A wonderful healthy meal- with my daughter. We enjoyed relaxing in the clean and comfortable dining room. The perfect fuel up place before a day of 🛍️ shopping. The broccoli 🥦 salad is so great!! We will be back for more.

Nice little place that serves you like fast food, but doesn't seem like a fast food restaurant. The seating area is tastefully decorated, the staff is nice and the restrooms are clean. They offered samples, which was very helpful as this was our first visit. Our food was delicious! The broccoli salad was yummy and the grape salad was wonderful! I enjoyed the scoop and potato soup, we left satisfied, but not stuffed. I would return!

1st visit, did a grab n go from Fridge & grabbed a Red Velvet cake. Both were Delicious! Olivia was very helpful & friendly!

I love chicken salad. I will drive anywhere for a chicken salad sandwich. I'm always so disappointed anywhere else. But when I go there I just like the classic Carol it is perfect for me

This was my first time visiting Chick Salad Chick, and I was pleasantly surprised. This location was in Ormond Beach, FL. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming, my Olivia's Old South chicken salad and broccoli salad we wonderful. I even received a really good cookie. I didn't catch her name, but the lady that took my order was fantastic, with excellent customer service.

First time there and I will definitely be back! I got the dixie chick on wheatberry bread. Yum!! For the sides I got the broccoli salad and grape salad. Both were amazing. I wish there was one closer to where I live.

After a busy trip, I came home with a cold and wanted a comfort meal. Chicken Salad Chick was just the fix: poblano chicken soup, homemade wheat bread, iced tea. The order came with a side of crackers and an iced cookie. I feel nurtured and satisfied. Thank you!

Lady in the drive-through window was so helpful and sweet. I haven’t been to a place that treated me like that in a long time you got a good one there you guys better keep her.

Food was delicious. I had the classic chicken salad sandwich, with a side of chicken tortilla soup. The meal deal also came with a pickle spear and a delicious mini cookie to top off the meal. My wife had the chicken salad with cranberries and almonds which she loved. The restaurant is very welcoming inside... light green walls with rows of booths as well as some tables. Music from the 50s and 60s was playing while we were there. Very enjoyable! Server at the counter was very friendly and explained all of the menu options.

There are so many weeds. It makes the place look shabby. What other things are neglected?

Very cute decor perfect for a lunch meeting with colleagues very quiet honey comfortable decor. Dessert liked amazing I have been here before so this time I was definitely disappointed last time it was chunks of white meat chicken with a real fresh bakery tasting croissant this time it was more of blended chicken almost like a paste then the croissant was Horrible it tasted like a cheap hamburger bun molded to look like a croissant It was very disappointing Thus place has so much potential It needs way better quality ingredients Unfortunately I will not be back unless for the Hersheys milk shakes or the desserts if not I will pass. Place was very clean and staff was very friendly. Needs better food

Buffalo Chicken Croissant sandwich very good . I went through the drive thru and it was a bit slow . Service at window was good . I will return but next time I will go inside to order .

Absolutely amazing experience. I love the Buffalo chicken dip if you have never had this dip before you are missing out and need to try it today. It's mouth watering and will leave you wanting more. Don't forget your sugar cookie it is to die for. Thank you for great food

Before we drove back to Palm Beach County from my Mom's in Ormand Beach, we stopped at Chicken Salad Chick that was nearby -- actually the next property over from Mr. Wiches. Already a fan of Chicken Salad Chick from visits to its locations in Georgia and Port Orange, Florida, as well as take out from the newly opened Wellington location in South Florida, I was stoked there was one in Ormand about 15 to 20 minutes from my Mom's house. I enjoyed their special spicy chicken salad they had for a limited time on a BLT Croissant Sandwich. The meal helped fuel me for the drive back to South Florida. Like with every Chicken Salad Chick location, the employees are friendly, the dining area and interior is spotlessly clean; making the experience always enjoyable.

I have finally tried this place I've seen billboards for. This location was clean and the ladies at the registers were very nice. The portion of chicken salad was as much as I needed for my croissant that came with a side of soup and small cookie. At the time I tried using my Yelp special that was on the app and the manager shot me down and gave me attitude like I was some kind of scammer. I wasn't insisting that it had to be honored. It's happened before and I just say okay and continue. I was going to give 3 stars but I don't think the rating should be based on one person's unprofessional attitude at the time.

Picking up for Uber Eats, "the chick" was ordered, and that was it. They had to remake it TWICE! Luckily the manager caught that the order was incorrect. TWICE. How hard is it to scoop chicken salad into a container? For their signature dish? It took 20 minutes before we could walk out of the door with the order. This is the first time I've ever dealt with this company, but I'm underwhelmed - in fact I will actively work to prevent anyone I know from ordering or going to these idiots. I hope this review keeps people from visiting this place too. If you make the mistake of visiting here - good luck getting what you ordered and don't go during your lunch break.

First off they are as friendly as can be and helpful. If your a fan of chicken salad this is the place. Done in many imaginative ways and the ones we had were very well done. Prices are also very reasonable for the servings.

Went to chicken salad chick for lunch when working in the Ormond beach area and I fell in love!! I am a northern so I never heard of chicken salad chick, until I moved south! The restaurant is very cute inside and the staff was super friendly! There was a lot on the menu and I love chicken salad so it was a difficult decision but I went with Olivia's old south chicken salad on a croissant. There was a few sides to choose from, I got the fresh fruit and the meal option comes with a pickle, cookie and drink. I believe my bill was around $13. I sat at my table outside and waited for my food to be delivered to me. Everything was fresh and delicious! It was a great alternative to the fried and greasy foods of other fast food places. I enjoyed my whole experience! I will definitely be back to try something else off the menu.

Chicken Salad Chick is my favorite fast food restaurant! I'm a very picky eater. I don't eat a lot of meat, and this is the only chicken salad I will eat. The variety of chicken salad is great, you're going to find at least one kind that you will like. But, I think most people will find a couple of different varieties that they will enjoy. There are several side options, and they are really good as well. My new addiction is the grape salad with extra toppings. If you like grapes and nuts, you'll like this too. Sometimes I pop in, and get a small side of grape salad or a chocolate brownie. Either one will satisfy a sweet tooth. Next time you want something quick and not too heavy, give the chick a try, i think you'll love it too!

First tried CSC when I lived in Tampa and caught them right when they first opened. Love @ 1st bite!!! I was totally stoked to find one when I moved to the eastern side of the state! Never knew there could be so many different flavors of chicken salad! Introduced the place to my hubby and now if I tell him I had lunch @ CSC, he always asks "if 'Carol' came home with me". Lol! Classic Carol is his favorite but we "argue" about which is best cuz I like Carol, Olivia, & Lauryn as well as some of the seasonal variations like Betty Bleu. Staff @ every location I've been are always friendly & willing to serve and offer sample tastings of any flavor so I never order something I won't like. All of the sides are good too! One of my favorite places to eat!

I just want to say that this is one of the BEST fast food restaurants I have been to in a long time... The chicken salad is really good!! But for the HOSPITALITY was AMAZING !!!!!! From the very beginning we were greeted and treated like family. Angelyn is the "secret ingredient" to making this particular Chicken Salad Chick Location so unique!!! She greeted us from the front door and she made sure we had everything we needed until the very end of our meal. The owner Buck also stopped by and spoke to us and is a "Totally Awesome" and super smart businessman to have such awesome staff to make his business such a personable experience. My family and I will definitely be back to this location!!!! Thank u for making our first experience at Chicken Salad Chick AMAZING!!!!!!

We have never been to this place before so we stopped in and went through the drive thru, It's raining really hard right now so we decided to just park in their lot and eat our lunch which was amazing! BUT what's even more amazing was that this sweet boy that works there came out to our truck holding a HUGE umbrella and offered to walk us in if we were coming inside. Now that's how you do true wonderful customer service! Good job Chick! We'll be back, that spicy pimento cheese is to die for!!!

Picked up sandwiches, salads and dessert for my birthday lunch at the beach. Food was amazing -- got 3 different types of chicken salad on croissants, grape salad and pasta salad. Chocolate mini rice crispy treats were delicious. Food was fresh and delicious! My first time eating their food and can't wait to go back and sit in the quaint restaurant!

Gluttonous delicious chicken salad. I swear therEs crack in the chicken salad. It is so fricken good. When you go in you can have samples so you can pick the right one. If you are a chicken salad fan as I am, this is one of the top new chain restaurants around. Don't think plain old chicken salad on a leaf of lettuce! This place has a wonderful variety to choose from. From traditional to, the current special, the Rockin Rita. A spicy chicken salad made with Wickles! If you don't know what Wickles are, google them. The soups are alway good. I recommend the loaded baked potato. Last, but not Least, the service is great and friendly! Ask for Angie is at this location. Tell her Clark Kent sent you!

I just went to Chicken Salad Chick and got a scoop of the Fancy Nancy. I didn't find one piece of apple in my scoop. I did have several grapes but not a trace of apple which brings the favor to the salad. Very disappointed!!

If you are in the mood for chicken salad then this is your spot. Multiple choices of different blends from plane to spicy hot and many different additions to a normally plane meal. The staff seamed very nice and helpful. Food was good, tasty but pricy for chicken salad. I am not a fan of chicken salad unless it is on top of a real salad bowl but my wife wanted to try it. Over all OK for me but my wife ready liked it so 4 stars

RJ and I stopped here with the kids for lunch during our 24+ hours drive to the Keys. It's fantastic, especially if you don't want the same old fast food. They offer samples of some of their different chicken salads, they had me at buffalo chicken. But I would try all the them. Staff is super friendly, and lunch for the 4 of us was $19 which was much cheaper than we expected. RJ had the regular chicken salad BLT and I had the buffalo barclay blt which had just the right amount of kick. The kids meals came with 1/2 of a sandwich, chips or fruit, and a cookie. I want to come back and try all the other chicken salads!

The chicken salad is great! But everything in there is overpriced might as well go to a fancy restaurant if your going to pay those prices.

I ordered the Fancy Nancy combo with pasta salad and snickerdoodle cookie. Big scoop of a very tasty chicken salad on lettuce with crackers. Nice filling lunch. I also used Yelp checkin and got a free cookie to take home. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was greeted and offered samples immediately at the front door. Service was quick and efficient. Decor is really tasteful and modern. Clean atmosphere. Lunch crowd was ample, with most tables full, but there was virtually no wait. I am not from the area, but would love to see a quick lunch spot like this up north!

Terrible customer service. Ordered twice and both orders were wrong. Called regarding second order error and employee had no concern to take the special instructions into consideration. Simple providing a call regarding the instructions might have prevented the error. No care or concern to make it right. Won't try three times a charm...done!

To start, I was starving when i got there so thankfully i didn't leave hungry. Someone greeted me as i walked in and offered a few samples. They were all very good, especially the dill chicken salad. I was a little surprised about the mayo content. The website really talks about how little mayo they use and I wouldn't say that's the case. To me, it seemed a little excessive. I loved the portion sizes, appropriate for a normal serving size. The prices were fair, the strawberry side salad was perfect. I put my cranberry chick salad scoop in it. Overall, I gave I would say the food is a 3, service was 5, and prices were fair.

This is my first time at chicken salad chick, I was greeted by Jess at the front counter she was knowledgeable on the product line and what was in each dish and could explain it easily. she suggested that I try your chicken tortilla soup. Everything was great! You have a wonderful associate in Jess.

Love this place but disappointed they change the original menu and too the sourdough bread off the menu. At least the brought back the original cookies. But highly recommend for price and quality!

I enjoyed the food, atmosphere and customer service. I was greeted as I entered and offered a sample of several options of their chicken salad. I chose two scoops with one side and they included the Cranberry Kelly and Jalapeño Holly with the side of broccoli salad. It was very fresh and delicious. I will make it a go to place for sure.

Where to start....I was so excited to try this place since I live in Port Orange & saw they are opening a location here soon. I had been craving chicken salad & thought a restaurant concept based around chicken salad was a great idea. I was too anxious to try it & just couldn't wait for the Port Orange one to open so I drove all the way to Ormond to try it. I ordered the Chick Trio so I could try three different types of chicken salads. I got Luau Lydia, Dixie Chick, & Fancy Nancy. Unfortunately there wasn't a significant flavor difference between them. They lacked flavor overall. The nuts and fruit that were supposed to be in them were scarce. I only had one whole grape in one scoop and never noticed any crunchy nuts. I prefer chunky chicken salad where you can see a lot of the ingredients & textures, but their chicken salads were very creamy. They seemed to consist of mostly mayonnaise or some other creamy condiments. The second major disappointment were the crackers that came with the chicken salad scoops. They do NOT come on the plate fanned out like in the professional photos the company posted on here & on the menu. They are the cheap club crackers in the individual, plastic wrapped packages you see on the table at diners. I expected higher quality, fancier crackers to come with it for the price and style of the restaurant. Crostini would be great! The third major disappointment was their lack of nutrition information. On their website it has said "stay tuned" for nutrition information forever. I talked to the Ormond restaurant and they weren't able to provide nutrition information either. Their advice was for me to call headquarters and ask for the nutrition information. I did. I left a voicemail. Three weeks later, they haven't bothered to call me back. If they can't be bothered to call me back, I can't be bothered to keep giving them my business. I don't care if they call me back weeks later as I understand their office being busy- but call me back at some point. I mean, what did they do? Listen to a customer's voicemail and just hit 'delete'? After checking three different places for nutrition information, I give up. I'm not eating food if I can't track my macros & calories- especially with the amount of mayo in it. Some positive points....I do like the convenience of their drive-thru, that you can buy chicken salad by the pound to bring home (which would be useful if I wanted to eat it again), the flexible menu combination choices, the variety of different types of chicken salads (which would be helpful if they tasted as good as they sound in the menu descriptions). I don't know how anyone gave them four and five star reviews. Those people must have never had good chicken salad before. I expected a restaurant whose specialty is chicken salad to have some of the best chicken salad in the area. Wrong. Even Publix's 'honey, fruit, & nut chicken salad' is leaps and bounds above Chicken Salad Chick's. In Publix's fruit and nut version, you can can actually see the little diced pieces of chicken, the colorful pieces of fruit, & the pieces of nuts. You can taste all the flavors in every bite whereas at Chicken Salad Chick, I was lucky to get one bite where I could taste a grape. My favorite chicken salad is from McKay's Tavern in downtown Daytona. It's bursting with flavors, super chunky, & has a great ratio of white meat chicken to other ingredients. Plus it's served with crostini. Both Publix's and McKay's chicken salad had less mayo, more substance. They lost a Port Orange customer before they even opened here. If you want good chicken salad, go to Publix or McKay's Tavern. I hate to be harsh, but if your claim to food fame is chicken salad, it better be the best.

I have just loved this place since the day they opened. I wondered how sustainable the concept was at first.... until I tasted it. There are over a dozen chicken salad flavors, not one of which I haven't liked. Chicken salad always runs the risk of being too "mayonaisse-y" but NOT here. It's just right. My favorite is the summer one with Dill on a croissant. The service is always fast and friendly.

Went to chicken salad chick today for lunch with my daughter. Ordered that chicken salad BLT on wheat toast. I chose the classic chick chicken salad. The chicken salad itself was good, however, not much of a BLT. The bread was not toasted but more in a press, which isn't the same texture. And the bacon consisted of two slices that were limp and cold. In my opinion they could do smaller pieces of bread. The bread over powered the amount of chicken salad. Although the chicken salad flavor is good I was not overall thrilled with my lunch.

I have wanted to try this place and decided to pull into the drive thru for lunch. It was pretty crowded. I tried the buffalo barclay on sourdough with an unsweet tea. Since it us mother's day weekend they were giving out a free scoop if their signature chicken salad too. The menu said that if you like wings try the buffalo barclay. The sandwich did not have a lot of flavor. The bread also tasted like white bread, not sourdough. I was very disappointed. I bit in it and I mostly tasted ranch. The signature salad was drowning in mayo, so you don't really taste chicken in their food. I didn't finish my meal. If you like a little chicken with your mayo, this is your place.

I ordered the Fancy Nancy with a side of grape salad and a drink, it all came to just $10. It also came with a pickle and an adorable delicious buttermilk frosting cookie. I love how they let me sample two salad before ordering. The staff was SO nice, it was decorated so cute, it reminded me so much of having lunch with my granny. Definitely worth trying out.

Very good chicken salad. A lot of variety and for a lot of taste. Enjoyed my sandwich tremendously as well as the sugar cookies. What left a bad taste in my mouth was the manager when she refused to change my pasta salad which I did not enjoy the taste of. She said She could replace the pasta salad if I purchased a Nother one.?? I'd give the Food five stars but not the service.

This was my first visit here today and it won't be my last. Had a chicken salad sandwich with cranberry chicken salad, chops and a drink. It's cafeteria style so you order, pay and they bring it to you. The inside is very nicely decorated. They had a nice size lunch crowd but the line moved quickly and I didn't have to wait long for my meal.

I immediately loved this restaurant! We were greeted at the door, being asked if we wanted any samples. The great customer service continued once we made it to the counter to order. My friends and I sampled a few other chicken salad's, and we were not rushed at all. I got the Jamaican chicken salad, and it was PHENOMENAL! Followed with the best grape salad I have ever had! Highly recommend this place for the food and great overall experience.

Boring, bland and overpriced. Tiny portions. Poorly trained staff who don't know much about the food. Owners are completely rude and trash. These people don't even deserve a tire to touch their parking lot.
