Chico's Oven

Chico's is a friendly neighborhood donut shop that offer delicious, soft, baked donuts and drinks. I ordered a dozen donuts of various flavors such as Oreo, blueberry, fruity pebbles, s'mores and more. They all were uniquely their own with the same consistency of a soft pillowy donut. I would recommend you try them and see for yourself!

Ran by great, kind people. Everything I’ve had has been delicious—pizza, donuts, bolillos, croissants! The donuts and bolillo sandwiches are my top recommendations. Everything is always so fresh and yummy! Best donuts I’ve had in Chicago and for the best price! Oh and the coffee is fantastic as well, nice and strong like I like it. I highly recommend it to anyone who lives in or is passing through South Chicago, just make sure it’s Saturday or Sunday! You won’t regret it! 😊 It’s so close, so I have to stop myself from getting it every weekend, that’s how good it is…🤭 (pictures are from around Mother’s Day, but I’ve been back manyyyy times and it has been just as good each time!)

We had a hot chocolate and donut combo. It was delicious and they topped my donut on the spot.

The owners are so nice and the food is really good. I wish they were open throughout the week. However, it's worth the wait!!

This place is on point, everything they got is worth the money, came here for a donut and ended up getting more than I thought. Definitely need to come get you some food, all the people working was super nice and gotta show love to those who run great honest business with dope service

I'm so happy to have this place in walking distance of my home. I look forward to my weekend fix... from the decadent, beautifully decorated pastries to the wonderful drinks. Keep up the good work.

It is take out only via a walk up window but still a great find. Be prepared to share because the donuts are delicious and you’ll want to try them all — so spread out the calories. The turkey sandwich is a great deal — tasty & very filling. Customer service was solid. Even through the window. Happy to see them in the community. Looking forward to seeing them grow and expand their service hours.

The best donuts in Chicago, hands down! I've had my fair share of donuts all around the city and as someone who also grew up just a few blocks away from this place, I can truly say this is a hidden gem. Highly recommend to anyone passing by to stop for a donut, or 6! Or even a slice of pizza!

The donuts from Chico's Oven are sooooo good! So fresh, the perfect weekend treat. We recently ordered some of these for a family gathering and everyone was raving about how good they were. They have some great donut flavors, all of the donuts are made fresh on the spot. But, the dough of the donuts alone is so good. That said, even the plain donuts are super tasty. They're only open on the weekends, they have a pickup window. Service is great, we highly recommend this neighborhood gem!

Donuts are delicious and their bolio sandwiches are fire! Turkey or Ham, you have to try. Their sandwiches hit the spot and their donuts are a fave with the family. I want to try out their portabella bollios!
