They serve delicious chicken salad sandwiches. I had the BLT chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. It was very good.. I had a side of tomato bisque soup.. that was very good too.. I really like the ambiance inside with the colorful tablecloths and a At home style vibe... The menu is easy to read.

Went there for the 1st time and I will be back again and again. That velvet cake is heavenly and that lil cookie and crackers are fantastic. I saved the best for last. The salads are delicious. That cake is out of this world. See my pics. Herndon location is perfect.

I absolutely love Chicken Salad Chick for a quick, delicious bite. When it opened in Fairfax, I was so excited and it has not disappointed. The food, especially fruits are consistently fresh, and the variety of chicken salad options makes it easy to find a favorite (or two!). What truly sets this place apart, though, is their heart for the community. During the government shutdown, they offered free Little Chicks for kids -- no adult purchase required. That gesture meant so much and showed how committed they are to supporting families during tough times. Great food, great service, and a business that genuinely gives back. Highly recommend! :)

We were so excited when this spot opened up near us, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! It’s such a cute and cozy place, perfect for relaxing and catching up with friends. We tried the Barbie-Q scoop, Kickin' Kay Lynne scoop, Spicy Pimento Cheese scoop, and the Sassy Scotty Chicken Salad Melt, all of which were bursting with flavor. The Classic Carol on toasted white bread was simple yet absolutely delicious. For sides, we had the Chicken Tortilla Soup (a Tuesday special), mac and cheese, and pasta salad, along with their seasonal salad. Everything tasted so fresh and refreshing, and while it was filling, it didn’t leave us feeling heavy! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding us through the menu to pick the best options. Plus, there’s plenty of seating, so it’s a great place to kick back and enjoy a meal. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area, you gotta give them a try!

my go to favorite lunch & dinner spot!! I kid you not I absolutely crave this place, for someone who priorities healthy meals but needs the flavor I truly can’t get enough! If you haven’t tried it you are missing out!!

Ordered off DoorDash twice now. Barely any chicken salad on sandwich both times and no crackers. I specifically asked for crackers this time and was still not given any. This time there was no ice in my “iced tea”.

Good first visit to this new location. Classic Carol BLT on croissant and on toasted white bread were good but kind of bland (will try the "edgier" dishesalso time). Pimento Cheese BLT on toasted wheat was great. Mac n cheese reminiscent of Kraft Mac n cheese though pleasantly lighter flavor and less salt.

I’ve come to this location many times now and always had a great experience. The service is quick, it’s always very tidy, and seating is ample and spacious. Personally, I’m a big fan of the Fancy Nancy, with its grapes and apples, but other people I’ve dined with have raved about Lauryn’s Lemon Basil as well. The grape salad and potato soups are impeccable choices for a side. If you’re looking for a satisfying meal with a casual, cozy atmosphere, look no further.

Cheezus Christ that was good! I got the Kickin' Kay Lynne. The texture was not too loose - nice overall form with the ingredients. The flavors of the: buffalo sauce, ranch, bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, jalapeños and Sriracha....omg! Boyyyyyyy, this was all kinds of good. I bought a family size hut forgot to leave some for the family!

My expectations were low because most chicken/tuna is usually made at home and personally seasoned. They have numerous versions of chicken salad which is great! I decided to go with the old southern version and it was quite delicious! They have good selection of sides and good soups. The atmosphere is very home-like and decent for a quick meet up for lunch. This location is only 10min from my job so it gives me a healthy option for lunch. I'll definitely be back and recommend this place!

Was waiting for this place to open. Up until now the only place for good chicken salad in Chantilly was Santinis. Not as cute as this place but the chicken salad is excellent. Give it a try I ordered carry out. I received no pickle The sandwich was good but average. Presentation was nice Cookie was overly sweet. May visit again in the spring.

I've been wanting to check out this restaurant but waited until the newness wore off. I placed a takeout order and did two of the chick meals. The first one was the Sassy Scott on a croissant with a grape salad and chicken tortilla soup. The second one was the Cranberry Kelli on a white toasted sandwich with the Mac and cheese. Both were very good meals. I even bought some extra chicken salad to take home.

Give it a try! For a high protein meal, minimal seasoning, good strawberry lemonade, it's fine. I had the Dixie flavored chicken salad on a croissant, with chips and lemonade. It's was ok. I finished it but it's meh meh. Plenty of parking, clean and new. At the time I arrived after 6pm, the line was long with 1 cashier. Would have been nice to have 2 cashiers. The white cake was flavorless.

Are dinner here tonight. The customers were coming in steadily, and quickly served. The decor is very cute with a variety of table clothes and seating options. I had The Chick platter. My scoop was Fancy Nancy. It opted for a side of fruit salad. The platter came with a cookie, crackers, and the best pickle I've ever had. I liked my chicken salad choice a lot. My only complaint is that the extra ingredients are ground so fine, it's difficult to taste or see them. I was hoping for more texture. I tasted the Mac and cheese, and it was excellent. Lots of drink choices. I will definitely return to try some other flavors and soups. I like the concept a lot. I wish them luck.

Chiken Salad Chick is absolutely ourstanding! Theirvsandwiches are based around several different types of chicken salad. But there are also sandwivhes likeca BLT and a Pimento Cheese that are accompanied by a scoop of chiken salad. The chicken salad offerings range from standard to savory and spicy to fruit filled. Sandwich bread choices include croissant, white, or wheatberry bread. The chicken salads and breads are also available to go. My sandwich was simply excellent! Tasty and well prepared as was my soup. I was hete on a day when Chicken Tortilla siup was offered. Another plus is that they have Coke Zero.

Went to Chicken Sandwich Chick (Greenbrier Shopping Center ) in Fairfax with a couple of lovely friends and I was pleasantly surprised to find how good it was. I took home a sandwich for my husband and he loved it so much that we decided to go back a couple of days later. They have 15 different types of chicken salads and you can get it as a sandwich or just a salad. They even have grilled cheese for kids. The decor is simple but cute and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves sandwiches or chicken salad.

Heard so much about this restaurant from a friend from Alabama, had to try it when they opened up in Greenbriar shopping center in Chantilly. I ordered The Chick which comes with one scoop of chicken salad of your choice, and one side; I made it a trio for an extra $2.49 and I chose a second scoop of chicken salad. My choices were a scoop of Olivia's old South chicken salad with hard boiled egg and chopped pickles, my other salad was a scoop of Barbie-Q with a Hickory smoked BBQ flavor. I got a cup of Mac and cheese for my side, and They were accompanied by crackers and a shortbread cookie with icing and a very tasty pickle! The chicken salads were flavorful and they gave you a nice amount on top of a lettuce leaf. My only critique would be that the chicken salad was finely chopped, I like my chicken salad to be a bit more chunky, not that this would stop me from returning! The decor is definitely homey, from the booths and tables covered in patterned tablecloths, carpeted floors and bright colors. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the decor. The service was fast and the staff were friendly and inviting! I highly recommend Chicken salad Chick, I apologize for taking away one star due to my preference for chunky chicken salad, I would like to have the option to be able to include half stars, which I would've preferred to give them 4.5 stars!

I absolutely love chicken salad chick. I love how it's a healthy yet quick option. I got the sandwich with the fancy Nancy on a croissant with a side scoop of classic Carroll each platter comes with crackers and a cookie and pickle, which I think really makes it worth a bang for your buck. I didn't get a photo but the white chocolate cake is my absolute favorite as well as their rice crispy. This is a really great spot to get some high protein food and some great desserts on the go. I think this is a much better option compared to the other fast casuals in the area.

Was very excited for Chicken Salad Chick to open up in the area. My favorite on the menu is the Fruity Fran. Great if you love the sweet and savory combo. There is a good amount of different varieties of chicken salad on the menu however depending on your taste. Very moist and perfect amount of mayo. You can choose to have it as a sandwich or pair it with some crackers. The combo is a great deal which is served with a pickle and a cookie. All of the hard working staff there are super friendly.

If you like chicken salad that's not made with big chunks of chicken this is the place; has more of the consistency of a creamy tuna or egg salad. I have never been a fan of chicken salad but I liked it and could eat it again. Many flavors to choose from; I liked the jalapeño, buffalo, and BBQ flavors best. Great topper/dipper for salads, crackers or chips. Service was good. Lots of room for dining in.

We went on the opening day and will be going back soon. The menu takes some study, but we have it figured out now. You have choices for the bread, type of salad, and a side dish. The croissant is an excellent choice. It is more bread-like than the usual flaky croissant and holds up well in a sandwich. The dining area is clean and bright. Service is excellent. It appears that they have a selection of three different soups each day of the week. I found the poblano chicken soup to be way too spicy, but the tomato bisque is excellent.

Definitely the best chicken salad i've ever had and the soup was also delicious! "The Chick" meal also comes with a huge sandwich, a side, a lot of crackers, and a little cookie which I think is a great deal for the price. Me and my mom also went on opening day and we were able to talk to the owner of the establishment, she was so sweet and personable and recommended the white chocolate cake to us, it was also amazing!

Had the benefit of attending the soft opening for Chicken Salad Chick. The servers were energetic and patiently explained menu items. The store is brand new so the staff is actively getting familiarized with the restaurant offerings. I'm not a chicken salad lover but I found the chicken salad had a very nice texture and was flavorful and creamy without being overly heavy. I tried the Lauryn's lemon basil and the Fruity Fran. Both were distinctly different. This is a great lunch spot!

First time trying chicken salad chick. This is a place I've seen on TikTok here and there but there never was one around me to try. I was really excited when I saw this had opened. I got two scoops and the meal. Was really impressed that I could get the scoops and didn't have to get it on a sandwich , the crackers were good and the fruit salad was fresh and delicious. Nice indoor seating and got our food quickly. Price point was good, will definitely be back in the future when we're in the area

There are twelve different kinds of chicken salad so you're bound to find something that you like. The white chocolate is a must have and so is the broccoli salad. You can order on the app and get rewards. The inside has a homey vibe.

Yesterday my friends and I visited out first Chicken Salad Chick in Fairfax Virginia and all of us were very impressed at the service we received from your cashier, Zach. He is very knowledgeable about the menu and was extremely patient with us as we pondered our choices. His friendliness and professionalism are something rarely seen in any commercial exchange and should be commended and rewarded. When two of our group ordered mac and cheese and it was a bit gluey for a lack of a better description, Zach quickly exchanged their sides for the grape salad which was amazing! Every salad we tried was awesome and we will be back to try more. I just hope Zach is still there because he really made our visit enjoyable.

Fresh chicken salads and so many to choose from. I had the one with cranberry and almonds on a croissant. Wish they had a crusty roll/ baguette. Enjoyed the chick which included soup or salad and a cookie. All were very good and high quality.

This was a light lunch quick stop. Chicken tortilla soup, basil chicken salad, and a spinach cranberry salad. Fast casual order at the counter in a light and bright space. Service was quick and on par with what one would expect from counter service. Now down to the foods. Chicken salad was creamy and very flavorful. Almost like a pesto blended into the chicken. Soup was just ok... hot and tasty but the sour cream was excessive and the tortilla strips were soggy from the get go. Spinach salad as fresh and pared well with the dressing and toppings. A good quick lighter fare meal!

I am happy I decided to try this place tonight. I ordered the Turkey Club croissant , soup and a piece of cake. I did make the order to go and noticed when I got home that my cake wasn't in the bag. This may have been my fault that maybe I was suppose to grab the cake? I called the store and the Lady asked if she could bring me 2 pieces of cake . I was so impressed by this that I wanted to leave a review. Glad to see a place that goes above and beyond when most places don't care about customer service. Great Food and service!!!

Food is good but ordered the grape salad. Did not receive any toppings and I ordered extra. Really dissapointing as it needs the toppings.

just now New I love this place!!! The food was great! They give you samples to try which made my decision on a sandwich perfect. The grape salad as a side, hit the spot. I would add a photo but I finished the meal with utter delight Devon was really nice when I called after my meal to say keep up the great work! I will be back!! Welcome to the community!

Who knew there were so many choices when it comes to chicken salad? Hard to pick just one flavor so will need to go back soon.
