided that the fruit varieties were our preference! Fancy Nancy and Cranberry Kelli are our favorites and our little ones love Classic Carol. The consistency of their chicken salad is just right. I enjoy mine on a bed of their seasonal salad: spinach, dried cranberries, feta and pecans (hold the bacon) with their ADDICTIVE poppyseed dressing. Hubby is happy with a traditional salad and accompanies it with their flaky, buttery croissants. I have to have an Arnold Palmer when I'm here! And our meal ends well with their melt in your mouth cookies. Such a satisfying meal, we're lucky we live nearby!

Yelp
Can we get a location in Marietta/Smyrna please!!! Dang this is the BEST chicken salad I've ever had! LOVE how many options they have. What a great idea to make a trio plate so that you can try different flavors. I came a few weeks ago, so can't remember exactly which ones I tried, but I like how shredded the chicken is. I like it better than in chunks. A lot of them sound like they have too many flavors going on, but once you try it you're hooked! The cashier was very friendly, knew the menu, and gave her input on her favs. You order at the counter, get a number, then they bring it to your table. One silly thing I like, is they have the older type coke machine. Not the 100+ flavor one. To me it tastes different, and a good ol' cherry coke from the fountain machine hits the spot. ;) REALLY wished they had a location closer to home. I'd be there every other day if I could. We visited the location in Buckhead (Roswell Rd).

Yelp
Meh. I love the idea of this place, and all the different varieties of chicken salad sound delicious! But in reality, they were extremely bland. My wife ordered the Fancy Nancy, which is supposed to include Fuji apples, grapes and pecans. There were no apples or pecans to be found, only an occasional grape in otherwise tasteless chicken salad. I ordered the Fruity Fran, which is supposed to include Fuji apples, grapes and pineapple. Again, the only flavor to be had was an occasional grape. Too bad, we really wanted to like this place. So disappointing.

Yelp
First time here on a Sat afternoon. They were running a mother's day weekend special..2 scoops for $5.99. You can try any of the flavors I got the original and the one with fruit and nuts. Both were very, very good. Kind of a drive for me, wish they would put one near Decatur, but if I'm in the area again I will go back

Yelp
Stale bread, staff more interested in catching up with one another than in servicing the customers, and small portions on sandwiches.

Yelp
Had my first experience here during the lunch rush with some coworkers. It can be a bit overwhelming as you have a lot of choices and alternatives. It was definitely busy when we went however, the cashier did not make me feel rushed at all. He kindly offered suggestions and told me about some of the specials. It made the process much smoother for me because I decided to go with one of his suggestions. I got the cranberry kelly and it was outstanding. I'm not like a to die for chicken salad lover so I was a little cautious about liking this place. The scoops are generous and definitely a good lunch portion. I do wish there were more cranberries but it was still wonderful. The grape salad was also delicious more of a dessert side (works for me)! And you get a yummy cookie on the side. I would say it's busy during lunch so if you can go before or after normal lunch time it would definitely be wiser! Will be going back for sure!

Yelp
Chicken Salad Chick is a pretty well known chain in the southeast that is actually pretty delicious! I went to this location one night and the employee was so kind and helped me decide what to order. She let me sample a few sides when I couldn't decide what I wanted, and advised me on my chicken salad choice. The customer service was above and beyond my expectations, and that, along with the good food, is why I will return. I had the Cranberry Kelli chicken salad sandwich on a croissant and my friend had the Fancy Nancy chicken salad sandwich on a croissant and they were both good! For sides I got the broccoli salad, which was good, but had a lot of bacon in it. My friend got the grape salad, which she claims is the best thing on the menu. It's super sweet, but delicious!

Yelp
Placed my order online that consisted of 2 orders of a 1/2 sandwich and a cup of soup. While on my way to pick up my order I received a call from Chicken Salad Chick saying they did not have broccoli and cheese soup would I be okay with either potato or tomato soup - I said tomato would be fine. After I picked up my order and got back to the office I realized they did not give me either of my cup of soups. I called and a cashier answered the phone and I explained the situation. After hearing what happened she said, "Well I don't know what you want me to do about it, I'll get the manager." After waiting in the phone for maybe 20 seconds she picks the phone back up and says, "We are really busy and I can't find my manager, you will have to call back later." She then hung up. I was already slightly frustrated that was not going to be able to get my broccoli and cheese soup, which was what I really wanted AND paid for, and opted to go with the tomato soup. But for them to have no sense of customer service decency and to ask me to call back later was very off putting. I will not be going back to Chicken Salad Chick.

Yelp
I was so excited to eat, I forgot to take a picture! Just opened this week and they're having lots of fun giveaways. Someone was at the door to help guests as they walked in and answer questions, which was super helpful since I had never eaten here before. The Buffalo Barclay scoop is the PERFECT amount of spicy and flavorful. Enough kick to taste it but far from so much to make you cry The Grape Salad is definitely sweet enough to be considered dessert, I love it!

Yelp
This place rules. It's all kinds of tasty chicken salad, on sandwiches, on salads or in tubs. Club sandwich is amazing and my favorite chicken salad is the basil lemon. This place is also in Seacrest Beach and always sells out!!

Yelp
Wonderful. Had the Nancy salad and it was fresh and amazing. Loved the location and was able to eat outdoors with great service.

Yelp
I've come to this place many times. The food itself is 4 stars, but my rating is due to the service. Staff does not look like they want to be there and though they had masks on they did not cover their noses. For a mask to be effective it should cover your nose and mouth. I had already ordered, otherwise I would have left. Management needs to re-train staff, I think this place can become solid place again once service is addressed

Yelp
Had a positive experience at this restaurant today on Roswell Road. Food as always tastes good, but the bread was not stale. The order was taken and food was received for take out relatively quickly. Even with a smile!

Yelp
I love the various chicken salad options to choose from. My first visit was one day ago to the Buckhead location. I placed a takeout order since I wanted to go inside and check out the interior. Cashiers displayed warm greetings and were very familiar with the menu. I ordered the chicken salad BLT sandwich on toasted wheat. There was a generous serving. There are many kinds of chicken salads with different ingredients to select from. I ordered a cup of chicken artichoke soup which is cream-based, flavorful, and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Yelp
They are incapable of having a to-go order ready on time. We have waited over thirty minutes for a pre-ordered lunch at least twice. I like the salads but their customer service has got to improve for us to return.
