One of the best restaurants ever! Friendly service and delicious food! Walking in you would never expect the food to me this good but definitely 10000001/10. The meats are cooked to perfection and literally every meal is filled with flavor and all compliments each other so well! Definitely my go to spot and recommending to all of my friends and family!

This place takes me back to Nashville, famous for its fried chicken, and Chicky’s lives up to that legacy. Jashan S provided amazing service, making the experience even better. The menu is perfect for both sandwich enthusiasts and fried chicken lovers alike. The loaded cheesy fries were the cherry on top, enhancing the flavor of the already delicious chicken. Kiddos to the owners . Highly recommended!

Best fried chicken you'll ever get, worth the long trip from Manhattan every once in a while. Moist, crunchy, well seasoned, spicy but flavorful (not just a scoville scale number) and reasonably priced.

Layout/atmosphere *Four tables; TV; two tables on sidewalk; DO NOT park in lot next to store (car can be towed) Food/drink *Chicky’s and Chips (Boneless chicken chunks over French fries with cheese, jalapeños, red onion, house sauce & choice of sauce [mango habanero]) - Good; mango habanero was sweet but had a little heat; the jalapeños were the real kick; no complaints about the chicken itself; fries got slightly soggy after few minutes

We drove 50 mins to see what this was about and when I tell you it was so worth it!!! We got dirty fries, chicken and chips and that Mac and cheese chicken sandwich. AMAZING!!!!! I'll definitely be back. The staff was amazing you're greeted as soon as you walk it. Keep up the good work!!

Best chicken in town. Definitely gotta try the wings & chicky’s chips!! Great location and amazing staffs. Very accommodating. Can’t beat the experience. If you are in the area, definitely check it out. You will not be disappointed. 5/5

Best tasting chicken and their nashville chickys and chips are the best recommendation for someone new!

This Nashville chicken is the best chicken sandwich I ever had. The chicken was fresh and soft. Medium spicy had a pretty good kick to it. The sandwich comes with the right amount of coleslaw and pickles. My daughter ordered the spicy chicken sandwich which was humongous, but unfortunately she did not like the sandwich and did not eat it. I tasted it and it was mediocre, something with the sauces did not blend so well. I also ordered the chicken over rice for my wife. This is not the typical halal. The chicken was cubed pieces of chicken, and it was just okay. Wifey did not really like it, but she agreed that Nashville sandwich hits hard. I would definitely try this place out. It gets 5 stars because the chicken seems to be made to order and is fresh. There was about a 20min wait from the initial order. P. S. Make sure to eat the sandwich as soon as possible, the sauces will get the bun soggy.

Food here was excellent. I ordered the chickys burger it was really good, tasty but i couldn't finish it. The tenders were good, huge too but couldn't finish it. The service was cool. But a lil bit confusing because the guy was telling us he had no more rice but we could substitute the rice, but would have to pay more, I didn't get that. The place was clean af too!

I recently experienced Chicky's for the first time, and as someone who usually avoids eating out due to being a picky eater, I was pleasantly surprised. My husband opted for the Chicky's and Chips with their special toppings, including fried wings and flame-grilled wings (all hot), and we were both impressed with how well-prepared everything was. The "hot" was just right. Not overwhelming. The taste was perfectly balanced, allowing us to appreciate the nuances of each ingredient. We opted for takeout, and the staff patiently addressed my first-time customer inquiries, despite the busy atmosphere. The slight wait was understandable given the restaurant's popularity, which is now evident to me. I wholeheartedly awarded it 5 stars, as it truly deserves, and Chicky's has earned a regular spot in our takeout rotation, offering a healthier alternative to many other options out there.

I drive by this place often for work and have always been curious. I was in the mood for something a bit spicy and different so I ordered the jerk chicken. The sauce does have a spicy kick. The chicken is very decently seasoned and cooked. Honestly, just feel for the price the platter is very basic.

Ok y'all know I'm a big fan of this Chicken Craze that been popping off around town; Birdies, Dave's and Now Chicky's & they could very well be my number one beating out Birdies !!! For real yo; This is definitely a must try must go to and get ya freak on; we took a ride from Brooklyn had my Floridians in from Florida who also are in on this Chicken craze they loved their chicken as well ... super moist, tasty and crispy !!! The restaurant is very clean and their service is fast & friendly. We had the following; Chicky's & Chips, welcome to flavor town and this dish comes fully loaded just look at my pictures I highly recommend this dish especially if ya real hungry... Chicky's Jumbo Chicken Tenders; delicious fried to perfection & super moist; their Chicky sauces are game changers; also highly recommend 5 pc will definitely get you right !!! Peri Peri Rice was very nice, especially topped with their Chicky sauce ... Mac & Cheese was also on the money .... FYI; we opted not to add any heat to our chicken so we kept it mild but next visit we gonna kick it up a notch or two for Shaw !! While we were dining in we had the pleasure of meeting Sammy the owner who's such a nice guy very hospital kept coming over to our table to ask if everything was ok and everything was super delicious..... Sammy sent us a complementary order of his famous and delicious fried Oreos !!!! Also a must try... I highly recommend Chicky's if you love Ya Chicken this place will not disappoint..... I got the Chicky's N' Chips with Peri BBQ sauce and all the fixings. It was spicy, but not overwhelmingly hot. The boneless chicken and fries were perfectly crisp as well. I'll be making a return trip in the near future.

Can't go wrong with Fried Chicken for a weekend lunch. Ambience: Walking into Chicky's was like walking into a takeout in the hood. You order at the counter, pick up your food and sit at one of the few tables. Food: I ordered: Chicky's Fried Chicky's Chicken Over Rice - crunchy nuggets of fried chicken bathed in a spicy sauce over a bed of rice. Just the right amount of heat, crunch and texture. 4/5 Chicky's Spicy Chicken Sandwich - spicy fried chicken sandwich. Need I say more? Better than Wendy's but short of Popeyes. 4/5 Peri Peri fries - French fries with some Cajun seasoning? 2/5

The sign isn't well lit so you can end up passing this place by and there's only street parking available. The staff was cool, quick and helpful. The ambiance is interesting with black and white as there base colors and flames to add some flare. The chicken over rice was good, I really like how the chicken was grilled it had a good flavor and texture and the chicky's sauce is good if you like white sauce you like the chicky's sauce. The fries did what a fry is supposed to do but the chicken sandwich was mostly bread with a small slice of meat not sure what that was about, not sure if I'll be back but it was worth a try.

First time today. There is so many delicious options to choose from. I got the chickys Nashville supreme sandwich. I got it regular but still had a little heat to it. It was on a hero and was big. Lots of sauce on it and coleslaw and crispy. Definitely a excellent sandwich. Also got the macaroni and cheese side dish and that was good. Place is small just about 4-5 tables. This definitely a place to try out.

Preferred the chicken over rice (basmati) with the sauces on the side. Shredded chicken has good grilled flavor. They put too much sauce when you order with already. Couldn't taste the chicken anymore. Small place, i think 4 tables for 4. Ok service.

I FINALLY had a chance to try this place and I freaking get it! The chicken here melts in your mouth and it is truly a giant sandwich. The bread is also uniquely soft. I ordered here 20 min before they closed and the staff member was so nice and said they would take the food order up to five minutes before the kitchen closes (11:30p on a sunday) which makes Chicky's an amazing option for late night food. The space has a handful of tables, no frills, like the food. Chicky's is a win!

Good takeout food. Fiancé and I had grilled chicken sautéed in lemon sauce with onions and peppers, as well as fried chicken in rice with greens and mango sauce. We also picked up some spicy sauce which I didn't find particularly spicy, but it added more flavor to an already flavorful dish. The mango sauce was a bit like yogurt and it was subtly sweet. Overall very satisfying. It was about $26 for everything - and we could easily make 2-3 meals out of what we got. Can't speak to the ambiance as I didn't enter the establishment, but there's a convenient parking lot nearby! Fiancé said that the employee who took his order was very friendly. He took his number for when our food became ready to pick up; our food was ready in ~20 minutes, so relatively quick service!

Upon ordering I read the reviews and it was rated really high in which I had really high hopes for this place. It looked really good in the pictures but it just tasted very and soggy. I didn't taste any spice to it. Although I did let it sit for 10 minutes before eating which could be the reason it got soggy, but I really did not enjoy the chicken sandwich. Maybe the other choices would taste better.

Absolutely delicious! Lots of flavor and the chicken is moist and juicy while still being crunchy. The fries are incredible! Chrispy and full of flavor with the sauces they drench them. Definitely not to be missed.

Delicious! Tried this via a door dash delivery and was given wonderful portions. It was definitely a scale up from some halal chicken over rice or fried chicken spots. The flavors were different with the sauces and the options are unique! I ordered 5 fried tenders but did not really have any sauce on the tenders and no fries so it was a little bare bones but the chicken itself was succulent and fresh. My dad loved his spicy chicken burger and my mom enjoyed the chicken over fries. Would love to try again.

DELICIOUSSSS Absolutely coming here again and trying half the menu. This time we got a chickys n' chips with peri BBQ sauce (medium spice) and it was saurrr good You get crispy french fries and juicy fried chicken covered in cheese, peri peri, BBQ sauce, and a sauce that looked a bit like kewpie mayo (but unsure) with a sprinkling of peppers and red onion. Balance in every bite, gets you wishing you ordered more. Kinda wish it wasn't in the middle of nowhere (sorry Bellerose residents) but definitely a hidden gem worth the trip We dined in and heard staff were singing in the back and having a good time, chill work environment, love to see it. Inside has a good amount of seating, very clean (outdoor seating is also available but not much ambiance and very close to the trash). We likely came during off peak (6 pm) so it was pretty quiet, with the occasional pickup Recommend!

Chickys is perfect for grabbing takeout or some late night grub. My favorite dish was the chickys and chips - a layer of French fries and chicken bites gets topped with sauces of your choice, topped with jalapeños, onions, and peri peri spice - I loved how saucy everything was but still stayed soooo crispy! All the food here is heavily influenced by South African and Portuguese flavors which really makes the restaurant stand out. Almost all their dishes incorporates the peri peri spice which gives everything a complex and subtle heat. Loved the mango habanero sauce. Other highlights included the poutine French fries and fried Oreos. Warning - all the food is super heavy and fried so consider this a cheat meal lol! Me and boy are not from the area but heard about this amazing chicken spot called Chicky's. We are obsessed with it the second we took a bite. I had the Chickys Nashville supreme sandwich and it was fuego! Also ordered the chickys dirty fries and that habanero sauce SLAPPED! The gentleman in the front provided superb service tended our every need. We are definitely coming back!

Fried chicken wrap: Loved it. Mac and cheese: Loved it. Poutine fries + mac and cheese: Loved it. Drove 40 minutes from Brooklyn and left 100% satisfied. 10/10 would eat again

I didnt even want to rate this establishment... issue is if i dont i may come here once again... Prices are different from the printout menu they have in front to the screen menu they have displayed AND from their online ordering website... i didnt even get my receipt... since i wasnt really thinking much of it until i saw the price discrepancy . (Shouldve realized... after i didnt even get coins for my change.) Food takes forever so I recommend ordering in advance. If you still plan to order from this establishment. The guy in front mumbles...ill keep it at that... Service 1/5 Food 1/5 Very greasy... cant even have the batter stick to the chicken (need to learn the basics...maybe?) Even when some of the items are drenched in sauce it doesnt taste good... Also place is very dirty...

The service is quick and polite, the space it a typical pick up and go or stay if needed. The food was quite disappointing, Mac & cheese was an absolute fail, runny and lack flavor. The chicken sandwich was good but very average. There seemed to be a lack of flavor and seasoning all around even their chicky sauce was bland. Hope they kick it up a few notches in the future.

I drove by this place a few times and finally stopped by. I ended up getting the Mac & chickys sandwich. The chicken was nice and moist and a huge piece which had a nice big pile of Mac' n Cheese on it. Make sure to get a fork because it falls apart. I'll be back to try other food.

I would only recommend this place if it's late and your craving food after a long day smoking weed. The place at times even reeks of weed perhaps from the said wasted patrons or ....

You are going to love the selection! I'll make a personal stop to Jamaica just to visit this place. Get the wings, the chicky's and chips. I get at least one thing new each time I visit. So far, it's a hit and you get a bang for your buck. You know I'll be coming back next week!

To me it was ok, a lot of hype. Huge portions tho but like other reviews said about da breading falling apart it happened to me and it's disappointing so was "poutine fries" probably won't go back but good luck

Went to this place, traveled 30 mins, when I saw on IG. Looked good and some reviews were promising. First, the place opens at 12noon. So expecting that when they open at 12noon, they're ready to serve. Not a chance! Some food not available, or you wait 30 mins. One guy seemed to be doing the cooking and taking the order at the register, he didnt look happy. I saw 6 people walked out, all saw this place on IG. Each one left coz the guy says 30 mins wait. He seemed to not mind that all of them left upset. I should have followed them. Big mistake on my part. A doordash driver left also. I paid $27 for 2 sandwiches, and a potato fries. So disappointed. He made me feel like am a nuisance for asking questions or for just being there.

Ordered nashville hot chicken sandwich and jumbo chicken tenders via grubhub. It wasn't upto the hype that was created by the amazing reviews. Chicken tenders were hot and not tasty. Also the fried chicken patty in the burger tasted like stale oil. I guess they are not changing frying oil enough. Decent in taste. Nothing exceptional about this place, based on delivery order

TEN OUT OF TEN! Five stars do not do displays justice. Anyone who is given Chickies less than five stars is a petty baby whining. The restaurant is beautiful. The service was great. The food is fresh. Everything is perfection. Everything is made fresh. The service was quick. the staff was helpful, patient, and made recommendations for my next visit. My entire family is a bunch of food is. You've tasted amazing dishes from across the globe. Little Chickies is a gym. We will definitely be back.

First Impressions - N/A we ordered delivery The Noms - I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It was good, but I've had better. My husband ordered the grilled chicken sandwich (in an attempt to be healthier) WRONG, it was so DRY DRY DRY. He didn't even finish it (he ate the other half of mine, boo!) We ordered and were charged for waffle fries but were sent regular fries. UGH. When we called the restaurant to explain, they put us on hold forever (maybe it was busy?) Then came back on the phone and said there's nothing they can do about it unless we wanted to come to the restaurant to EXCHANGE the fries or to get a refund for the difference of waffle to regular fries... um... we paid a delivery fee and our food would get cold by the time we got back from exchanging the fries... plus it's not even worth it for the difference of a $1 or so refund. They didn't even offer to compensate us in any way (they said just call UberEats for a refund then) and the service and attitude was beyond aggravating. In Conclusion - NEVER again.

Chicky's has really improved since I went a long time ago. Happy to see this place be good and seems like my bad experience was just a one time thing. Management is competent good to see this place thriving.

I was not a fan of this place. I ordered take out and my food was well packaged. The wings: I ordered habanero sauce. I wished I knew to order extra sauce on the side because the sauce was good. My wings was a little undercooked. I had to reheat them in the oven to cook them a little more. Spicy chicken sandwich: the medium was not spicy at all. The chicken is covered in a lot of breading that kept coming off Chicken & chips: i ordered the spicy sauce. It has a kick to it but it's not "spicy", I've had SPICY before and the way this place hypes the description of their spicy sauce is not what it's cracked up to be. Again, the breading on the chicken kept coming off. The food has great flavors but I wouldn't go out my way to return back here.

An assuming shop that churns out some really different types and varieties of chicken dishes. The chicken had a nice charcoal smoked taste to it and their sauces were really nice as well. The service was good. We picked up our food to go. Definitely worth a try.

I had to come here after seeing how good the food looked in pics. I was not disappointed, the food here is amazing. They have chicken sandwich, chicken with fries, etc most of their items have chicken and you need to pick a type of sauce you want with your food. Their most popular sauce is the mango habanero which I would recommend if you like spicy. You can order the food and wait outside or inside. They normally do takeouts but you can also sit inside and eat if you have covid vaccine card. It takes about 15-20 min to make the food. We got chicken over rice and chicken sandwich. They are both really good. Full of flavors. The rice was well seasoned as well. They're also all halal. Needless to say, I'm coming back here again to try out more items from their menu. If this is your first time going, I'd recommend the chicken sandwich, it just hits the spot differently.

Found the spot on Yelp. Got the chicken over rice w/garlic herb, poutine fries and 6pc wings mango habanero. The food overall was ok. They said it would take 20-25mins before it was ready and they'll text me. Honestly I was pretty surprised because they didn't seem busy at all. Didn't get a text so 30mins later came back and my food was sitting there ready. Got home and decided to reheat everything. Wished they put the gravy sauce on the side instead of on my fries. This way they wouldn't of been so soggy. Chicken over rice was just alright. Was hoping for a more garlicky flavor. The heat/spice on my wings was more than I expected and I like hot food. Just wasn't a huge fan of the flavor or amount of heat. Funny, after I got home and heated up my food... I got the text saying my order was ready. Guess if you like spicy chicken this spot might be for you. My soggy fries never recovered and I didn't really like the wings or wait time to get everything. Overall, just wasn't worth the time or money.

I passed by this spot since it's close to my house & stopped in because it gave me a little Sticky's vibes. Well it was NO Sticky's but the food was good. The chicken was a bit chewy, but the flavor was great. The service was good he helped us out with ordering since it was our first time & let us try different sauces. You can eat in there but I probably wouldn't.

This review is based off DoorDash I have not been inside the establishment & I ordered based off the reviews & pictures. & sad to say I wasn't amazed as well. The food is mediocre. I didn't like how they packaged the fried Oreos w/ ice cream. I know it's a hot day but the ice cream should've been packaged seperately from the hot crispy fried Oreos. So ofc I received the ice cream melted & it looked like milk. :( but the Oreos were tasty. Now as far as one of their most popular dishes.. the chickys & chips. That was bland the fried breaded chicken chunks had no taste & flavor & wasn't well presented like it's depicted in picture & social media. The sauces weren't even distributed throughout & my fries were soggy. I had to add salt & hot sauce to make it edible. So yea def not worth it to me & very overpriced

The food was great. The sauces were definitely a hit, especially with the mango habanero. Although a little bit on the pricy side, the portion sizes are HUGE. The fries Oreos were also definitely a highlight as well, served with a scoop of ice cream. Good customer service, occasionally asked if everything was alright. My only dislike was the breading of the tenders ordered which was bland, but the sauces allows it to be overlooked.

The bread on my Nashville chicken sandwich was toasted on one side and then cold on the other side- like it had just came out of the fridge. Also there was only one chicken tender inside the sandwich, making it highly costly for what you get and what you pay for. Also, It wasn't even spicy. Definitely won't come back for a $12 chicken sandwich that left me still hungry after I finished it.
