The smell of the place greets you as you drive in or by. It's enticing. And it, obviously, continues inside. Makes a body hungrier. The interior is a step up from a fast-food place but the rest is the same: order at the counter, await your number to be called, served on plastic trays with plasticware. The choices are as indicated on the awning: chicken, ribs & seafood. I had a 2 piece fish dinner which comes with a side h a roll. I got my food a couple minutes later. There was no butter for the roll. The coleslaw was kind of bland. The fish was fine but nothing to drag me back. I'd be willing to try the chicken and potatoes on a second visit at sometime in the future as I heard a number of other customers make good comments about them.

Went from a great chicken sandwich to the worst what you guys do? Processed chicken strips on a bun wtf use to be my go to now I'll never return taste like the old long John silver chicken strips terrible move!!

I can't say that I love Chicken Jack but this place was better than the one that I went to by my house. The staff here is really efficient and works very hard. Granted it took a while to get my food because I think they make it after you order it. I would go here again but it's not my first choice.

The lobby was extra storage when we went but the food makes this place worth hiking too. Crazy good slaw and potatoes too

After a Super Bad experience at Another Location I decided to give the Schoenherr Rd store a try and I'm happy to say it was a Hit..The food was excellent and the service Friendly ..Great Job everyone:))

Chicken sandwich is pretty good. First time trying it. Looks like they pull it from the whole breast rather than a coated filet. Always love their potatoes. Always went for dinner and live it. First time going for quick lunch and I will try to fit in a stop more often.

This is the worst chicken shack ive ever been to. Tried it a couple of times at work and once at home. I want it to be like the other locations but this one always falls short. Chicken is undercooked and potatoes looked a bit old on all occasions. Food had soaked up all the grease (probably due to low temp frying oil because they keep adding throughout the day and dont let the new oil get up to temp). I had to take my order of chicken bites and potatoes home and pop it in the oven for an additional 20mins just to get the food to look like/taste like normal chicken shack. Very disappointed. Will never come back. Go to the one in Royal Oak for the best experience.

The staff was friendly and the chicken sandwiches were awesome. My whole family loved theirs. The fries and cole slaw are good too! I will definitely come back again.
