Service was excellent! Staff is very welcoming and friendly. My daughter treated us to brunch on a Friday., we were all very happy with our meals. On this occasion we opted for a fresh fruit salad as our appetizer, berries and grapes were all perfectly sweet and fresh. I had the jalapeño salad on a croissant, with a side of pasta salad and it was perfect in every bite. It was not spicy and had a delicious kick 😃

I knew I loved their food by door dashing to work often. Today was my first visit in person. I impressed my the restaurant. Well decorated, clean, user friendly, but most importantly, they are playing Christian songs. I have a new appreciation for this place! I pray for their success.

Absolutely delicious! We loved out Olivia's chicken salad scoops & sandwich. The loaded potato soup is smooth & seasoned just right. The grape salad is to die for. We're totally hooked on it. The atmosphere is perfect, & the staff is very friendly & professional. Highly recommend!

Driven by this place so many time and decided to finally stop in for lunch. As first time visitors we were a little confused many the menu but the lady behind the counter was supper friendly and helped us with questions and made some great suggestions. I ordered Olivia's old South with a side of pasta salad. The chicken salad had great flavor, I was actually pretty impressed. Now I did have to add some mustard to my sandwich because it was a little mayo heavy but it was delicious. The pasta salad was a little lacking but as fiest time customers they gave us a free cookie and some information about signing up for rewards. Looking forward to coming back and trying more chicken salad!

Ordered the catering tray of mini croissants for my sons graduation. It was a huge hit with all the guests. Great value for the amount of food you get. Highly recommend.

i ordered a jalapeno holly chicken salad with fruit cup. my husband and cousin ordered the cranberry chicken salad sandwich with buffalo chicken salad. i’ve never had chicken salad before so i was a bit scared but the food exceeded my expectations. the jalapeno holly sandwich was DELICIOUS. it had a kick to it, paired with crunchy croissant, A1. my husband and cousin also enjoyed the heck out of their meals. price was reasonable and fair and worth the food. many restaurants make mid food at high price points but this was perfect. will 100% come back and try out different flavors.

I get so mad at my wife when she goes here (cause she goes without me) This is a "Lick the plate clean" kinda joint. It's freaking delicious and the plates are hardy. Artwork on the wall is beautiful I love walking around and seeing a new picture of Houston. I'd buy that kind of photography.

Customer Service was good. Now, let's get into the food. Broccoli salad lacks flavor and needs some doctoring. The jalapeno chicken salad also needs some doctoring. Not worth the money.

Been wanting to give this place a try! I have seen it on tik tok over and over. I wanted to see what the buzz was about for my self. I went with the trio option so I could try different options. I chose the Sassy Scotty, Jalapeño Holly and the Spicy Pimento. I liked both chicken salads of my choice but the pimento cheese was very overwhelming. I give the chicken salads of my choice a 8/10 they were not bad, I was just overwhelmed with so much chicken salad. Next time I come I'll have a chicken salad on a sandwich. It seems more appropriate for my taste. My partner had gotten the loaded potato soup and omg it was so good! The service was standard not bad or great. Just normal. I like the ambiance, specially the aesthetic of the place it's campy. I would like to come back again and order it differently.

The young lady at the counter was super helpful as I told her what I wanted and she cut to the chase and provided me with the most affordable option based on my interest. I ordered the most spicy chicken salad which is the Kickin' Kay Lynne and I ordered a scoop of Fancy Nancy. I paid for an extra side of buffalo sauce to enhance my Kickin' Kay because I knew Auntie need a bit more kick. Sure enough, I had to doctor both of these ladies up! They weren't bad but if you are used to seasoned food this isn't the place for your first date with the girls. If you crave chicken salad and don't mind doctoring it; their options are a decent base. I'd recommend Chicken Salad Chick get a contract making food for the hospitals or Assistant Living Facilities. That is their target audience. All in all, it only took me a few more ingredients to make my Chick Salad...WaaLaaa! I didn't have to cook so I appreciate the base! Not bad but more suitable for people with gastrointestinal issues...That's ok too!

Absolutely love the Barbie-Q BLT!! Also the watermelon tea is a must have. Friendly service and they also let you sample the chicken salad flavors!

I. Love. This. Place. Yummy chicken salad choices and the pasta salad is yum! It is always the place my daughter and I go to when she is in town.

The food is soooo good! I got the trip- classic carol, chicken poblano soup, and broccoli salad. A cookie was included and probably was one of the best cookies I've eaten. Highly recommend.

Be sure to double check your to go order! It's never (& I mean never) complete. 3rd time now so check in store not in car to save yourself a trip. And, this visit diff girl gave me attitude - no apology for mistake. Still, I love their food & selection. Such a refreshing change from burgers. Just need to work on cust svc.

By far one of the best sandwiches I have ever had! I got the Classic Carol and it was amazing. I also got a cookie that was amazing. I will definitely order the cookies and sandwiches for my next office event. I first found out about this company when I listened to it on How I Built This Podcast. Their story is really moving. I recommend listening to their story.

Y'all the absolute best customer service at the Vintage location. Every time we come here, we are greeted with the warmest welcome. We always have to sample something new. They are helpful with recommendations. It's absolutely delicious every time.

Awesome lunch today at Chicken Salad Chick. I had the Fancy Nancy and Fruity Fran and the I went with the grape salad. The service was amazing, and the ambiance allowed me to get some work done while I Atec. Love this place!

It's lunch time and I'm so glad I stopped to get a bite at the CSC restaurant. The parking was great, the inside was clean, and the staff was friendly. I had the "Sassy Scotty" which had a great flavor blend of ranch, bacon, & cheddar cheese. The atmosphere was definitely calm and gave a more mature vibe (middle age & older), so I wouldn't dine there with kids. If you are near the vintage area of 249, stop for lunch & enjoy.

This was our first time eating here and we weren't disappointed. There was a warm welcome as we immediately entered and the cashier patiently explained the menu. I had the lemon basil sandwich with grape salad and my son had (I believe it was called) the old-fashioned southern sandwich with pasta salad. There were so many options but we loved our choices. Everything was very flavorful and satisfying. It just gives me another reason to go back and try another flavored chicken salad! Yum!!

First time here. We passed by this place many times and we decided to stop and check it out. There was a lady at the door to welcome us and she was the nicest person ever. The people that took out order were also very friendly and I asked for a sample and they were able to help. The place is clean and very welcoming. The restrooms were clean. The food was delicious and didn't have to wait long. I had the turkey sandwich and broccoli salad that was good. We will return and try something different. Prices were reasonable. If you are in the area and looking for a good and affordable and healthy restaurant beside the normal burger place try this place. You will probably come again. Peace

Ok let me start off by saying I was skeptical about this place, because I can make a chicken salad. But boy was I wrong. This place is AWESOME and is night and day better than what I make. I got the Kickin Kay Lynne, pimento cheese, the onion chicken salad, loaded potato soup, and a poblano soup. Hoochie mama was it amazing. The consistency reminded me of the old Chik-Fil-A chicken salad but the flavor was epic! I want to try the Lemon basil flavor next time. Also thought it was very reasonably priced for the portions. What a great little spot.

The people here are always friendly, and the food is great! I haven't had anything here that I don't like, but my favorites are Cranberry Kelli, Fancy Nancy, and Lauryn's Lemon Basil. The croissants are always fresh, and the sides are delicious. Soups, broccoli salad, and pasta salad are favorites, and the grape salad is more like a dessert. We tried a Melt today with Buffalo Barclay and it was a hit. Great place for lunch!

This place has some really good chicken salad. My favorite is the Olivia with white white sandwich bread grilled, you have to ask for it grilled with lettuce and tomatoes. The chicken tortilla soup is so good. The service is nice. It's very cute inside and very welcoming. Definitely a go-to for lunch.

This was a different concept but a good one. Basically they have a bunch of different types of chicken salad that has its own unique flavor. "The Chick" is basically a pick two kind of. You would choose a scoop or sandwich of the type of chicken salad you want. Then you can go with second choice of soup, side item or another scoop or sandwich. The wife and I choose a scoop and sandwich. I got the Dixie chick and kicking Kay lyn. They give you a good amount of chicken salad as a scoop and in the sandwich. You think it would be half a sandwich since it's like a pick two, nope a full sandwich. That won me over. The bread had a very smooth texture to it when toasted. It was tasty for bread. Oh, you can choose white, wheat, or croissant for the sandwich. I wish my kicking Kay lyn was spicier like the description said. It was more of that tangy type spice. So it didn't really have heat. I like that I have options of the chicken salad so next time I can choose different types or flavors. They give you club crackers with the scoop and to our surprise a cookie! Pickle with the Sandwich. Food for thought- you can buy chicken salad at the grocery store for like 5-7 bucks. The amount they give you if you got two scoops or a sandwich and a scoop is more than what you pay at grocery store, that's if I guesstimate it right. Try it out! **Download their app before hand for rewards. Save the receipt**

I went here on December 22, 2020 for lunch. Wanted something light and somewhat healthier than fast food. The cashier (Alex) I believe was her name. Very informative about the menu, polite. Her service was awesome!! It was my first time here, she had suggestions and I ended up ordering all 3 of her suggestions. Very clean restaurant. Not many patrons. Overall, I was very pleased and will definitely return. The food was great and it hit the spot. Plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day.

The management is very friendly an Service oriented. I know the regional manager personally. Baked Potato Soup. The other muni items look excellent and others rave about them. Very cosy atmosphere. Also try Broccoli Cheese Soup. Try it.

Our first visit here, we ordered two sandwiches to go. We checked the order when we got home and to our dismay, one was just a scoop (no bread or topping). And the other one was a dry sandwich with skimpy chicken salad quantity, and the fruit mix in the chicken salad was uneven (supposed to have grapes and apples; literally had one apple piece in one bite, but there were plenty of grapes). It was fine overall. Not superb or worth the price. Will give it another chance probably but not anytime soon.

Grabbed a quick bite with a friend and was thrilled to see multiple gluten free options on the menu. I had the Jalapeño Holly and Broccoli Salad. The staff was attentive and polite. The food was served quickly. This is an easy and reasonably priced place for a quick meal with plenty of food options, even if you don't want chicken salad!
