"No list of sports bars in Philly is complete without Chickie’s & Pete’s down by the stadiums. Yes, you can eat crab fries and shout at the refs at other locations of the home-grown chain, but with a 24,000-square-foot space, three bars, and an 18-foot screen, this godfather of Philly sports bars is the place to be on game days." - Ernest Owens

It was my first time having their crab fries and I wasn’t a fan. Too salty and the crab meat didn’t taste fresh. The service was okay but only because the host was nice and went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. Everyone else seemed to ignore my presence. Also the prices on the menu are not accurate. I was charged a dollar more than what was advertised. All things considered, I did go on a busy Saturday evening but I won’t be returning.

Had to travel to Philly for work, and being someone who enjoys trying local foods, I was told I had to stop at Chickie & Pete's. I was not disappointed. The roast pork hoagie Chickie style was absolutely delicious! The pork was cooked perfectly and so tender and juicy. I'm normally not a big fan of old bay seasoning, but I got forced to try the crab fries. Man, that cheese sauce with the fries is amazing, I was shocked how much I love the fries. Next time I am in Philly, I will have to stop back in to a Chickie & Pete's for sure!

Google
Service was great. I ordered a paddy melt which I thought would be a smash burger but was a regular thick burger. I didn't realize or I would have ordered well done. It was still a decent burger. I will probably go back and just order something different. Overall I like this spot.

Dropped my wife off for a class and had some time to kill. Trying to figure out where to go and found out there was a Chickie's and Pete's near by, so I decided to stop by. Decided to sit at the bar and the staff was friendly and let me know it would take some time but they would take my order. I ordered my drink and had an order of crab fries but also found out about a special they had that was a $5 personal pitcher of domestic beer. This was great because I had two hours to kill. They also had live music with a musician that was playing multiple instruments from sax, clarinet, and guitar to name a few. The drinks and the live music helped for a relaxing time. This location is intimate and not as busy which gives it a vintage and homely atmosphere. I definitely would go back when near by. Had lunch with my bff it was mid afternoon very quiet atmosphere..very few people inside...but food came out hot and fresh. Portions were large and we wound up taking home leftovers. It was a perfect lunch. Our waitress was efficient and polite and very attentive.... she made our first visit to this location an excellent one. Parking is challenging but it didn't detract from the experience. I would come again. Also I would like to add that we initially were going to grab a bite at the Red Robin Diner across the street but we parked there around 2:30 and an employee came out to tell us they were closing at 3pm. So we were really happy that Chickies and Petes was open so close by. Thanks for a great lunch A+++

Google
The Original on Robbins in the NE is the BEST - and of course their South Philly location on Packer is more spacious and a must go to before/After any sporting events in the area district!! PS: the owner Pete is a genuine gentleman 🇺🇸

I was sad they did not serve raw oysters here, but it was definitely made up for in customer service skills. I sat at the bar & really got 5 star treatment from the servers. A recommendation gem that was given too me is ask for their bread it’s warm and toasty dip it in the garlic sauce it taste like complete heaven! Thanks Tanya!

Yelp
The blue crabs were small today but not really in season so I guess I should've known. The waiter did tell us they have big 1 lb get one free of the crab legs on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so I guess I should've went with that but I just felt like blue claws tonight. We also had wings. Crabby sweets, fried shrimp and onions rings. All good as always.

Yelp
Stopped in last night (Tuesday) for dinner with one of my friends. I got the caesar salad with chicken, which was gigantic and really good! I couldn't believe I ate almost the entire salad! Of course we ordered crab fries and hot shrimp! My friend enjoyed a sandwich. Everything was great, which is always the case!

Alicia K.

Yelp
5*! When my dad visits from Florida we all meet here for the crabs the guys love, or awesome burgers/crabfries (mmm, crabfries) for some of us, they make a spot for our big group. Good atmosphere too, I'll bring my laptop & bang out all my Xmas shopping eating & drinking on their wifi, then uber home feeling full & accomplished.

Yelp
Chickie's is Chickie's if you ask me. They've done a great job scaling their business and still having the same level of service and consistent food (the airport and casinos excluded). This is the OG so it definitely deserves our respect. Crab Fries are always great to snack on. Their wings are phenomenal as well (get the dry rub). The hot shrimp are a great, they're not exactly like BBQ shrimp in New Orleans but similar; make sure to ask for some bread to soak up the sauce. But the best in my opinion is the pepperoni pizza, I don't know what it is about their pizza but I crave them. I'm not saying they're the best in the world but nothing better than kicking back some cold beers and eating some of their crispy pizza. They're sandwiches and burgers are something I'd advise you to steer clear of, they're not the worst I've had but they're nothing to write home about. In most locations the bread seems stale and they really aren't that good overall. But the aforementioned items more than makes up for this sin. And one of the best things about Chickie's & Pete's is the bartenders. They get what service is, they understand how to converse but not be overbearing. Jeff is phenomenal and there's nothing better than stopping by and having a few lagers and talking everything Philly with him.

Yelp
PLEASE READ... Philly....Philly...Philly.... Smh this was my second try at eating out at a nearby restaurant, this was one of the biggest mistakes ever!!!! So where to even start smh SERVICE: We entered the restaurant & it was barely anyone there around 3pm...the service I could tell from jump was off I had to ask the host questions because it seemed as if the bartender tried to stay away. She then walked over and gave her suggestions which was go for the wings...hmm wonder why wings...we're gonna get back to service make sure you keep reading. FOOD: -The ultimate crab fries w/ a side of hair... or more maybe we consumed them ewww We got to the middle of the fries and pulled out a hair and was so freaking grossed out. My bf was like nahhh you gotta Yelp this...this is disgusting !!! -The mussels with garlic and poop AKA turtle tank was by far even worse! When they brought out the mussels the presentation looked good at first and I was truly in the mood for mussels I should have known in my gut to not go for it. We took out one & I swallowed it & could tell something was off I had this horrible taste in my mouth so I had to take a swig of my flying Hawaiian drink. This didn't help tho...my bf then looks at me in disgust and tells me to smell the mussels we could not believe it smelled like a dirty aquarium....we tried to make the situation better going back & fourth and I came up with turtle aquarium and hit it right on the head. He had the nasty smell on his fingers and couldn't even fathom how gross the smell was and we consumed it ewwww Let's get back to the service...after letting the bartender know about the hair in the friendliest way she took the plate away and seemed like she didn't want to come back over to help until we got the nasty mussels...she must have known how upset we were about the mussels because she never came back over...the manager Bill came. ****5 stars to Bill for easing the situation and being empathetic to our horrible experience. He was very apologetic and comped the food as well as two drinks on the house. I thanked him for the empathy & good service & the restaurant industry convo we had but still couldn't let go how unacceptable the food was. Another comment on service...the nosey host had the nerve to talk about us to a regular literally right behind us at the bar...me w/ my manager ears heard the entire convo and he didn't stop until I spoke and said how unprofessional it is to speak about customers. I also mentioned you never know who is who and who knows who. He switched it up after and tried to be buddy buddy w/ bae and even mentioned to him this wasn't the first time they found a hair in the food today ewww wth like that makes us feel better. Bae tried to make him smell his fingers for the turtle tank smell and he laughed & declined the offer lol We left with a very bad taste in our mouths & it's about 2 am now and my stomach still hurts even feel like vomiting now thinking about it because I can't wrap my head around the fact that I consumed mussel poop and the taste won't get out of my mouth even after brushing my teeth. My stomach is on tilt smh. I'm just really disgusted in the food and so disappointed we spent any money at this establishment. Going off of other reviews on the page I really & truly hope this isn't a race thing but I wouldn't be surprised smh NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

Yelp
Food is good tasting, it's greasy and salty. I wish they offered a low sodium menu using low sodium alternatives. Service is good it's usually quick. Loud bright and live crowds.

Kevin C.

Yelp
Great family dinner spot with all the local foods. Crab fries, cheesesteaks, chicken parm sandwiches. Local beers and all the rest at the bar. Sports games on all the TVs. Great outdoor bar. Quick service and kitchen. We will be back!

Cashmere R.

Yelp
The food was pretty good. However, the service was just ok. The hostess was nice though and the drinks were pretty week also.

Gerry S.

Yelp
Food is good, small menu. Place gets packed at night especially when Philly sport teams are playing somewhere

Scarface G.

Yelp
Flyn Hawaiian is everything and the food is major like major definitely recommend this spot

Yelp
I just had the worst seafood specialty ever now I know why there isn't many people who go there. I spent close to 40$ and literally threw my seafood specialty in the trash. It was cold and just didn't taste good. Do better!!

Skylar M.

Yelp
I love this place it has the best food and everything is aways so good the wing are so amazing they make me want to dance

Sierra T.

Yelp
Love their atmosphere to every restaurant I've been to. Crab fries are always better from the restaurant than from one of those weird stands at the linc or citizens parks . Definitely a go to.

Yelp
The location of this Chickie's and Pete's is not ideal. There is only off street parking so beware of the tempting urge to park across the street where the Auto-part store and banks are located as I saw cars being towed while I was eating and even when I was leaving out of the restaurant. This Chickie's and Pete's is smaller compared to others. The tables and walkway are very tight so if you have a large party (similar to I had of 9) it could get pretty interesting. The wait staff was very fri belt and the wait staff was pretty attentive. Our waiter was able to explain the specials of the restaurant and good picks for the evening. I ordered the crab cake sandwich which came on a brioche bun. The bun was soft and tasty and fit perfectly with the crab cake. As for the crab cake, it was seasoned, not too breaded. I really enjoyed it. I also ordered the crab fries which is this restaurants staple. I was pretty underwhelmed. The fries definitely needed more seasoning in which the waiter had no problems bringing more. Lastly, I ordered the lobster Mac and cheese which was just really disappointing. The size of the dish was extremely small and to top it off it was verrrry dry. When one orders Mac and cheese you generally expect to get a "cheesy" dish however that was not the case here. The dish was very dry and bland after taking a fork and a half full I just had to send it back as I just couldn't stomach paying $17.00+ that just lacked in flavor and was uninspiring. I enjoyed my time and so did the rest of my party. I would come here again but I wouldn't be in a rush. Kudos to whoever thought of the idea of putting a sink in the middle of the restraint...others should follow suit!

Yelp
So many wonderful things to say about this place. First off, I'm from NC and figured I'd try a (PA) chain while I'm here in PA. Jeff was the bartender and he was AMAZING. My friend let him know that I was from out of town and he went above and beyond explaining the best items on the menu. He also offered up the best places to see/experience in Philly. The hot shrimp- wonderful! Ordered with bread for the sauce just right! I'll be back every time I come to visit. Also had some crab fries & the roast pork, so good.

DJ Nocturna R.

Yelp
Love this restaurant / bar specializing in seafood: crabs, mussels and clams. The food was delicious and the portions are quite large. They have some old beers displayed on the wall going way back to the 50s. Thanks to my friend Helen for taking me here and her friend Maria for driving us. The blue crabs, the garlic clams and Philly cheesesteak were so good. Everything was so good ! If you're in this part of the east coast, go check them out !

Tesha M.

Yelp
The food was great, as well as the service. I had the wings as an appetizer. They came out smoking hot and in a decent time frame. The fries were amazing also.

Mark C.

Yelp
Food, service and atmosphere was great. Best burger I've had in a long time. I will be back when visiting Philly

Maxwell H.

Yelp
Dry roast beef. Comes out small as hell with a little bit of dry provolone, not hot? For $11 in a city with sandwich trucks and stands, this is pretty shoddy for original location! good, service, but this was a waste of money. Next time I'll buy a 40 and get a sandwich at Home Depot at one of the trucks. This should be a $6 dive-bar sandwich although Nick's Roast Beef would still be better.

Bob H.

Yelp
I haven't been to Chickies and Pete's in quite some time. I'd say roughly 2-3 years. The idea always sounds good but the food is below average at best. We arrived Friday around lunchtime and it was dead. We were sat and waited roughly 10 minutes for a server. We ordered crab fries, magooby and cheesesteak. The crab fries didn't taste fresh at all. They are alway much better and more fresh at a sporting event, never in the actual restaurant. The cheese sauce was also discolored. It had a brownish tint to it, very weird. The magooby was good. It's always my wife's go too. It's shrimp, cheese, pickles and crab fries on a roll. The one thing Chickies does well is seafood. The cheesesteak was terrible. It was extremely dry! I asked for extra cheese and it was still dry. My wife and i split the magooby and the cheesesteak went in the garbage. When we go to Chickies I do prefer the original but I'm not sure I'll be back. The food is way overpriced and not very good. It's sad because the food was once pretty darn good. 2 stars at best

Patricia O.

Yelp
Honestly terrible service was horrible never checked on us pizza was burnt never offered us new drinks refill sat and had conversation with his friend instead of doing his job extremely disappointed!!oz cash

Tee S.

Yelp
Had lunch/ dinner at this restaurant for the first time. The food was great. I recommend the wings with the dry rub. They were delicious and the mushroom burger is another recommendation. It was juicy and cooked perfectly. The waiter was polite, and very welcoming. The atmosphere was very pleasant with music playing. All the other customers appeared to be enjoying themselves just as much as me and my sister! It was a great experience!!!! I highly recommend you to go and eat here

Amanda M.

Yelp
This atmosphere and service is really what knocks this place out of the park. This is my 92 year old grandfather's go to choice for his birthday dinner. The staff goes above and beyond, everyone makes such a fuss over him. Even other customers stop by the table to wish him a happy birthday, that's how warm, welcoming and intimate the atmosphere here is. They even give him a complementary slice of cake without us asking or inquiring. This, original Chickie's and Pete's location is SUCH a contrast to the one on the boulevard...it's like day and night. Crab fries, crabs and wings is where they excel! Will always go back! Thanks again for making our last recent visit such a pleasant one!

Francine M.

Yelp
Dom is a fabulous server! Took care of us and recommended delicious meals. Will be back!!

Roseanne M.

Yelp
Lunch experience was awful. The place was so cold that we couldn't enjoy our meal. Ate with coats and gloves on. Service was slow but there was only one server who was also the bartender. Asked for hot tea thinking it would warm us but they don't offer any hot drinks. Geez how hard is it to heat up some water and have a box of teabags on hand. Not an enjoyable way to have lunch with friends. We were also told we couldn't have separate checks!

Andrew T.

Yelp
Always a great place to stop in to have a beer and some "crabby fries". Staff is super friendly and it's a cool little place to just hang out.

Ninamarie G.

Yelp
I love chicken and Pete's best food ever pizza is amazing definitely must orderCrab legs are to die for and I love the crab fries

Yelp
Took my wife to this location today. It was absolutely the worst experience of our lives there. First there were seats available with umbrellas for a shade, that sat us in the only seat without an umbrella. Then when ask if they could move the umbrella the guy reply to us that he wasn't going to be moving nothing back and forth all day. He also told us we couldn't slide our table back to the shade. It seemed as if he was the supervisor and was upset that he had to help out because they were short on staff. He was also nasty towards us for asking for condiments. He ask us was that it and would that be and are we sure because he was not going to be running back and forth. We also tried to get the young ladies attention who originally started to serve us and was totally ignored. We some how wounded up with three servers and none of them wanted to accommodate us. This was earlier today at 4:21pm. The worst part of this whole experience was after we ordered our food, the waiter came back 5 or so minutes later to tell me that they had discontinued my Double Double Burger. Don't know why or how but it to me another 3 to 5 minutes to order a plain cheese burger. They brought my wife's food out 10 minutes earlier then mine and just placed it the table and walked away. No way! My wife said. But calmed her and said; Baby, it's ok. I knew I was going to tell this story on Yelp. I will never waist my hard earned money on service like this. I really would like to think that this was not racist thing but, to us in the middle of the outside dining room at the only table with no umbrella in the beaming hot son.....not to mention that our beverages wasn't cold. It just was a terrible experience and I will never dine there again. Sincerely Tyrone Parker tyroneparker4@gmail.com

Yelp
I was told by the Uber driver to try out the Crab fries at Chickies and Petes, and I was not disappointed. The fries got a spicy cajun kick too it and once you dip it into the white creamy cheese sauce, the fries are gone in no time. They have more options on the menu, but unfortunately due to tine constraints, I only had time to try out the fries. Try out this place when you visit Philadelphia.

Sylvia D.

Yelp
I was told this was a "must try" so I stopped in recently for an early dinner. The crinkle cut fries are very good...very crispy and cut on the thinner side. It could have used a little more crab seasoning as you could barely taste it. My mussels were only ok. They were very small and the "white wine sauce" basically looked and tasted like bottled Italian dressing. The white lobster pizza had no seasoning at all. It was a white pizza with small chunks of freshwater lobster tail that looked more like pieces of chopped shrimp. Again, no seasoning or flavor at all. Crust is thin and crispy but I was expecting the lobster to be a little better since this place is known for seafood. The seafood chowder was pretty good. Had a pretty spicy kick to it. I know people rave about this place but maybe I didn't order the right things.

Joan F.

Yelp
Great atmosphere, awesome staff, fair pricing. Don't miss out on good times at this local mayfair establishment. Oh and the chocolate bar jar.. you just have to taste it to experience it's greatness.

Iesha N.

Yelp
This establishment needs to practice better hygiene and cleanliness, They handle food with out gloves , while also taking money , serving drinks etc ... ordered crabs and fries that came with bread We didn't want the bread , so instead of tossing the bread , it was given to other customers , totally disgusting ... never again will I eat here !

Fatty B.

Yelp
Overpriced, mediocre bar food in a bar that's not really a sports bar. Went here to drink, eat and watch the Phillies, but what they really want is for you to order everything at once, glut it down and leave a big tip so they can seat the next round of suckers. If you don't do that, they'll pretty much ignore you the rest of your time there. Another one of their tricks is to keep bad music blaring at a high volume to make sure you don't stay too long. Pete, the owner, actually moves paying customers who are occupying his seat in the back corner when he decides to come in ... I haven't spent a dime at this place since I found out he was ripping off his waitstaff.

MICHAEL C.

Yelp
Charges a liquor tax, a take out tax. Ridiculous. Also was in the parx casino one. Had 16 people for wedding party. Had one beer and one shot, half hour later had another shot. Was told that's the last one I could have for the night. I understand safety, but it was 3 drinks!!! And it wasn't just me. It was the whole wedding party.

Stephania R.

Yelp
5 star for best clams, mussels, crab fries and for playing freestyle music in 2012. Unfortunately they don't play that kind of music in there anymore. I haven't tried their crabs yet but by the look on the picture they look delicious. I don't like raw fish or sushi other than that love being a seafood lover

Charles V.

Yelp
Was in Philly for the 4th of July and my group and I wanted some real Philly food. This was the first place that came to mind. As usual the food was great! My cousin had the cheesesteak and loved it. The server suggested the shrimp tacos so I tried them and they were delicious, so flavorful! I really like their broad selection of beers. Of course, no meal is complete without their famous crab fries! Those went really fast once they hit the table. The people there are really friendly and make you feel at home. I only wish the bathroom was more comfortable. Other than that, everything is great. It's a great place to bring people who are new to Philly.

Lisa G.

Yelp
Came here for my birthday dinner tonight. The food was great and the servers were nice, but definitely needed at least two more servers to make it a positive dining experience. Didn't get napkins or silverware even after an appetizer AND the main meal got delivered (had to ask for them). Also had to wait 20-30 minutes for a drink. Overall, I can't take it out on the servers since they were spread very thin, but restaurant should think about keeping at least one additional server through dinner rush.

Dominique C.

Yelp
So Me and My Fiancé Decided to go for a late night Drink and appetizer at the bar around 12:00 Saturday. The Nunez fight was on We sat down Ordered drinks and then the food. The bartender was extremely rude. She didn't check on us once Didn't ask us if we were ok .Nothing ...She did the bare minimum. Every time I asked her for something it was as if I was bothering her. Now I just left my Job as a (Bartender) Just trying to unwind from my shift , Basically I am in the industry And know how customers should be treated . Very disappointed in the service . And probably won't be returning !Short brown ponytail miserable Bartender !Shes lucky she got one red cent from me as a tip When normally I tip the servers 20 and more not this time !

Nicole F.

Yelp
Excellent service, family owned business. Loved the crab fries but a little pricey for fries with old bay seasoning and cheese sauce on the side. It was really good though. Could've done without the crab cake sandwich it was ok. The pizza is different couldn't finish it. Regardless of all of that I recommend this restaurant.

Julio C.

Yelp
They nailed it at the original chickies ! The sauté seafood. White is just perfect !!! Plenty of shrimp clams mussels And lobster to share. Tom and the bar staff at the old Chickie's are still serving up piping hot plates and ice cold beers for Octoberfest ! I haven't been to this place in a lon while the folks at the airport could learn a thing or two about service from these guys. Back in June when I was traveling to Orlando for my bday the wait staff at terminal D were the absolute worse I have ever had. And the bad food trailed right behind too !

Tracy W.

Yelp
The one star is for the courteous cashier. We ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. The sandwiches was cold but they did remake the order. Not worth the money. They give you 3 frozen over cooked chicken tenders with no fixings( you have to request blue cheese on the side). When I comeback to Philadelphia this won't be on my list.

Freya J.

Yelp
Came here on a Wednesday for Happy Hour, however we were told the time was changed from 4-6pm to 3-5pm, although its not updated online. The food was good but when more people came in the service got really slow. Furthermore, the Pomegranate Margarita taste like cough syrup

Cluis C.

Yelp
Horrible costumer service, mediocre food. We went on a Thursday night to celebrate my cousin birthday. There was 4 of us and we were waiting for a group of 8 for a total of twelve. The didn't want to accommodate us in a big table because we were only 4 even though we told him the rest of the people were 10 minutes away. We end up going somewhere else, thanks God everything work out fine for us. All twelve of us agreed that they were really rude and we will never spend a dime in there. Note: the waitresses were really nice and willing to help. The guy, I guess the manager or wannabe boss was the problem. (Mayfair location)

Ratha M.

Yelp
This is the absolute best chickie and Pete's by far and they are the original! I've been to the south Philly location and Roosevelt Blvd location as well but this one right here has the best service and amazing food. We live near the south Philly location but often drive up this way (due to service). The servers and bartenders are very accommodating and even knows where we want to sit. Since we order so much food for a group of 3 adult and 1 child....the server would often give us the biggest table. A must try is the baby lobster tail...they are cooked to perfection and oh so scrumptious! We would order 3 orders of those since no one wants to share! Definitely order the clams in white sauce and the hot shrimp in spicy garlic sauce. Why am I craving these as I'm writing this review?!!! All of the yummy garlic sauces are perfect for bread dipping. The clams casino and crab legs are amazing too. Everything that I've mention....i would love as my last meal on Earth! That is no lie!

Robyn H.

Yelp
A great place to go and get greasy, and eat with reckless abandon!!!!!!! LOL I love their crab fries, snow crab legs, chicken fingers and shrimp!! Getting hungry just thinking about it! lol Great appetizers too!

William M.

Yelp
Been eating at Chickies forever and it was a lot better before they expanded and went commercial. We usually come in for the white mussels which are the best mussels you can find anywhere....and crab fries obviously. Been in a couple times recently and the food is getting worse. We ordered some crab fries and a roast pork sandwich. Both were cold like they were just sitting in the back. The wings we got were awesome though, hot and delicious. The bartenders are awesome guys and always give a chilled glass for your beer.

Yelp
Ok we went to take my mother in law the server he never said his name when we finish was 173.00 that ok the problem is when he bring the change he just wait 4 min and come back and take the money from the table he don't ask nothing just take the money and I said hey noo and I give in $10 dollar he count the money y through in table and said no you can keep lol that suck because he's attitude no deserve nothing he supposed wait we left and see if we leave a tip. And he staring said how's the service how's was a bad experience. Obviously if he don't put his hand in our money we left considering tips but his action no deserves nothing. So that the first time and last in this location

Yelp
I like this location the best out of all the other chickies. FIrst, because they are the original and second, because the wait time isn't as long as the others on a busy night. Sure, the other ones are bigger and is more hyped up, but I'm here for the food. When I'm in the mood for some fatty extra delicious seafood, this is one of the spots I think about. My go to favorites are: Mussels with red sauce - So Good! My wife doesn't really eat mussels, so I get to be a hog and eat the whole thing to myself. If she did eat it, I'd probably have to order a second batch. Crab legs - What do they use as a sauce?!?!?! It's so delicious. I like to get some bread and dip it in that buttery goodness. Chickies Cheese fries - it's a must when you come to a chickies. No need to really explain why on here. Just get it! There are other things I have tried too, but the above three are a must! Overall: I haven't been back in a long time, but since I'm writing this, I'm craving it now, so maybe this weekend? I can't wait to dig into more seafood!

Yelp
First time to ever come to a Chickie's and Pete's and will more than likely be the last. I like to give places a few tries if they mess it up every now and again. This place screwed it all up first go around. The waitress literally would go missing in action. We saw her when she brought our waters and when she dropped the bill off, that's it. A runner brought the food and she never came by to see how we were doing and never once received a refill after consuming the crab fries. Food came out out of order. My girlfriend ordered food that she didn't like, but never got to let the waitress know because she never came by the table. I'm sure there were managers around, but we didn't see anyone checking on tables or portrayed being a manger, so we must've been in the wrong area --- not sure. Anyways, it was a terrible choice and I'll chalk it up to a loss.
