The food is always hot and fresh. The restaurant is always clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful if you have any questions. The low-key stars of the show are the pickles spear and the little sugar cookie that they give you I honestly love this place. I’m so blessed that it’s within walking distance of my home.

This was too good! I had it two days im a row yesterday . Jalapeño flavor melt … cashier was really helpful . My son and Loved the soft cookie inside the box too … chicken poblano soup was good too! Great food great service!

First time here at Chicken salad chick. The atmosphere here is very quaint and cute. Upon approaching the front to order the gentleman was on the phone the whole time while I was trying to order. I find it very difficult and rude to ask questions while someone is on the phone. I tried waiting for him patiently to finish , then proceed to ask questions about the chicken salads and the different varieties. He would not get off the phone at all and said he was talking to his boss while trying to talk to me. Service was not good. The experience was not superb. The food was good though.

Cute quaint place- a little tough to find (hooray for Google maps) Was recommended by someone who lived here (we’re just visiting). They definitely dialed in the specific niche of all things chicken salad. To perfection. And don’t forget the homemade Vanilla cake! 🍰

This was first time at chicken salad chick and my grape salad had pieces of bacon in them! Which was visibly difficult to see because of the pecan pieces. I think they must have been next to each other or the employees are using the same utensils. I don’t eat pork for religious purposes, so this is obviously a serious issue in which they need to be more careful. I had to throw up half of my food as a result. I’m not sure I will be back because of that which I actually am upset about because I did enjoy the sandwich.

We did take out on May 10 to take advantage of the Mother’s Day BOGO special. We picked up 4 versions of the chicken salad to add to a Smorgasbord laid out for a family birthday on Saturday. We served it with Hawaiian rolls, croissants, and hamburger buns in addition to BBQ. Excellent food. Counter folks were friendly and efficient in spite of the constant line of buyers and during continual restocking the chicken salad by the register. Everyone had their favorite chicken salad. - Fancy Nancy with Fuji apples, seedless grapes and pecans was my top pick. - Olivia’s Old South with sweet pickles and eggs was a close second choice for me. - Classic Carol with celery, mayo, and secret seasoning seems to be their basic version. It was good but I enjoyed the other variations better. - Lauryn’s Lemon Basil with pecans, basil, and lemon. I liked the flavors, but this particular batch seemed to be chopped a little fine or over mixed. We will probably give it a second chance next time.

I usually have an amazing experience at this location, but today I waited over 20 minutes today to place and get a small chicken-salad to-go. Several people were also waiting to place their orders, someone ordered online and was told they were completely sold out of what he ordered, and it felt like the staff had no sense of urgency.... Again, usually a good experience which is why I'm still giving 3 stars, but today wasn't great at all. Is this location under new management?

I crave this place at least once a week and often order it through Uber Eats. The variety of salad options keeps me coming back. I especially love the Fancy Nancy and Original Chicken Salad. The grape salad is the perfect finishing touch--it's the best "healthy" dessert ever!

Didn't know this place existed!! It's hidden in a shopping center behind the QT on Paces Ferry. Plenty of parking. They have variety of flavors and choices. From sandwiches to salads. A bit overwhelming lol. I ordered at the counter to go so service was as expected. Polite and no much fuss. I had the Jalapeño Holly chicken salad on a croissant. It was spicy and good! I'll be back.

This restaurant has consistently been declining. I have had an issue with my order and/or food the last few times that I have stopped by. A month or so ago my order was incorrect. I ordered broccoli salad with no bacon. When I opened my food I saw that they did not provide the no bacon that I requested. They also failed to put my second scoop of chicken salad in my order. Today, I stopped by and ordered two scoops, and a side of broccoli salad. When I arrived home and was eating, I bit into something hard. There was a piece of plastic in my salad. I called and advised the manager. I am hoping they examine the salad to ensure someone does not accidentally swallow plastic. The mama her told me the broccoli salad is made fresh so she is not sure how the plastic got into the salad. She requested that I send her a picture. She also offered to either remake robe item or credit the item. I declined both offers.

Customer service is friendly and prompt and the classic chicken salad is very tasty! I got broccoli salad as my side and that was demolished lol. Can't wait to return!

The location is a little tricky but once you get in prepare some good food and service. The restaurant is so quaint as most people chose takeout so you can relax and read if you like while Dining in.

Great service! The atmosphere was light and quiet The restaurant was clean and relaxing. I was greeted by the manager, who realized it was my first time and welcomed me in. My food was delivered fresh and it's the first time in a long time I actually had hot soup. Had enough to blow. thumbs

We just love chicken salad chick. Their chicken salad is delicious - we've tried quite a few, but my favorites are the 3 with fruit. My daughter prefers the old fashioned style with eggs and sweet pickles, but they have all been good. It's a fast casual restaurant - you order at the counter and they bring your food to your table. It's always been fast and friendly service at every location we visited. If you like chicken salad, this is your place - try the melt too - you will not be disappointed.

Our daughter lives in Atlanta and we live in San Diego. Chicken Salad Chick is one of our favorites and a go to place. If you can't tell we love this place! Excellent sandwiches and great soups. We dine in and this place is clean with stylish decor. If you're looking for great chicken salad sandwiches you won't be disappointed. Please open one in San Diego.

Erin just made my day after a long day with patients. She was super patient with me ( no pun intended ). She suggested a few items and helped me with my order. The new staff is on point and they all wanna be at work and help customers but guess what they did it with a smile. I will admit I had a few rough moments which is why I took a break. However Erin turned my frown upside down today.

I'm on the fence about this place. I'd always heard pretty good things about Chicken Salad Chick and decided to give them a try while working at my office and realizing I hadn't packed my lunch. It's super easy to find as it's located in the area behind the QT on Paces ferry (right next to Meehan's) and there's plenty of free parking so no worries there. I got the Dixie Chick and a side Caesar salad and I was just left underwhelmed. The salad looked like my 2 year tore some lettuce with his hands, grabbed seven croutons, opened the jar of bacon bits, and dusted it with grated Parmesan cheese. The dressing had a weird taste to it and it was just the most basic salad I've had or looked at in quite some time. The actual chicken salad...just bland. With this being my first experience with CSC, I wasn't sure what to expect but I was expecting I guess a little flavor or something. It just tasted like unseasoned pulled chicken mixed with a bunch of mayo and celery. Overall the food just wasn't anything that left me thinking I'd be back here. On the flip side, the staff was amazing. As soon as j walked in, the young lady at the register who was assisting someone else at the time, greeted me with a huge smile and let me know she would be with me in a few moments. She took my order and shortly after, my name was called by another staff member who was equally friendly and asked if I needed anything else with my order. So while the food was not the best, I must say the service was.

As far as work my experience with chicken salad chick was complicated I wouldn't work here if you want a stubborn manager. Every time I had something serious to take care of I would be fully transparent to my manger Sonia , and each time she would show retaliation by taking me off the schedule, ignoring important text or calls and just being totally dismissive and rude . I decided to resign because it's better jobs out there but as far as this location the manager is extremely narcissistic and unfair . Other than that the food is great because of the employees on the line. Also she does a terrible job at training she leaves it to the employees who probably just started working there themselves then will get irritated if you don't fully understand everything within a few weeks she expects you to know everything even without her assistance

This isn't the best CSC. I ordered through Uber Eats and part of the order was missing. I let them know through their website. Never heard anything. Today I tried again. I went in and got a to-go order. There were about two teaspoons of the pasta salad in my order. I've eaten at other locations that are much better.

Please please please please pass on to greater management that Dillicious Diva needs to be made a year-round choice, not just a summer special! This is hands-down the BEST chicken salad on the menu! It's a shame to not have it available always! On a more critical note, I don't really understand the use of pickled jalapeños in Kickin Kay Lynne and the spicy pimento cheese. To me, it just tastes like someone upended the salt shaker into the mix. Wayyy too salty. I love a spicy option, but I wish there was one that wasn't so salty. This location in Vinings has terrific staff and the folks here are always so friendly and helpful.

A friend and I got together after work and we wanted something on the lighter side. She googled chicken salad chick and sent me the link. Who knew there could be so many variations of chicken salad. There were so many options that it was hard to choose. I ended up with the trio that comes with choices. I made my trip with a scoop of the kickin Kay Lynn, a cup of loaded potato soup and a seasonal side salad. I was pleasantly surprised. The flavors in the chicken salad were delightful! I loved it so much, I had to bug another scoop to take home to have for lunch tomorrow. I even bought a second scoop of the fancy Nancy to try. The young man who took our order was polite and helpful!

Great lunch spot! I had a chicken salad sandwhich on a croissant which was quite filling and tasty. You get to choose which type of chicken salad to put of the sandwhich and mine was lemon basil. The sandwhich comes with soup, a pickle, and a small cookie. The potato soup that came with it was heart warming. Fast service, easy parking, super friendly cashier, all around good experience.

Chicken Salad Chick At Vinings is always a great go to spot when I'm craving chicken salad, soup or a sandwich. It's tucked away in a little corner of Vinings that could easily be missed, but once found you'll never forget! Every time I visit it's never busy which is a plus for me. They have a variety of chicken salad flavors to choose from, but so far my favorite flavors have been the original, BBQ, and buffalo. Their loaded potato soup is really good as well! There's definitely a lot of space inside the restaurant, parking is great, and the staff has always been friendly!

2nd time getting a chicken salad sandwich from the Snellville location and it's extremely salty. I had to toss. I can still taste the salt in my mouth an hour later. My blood pressure is now high because of that. They're got to be careful with people with chronic illnesses. Not good. My tongue and lips are burning.

Twice Quidesha stepped in to make sure my order and dine in experience were perfect. She quietly stepped in (she never even took my order, just overhead and stepped in to help) with her wonderfully contagious smile and was just darling! CSC promote the woman to management- she understands customer service and you'd be lucky to have her represent you!

Today is ribbon cutting for the new Vinings location. YAY!!!! I'm so glad this company made its way closer to the city. My first taste of this good salad was a while ago at the Roswell location. And I fell in love Instantly. The creaminess of the salads are prefect... with just the right amount of everything. Now! I can say the price is a little over priced, BUT!!!! WAIT.. all the ingredients are fresh and made in house. No warehouse dust here. I will stop in every week. And recommend you to give a try.

Visited this place over the weekend and what a pleasant treat! Fist let me say the establishment was neat and tidy, not spotless but not nasty either! We stopped at the Barrett Pkwy location. Since this was my first visit I look specifically for a couple of things. Making sure to announce to the person taking our order that I had never visited before I would have expected her to be a lot more helpful, rather she just pointed to the menu and said: "these are your choices".... O-k miss ma'am! Putting that away in my reserves I opted to give it another shot and ask for recommendations.... Again NOT HELPFUL. I was only told it depends on my taste and flavors I was looking for... Having been my first time I needed a bit more direction, such as how to order, what am I getting just a glob of chicken salad or what? Now feeling the pressure because the line was mounting behind me I just played it simple and ordered a bowl of lettuce (salad) with chicken salad still not sure if I was paying for the two items separately or if they cane together but I digress! They also offer fruit and bit options but I was quite sure if you could get them as topping or if these were also different types of chicken salad and at this point I knew pretty much asking wouldn't get me anywhere. Also besides that others were waiting to be helped. So I digress... Nevertheless I would recommend it if you are looking for a light tasty treat! I later figured out my salad came with my choice of chicken salad on top. And boy do they offer some wonderful flavor combinations. I chose the lemon basil chicken salad on top of a regular mixed greens salad w/ a side of tomato soup. I later discovered I could've gotten this as a combo (would've been helpful to know before ordering) again, I digress. The portion was decent size pretty filling and it also cane with pickle and cookie. Cookie was wrapped and seeing as how we are still in the midst of a pandemic that was nice. Our food was served in Togo boxes which I also appreciate because if your eyes happen to be larger than your appetite you are already set "to go". The chicken salad itself was super delicious!! Just enough seasoning and the right portion of Mayo. My choice went perfectly w the tomato soup which was also delicious! I had never had chunky tomato soup. Usually it very well blended and smooth but this was not what I expect. It also tasted like maybe they added a touch of heavy cream and even a bit of citrus. Absolutely Devine! All in all it's a great concept. Different flavors of chicken salad served alone, on top a salad or on a sandwich. From savory or sweet, spicy they have you covered. I suppose looking back the menu kind of explains the process I just felt at the time I needed a bit more help. However, it doesn't take away fro the fact that it was clean, really good and decently priced! I can't wait to visit again and try something's else.

CSC is THE BEST chicken salad place thus far! I saw a comment saying something about how they have a lot of salt and to be careful of others with illnesses or dietary restrictions. Here's the thing though... that's THEIR recipe! If you know you have high blood pressure or headaches or ANYTHING induced by certain foods, common sense SHOULD tell you not to even eat it in the first place. They shouldn't have to change their recipe because you had an isolated issue and now want to be a negative Nancy about it. There are a million other things to eat and love there! Environment is always welcoming and inviting! Always friendly and a calming presence about the place! NEVER hectic!

Not only is the chicken salad top notch, but the service is exceptional. The two men who waited on us we're so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to come out and clear our table and get us lids. The service really made this a great meal! I will come back to this location as often as possible. Thank you!!!

My husband and I were driving by Atlanta and we wanted something quick for lunch. I found this place on Yelp and we decided to give it a try. We loved it!! My chicken salad sandwich was perfect! The taste was fresh and we were very satisfied with our meal because of the flavor and the portion size. It even included a little mini cookie for dessert. The worker taking our order was very friendly and explained to us the options and her recommendations. I will definitely come by again next time I'm in the area.

Any chicken salad you get from there you will like! I personally like the one with pickles. Usually order with Uber eats and they never get the order wrong.

I actually love this place. I frequently come to the Paces and Kennesaw locations. Food is always tasty and the managers are very polite and always make sure you are well taken care of. I stress the mgrs because they always seem to touch base with every customer. I only deducted a star because I had a couple of wrong orders and recently an online order I went to pick up and I still had to wait an additional 30 mins...ultimately she forgot I was waiting for my food and she put it in the fridge. So I was sitting there for no reason bc it was already made. The cashier wasn't very attentive period. It also happened to another person that was sitting next to me...but the mgr. came out and got everything back on track. The cashier only said "oh, I thought you were a different Ashley" and this was after the mgr asked for my name and pulled the bag out the fridge area. Smh. I would definitely be back. Just check your food before you leave.

i placed a catering order to be delivered nearly 20 days before my event. 5 minutes before my delivery window was up, I called to check on the status of the food as my party was starting in 30 minutes. The manager at the West Cobb, GA location was extremely rude and informed me that no one was there to deliver my food that day. not only that, she never had any intentions on calling to let me know that my food would not be delivered. over $200 in food and delivery charges, reaching out to the district manager, contacting then on Facebook and NO ONE has reached out or gotten back to me about making this right. POOR customer service. Don't give them your money.

Great chicken salads .Clean ,fresh and friendly atmosphere.Great friendly service .Good value for money. Eiter eat it or take out .Lots of different take out chicken salads in the fridge ,all nice and fresh.No parking problems .Just love it .

So I stroll in today to get my free Large chicken Salad.. I sampled the new flavor Rockin Rita.. it was tasty.. But this review is solely about the staff. I went to Quick Pick cooler to search for my flavor. Kicking Kay Lynne. No large only 3 small. When i placed order. The cashier went to cooler..Looked.. I said no Large or I would have gotten it. Oh I have to check.. was her response. She called it to the ladies in the back. One proceeded from kitchen to cooler got the 3 from the cooler. Guess she combined them.. I definitely didnt feel warm and fuzzy..but like i was a bother.. I like Chicken Salad Chick but if i keep getting this vibe I wont be back after my free 4 a year is over. I order other things.. not like i just come for that. Up the customer service and i will change the rating.

Im not really a fan of the food that's nothing against them just a personal preference but this one kinda bigger lady named Traci is the reason for this review she was overly talkative and she just keep talking to my family about nothing while we where trying to eat. Overall my family liked the food (like I said the food was not for me) I would recommend you try but maybe a different store

The grossest $15 I've ever spent on the worst chicken salad scoop, a "bowl" of last week's soup in a can, and Suddenly Pasta Salad from the box. Do not waste your time. Check out their NUTRITION PAGE...I DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN SALAD SO BAD FOR YOU. TERRIBLE!!

I was so disappointed to have only tried it once before I left Atlanta. This was such a good lunch!!! I wasn't too full after eating it but also I was not hungry too quickly either. It was the perfect amount to last me the whole day. I miss it already :(

Your Uber Eats prices are ridiculous. The sandwich meals on Uber Eats are marked up at least $3.00 over the menu. The chicken salad per pound prices are marked up at least $6 over the 10.99/lb price. These restaurants need to called out for their Uber price markups. I can understand a reasonable markup...but this is borderline predatory. Uber Eats buyer beware!!!

This is my second experience of the Chicken Salad Chick. The first time it was at an Open House. We were blessed with a variety of flavors and I must say the Buffalo Barclay was my favorite. Just the right amount of spice to it on croissant rolls. It was delicious. OliviaOld South is a hard second, Barbie Q was just okay I would imagine you would have to be in the mood for the barbecue flavor. This was a really clever nitch /concept they came up with. I will be going back to try my luck at Dixie Chick the offensive chicken salad with onions! !

I stopped here for lunch to try it out because, you know, I like chicken salad. So I decided to check it out. Well I tried the Sassie Salad or something like that. It was the chicken salad made with Ranch dressing, bacon and cheddar cheese. Now who'd a thought of putting something like that together??? Who? But surprisingly it was really good. I also had the Buffalo Chicken salad, now again WHO WOULD think of such flavors to put togther?? But it worked! It was DELICIOUS! So I got the combo and it came with the chicken salad sandwich with the flavor of your choice and a Side of another type of chicken salad and a cookie! The meal was light, delicious and refreshing! I will be back!

I am an absolute SUCKER for a good chicken salad on a croissant so it's awesome to find a restaurant/chain that understands and encourages this obsession. I was in the area and decided to pick up a quick lunch. They have pretty much every type of chicken salad you can think of (and even some you would never think of) and the menu is divided up depending on the flavor profile (traditional, savory, spicy, fruity/sweet, etc). I chose to get The Chick meal, which came with my choice of chicken salad as either a scoop or sandwich and side. They give you the option to get a second scoop of chicken salad instead of a side. I got the Sassy Scotty chicken salad on a croissant with a side of chicken and artichoke florentine soup. It was the perfect meal for a rainy day and a large portion for around $8. The Sassy Scotty had hints of cheddar, ranch, and bacon, but didn't overpower the chicken salad. The buttery croissant was the ideal vehicle for the sandwich and came dressed with lettuce and tomato. The chicken and artichoke florentine soup reminded me of a lighter version of spinach and artichoke dip, which I was more than okay with. The meal came with a small frosted sugar cookie, a perfect end. I was very pleased with my decision to come here and only wish there were one closer to me!

I've only had food from here twice and the first time I ordered Fancy Nancy which was okay. Nothing special. Today my coworkers and I decided to order from here again and I placed the same exact order. The trouble started when I opened the container and my broccoli salad was covered in bacon bits. I don't eat bacon. There was no description on the app that would indicate that it has bacon on it. So I spent 5 mins trying to get that off. Then I took a bit of my sandwich... and realized it was not what I ordered. In fact it was a salad with jalapeños which I'm allergic to. After one bite my face started swelling. I quickly ran to the bathroom to rinse my mouth and take allergy pills. Y'all literally could've killed me. Never going to order from you again.

I have been meaning to try this place out in ages and I finally got around to it last week. My friend and I decided to meet for lunch and we were both in the mood for chicken salad, so here we go. As usual, I always head out to lunch a little earlier because I hate wrestling through a lunch crowd, but surprisingly this place has a decent-sized dining room with plenty of tables - and that was good to know. When it came to picking out what type of chicken salad I wanted, I was overwhelmed with all the options. I started off my order with getting a regular salad and I was going to add a scoop of chicken salad but then I heard my friend ordering a platter and I quickly changed my mind and ended up getting the sandwich and soup deal (There goes my diet). The flavor I chose was the Kickin' Kay Lynne, because I like spicy. That specific one is A-ok, I didn't like the buffalo in it. It felt weird to have buffalo in a chicken salad because buffalo sauce only goes on wings (note to self). But, it was pretty tasty. All in all, it was a good experience, staff was knowledgeable and friendly and with all the options available, I think I may give it a try again in the future.Wish it was closer to my office!

A person I knew told me I should try chicken chick salad as I never did so I decided to give it a try after work. I walked and I can immediately notice that the place is clean and tidy with cashiers who are waiting to take your order. I asked for the recommended dish and they said chicken salad BLT. I ordered 2 for me and my brother and I decided to wait. The person who was making my sandwich did take a little long but she seemed like a cool person so I let it slide. I got my sandwich and went home and and tried my what was a good classic BLT! One of my brothers sandwich was missing bacon but other than it was great. Definitely coming back!

I had heard of CSC for the longest and remembered there was one near me. I finally decided to go in on a whim. I was stuck between two flavors. So decided on a sandwich with a scoop and went with a classic Carole (the one that started it all!) sandwich and the Olivia's ol south. OMG!!! That classic Carole is that traditional, regular degular chicken salad but it was DELICIOUS. I got it on wheat toasted bread, with lettuce and tomato, and it was delicious. The Olivia's ol south was AMAZING as well. This one has pickles and eggs, a southern tradition and how I was raised to make it, and it was DEEELISH. The pickle wasn't overpowering like other southern chicken salads. As well, I was actually full and the cost was less than $10! Next time, I'll also get some of that lemonade. They also give you a free cookie and that cookie is like....like sugar crack! LOL Needless to say, I'll be back!
