We were told to try their Brisket Sando As it launched in all their stores So we made our way to order It was a long wait Probably because of how much Everyone loves Chico’s & The Sandos had just launched At 50% off But we didn’t mind As the staff were so apologetic, Especially the girls who all Appreciated our patience. The Sandos were definitely worth the wait We will certainly be back to try More of the new additions to their menu & All their drinks which looked fantastic Best wishes to everyone at Chico’s Brick Lane ✨

Customer service was so top notch! Firstly being greeted at the door then being shown to the seats, and guess what?! There is a very nice and clean sink to wash your hands!! 😁 This is such an essential for me as I really stress about hygiene and smell. I am genuinely amazed by the atmosphere, no music, simple background sounds, just the right noise level for those conversations that matter with your friends. Ordered grilled wings, onion rings and chicken tikka burger. Everything was amazing 😍, the only turn down was the salt in the burger was a bit on the higher side, more than my liking, there was a bit too much of a curry taste. Otherwise great place to bring your friends to enjoy!!!

Ordered from Chicos last night and honestly, it was amazing! The food turned up nice and hot, perfectly packed, and everything tasted fresh and full of flavour. You can tell they really care about what they’re serving. Good food portions & very fair prices. Definitely one of the best takeaways I’ve had in ages. I’ll 100% be ordering from Chicos again!

I’ve been coming to Chicos for a long time now, and I can honestly say it is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. Every visit has been exceptional — from the food to the atmosphere to the way the staff treat you. I always leave feeling genuinely happy. I wanted to write another review because the service, especially from Muskan and Muhammad, deserves to be recognised again. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. Muskan always makes me feel valued and special, even as a regular customer. It’s rare to find that level of care these days. Recently, I was thinking of eating somewhere else because I was tired and hungry, and coming to Chicos would’ve meant travelling further. But I chose to come anyway because I knew I would leave feeling satisfied — and as always, I’m so glad I made that decision. The experience was worth the journey, just like it always is. I hope others reading this are encouraged to visit, because they are truly missing out on something special. Thank you, Muskan, for your consistent kindness, professionalism, and positivity. The brisket sandwich I had with the NeoTaste deal was one of the best things I’ve eaten in London

Food: Burgers were good! I got the Smash burger meal and it was good, the caramelised onions, cheese and sauce went very well. Would recommend their smash burger if you haven’t tried it before. Instead of chips went for onion rings and some blue fizz drink! My friend got the loaded fries, he said it was like a meal on it’s own. He was right. I tried some and have to say the combo was well done. 👌🏽 Service: 10/10, attended to by the waiter and the food came out fairly quick. Atmosphere: good vibes, plenty of seating area. Can get busy at times. We went on Thursday evening after 9pm and it was fairly quiet. Overall good experience and the food was great.
