Yep, good, as always. Greasy, hot, crunchy, and worth it. I always have to stop here when I'm in Detroit for some crispy chicken and butter potatoes. Service was friendly and kind.

The smell of the place greets you as you drive in or by. It's enticing. And it, obviously, continues inside. Makes a body hungrier. The interior is a step up from a fast-food place but the rest is the same: order at the counter, await your number to be called, served on plastic trays with plasticware. The choices are as indicated on the awning: chicken, ribs & seafood. I had a 2 piece fish dinner which comes with a side h a roll. I got my food a couple minutes later. There was no butter for the roll. The coleslaw was kind of bland. The fish was fine but nothing to drag me back. I'd be willing to try the chicken and potatoes on a second visit at sometime in the future as I heard a number of other customers make good comments about them.

The staff is awesome and those two guys that fry the chicken and do the ribs is on point. The lovely two cousins are so respectful and I hated to hear that one had left, but the one that stayed, I still call her twin just to make her smile. That's why I made it my favorite place to become a regular customer

Went on Sunday for the tenders snack. Tenders were so small. Looks like the got them from the frozen food section at the grocery store. Potatoes were under cook. You to love chicken shack. Will look for better options. So disappointed.

Used to be a great location but a lot of issues lately , don’t try calling and placing an order you get put on hold for 10 mins and hung up on each time . Called back 3x for the same results. Drive by the business and drive thru empty , Will not be returning as this is not the first issue.

the food is always fresh and the staff are great friendly people. My favorite location for a good cheat day of good food and those buttery potatoes 😍

I can't say that I love Chicken Jack but this place was better than the one that I went to by my house. The staff here is really efficient and works very hard. Granted it took a while to get my food because I think they make it after you order it. I would go here again but it's not my first choice.

It's clean inside and your orders up relatively fast but it's hit and miss on the quality. Sometimes fantastic sometimes not
