I wish I could give this store negative stars because it does not deserve anything! I witnessed an absolutely disgusting interaction between an employee and two customers. There were two female customers that had been looking at a skirt and a female employee who was a short older black woman with glasses (do not know her name) went up to them and told one of them that the skirt would not fit her. She then told the one female that the store was not for her and pointed at her stomach (saying she was fat). She repeatedly told this poor lady that this store was not for her because she was older and had fat in the stomach area so nothing would fit. The two females were so clearly shocked they did not know what to say. That behavior is SO unacceptable and DISGUSTING. The fact that the employee thought it was okay to say something like that to a human being is HORRIBLE.

Not sure if it was the manager, I’m assuming it was, (older white lady, with brownish grey hair) she came off extremely passive aggressive and racist. She kept saying “here’s the receipt. Don’t lose the receipt” multiple times as if we were even considering on returning the item in the first place. Don’t recommend the Chico’s until they go through some kind of diversity and “anti-racism” education modules. She probably is “anti-muslim” just by the passive aggressiveness.

I was there on Wednesday Dec 4, 2019 and have never in my life been treated so rudely by anyone at any Chico’s. I travel all across the country and always make it a point to stop at the local stores just to check them out. I asked if I could try on 2 tops and a pair of pants. The lady for lack of a better word said “yup” and proceeded to go to their back room. When I decided to purchase the pants and one of the tops, the woman looked at me as if I couldn’t afford either. I informed her I am a “power shopper” for Chico’s and spend no less than $1000 a month at the brand. That worked her up a bit but by then it was too late. If they cannot find competent, customer service minded individuals to run this store I suggest they close this location and start over!!!!!!! Ladies you are sorely lacking and need to be retrained!!!! I will advise my contacts and friends to go to any store but yours.

I have always been successful here when I need an outfit in a hurry. Today I needed an interview suit ensemble. I was in jeans and sweatshirt, having just walked my dog. I was not greeted when I entered, nor as I Iooked through the store. I was going to ask a question about the sale, but the person at the counter seemed to be avoiding eye contact with me. I left very disappointed. I am very used to snobbery in this town, just not from retail sales people. I guess you didn't need my$200-$400 purchase today. I will not be back.

I have been shopping at Chico's for years, at Fort Lauderdale, McLean, Reston and Tysons Corner. The store at Tysons is extremely well managed by Brent and the stellar cast of salesladies like Connie and Karen. WOW! these ladies really can put you together beautifully. Connie and Karen really know their merchandise and can transform you into a drop dead fashion model. It's so much fun to shop at Chico's of Tysons Corner, highly recommend this store! Ask for Connie and Karen, but the other ladies are also fabulous, even to the handsome man who stocks the floor!!

Yelp
I regret not having read the reviews before going to this location. While there was an employee that seemed polite and courteous, I can't help but say she reminded me of the character Georgina from Get Out. The energy at this location was really off to say the least, my daughter even made a comment once we left from the store. I had plans on purchasing a few items but because of the weirdness I bought one item and since my daughter felt the bad vibes, I've decided to take that one item back to Chico's and that will be the end of the Chico's brand for me. Companies should be careful of their hiring practices, there's so much competition out there; no one has to deal with the unnecessary shade. Good way to go out of business though.

Yelp
This is my first time shopping at Chico's. I heard about it a while back from my friend's mother. Surprised to find some great stuff. The size is bigger compared to regular size. I bought 2 blouses sized 1 and that size is still big on me but didn't want to lose the items because they're so beautiful and comfortable. Staff at this location are helpful. They helped me identifying my size so that I don't just look for the number because the number may be small but the cut could be bigger. I picked up some blouses to wear with my summer pants and they're beautiful! Good value!

Yelp
Lisa at Chicos in Tysons Corner is a one-of-a-kind sales person! She has always gone out of her way to help me. When I enter this store, I look for her since I know I'll get the best shopping experience. Lisa makes Chicos a wonderful shopping experience at Tysons!

Yelp
Allowing men to sit in the dressing room while women are trying on clothing is annoying. I felt so uncomfortable that I left. I could not come out of my dressing stall to use the mirrors.

Yelp
The employees at this store are the rudes and the snootiest employees ever. I really don't get what about this location gives them such a sense of entitlement especially since they are all make minimum wage. From the time you walk in through the door they just look at you up and down, check you out and decide if they should even bother to say "hello" so no wonder there are more employees than customers. I will not be back at this location.

Yelp
This review is for the employees of this Chicos, not the merchandise. These women are RUDE and were more interested in chatting with each other than with helping customers when I visited. When I walked in, one of the workers simply glared at me instead of greeting me, and then she continued to give me nasty looks as I shopped. What the hell, lady? I asked another sales associate where I could find a top that was on display, and she looked at me as though I'd bothered her and pointed in the general direction of several tables. Thanks, lady. This kind of behavior is very rare at Tyson's Corner Mall, where everyone is very friendly in order to get your business. The clothes here are not nice enough to justify being treated this way. Go elsewhere.

Yelp
The Chico's at Tysons, and all the Chico's I've been to, are wonderful. The salespeople are great. They are willing to spend time with you and make sure you find the things you want. They will take the extra step and look for other options if your original selections don't work. AND, they are honest and tell you if they think something isn't right for you or doesn't fit quite right. I really value that honesty. There is no pressure at all. In addition, if you do need to return something, they make it easy. The telephone service is also great. I'm picky, and Chico's is one of my favorite stores!

Yelp
LOVED this store! The clothing is so beautiful! And the employees were so helpful and cheery. The store itself has huge dressing rooms and is so nicely laid out. The quality is always there! You can always count on this store to have that perfect piece you need.
