Chick Chick Review - Upper West Side - New York - The Infatuation

"When it comes to fried chicken sandwiches, we’re easy to please. The combination of fat, salt, and spice makes any version at least some degree of delicious. Even still, it’s rare we try a fried chicken sandwich that results in long-lasting sensory memories, causing us to later drift off during an HR slideshow presentation in a haze of twice-fried, chili-dusted chicken. That’s the story of Chick Chick, a casual Korean restaurant on the corner of Amsterdam Avenue and 90th Street that serves an exceptional Nashville Hot Chickwich. And if you live on the Upper West Side, it might just be the most exciting place for a quick dinner on a Wednesday night. photo credit: Dane Isaac Like an extrovert stuck in a crowded elevator, the bird at hand dominates the entire experience here. There’s even a chalkboard sign outside of Chick Chick’s bright purple outdoor dining structure that reads “All About Chicken.” Aside from its chicken common denominator, the menu ranges in influence. You’ll see ramen bowls topped with chicken tenders, Korean gochujang-drenched wings, and Southern-style hot chicken, all priced between $12-$22. If you’re here for one thing, make it the aforementioned hot chicken sandwich. With a blizzard of cayenne and paprika, and a twice-fried, flaky exterior, it’s a perfect union of Nashville flavor and Korean fried chicken texture. Surprisingly, Chick Chick’s sandwich brings a lot less suffering heat than the name might suggest - the taste is more savory than it is fiery. What hooks us, instead, is the balance of crispy dredge, a cooling buttermilk sauce, juicy thigh meat, and cold, perfect pickles. photo credit: Dane Isaac Chick Chick’s sandwiches might anchor the menu, but plenty of dishes are worth ordering. From an unexpectedly light kale caesar salad to sticky soy-pepper wings, and garlicky-sour kimchi fried rice with chicken sausage and rich egg yolk, we recommend exploring chicken in all its forms here. Especially because their casual setting - which looks like a fast-casual restaurant but offers table service - makes it easy to stop by on a random Wednesday to pick up chicken tenders for your kids, or for a quick sit-down meal with a friend that will cost you around $20. Great uptown restaurants aren’t always synonymous with “casual” or “chicken revolution.” And that’s what makes Chick Chick especially worth knowing about. So if you spent time in the area (and eat meat), bump this spot to the top of your list of fantastic places to improve a random weeknight. Food Rundown photo credit: Dane Isaac Nashville Hot Chickwich A sandwich is only as good as its architecture. In this case, Chick Chick dredges a juicy thigh and fries it twice, then tops the whole thing with a ton of cayenne and paprika. On the bottom, you’ll find cold butter lettuce, and thick, slightly sweet pickles, all with a cooling white sauce - made with mustard, mayo, buttermilk, and black pepper - seeping down the side. The result is crackly, hot, and balanced. photo credit: Dane Isaac Sweet Black Pepper Soy Wings We love eating food that reminds us of how spicy black pepper can be. Chick Chick’s fried wings come in your choice of sauces (including soy garlic and Korean sweet gochujang), but their soy pepper wings are especially impressive, since you can actually taste the chicken meat instead of fried batter. The sweet sticky sauce clings to the crispy exterior like they’re at a party where they don’t know anyone else. photo credit: Dane Isaac Kimchi Fried Rice Sure, Chick Chick has iPads, chicken tenders, and neon signs, but this kimchi fried rice tastes like it could easily be served in a high-end Korean restaurant. Each bite tastes funky from velvety fermented cabbage, savory from chopped chicken sausage, and rich from a runny egg yolk plopped on top." - Hannah Albertine

This place used to be great! My soup was cold, the sandwich wasn’t toasted, and he dumped 19 packets of crackers in the bad for 1 cup of soup lol. Please hire new people or retrain the ones you have before yall go out of business.

Google
My doctor in Nashville recommended it to us for lunch. The food was delicious and I brought home a bowl for my husband. It too was delicious. We ate it the next day. Be sure to check out their potatoe soup.We will have to check out the new one on Murray KY. Can't wait!

Google
To say I was less than satisfied with the service and the food would be a drastic understatement. First of all, the young man working the drive thru had me repeat the order twice. And then when I reached the window to pay for my food, i had to repeat it again. All this was due in my opinion because he had the drive thru headset on while also his ear bud in the opposite ear. Then we received a plain lemonade instead of the strawberry lemonade that we ordered. The soup we ordered came in what was a half cup. If i could give them minus stars I would. Terrible service and terrible food prep. The Hendersonville restaurant was awesome, but not this one.

Google
This is a nice place to eat if your looking for something different then the normal fried food at most fast food places. The staff was very nice. 👍🏼

Google
Drove 40 minutes yesterday because I was craving CSC and had a terrible experience service wise, plus the order was wrong. Food was good but I woud appreciate a refund for the items I didn’t receive and they honestly need to hire new workers, I have never been to a CSC location with such grumpy staff. I ordered 2 sandwiches, a cup of soup and a bag of chips. I got 2 sandwiches and broccoli salad instead of broccoli soup. No chips. I placed my order online 20 minutes before I arrived, and then when I arrived I waited another 20 minutes, with only one order in front of me. The lady working the cash register looked like she wanted to die and gave the worst customer service I have ever seen. I also requested in the notes of my order for the bread to be on the side, as well as calling ahead and ensuring they saw the note. This did not happen. Overall, good food per usual but I paid extra for the soup and chips and didn’t get those, which was disappointing, and my sandwiches were soggy by the time I got back home. Get new staff.

This was my first experience at any Chicken Salad Chick and I was not disappointed! The restaurant has a cute atmosphere and was very clean. I got the Trio because I couldn't decide on just one chicken salad! I went with Fruity Fran and Olivia's Old South with a side of grape salad. Fruity Fran wasn't overly sweet, but rather a good balance of savory and sweet. Olivia's Old South kind of reminded me of a deviled egg, but a really good one! The grape salad was divine!! It was sweet but still light. It gets better... The meal comes out with a tiny cookie that melts in your mouth. SO good!! Finally, their lemonade was fresh and tasted perfect in my Arnold Palmer! I would highly recommend this place!

We attempted to grab some of our favorite chicken salad at the drive-thru in Bellevue. We were met with a sweet voiced person who had difficulty hearing or understanding me which was likely my fault as I was not as close to the speaker as I could've been. After repeating myself, I was met with another voice who actually yelled "what chicken salad do you need?!?". This was absolutely uncalled for. With the hearing difficulties, I pulled forward to the window hoping we might order there directly. We were met with hostility when I confronted them about yelling at us. I went inside to check the situation. It seems very little chicken salad was available and the entirety of the staff was either lost or attempting to catch up. Ryan or Bryan Fuller was absolutely overwhelmed and rude to us as a result. Never have I been treated so poorly here. Sad day

Google
This place opens everyday like they don’t understand how they opened at all. Incompetency in the kitchen leads to the management making subtle excuses on why they lost your order, or sold you something they don’t actually have. Happens all the time. Today, instead of the usual order exchange for something that they made already (I concede often), I took the refund. I enjoy the chicken salad, but I’ve given this place way too many chances for what they do. I suspect that anyone reading this is wondering if everyone else notices the same. I’m kind of feel sorry for the staff because they are overwhelmed with blunders and that’s really hard on morale. They are basically nice people with no control over their own failure.

Yelp
I love happy accidents! We're headed home to Texas and wanted to get lunch after passing through Nashville. Just wanted a sandwich, so we were headed for the Jimmy John's next door. But when I saw this unique place in the parking lot. I'm a big fan of both chicken and tuna salad and I thought it was neat to see an entire store dedicated to it! Went in to scope out the menu (drive thru is currently out of order) and decided I needed to try "the one with the fruit and nuts". There was a line but it moved quite quickly. Apparently you can either order off the menu or snag a pre-made from the fridge and checkout for quicker service. The employees were friendly. Ordered it as a sandwich (rather than a scoop) and got the options of white, wheat, or croissant (the choice there was obvious). Got a soup for a side. Not a bogus price range, around $10. Used the restroom quick while they made up my order, which I didn't have to wait long for. The flavor was all fantastic! Even came with crackers for the soup and a little cookie for dessert. For sure if I lived near here, this would be a regular stop for me. The toilets were clean, though laughably it wasn't the men's and women's but the chick's and chick magnet's... oof, that heteronormativity... Plus the men's had "helpful tips" about taking their lady to this shop to get laid. I'm all for guys exploring their feminine side, y'know because they might find out they like it, not as a performative stunt to get in a girl's pants. How about we stop reinforcing dumb gender roles and just enjoy chicken salad? Last I checked that's pretty gender neutral. Sorry, soapbox moment!

Yelp
Stopped in for my first visit while shopping around. I can't believe I haven't stopped into a chicken salad chick around home but I will be now for sure. The only thing I didn't like was the potato soup. It had a fake smoke flavor. The grape salad was something I know I'll be getting on repeat! I love the variety of chicken salads they have to offer but I went with the original

Michelle H.

Yelp
CSC used to be a real treat...not anymore. My drive thru order was incorrect- I didn't order grape salad, but broccoli salad. The fruity Fran chicken salad was wet and runny. I decided to try a scoop of the spicy pimento instead of the regular which is basically tasteless, and the spicy goes to the TOTAL opposite extreme it was basically chopped jalapenos with a little cheese and so dry I had to add some mayo to it when I got home but even trying to 'dr it up' didn't help the taste - just heat no flavor. I gave up on the meal and decided to enjoy my little sweet treat cookie AND IT WAS STALE...I mean the whole meal was an epic fail and cost me over $15. Ridiculous.

Sarah S.

Yelp
Every time I come here it is the slowest service I could ever have. The food tastes good, but even when it is dead inside, it takes a ridiculous amount of time. They only get the orders half right.

Yelp
So we stopped in after a morning of shopping near Bellevue. This place is very cute and we were intrigued to try it for the first time. I'll start with the cons. Cons: - Inside orders take forever - Drive through customers are prioritized - We waited so long (30+ minutes) we had to switch from dining in to a to go box Pros: - After finally getting our food I must say it was very good - The my do offer their "quick chick" which are ready to grab and go chicken salads as an option - Plenty of parking

Yelp
After a morning of running errands, I was looking for a quick lunch. I'd never been to Chicken Salad Chick before, but noticed a drive thru and assumed it would be fast because of that. My boyfriend and I ordered chicken salad sandwiches. Mine had a side of past salad, his broccoli salad. We sat and waited... and waited... and waited. After 30 minutes, we asked for our food to-go because we had plans. We received it within five minutes. I'm wondering if our order was forgotten or if there's just a major prioritization of the drive thru. My croissant was good, and I enjoyed the pasta salad. It's unlikely I'll be back, but if I do, I will definitely take the drive thru route.

Yelp
Always a great lunch spot! I love that I see the same gentleman working there that was there opening day, he is just the kindest. Always great service, cute decor and clean. Love the variety of chicken salad options! Grape salad is a favorite.

Yelp
The staff has been nothing but sweet and helpful. Food came out fast and fresh! Tables are set and clean. Love this location!

Yelp
The one time we ventured out to try Chicken Salad Chick, we got it to-go. The food remind me of southern style potlucks in parks: "salad" is a term I would use loosely here. Are there chopped vegetables and protein? Yes. Are they typically accompanied by huge amounts of (delicious) mayo or cream-based sauces? Also yes. It depends on what you're searching for here. I wouldn't quite say this is where you go to find the most nutrient dense options, but where's the fun in that anyways? The food here is colorful and tasty. The portions in my opinion are slightly small for southern fare, especially the sides, but are reasonable. They have a drive through option for service, and there is also plenty of parking in the One Bellevue complex. The restaurant itself feels streamlined, clean, and bright. I would be sure to check hours ahead of time to make sure you can get a chicken, tuna, or other salad of your choosing.

Yelp
One of the best places to eat their amazing food (and study ). I wish they had more electrical outlets and possibly USB plugs so we could stay even longer. Clean, great decor and friendly staff.

Yelp
I was excited to try the chicken salad here, not knowing what to expect. The wide variety of different chicken salad recipes, serving style, and sides was very surprising! I had the Fancy Nancy chicken salad served as a BLT on a croissant, the Dixie Chick Salad Sandwich, Chicken and Dumplings Soup and Macaroni and Cheese. (Well, my partner and I. But we had to try a few bites of each other's order, of course.) I really enjoyed everything! There was a good variety of chicken salad choices (I prefer grapes and nuts in mine, with a bit of a sweeter taste. However, my boyfriend really likes an onion/dill heavy chicken salad.) I appreciated the range available, and the samples offered! I tried a bite of the Thai chicken salad, and kind of regret not grabbing one of their easy to-go containers of it. The restaurant was clean and well kept. Their sweet treat of Chicken Salad Chick cookies were sweet and reminded me of that super-flour-heavy-delightfully-fluffy cookie sold in grocery stores (which I loved). The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. I'm glad I stopped by!

Yelp
Great food and even better service. they're Sugar cookies are absolutely delicious. Perfect to have with a cup of tea or a coffee.

David B.

Yelp
Ordered in drive through. croissant was stale . barely any chicken salad on the croissant. Was the worst sandwich I had ever received from a chicken salad chick ever
google avatar

Yelp
Besides the menu items with alliterations and rhymes there's plenty else about Chicken Salad Chick that is super catchy. You can do the ole grab and go or you can dine in. Pre-covid you could sample as many chicken salads as you want until you find the one you've been dreaming of (I really hope they can do this again). You can get combos or sides or dessert. It seems hard to go wrong with all the options here. I got the Fancy Nancy which is a sweeter take on a chicken salad which seemed perfect for a summer picnic. The cute interior, friendly employees and delicious sandwich just put me in a good mood the rest of the day. As far as dining options in Bellevue, this is among one of the better lunch options. I've had many a chicken salad sandwich in my day but these rank at the top!

Yelp
First time trying Chicken salad Chick and won't be the last! I am determined to work my way through their menu. This place is my new favorite in the neighborhood! Tried the turkey club and my husband tried the chicken salad with macaroni and cheese. My sandwich was fresh and tasty! The size of it was more than I was able to eat in one setting. The pasta salad I had with it was awesome and flavorful! I loved the little cookie that came with the meal. It was so good! My husband tried the chicken salad and he stated it was so good with a ton of flavor. The menu had a variety of meals to choose from, I was impressed. The diningroom was decorated with a flower theme which was really cute and fitting. One negative I had was that the drink station was a little dirty but I know that could get cleaned up easily. We have tried many sandwich places in the area and this is by far the best place and value for our money. We will be back, I would like to work my way through the menu and try and the salad types!
google avatar

Yelp
Food is great but service is not so much. We waited 10 mins with our food sitting g on counter for someone to bag while 5 employees were just "hanging out talking" my husband kindly asked if he could get his food and they seemed very put out to help. Wasn't impressed at all with staff. Place is super clean and cute and food was amazing!
google avatar

Alison H.

Yelp
Brian is wonderful and keeps this place running efficiently and smoothly. I have ordered catering from this location many times and he is always very personable and friendly. He is my go to for large catering orders. The food is always very fresh and on point as well. 5/5 stars
google avatar

Presley V.

Yelp
i would make this a zero but i can't so i gives it a one anyway the food is really good but they didn't give me my soup
google avatar

Tsan L.

Yelp
A hidden gem! They have several different flavors to choose from. I really like the traditional one,by far the best and they give you a good amount. They have friendly service and fresh salads as well! I absolutely love this place!
google avatar

Amanda B.

Yelp
The chicken salad was flavorful and the cookie was tasty. I went through the drive through and the employee was so kind and genuine! I did the Fruity Fran and a sweet tea! I would recommend both!

Jennifer M.

Yelp
Everything has been so delicious this month. I have picked up twice and it was great both times. I know there has been staffing issues but the ladies at the drive thru have been great. Hang in there, you're doing great!
google avatar

Heather S.

Yelp
I have eaten at these all over the place. I do really love it! They're really friendly and consistent!! I have tried nearly all of their salads but the two I love the most are the cranberry Kelli and the fruity Fran. They have great jalapeno pimento cheese too! I always grab one or two to munch on over the weekends or take to a family gathering.
google avatar

Liana S.

Yelp
Stayed at a hotel across from this place and decided to pop in and give it a try since I LOVE chicken salad. The options were awesome, I didn't realize you could make chicken salad so many ways. I'll tell you what, I was in Heaven. The food is amazing. The customer service is top notch and you absolutely must top it off with the grape salad. My tummy was very happy! Will definitely be back each time I visit Nashville.
google avatar

Emily P.

Yelp
I'm biased because I absolutely love chicken salad. But this place was great. It was a fast, delicious, semi-healthy stop off the freeway on a recent road trip. Definitely all I could want from lunch.
google avatar

Dustin T.

Yelp
The chicken salad is legit. They must be owner operated , if they aren't then the owners need to give the kind older gentleman, Michael I think, and older woman running this location a raise- the definition of customer service during our last visit. I had a toddler who was losing his mind- he was tired. They kept checking and bringing things to the table to help calm him. So sweet! If I could give it more stars I would.
google avatar

David O.

Yelp
It's INCREDIBLY overwhelming for your first visit. The ordering rules seem almost over complicated. (Choose a Scoop or Sandwich and a side, but a side can be a soup? Does that make it a Trio? Is the scoop the sandwich? Do they fling it at me?) The better half and I spent several minutes with the menu at the entrance trying to figure it out before we were brave enough to walk to up to order. To make matters worse, when we DID go up to order the person behind the counter, in an attempt to be "Helpful" kept repeating my order for my scoop "Classic Carol" as "Sassy Scotty". Saying the "Classic Carol' was boring. Since I'd never been, I deferred to her judgment. This was a mistake. I did not like the Sassy Scotty. I did not like it Scott-I-Am-Not. I should have trusted my original order, I should have trusted it Scott-I-Am-Not. If we do come back I expect I'll be less intimidated and try the "Classic Carol" and hope it is more to my liking.
google avatar

Marc M.

Yelp
What a disappointing turn this place has taken. Another (equally dissatisfied) customer told me the place had come under either new management or new ownership. Let me simply say this: when a customer asks what is in a dish, you tell them. You don't leave anything out. There are many reasons for a customer to ask, including dietary restrictions and food allergies. When the same customer returns a food item because it contained said restricted ingredients, the proper thing to do is to apologize and offer a replacement. When I returned a dish last night, I got neither. I could certainly have insisted on both. But when I see a management that doesn't have the basic sense to make the offer, I'm looking at a failure. At the time, the manager appeared to be the lone adult in a kitchen and front filled with children. Not returning to this garbage establishment. The City Limits is right down the road. Give these losers a miss.
google avatar

Carter B.

Yelp
We liked it, but the menu is confusing. We each had an Olivia's Old South chicken salad sandwich - one on toast and the other on white bread. They are huge and we each brought a half home. Sweet iced tea was good and tasted fresh. The staff was helpful and my toasted sandwich was good both there and the next morning for breakfast. But, for $17.44 I was kinda in the neutral range on the place. I saw it compared to Newk's and I think Newk's is better with a greater variety. This place, though, does specialize in chicken salad so a comparison is not really fair, I guess. BTW, I couldn't do a check-in as there was no wi-fi there. Temporary or by design? It does keep customers from setting up shop a la Starbucks.
google avatar

Kathy C.

Yelp
Yum! We had the chicken salad with grapes & nuts ( can't remember the name they called it) & the pimento cheese. It's VERY VERY GOOD! We'll be back, again and again! It was delicious.
google avatar

Rachael P.

Yelp
Absolutely awful experience and your girl working the drive thru (02-26-21 @ 2pm) we drove up, she asked us to wait (no problem) ten mins go by, we can't and don't get a response over the speaker .. so we pulled up to the window. Still ready to order. We were asked to wait she was taking a different order, again (we are still fine) we waited, then she opens the windows and tells us she will not be taking our order at all??? We waited and waited and planned to spend $40 worth on your chicken salad that we love. But all we got was waited time and a rude girl that obviously can't run a window. We will NOT be back and will be passing along our experience.
google avatar

Ed S.

Yelp
Always great when I need my chicken salad fix!! I always get the Fancy Nancy (no, I am not embarrassed!!) and the croissants make the perfect sandwich.

Whitney W.

Yelp
Excellent customer service!!! Management helped resolve an issue at checkout with no complaints or concerns. Quick service and food was well prepared. Would definitely go again!
google avatar

Cindy B.

Yelp
Have always enjoyed their classic chicken salad, it's perfection. Today I tried the chicken artichoke spinach soup. Wow! So tasty and fresh. Please try it and help me keep this on the menu. The interior is cute and comfortable.
google avatar

David B.

Yelp
Maybe I was there at a bad time, but my order was not complete, and the food was average. I like the story, and think it is a good idea, but I do not need to go back again.
google avatar

Lisa W.

Yelp
I will most likely return to CSC. But this is because of the location. I just might have lived in Nashville for too long. As I ate the Kickin' Kay Lynn salad on greens all my mind did was wander to how I wasn't at The Picnic and this wasn't a scoop salad. CSC is a bright space, friendly staff and has a good variety of lunch foods. The Bellevue One location is easy to get in and out of, the fast service was a bonus. This is a counter service set up with very attentive staff. They stopped by our table a handful of times during our visit. If you like chicken salad, you need to try CSC. They offer samples if you want to try a few before picking your meal.
google avatar

Joey T.

Yelp
It has been a while since I've been to one of these places and I can tell you it will not be that long again. The barbecue chicken salad on a croissant is absolutely delicious!... Honestly I don't think you can go wrong with any of the flavors on the menu.
google avatar

Katie I.

Yelp
Nice place, good experience. It reminds me of a Newk's, but elevated and better quality. Lots of staff present and moved fairly quickly. I tried the classic chicken salad on wheat and broccoli cheese soup. It was pretty tasty. I also got a pimento cheese and kelli's cranberry chic salad to go in a tub. I loved the cranberry chicken salad the best and the pimento cheese was good. Prices are pretty good, too. I like how the chicken was perfectly chopped up- no big chunks. A lot of times I'll grab to-go chicken salad from the Picnic and it's chunky and expensive! This is reasonable and the staff was friendly. Everything was tasty and I will be back.
google avatar

Halie W.

Yelp
Great atmosphere, really cute on the inside, and super nice workers. The food tasted amazing, and the fruits I got were super fresh. Its family friendly and super tasty! I will be coming back :)
google avatar

Susan R.

Yelp
I like the broccoli salad and several of the flavors of the chicken salad especially the Jalapeño Holly and I mix it with the one with egg in it. . I go through the drive through and they are usually quick.
google avatar

Kate W.

Yelp
Love this fast, easy option! With a drive thru! Our favorites are the Fancy Nancy (for a classic), tarragon Dijon for a little more flavor and Kickin Kaye Lynn for spicy! If you like Picnic better, you probably just haven't found your favorite flavor here! Staff are friendly and food comes out fast.
google avatar

Shannon G.

Yelp
Chicken salad was pretty tasty. I wish the salads had more in them. Just lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes. The Drive-Thru is such a poor design. It doesn't wrap around the building properly. The spicy chicken is super super spicy!
google avatar

Ash C.

Yelp
I LOVE Chicken Salad Chick! All the different versions are all super yummy! I typically get one scoop of some type of chicken salad and a seasonal salad. The salad comes with more than enough feta cheese, chopped nuts, and chopped apple. The poppyseed vinaigrette is where it is at! The service is always friendly and fast! They provide a frosted sugar cookie to go with my order and I always leave happy!

T S.

Yelp
As a meat and potatoes guy I was skeptical of the unapologetic female-targeted health-conscious menu, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The sandwich was wholesome and enough for a lunch or light dinner. The pasta salad was tasty. Drinks are via a self-service fountain, which is good. The half-bite of a sugar cookie was really delicious. Every worker in the place appeared to be a millennial, and could not have been more helpful or polite. Suggestions may include having the options of (gasp!!) potato chips for those fat slobs of us who don't prefer salad as a side. Also, 2 sandwiches and drinks are upwards of $23 which honestly seems a little steep to me. Still, delicious food, and it is probably a little better for you and usually preferred over a burger by the boss.
google avatar

Mike D.

Yelp
Who would've thought that a fast food, drive-thru for chicken salad would be a thing?? Yet, this has become my go-to for a delicious and filling lunch.
google avatar

Erin N.

Yelp
Excellent food. A little confusing if your a newbie, but I don't think you could go wrong with anything you order. Jalapeño Holly and Sassy Scotty were two favs for my family. But we love so many of the options. Pasta salad... YUM! Grape Salad....Super YUM!
google avatar

Nick R.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised when we tried this place out. The menu is confusing but we ended up having a ton of extra scoops of chicken salad. The cookie they include is delicious. I recommend and I will be back.

Carl G.

Yelp
Our first and probably last visit. The fellow working the front at the register had absolutely no personality. No smile, no hello, no greeting at all. Sandwiches were okay, not quite as good as the Picnic. Rather expensive. I really couldn't tell if it was chicken or tuna salad. We'll go back to the Picnic next time.

Jennifer S.

Yelp
I was in the mood for something different so I tried this place. I ordered the Dixie chick salad sandwich, I told him 3 times. But he still just gave me regular, didn't taste a single onion. When I went to look for a table I had to go with the last one because they all had crumbs on them. The floor too. There were no other customers inside the entire time, everybody else went to the drive through, so not sure why there were at least 7 employees in there and nobody had cleaned. Sandwich tasted good, fresh, but nothing spectacular. That lunch was not worth $12.

Cindy G.

Yelp
My daughter and I love chicken salad. So we were very excited to try this restaurant. Restaurant was very clean and nice looking. Placing our order was fair. It was our first time eating here so we asked the young man behind the counter two questions. He was so over us and seemed he hated being there. Major attitude. Daughter ordered the fancy nancy chicken salad. She did not enjoy hers at all. She felt it was sort of dry and lacked flavor. I ordered the original chicken salad. I did love the way the chicken was minced but it seriously lacked flavor. Seemed to be missing salt and pepper especially. The mac and cheese was probably the worst I ever ever had. I do understand it's hard to keep mac n cheese fresh and moist but this was so dried out it should have been thrown out and not served. We both took one bite and pushed it aside. See pic below. We might go back and try a different version of their chicken salad.
