Damn this food is good. The burger is bomb, and the birria ramen is great. Great service, great food. Keep crushing it Chilango’s.

Amazing food! I love that they use locally sourced organic products. I am yet to try something I don't love. Hands down, my favorite Mexican place in Humboldt & really love they offer gluten free burritos!

if you're looking for something that's authentic, hardy, and high quality, this is the place. I ordered the super nachos with birria, 2 birria tacos, the tres leches cupcake with peaches, and a Mexican coke to round it out. Service was quick and friendly, all my questions were answered warmly as well. The tacos were superb-the tortillas were fresh and tasted homemade, the meat was tender and fresh, and all the toppings were perfect compliments to the protein. The nachos featured the same delicious tortillas but with so much crunch. The guacamole was perfectly balanced, the salsa was nice and spicy, and the cheese was grilled to perfection. The tres leches cupcake was dense, rich, and creamy with just the right hint of brightness from the locally sourced peaches. I was highly impressed with this little taco truck, you'd be hard pressed to find something that compares in the area. I will definitely be going back in the near future!

Pretty nice clean truck but with pretty mid/not good birria ramen lol. I got it on 4/20 near the fireplace when they set up with my bf and spent like almost $18 on it for it to be super bland & tasteless. I Wasn’t offered anything to add to it like lime, cilantro or even onions so it was just gross as it was. I’m Open to trying other options in the future for a second opinion but not very good first impression. The worker taking my order also seemed to not wanna be there/not happy to even service the 2 customers they had at the moment lol. Overall I would go again to try other options in the future as other reviews say other options are better but beware the birria ramen seriously needs some seasoning and flavor for almost $18 after tax :)

We ate here because of the positive reviews but the burritos were not very good. My girlfriend ordered the Super Burrito and I had the Cali Burrito both of them were cold, dry, and hardly any meat. The Cali Burrito had fries that tasted like they were 3 hours old. On the bright side the Tostada was delicious we split that and both only ate half of our burritos. Maybe they were just having an off day and didn't care about food quality since it was an hour before closing IDK. It sucked

Super friendly. Great food. Reasonable price. The Birria Ramen was amazing!! Super tasty and they were so darn nice!! I already recommended this place to my coworkers. Really happy that I stopped at this truck and ate. This place will not disappoint!!

I drove an hour and a half R/T to try this Mexican food truck because it got such good reviews and I LOVE good food. I was not disappointed. I had the best steak burrito I've ever tasted. I'll go to Chilango's weekly.

The local fish burrito was incredible! The staff was super helpful and friendly. It is a food truck but they have outdoor benches to sit on and it is perfect!!!!

Authentic Mexican flavor, delicious. We had the chicken torta and the asada huarache, both amazing. Very friendly. Super clean. You can order ahead if takeout, they are busy!! Definitely one you should try when visiting Arcata.

Food was so fresh and yummy! Got two California burritos with asada and it was the best I've ever heard. The staff were so friendly and you can tell they truly enjoy what they do. Come here and you won't regret it!

Excellent food, made with love. You couldn't possibly regret coming here. The burritos and tacos are amazing. My man always gets the Torta, on locally made bread. Owner uses locally sourced ingredients, organic stuff... really high quality.

Best Birria taco's in town. My little brother is obsessed with this place, so I had to try it. Amazing service, yummy food, and in a convenient area in town. Cozy little set up behind a gas station.

Come for the homemade tortillas, stay for the bright delicious flavors and fresh, obviously high quality ingredients! We loved everything we tried. Stands out among the other options.

The tastiest new food truck is using fresh local produce and organic homemade tortillas! The carne asada fries with GRILLED cheese and all the sauces were seriously sooo good!! The birria ramen was perfection! I've also tried the mushroom medley burrito and it was super tasty and well put together! The owners Eric and Amanda are super sweet and amazing chefs! They have a bunch of seating behind the union town gas station across from Hatchet house and nice music playing in the sunshine! Go enjoy and support a new business!

THIS is what Arcata needed... might I say the best Mexican food in the area? I can't wait to try everything on the menu. I got the super burrito with their tri-mushroom mix - the perfect burrito (perfectly holdable-while-driving, perfectly grilled on a perfect homemade flour tortilla, the adjective bland has zero place in describing the flavor!). My 4 yr old son got the smash burger and described it over and over between bites as "this is so bomb!" "this is better than a chocolate cake!". And my husband got the birria burrito, which was equally as delish as my mushroom burrito except for carnivores! and then, the perfect cherry on top was their tres leches cupcake which was perfection (not too sweet, which is a requirement for my enjoyment of desserts). so fresh, so tasty, so unique - FINALLY, a restaurant worth writing home, yelp, google, all your friends and family about!
