"Airport restaurants as last-minute Valentine’s Day dinner destinations become a discussion point during season 2; janitor Mr. Johnson mentions in the convo that he’s a fan of this local sports bar chain’s lobster roll." - Missy Frederick

"Later this year, the Sahara plans to open Philadelphia sports bar staple Chickie’s & Pete’s in the former Umami Burger space just in time for the NFL season. The restaurant specializes in crab fries that use crinkle cut fries with 'crabby' spices served with two sides of creamy cheese sauce. Bowls of red or white steamed mussels, a two-pound Dungeness crab, snow crab, jumbo crab cakes, and Lisa’s Blonde baby lobster thin crust pie are just some of the notable dishes on the menu." - Susan Stapleton

We stopped here during a layover. They have a smaller closed s Place and a larger, more open space near gate A23. We were quickly seated, The lady taking our orders was attentive and nice and answered our questions They were our first Philly cheese steaks and we thought they were pretty good. For smaller appetites one sandwich would be enough as it comes halved. The fries and chicken wings were also generously portioned. Good enough for 2-3 people. One star deduction for the amount of salt in the fries and chicken wings. The sodium content is indicated in the menu but I didn't expect them to be so salty. You might want to ask them not to toss the fries in too much salt. Otherwise, everything was tasty and as the gate filled, the atmosphere became very lively.

I understand that awarding a five-star rating to an airport dining establishment is uncommon, especially considering the typically high prices. However, this venue offers an exceptional experience. Their Philly cheesesteak is outstanding, and the crab fries are delicious. Conveniently located adjacent to the international terminal, it’s easily accessible for travelers departing from this area. Even if you’re flying out of a different terminal, it’s worth the visit if you have the time. Seated at the bar, I was served by Vince, an excellent bartender who enhanced the great atmosphere. The staff is very nice, and the awesome food makes it a can’t-miss spot.

I took tailgate burger. It tasted good. Meat was juicy and spiced well. Service was ok, although you have sometimes to wait to be seated.

Left out of Philly on Thursday morning, had a good experience with my bartender (I apologize for not asking her name) who was friendly, made a great Bloody Mary, and was helpful with my food selection. Would definitely go again and recommend to anyone waiting in terminal C. I was in the bar across from the restaurant😉

Phantastic Philly cheesesteak! Perfect way to end my trip to the area. The nice lady that waited on me was so nice! Had a quiet table by the airside.

This food was SO good.. the club chicken sandwich, seasoned fries. Shoutout to the guy who was wearing kitchen manager shirt (unsure his name) who was working his tail off to keep hot food coming out, and helping the team here when the place was so busy! And was so nice the whole time. Thank you!

Service was friendly and fast. The breakfast cheese steak was huge and very delicious. The dining area is clean and has seating isolated from the airport foot traffic, so it feels like a regular restaurant more than an airport restaurant.

Had lunch here while waiting for a flight home. Ordered fries and a cheesesteak sandwich. It was fine for airport food, but it’s unlikely I would return to a location outside of the airport when there are so many better choices for cheesesteaks. Service was fine, it was loud and seating was in very close proximity to strangers which is uncomfortable. We were seated at a bar with unsupervised minors which likely influenced the experience.
