Ohhhhh, the service here is top tier! My family stopped in to try the chicken salad! We were offered a sample of the Barbie-Q chicken salad which helped with making a decision on what flavor to purchase! The host was so accommodating and nice! The chicken salad was so good that I bought another one called the Sassy Scotty for tomorrow’s lunch! Also, the strawberry lemonade is the best I’ve had in a looooong time! We loved the decor and funny little signs; everything was so charming!

The food was decent, but it took almost 30 mins to even get our food. I understand it’s the holiday season, but having to wait that long for a sandwich, that isn’t really cooked, is a bit extreme.

I stopped in this evening to grab some dinner for me and my son. I was impressed with the level of hospitality that was shown. I had never had CSC before and wasn’t sure what to order. I was happily given the opportunity to sample the Chicken Salad to see if it were for me. I ordered two of their original Chicken Salad BLT combo’s on croissants for me and my son. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend giving them a try!

I love Chicken Salad Chick, but this location really is the best of the best! We wanted to serve croissants at my cousin’s bridal shower, but there was a miscommunication among my aunts and the order was never placed. I called this team the night before, and they went above and beyond to save the day! I can’t say enough kind things about their service - definitely use them for your catering needs (but make sure to put in your order 48 hours in advance!)

Upscale fast food based around chicken salads. Definitely not recommended if you don't like chicken salad but if you do this is what you've been looking for. I had "The Chick", their basic combo, with the regular "Classic Carol" chicken salad on a croissant with a side of broccoli salad and (for a little extra) a scoop of the "Dixie Chick" chicken salad. Both were good, plenty of chicken, not too dry or creamy. The "Classic Carol" has a light seasoning to it that doesn't get in the way. "Dixie Chick" add onions, again not too strong. Other salads add fruit, nuts, jalapeno and other sauces and seasonings. The broccoli salad is also quite good, consisting of chopped florets with cheddar, mozzarella and bacon in a light vinaigrette. Prices are reasonable for quality fast food. Recommended if your looking for sandwiches.

We had a very serious problem with Uber Eats when we placed an order here by mistake. We contacted Kim immediately (manager) and explained what happened. It was lunch hour so we couldn't have a long form discussion, however, long story short. She was able to resolve the problem and ensure the order was cancelled despite Uber Eats being exceptionally unreasonable and trying to scam us by refusing to cancel the order. I recommend this type of leadership and hope that everyone will support Kim and give her the kudos she deserves. Dealing with Uber Eats is difficult at best and impossible most of the time. Well done Kim. We will definitely leave you a store review when we visit you soon.

Absolutely disgusting! Received my door dash order with bugs in it and sat on hold with a shift supervisor for 20 mins. This is absolutely unacceptable. I use to be a restaurant manager and the unwillingness or lack of caring they did to resolve this just shows how restaurant management has gone down. I have reported this to an old friend with the Food and Safety department. Always check your food before eating it. This restaurant should be shut down for a few days and retrain their employees on cleanliness and food safety. Update: I emailed the info at chicken salad chick and still no response. No response from the district manager. This franchise is definitely on my never eat at again list. They do not care about your concern or safety.

Lives up to its reputation of cute comfort. It’s exactly what you think it’s going to be, chicken salad on your choice of bread. Not bad, but quite small considering the price. Chicken dumpling soup was hearty and delicious. Sweet tea was also as expected.

Okay I can't really comment on the food here because it's all bad to me but mostly because I hate chicken salad. Despite that, I'm here a lot picking something up for my wife and every time it's a terrible experience. The service here is CRAZY SLOW, which I don't understand because there's only a few people in front of me plus, to fill my wife's order, they need to put 3 scoops of grull in a container and call my name. Seriously, why does that take 15 minutes??? If you're in a hurry or craving food that doesn't suck go elsewhere. The good news is there's a lot of better options in this shopping center

Placed a catering order through this location for my sister in law's baby shower and had an A+ experience! Ordering was super simple directly through their website, and they have a ton of different platters and dish/menu options to choose from for large parties. They truly have some of my all time favorite chicken salad flavors, so it's always so hard to narrow it down to 2-3 flavors, but the Barbie-Q, Lauryn's Lemon Basil, & Classic Carol are definitely in my top picks! For sides, their pasta salad is divine, but I also love their broccoli salad. Their loaded potato soup is also delicious. Upon placing my catering order, I received a call from someone in store to confirm my order, and from there, pick up was easy and streamlined the morning of the shower! If you just want to dine in, they offer plenty of indoor seating and a few outdoor tables as well.

Delicious food. Haven't really eaten in house, but it always seems nice and clean. We love the buffalo chicken and the jalapeño chicken salad.

Chicken salad Chick specializes in salads. Its menu is varied with many different choices for soups and salads, it's a nice place to go with a group. They have a big table in one of the seating areas. Food is good and always comes with a cookie.

My friend and I came to this location and noticed quickly it's mainly highschool students working there. No issue with that. They were quick to tell us they were out of fancy Nancy but we looked at the to go chick section and it was fully stocked there. We asked if we could use that for the scoop on the plate and they said yes. We waiting another 20 minutes to get our order to go. They forgot crackers but we went back up and asked. I like the Dawsonville location better!

Size of the Large containers seems WAY SMALLER now. And the plethora of crackers they gave me were all stale and broken into pieces. Not worth the $$.

I tried twice and the quality is consistent. They have multiple healthy options, which I love about it. The taste is just right. Their salad is freshly made and well cut in pieces that are well balanced, even by the look. The front team is young and very good at their jobs in welcoming clients. It's not cheap but it's worth it.

Wanted to try Chicken Salad Chick after seeing Josh and Momma on YouTube try it! I'm from the Midwest and can say I have never seen a restaurant specializing in chicken salad before. They had lots of options, -some salads with dairy and some without. I tried the dixie chick and fancy Nancy while my partner got kickin Kay Lynne (as pictured). Fancy Nancy was not as sweet/fruity as I would've liked but still decent, however I had a few people try the Dixie chick and everyone who tried it was a fan. It has more flavor than the other salads (I did sample a couple in store) but not an overwhelming onion flavor. It was my first time stopping in with my friends mom and service was great at first, but noticed as she kept asking questions about how ordering works and what's included in The Chick, our cashier got short with us. The line wasn't overly long, there was one other cashier available and since it was obvious we weren't familiar with the menu I thought they'd be willing to expand more about options but instead she kept needing to ask questions about the answers he gave us. The inside of the restaurant was nice but nothing special, ambiance reminded me a bit of Panera. Would definitely recommend eating here if you're intrigued by different kinds of chicken salad and wanting something quick with high protein.

Not worth the wait and expensive. $14 for a scoop, mini salad and drink. They charge you $1 for the dressing. Waited about 15 mins... The lady taking orders never gave me a number so I was just sitting there... Will probably never come back

I ordered online for the whole office, 18 meals, for pick up from the Lee's Summit location. Parking is kind of a nightmare, as there are a few businesses there with limited parking up close. Fortunately found an open curbside pickup spot, otherwise, it would have been a long walk for me with armfuls of food. The meals were all ready on time, they were correct & had names written on them, which I appreciate. When I asked the gal behind the counter if the multiple bags sitting on the table in the restaurant was mine. She kind of looked at me like, "I can't believe you ordered that much!". I almost felt scolded. I had to carry out about 15 bags. By myself. The gentleman that gave me my receipt simply walked by me, out the front door and didn't offer to help me. I was really surprised they ask for a tip online and then don't offer to help you out the door with a large (over $300) order. I wouldn't have tipped if I had known I was the one that deserved the tip. It would be nice if they would invest in large bags to put multiple meals in (like Panera does) as well. The food...we had multiple orders, so we got to try several flavors. The Fancy Nancy was flavorless and disappointing, unless you happened to get a small chunk of apple (I had maybe 2 small pieces in my whole sandwich), or grapes (I had 1 1/2 grapes, and one of them was whole). The Olivia's Old South was delicious. Flavors were spot on. One of the girls had the Cranberry Kelli and she said it was delicious. The Jalapeno Jolly was tasty. I wouldn't put it on a sandwich, but would definitely order and serve with crackers for a party. The Grape Salad was very good. Others said the Pasta Salad and Broccoli Salad were also good. Some said they prefer the Broccoli Salad over the Pasta Salad. The cookies were ok. They come individually wrapped, and they include one with each meal, which was unexpected & nice. I wouldn't have ordered more if I had known they came with each meal. They are just a basic frosted buttercream cookie. Overall, it was good, but, not sure we'll try again very soon. Online ordering was a bit confusing, slow and clunky. Absolutely didn't care for the (lack of) customer service in the store. The food is good, but, not sure it's worth going through all of that again for it.

Went to Chicken Salad Chick for lunch for the first time. I ordered a scoop of cranberry Kelli which included crackers, pickle spear and cookie, it was delicious. It is not full waiter service, you order and pay at counter, they give you a letter for your table and they bring it out. Plenty of indoor seating plus they also have outdoor seating. Very nice and clean. I will definitely go back!

Love this place! If you are a chicken salad fanatic, then this is a place to check out. I love all the options whether you like things on the savory side such with buffalo sauce or you like a little bit sweet with apples. Maybe you are a classic gal and the base recipe is okay with you. I'm one of these people. If you are unsure then ask for a taste! Yep, you can sample the salad before you order! Just don't hold up the line behind you! I get it toasted but I find that my chicken salad is not warmed all the way through. For a sweet end, a little iced butter cookie is on the side. I still want to test and try would be the pimento cheese so maybe next time.

Love the chicken salad from here. I don't really get to come here often but from what I have had, I've been happy with.

I usually love this place, but today was a disappointment. I ordered the BBQ, but I was given the Buffalo. I will try to come back and try the BBQ again.

Usually very friendly and good. Was there 12/29 mid afternoon. The girl that checked me out had no customer service. Told me my total was right on her side yet my side was 20.00 more than what it should be. Tried to rerun it still off by 7.00, no apology that she rang it up wrong. Got the manager who reran but a 3rd time to get it right. The girl working the register proceeded to stand in the corner and talk about me with the another co worker. Shift Manager made excuses and said she only here during the holidays when she's home from school. Sounds like both staff and managers need to be brushed up on training and customer service, Chicken salad was overly salty, will be a while till I come back to this location.

Chicken Salad Chick is located in The Collection at Forsyth. Excellent service and delectable chicken salad sandwiches. I love the fancy nancy sandwich on a croissant with a side of grape salad. Great option for a healthy, casual lunch.

Lackluster teenagers with no managerial oversight can't seem to follow order instructions. Not an isolated episode. Great business concept, great food but very poor execution. I'll take my business elsewhere.

So sad. Chicken salad is great but everything else makes this a "don't waste your time" place. Every table is dirty, floors dirty, no tea, no coke, nearly no togo's ready in the box, soup was cold, portion size has shrunk (a lot), no sense of urgency, 30+ minutes in line (not peak) and watched 15+ people give up and walk out without ordering. On the plus side, they gave us 25 packs of crackers for one large togo . This has become a trend at CSC. I wonder if CFA has chicken salad...?

Stopped in for a quick lunch. The place was really busy but the line went quickly. The employees were helpful and friendly. I had a scoop of the classic chicken salad with the broccoli salad. The flavor on both was excellent. if you don't care for the traditional way of chicken salad, do not despair, for there are many different ways you can get your chicken salad. The broccoli was fresh and crunchy. The mayonnaise was not overpowering and there was mozzarella cheese as well as cheddar cheese in it. The portion sizes were good. I would definitely come back again. They also have soups and salads. A great place to go when you want to eat fast but good. And if it looks super busy when you walk in, don't worry because you will get through the line quickly and tables turn quickly.

I was a little skeptical at first eating at this restaurant. Why would I go to a restaurant to eat chicken salad when I can just buy it at Costco or Publix? Boy I was wrong. Chicken Salad Chick is an interesting concept restaurant where they specialize in chicken salad. They reinvent the chicken salad and incorporate a whole variety of flavors to it; my favorite is the jalapeno chicken salad. The menu is fairly simple, you can order a scoop or sandwich version of chicken salad which comes with one scoop of a flavor of your choice, bread of choice, a side, and a cookie. When I ordered they had a tomato basil soup of the day which was delicious with the sandwich especially on a cold day. The cookie is just a typical packaged cookie with white frosting on the top (like the ones you find at Publix), nothing special. You can also order other sandwiches like a pimento cheese sandwich. It's a nice addition to the Alpharetta area and seems to support local moms too. I'm all for this chain of restaurants.

My wife and I grabbed lunch and were very pleased with our food, friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the restaurant. We both had Fancy Nancy's and potato soup. Everything was flavorful, and plentiful.

I ordered this for delivery to try something new & healthier than what I normally get. I was very surprised how much I loved what I got! I thought I always hated chicken salad, but this was amazing! The soup I got was also delicious. I got baked potato soup and my toddler, who is super picky, ate the whole thing. I got the Sassy Scotty sandwich and it was great. If you've never tried, I definitely recommend. The cookie was also a nice touch :)

This is the latest chicken salad chick location and if you have been to one before it's the exact same here. I still love the Olivia's Old South even though I hate pickles but for some reason it draws me back each time. We normally get the chick which is 2 scoops of whatever you want and you can make one of those into a sandwich, which I did. I then got my other scoop of pimento cheese. Add a drink, they give a small frosted sugar cookie and you have a great meal. Wha I think they can improve on is add some local flavor to each location to make each one a tad unequivocal and look like they are aware of the place the are in. For those curious about price I attached my receipt for lunch for 2.

My first time here. For $9 to-go I got a sandwich, side, and cookie. I had the chicken salad with jalapeño (think it's called Jalapeño Holly) and while it wasn't the best I've ever had, it's was ok and I would get it again. Same with the broccoli salad side. I did ask for my bread not to be toasted (and it came toasted) but that's not a big deal. This place was packed on a weekday during lunch, and since it's in the middle of The Collection parking was pretty full but those are really the only real negatives for me.

As usual, the food was good and the staff was pleasant at the counter. However, contrary to any other time I have been in this location, today (10/24/23) it was a pig sty. Food and trash left on the tables, floors with food on them, and disposals for food containers were overflowing and spilling onto the floor. Very disappointing.

Wow. Words cannot even express my amazing experience at chicken salad chick. I got a delicious croissant sandwich, and even though I got the boring "Classic Carol," it was DELISH to say the least! The flavors were to die for, and I was in chicken salad heaven (I know it doesn't exist, but I sure wish it did!). Not even that, the nice dishwasher boy came out and said hi to us! He was such a gentleman and wanted to make sure everything was tasting alright, and sure enough, it was! Overall, if i ever wanted to hug a place, it would DEF be chicken salad chick!!

Excellent service and staff! A little wait at noon - not bad considering the hour. Guy behind the counter was a rock star! The chicken salad itself is very good. I made a mistake in ordering and got the classic salad. The scoop of chic salad was great. A bowl of salad greens and 5 grape tomatoes was not very good. I should have gotten the sandwich and a broccoli salad - which looked great. I'll be back and try other things.

Best chicken salad from a store , tastes just like if your mama made it! We were introduced to it in Alabama where they first opened. Every restaurant is consistently clean, well managed and Yummy! This is a reliable chain restaurant no matter what state or town you happen to drop in on one.

There's plenty to choose from, as far as different flavors of chicken salad, egg salad, pimento cheeses, sides, soups and salads! Everyone is very friendly and always accommodating.

One of my favorite go-to lunch places. Healthy, tasty options for the whole family. The menu goes beyond chicken salad, with soups, egg salad, and mac and cheese. Vegetarian options as well. The restaurant is clean and staff is welcoming.

Food is excellent but if you're doing a delivery to your home or work, better pray it all comes. Our last 2 orders were ridiculously wrong. On one they only sent one of two entrees and the other one left off the crackers as well as providing half (only) of the grape salad which is delicious if you had the good fortune to ever get it. So beware! They do credit your account but that's of small solace when you're hungry. They didn't even offer to bring the missing entree. We were obviously of no concern to them. It's a damn shame!

Next visit they added the missing item to my order. Wouldn't credit previous order as requested but at least we received the missing item.

I can't get enough of Chicken Salad Chick. We go there at least once a month and are never disappointed. I get the Chick with Mac and cheese or potato salad and Olivia's Old south is my favorite although I love them all. The chick comes with a cookie and pickle as well as a side plus your sandwich. The best part is you can sample any of the salads if you've never been!

Today was my third visit to Chicken Salad Chick and probably my last. I ate in store on opening day and there was a mistake with my order, no problem, they fixed my order and I was happy. It was opening day, so I tried again. On my second visit I ordered takeout and I was satisfied with my order, no issues. Today I ordered takeout again. I was upsold on getting a third scoop, which was left out of my order. I should have checked before I left the store. I tried to call just to let them know there was a problem and their phone goes straight to a voicemail that doesn't greet you with a store name. I felt that was odd. In reading other reviews I see that these are frequent errors. I hope CSC reads thier reviews and makes needed improvements in order accuracy.

Wonderful atmosphere. Delicious food. Amazing cookie at the end. Loved the entire experience. Definitely one of my new favorite places!! I tried the trio - soup, chicken salad, and regular salad. All good, just wish they had a plain house salad with out all the fancy cranberry, walnut, etc. The lemon basil chicken salad was amazing! The traditional was true to its name, and the fruity one was the traditional with apples, grapes, and pineapple.

Tried it for the first time and really enjoyed it. Will definitely add this to my lunch spots. Great customer service and the food quality is great!

I love coming here!! I soo wish there was a drive thru. I wish their flavors of the sandwich were more bold, but over all great food and price point. I am from the west and this is the only restaurant (besides chick fil a) that keeps me coming back all the time.

I went here for dinner one night. It wasn't busy and my order was perfect. I'd definitely suggest getting your chicken salad as a sandwich, then it's more than enough food. I got the trio - and got Olivia's Old South on a croissant, loaded baked potato soup, and a scoop of buffalo. It was really good, but definitely more than enough. The service was also good

This is one of my all time favorite places to have lunch. My daughter loves the quick pick Olivia's Old South. The food is always so fresh and the presentation is frightful. We visit regularly and today was especially good. Thanks to Susan and Rene for making our lunch experience wonderful. We will see you next week.

Awesome sandwiches. Tasted great. Big portions. Really appreciated the staff changing gloves and taking the virus seriously. Totally going back.

Good food but don't try calling in to order a take out. They never answer their phone! And in my case I had a gift card that you are unable to use on their online system, which is a major flaw too. I did not have the time to go in and order and wait so they lost out on a big family lunch order. Unfortunately this has happened the last 3 times I've tried to call in repeatedly. Either hire someone to handle call in orders or just do away with it and make your website more user friendly.

Pricey! $11 for 1 scoop, 1 side & a drink. I would pay that again for chicken salad if it were table service but this is a quick service place. You eat on plastic trays covered in parchment & plastic silverware. Tried the Fancy Nancy, tasted like plain Chicken Salad to me that you can make yourself or pick up any grocery store. I think they are overpriced for the amount of food you get & the taste.

Check your order before you take it home since if it's wrong like mine was and you call back to try to rectify it they (the manager) will tell you to call back later AFTER lunch, even though it was your lunch THEY ruined. Fortunately too I don't have nut allergies since the sandwich they gave me had nuts in it, at least that's what I think those pinhead-sized flakes were. And don't be in a hurry when you go. It'll take at least 10 minutes to get your (wrong) order.

I went in and ordered the pimento cheese scoop thinking like with all pimento cheese apps it would come with pita bread or veggies or something when I asked they said I guess we could give you wheat crackers but these scoops are meant to be eaten with a fork. Yup- a scoop of something for 7.00- biggest rip off I've ever seen

Love the food but the service was so slow for an order of soup and a side. I love the buffalo barclay and the loaded potato soup. But the wait was miserable. I wish they were quicker

We ordered an original BLT with the classic carol, a fancy Nancy, a scoop of classic carol for our 4 year old and a kids Mac n cheese for our 6 year old. The wheat bread was a weird texture between soggy and rubbery. The Mac and cheese was the worst I've ever eaten, our 6 year old couldn't even finish his first bite - a box of Kraft is better than what they serve here. The BLT came with 2 small pieces of bacon...fake bacon...weirder bacon than the precooked Oscar Meyer. The fancy Nancy was supposed to have apples and grapes, but we didn't see or taste any. Just really bad food all around. Service wasn't anything to write home about either. Don't waste your time or money; there are far better restaurants in the area than this.

Love this place!!! The food is so good. And the service is great. I recommend Olivia's old south! And the cookie
