I had an excellent experience at this store. It was last minute shopping before my Hawaii trip. Since the weather in San Francisco coller in summer, we don't have much summer clothes. Natasha, the store specialist helped me with the all outfits that I needed. I'm very happy with my experience.

There's always a sale or promotion. The people that work there are fun & they know how to.style you. Also they don't pressure sell which I totally appreciate. I luv working w/ Sandra, she's so much fun. I'm not a shopper & she said she'll make it fun & I did have fun. Now she's my go to when I go in. She's truly honest about the color & style.

Great sales associates, friendly, efficient and always make me feel welcome. The store is a great place to shop and the clothing is wonderful. The sales associates will point out items that they think will flatter my style and these often make a great addition to my wardrobe.

I went in thinking I needed size 2.5, she had me size down, to the 1.5 jeans, so cute! 2 styles, which she also went out of her way to find. I really wouldn't have stuck around trying lower sizes, without her complete conviction. She's a Stylist Extraordinaire! I've had great shopping experiences over the years at that Chicos, not all the styles, are " me", but I definitely love the jeans cut. All staff are always so helpful and make great suggestions. Kimberly tells it like it us! A real Light keeper! She will give great, honest advice, as have all staff through the tears. Thanks so much Kimberly, you made my Day! She also found exactly the right size 0 in thus great chic, navy long dress after I came out looking like I was in a sack in a size 2! She's really fun to shop with! Chico's on California street on Laurel village. 50% off through today July 4. I bought travelers pants, travelers scoop neck sleeveless top, and a gorgeous scarf for $78 All 3 of these items last forever. I like the fact I could browse on the store.

I just walked in to look at a coat. The sales people did not greet me and essentially ignored me. I gladly would have bought several items, but not when I'm treated so poorly. Customer service leaves something to be desired.

Chicos is jolly on the spot charging your credit card for online order. Getting an exchange for a different color is a nightmare. It has been a month since they received the item and my credit card has not been refunded. There is no way I am going to exchange the item for a different color at this point. Just give me my money back.

Associates Christina and Alay are awesome! Alay is young and new to retail but knows people and product well. Dropped in to see what was on sale in my style/color--she had me fitted in a gorgeous black flair pant in 5 minutes. I had been looking for months but nothing fit quite right. I got another $10 off my 25% savings due to their points system. These clothes are not typically my style but I will stop in more often due to these helpful ladies!

I just had such a lovely shopping experience in this store. Both of the ladies working were absolutely delightful. Super helpful with just the right amount of attention. I left with three beautiful tops at a great price and a smile on my face. Thanks ladies, I'll definitely be back.

I was very impressed with the 2 ladies working yesterday. They were helpful about a return and also ordered an item for me. I ended up buying an outfit too. They are personable and make shopping a pleasure. The store is clean and welcoming. Chico's has many nice items. I definitely needed more time to shop. The return policy is not user friendly. The lady with a European? accent was extremely nice to work with. The other lady is also sweet. I will be back!

I've been shopping at this Chico's for several years and find the staff to be particularly helpful and fun. My favorites are Ana and Christina, long-time staff members who always greet me warmly whenever I stop by. The store has great sales and I love when the staff alerts me to the special sales and Customer Appreciation Days. As a good shopper, be aware of what a store's return policy is before you buy. The sales staff must adhere to what corporate's rules are. Don't blame them if you kept a garment for 60 days and then tried to return it.

I felt so lucky to buy a lovely dress in this store. The person who was helping made it perfect. I would easily give 5 stars for this store, but the return policy is horrible. People come from all over to shop here and may not get back in time. So, a 5 star store goes to 4 stars!

Chico's return policy stinks. Bought a lot of product for a gift, shipped it out and did not get it back in time to return what did not fit within the 60 days. Had I known in advance that was their policy I would not have bought the product in the first place.

FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME in the store!!! I decided on some holiday gifts and shopped in the store for about 10 minutes. I chose 3 items. I asked if there was gift wrapping and the woman snickered!! She was on the phone tied up in a return for a very long time! She was incapable of multitasking, which is a number one skill in retail!! Several people walked out. I decided that was probably the best. I put down the merchandise and left the store. The sales associate came screaming out after me in the street accusing me of stealing!!! It was absurd!!!! Instead of checking first to see if the merchandise was still there she came out after me instead!! Very bizarre experience. If there was a ZERO star that would be more accurate.

Excellent, professional customer service today from Cristina L. I had made an online purchase, accidentally wound up with a duplicate shipment, so needed to return one entire, unopened shipment. I decided to simplify my life by returning it locally instead of online. At the shop Cristina handled it immediately, clearly, and with human warmth and grace. I notice some very negative reviews here based on Chico's corporate return policy, which generously allows 60 days rather than 30 days like Amazon does, but strictly stops at 60 days. Trying to return something beyond the 60 days limit, has nothing to do with this shop, and unfairly lowers their total star count. My return was just within the 60-day limit, and was handled beautifully. Enthusiastic thumbs-up for Chico's, this shop, and Cristina L.

I had purchased a few jackets for my mom at this store. One of the jackets did not fit her well so I decided to purchase the right size online and return the other one. I handed the manager my receipt. The total amount on the receipt was around $290 and I had used a $8 gift card. The manager told me that she can return the jacket for $75 and only give me store credit since $8 of the transaction was on a gift card! That made no sense to me since the majority of the transaction was done on my credit card.I asked if she could over ride that and she said no. ( I would also be fine with $8 store credit but not $75) I asked if I can speak with someone else about this when she handed me a catalogue and asked me to call the 1-800 number!!! As furious as I was, I went back to my car and called customer service. Once I explained the situation to her, she asked me to go back to the store and hand over my phone to the manager, Kimberly. The rep told me that the store manager should have called customer service and handled it herself rather than asking me to call them and not complete the transaction. I will never shop from this store or Chico's in general. I never understand how they can be so excited when they make a sell but hesitate to take the return item back!

So I am a brand new customer, and purchased a pair of slacks. I realized I didn't like after all and they sat in my car for awhile. Never worn, full receipt. As I don't have a Chico store in my area, it wasn't convienient to travel 30 miles to return, alas the time wait. I returned on day 62, only to find their policy is 60day return. No exchanges, credits, refunds, nothing. Now this strikes me as odd and frankly, as a new customer, that last sale you will ever get, and word of mouth is exactly what you said to me...screw you.

Shopping for my mom is the hardest thing to do. After grabbing a coffee at Noah's Bagels I ventured into Chico's hoping that they might have some great spring selections for Mother's Day. Even though I was in my hoodie and sweats the gal there was extremely attentive to my needs and didn't discriminate due to my casual outfit. I enjoyed browsing through their colorful selection and was impressed with how clean and organized the display was. The staff was always eager to help and didn't stop giving me a warm smile the whole time I was there. Will definitely come back again to browse.

For girls sized 10 and up, looking for career casual wear pieces that will actually last, this is a great place to go for basics. Let's be clear, this is not Forever 21. But I'm not the type to shop in Juniors either. My favorite thing about the chain is that you are rewarded for being a longtime customer through their passport program and can usually get a discount on your purchases. Accessories and slide belts are probably their strongest point. Clothes must be cherry picked to avoid the "mom" style.

This store has a terrific staff, and every single SA is friendly, professional and knows her stuff. This is my go-to place for cost-effective quality basics that never disappoint.

I am a customer of chico's since 1996. I absolutely adore and love this chain and the fashion they provide for real women. I shop chicos in many different cities , like Las Vegas, Sacramento, Walnut Creek, Sonoma and of course my favorite Store is the one in San Francisco, Laurel Village. The sales staff at the Laurel Village Store is unbeatable. They are the absolute BEST. Of course the quality, colors and style of the Clothing is always spot on. Ana and Christina I love you guys!
