Google
Ft Collins Tour. Friends we were visiting ordered a large takeout order that I went to pickup. You can dine in. The service was very friendly and they were good making sure I was taken care of. The food was really good. Check out the pics.

Brianna B.

Google
Great steamed dumplings, sesame chicken, and sushi. The sesame chicken is labeled as spicy, but neither of us found it to be spicy at all. The lo mein was not our favorite, but not bad. The spicy tuna roll was SPICY. It was delicious, but definitely the spiciest I've ever had for a spicy tuna roll.

Marialina

Google
The food was alright. I bought their dinner combination special...egg drop soup, wantons, spring roll, fried rice, and walnut shrimp. 🍤 I thought the egg drop soup tasted burnt, the spring roll was greasy, and the sauce of the walnut shrimp was rather thick.

Google
Y’all know the scene in “Spirited Away” when Chihiro’s parents turn into pigs, stuffing their face’s? That was me and my girlfriend last night after we got take out, absolutely delicious.

Aaron

Google
This annoys me. The flavor is bland and the chicken tastes sort of off. What I would expect from a frozen meal in the grocery store. The meat to veggie ratio in some of their dishes like this Thai basil chicken is a rip off for what I paid. Also, there was hardly any basil. If you want quality order from Hunan. This will be the last time I order from Chili House.

Manuel J.

Google
I’ve had delivery and dined in at Chili House. They offer great Chinese food, with generous portions, and at a reasonable price. I took my best friend who’s a chef for the rich and not so famous. He thoroughly enjoyed his meal there and this guy is selective about where he dines at. The beef pad Thai is pretty good and the kung pao chicken is great also. So when you feel like getting some Chinese food give Chili House a try.

Maryjane H.

Google
Egg rolls were good. Pad thai was absolutely awful. Bland with burnt eggs. I wish I could get my money back as I don't think I can even choke this down. I wish I could get a refund for how terrible this food is.

Molly Van A.

Google
Great local mom and pop Asian quizine. Super generous portions with friendly staff. Clean and quiet atmosphere. Absolutely recommend.

Yelp
The Hidden Gem From the outside alone, this Chinese Eatery may not catch your eye--but step inside, and you'll discover something truly special. The atmosphere is dimly lit yet inviting. The Pad Thai was exceptional--bursting with flavor, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with care. Service was warm and prompt, adding to the overall charm. It's the kind of place you almost don't want to tell people about--because once you know, you'll want to keep it all to yourself. Excellent work Chili House.

Yelp
The place is nice to look at and clean. The food is absolutely amazing. I had green curry chicken. My friend has sesame chicken. Both were great! Highly recommend!

Kristen P.

Yelp
There delivery driver knocked on my door demanding more in a tip and then threw food in front of my door when I refused. When I called to talk to the manager she defended his actions any saying well people haven't been tipping for orders. Mind you I did tip so it was uncalled for. Been giving this place business for 5 years. I won't be doing that anymore

Kelly ..

Yelp
Tried a lunch special. Lacking in deliciousness, dry and flavorless. Not worth the price.

Monica P.

Yelp
My partners General's chicken was well-prepared, lightly breaded and cooked to perfection with stir-fried broccoli. My spicy tuna roll was very fresh and delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, and while the front of house was dated, the venue was very clean....a must for me after COVID. We will return and the reasonable prices make this one of the best restaurant "deals" in Fort Collins. Superior service with attentive water-refills and great, central location off College. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Wow... I hate to say it.... But I could not eat my food. I got 2 rolls of sushi and both were inedible. Caked with rice, little to no filling... looked like they rushed the order. My daughter got the chicken fried rice... super oily and the chicken was super rubbery. We also got the edamame and it was DRENCHED in salt. Also inedible. Total? $74. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
google avatar

Yelp
Great food! Always consistent! They have a great variety of dishes and taste levels! We have been customers for many years and love supporting this local business. The owner is friendly and welcoming whenever I see her! I would highly recommend this place!

Yelp
Hadn't been here in a while - years ago it was my Dad's favorite (he doesn't eat out much anymore). We were planning his 80th birthday celebration and he requested we do it here. We were all delighted by the welcome we received by the server and owner- they made my special day wonderful. We had pre-dinner cocktails that were very tasty and they made my dad a plum wine martini which he loved! For food we had Thai egg rolls and crab Rangoon and they were fresh and delicious. For main courses we had Korean Beef, Fried Tofu, Crispy Lemon Honey Shrimp, Orange Chicken, Spicy Rice Noodles and another Thai dish. Everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly - portion sizes were more than enough to share. In order of favorites: Crispy Lemon Honey Shrimp - top notch lemon sauce with a hint of honey and veggies weren't soft or soggy- winner. Orange chicken was crispy outside and sauce was tangy - absolutely one of the best we have had... the Korean Beef Bulgogi was also tender and delicious. The noodles and rice dishes were also very good. They also served hot tea which we all enjoyed. We ended the meal with an incredible dessert that combined fried banana and fried ice cream which my dad loved. We will all be back soon!
google avatar

Maggie D.

Yelp
Love their iced thai tea, bbq ribs, edamame, orange chicken, dumpling and hot & sour soup soooo gooood!! Will be back!
google avatar

Naila M.

Yelp
Ordered take out for our family and omg this place is delicious!! 10000/10. Here's what we ordered and loved: Orange Chicken Sanbei chicken Szechuan chicken Beef fried rice Korean Bulgogi Soups-all delicious This place is amazing you can't go wrong

Yelp
Great service, food is ALWAYS good and affordable. Our go-to order is the moo shu pork and Mongolian Beef. Restaurant is a little dated, but that doesn't matter to us, as we are always pleased! Support local! This place is great!
google avatar

Betty M.

Yelp
The food is really good but the service is absolutely horrible!!! Our waiter took 20 minutes to take our order. It was just us and another couple sitting on the booth next to us. The waiter just running around trying so hard to please the table next to us. Took 20 minutes to take our order. 30 minutes to get our food. 15 minutes to exchange the drink because he kept getting it wrong. Never came to us to check if we needed anything

Dixie W.

Yelp
Unfortunately the last time I went to Chili House there was a long black hair in my Thai Curry..... it was awful.... Everyone at the table lost their appetite and couldn't eat their meal. Management did not charge us for the food.
google avatar

Meredith S.

Yelp
Ordered a Thai soup, and it came flavorless... the lady in the front who is also the cook, told me she has never tried Thai food and she's never tried this soup before. It came out as a big two person serving of mostly red cayenne powdered water. It managed to be spicy but flavorless at the same time - no salt? So weird. The vegetables in it weren't typical of oriental or Thai food... there happened to be a whole sliced jalapeño inside this soup. It was so boiling heated up that I couldn't eat it for 15 minutes. I was disappointed because I asked for a half order of the soup but they said - you can only get the two person portion... so I paid $10 only to throw all of this soup away. I'm gonna go somewhere else. This place is a disgrace to pan-Asian restaurants. And they try to cook multiple nationalities but achieve none of them with precision. I'm afraid to ask for my money back... the lady seems kind of tough and uncaring. I'm surprised, because quite a few people had said this was a good place. Be careful before you advertise something this impassable as good.

Patrick S.

Yelp
Solid Chinese option. Not great, but everything is good to very good...food, service, ambiance. Recommend.

Tammy B.

Yelp
I'm sorry, but it was horrible. 40.00 for two dishes. Both Kung Pao chicken and Mongolian beef came swimming in oil. Salty no spices or seasoning. Over veg added to kung pao that you wouldn't find in real Kung pan. Beef in Mongolian beef dish was tough and the dish only contained beef and onions. Sauce not reduced but runny. I wouldn't have minded if the dishes were less expensive but at 18.95 each, no way worth it.

Yelp
Called in when my mother had clicked the wrong curry by mistake for an online order to ask them to change it to the correct one. The order had not been placed more than 3 minutes before and I was told "no. It's already packed up" I asked "already? The order was JUST placed" and the woman answering the phones shortly replied "yep. Sorry" . The order wasn't supposed to have been delivered for another 45 minutes according to the requested time and I am less than 4 minutes from the restaurant so I have no idea why it would have already been made and ready for pick up by the delivery driver. The online menu is also incredibly unhelpful and devoid of details about their menu items. We wanted to try this place as we haven't tried it before but the trash service and response to my call will ensure I won't be ordering from here again. Update: the food had arrived and the door dash girl apologized for it being late and I told her it wasn't they had sent it super early for some reason. She then told me they yelled at her and told her she should have been there earlier to pick up. I also tried the food and the curry is overly salty and the rest of the food is over cooked, dry and just bad. When I called to tell them the food just wasn't good, the girl answering the phones once again was rude and told me that no one else has an issue with the food and it's the way they always make it. She also at first told me there was no manager on duty and then proceeded to get her manager on the phone when I requested to return the food for a refund. The manager told me that it was between me and door dash and there was nothing she could do. Avoid this place. There are too many better places to try in Windsor.

Yelp
I have no idea what happened to this place but it has really gone downhill. Granted I know a lot of businesses are struggling because of the pandemic after effects but I ordered from here the other day and the sesame chicken I received was literally disgusting. It almost tasted spoiled like the flavor of it made it inedible I threw it straight into the trash and just had to eat my soup and egg rolls for dinner. My friend got the pineapple shrimp and there was only about 7 shrimp in the whole entree and a ton of filler vegetables. Their prices have gone up significantly and the quality has gone way down. This used to be one of my favorite places but now I don't think I'll be back or at least not to order anything except soup and appetizers.

Jennifer L.

Yelp
Chili House is by far my favorite restaurant for Chinese in Fort Collins. Lunch time is the prime time to hit this place up as you get an entree, egg roll, rice, and soup for a bargain. Dinner, although pricier, is even better! The price only goes up because you get a bigger, shareable portion. Also, the owner Anna, puts her heart and love into this place. Tell her your order once and she'll have it down forever! She never misses a step!!!
google avatar

Valeri O.

Yelp
Really cute restaurant, love the sleepy aesthetic. Staff were super nice, and service was quick. We had the beef skewers which were very meaty and flavorful, kinda small though especially for the price. Orange chicken was really good! Not too sweet or spicy, and it was crispy. Rice was okay, kinda bland. While the noodles looked good they weren't as good as I thought. I ordered it with tofu which was cooked perfectly. Had a fishy taste I was not a fan. But because the orange chicken was so good I will definitely be back.
google avatar

Chloe H.

Yelp
Best Chinese we've ever had! Everything was fresh and flavorful, they even threw in some delicious egg rolls!
google avatar

Rohit A.

Yelp
Great location , huge space but unfortunately food is mediocre and service is subpar. It has full bar and many amazing drinks but waiting staffs don't have enthusiasm to sell them to you. I think in any business if seller lacks energy, customers lose interest. Excessive vegetables with very little meat in the dish I ordered. I actually had to dig in to find pieces of chicken. Warm Sake was good.

Marie M.

Yelp
We used to order food for delivery from Chili House often years ago. But recently my adult son wanted to come here for his birthday lunch and I was disappointed. Our appetizer which should have been cold (spring rolls), was warm. My sushi was warm. They didn't have gluten free soy sauce (tamari), and told me I should have gone to Hunan if I wanted that. OK, next time I will go to Hunan or anywhere other than Chili House.
google avatar

Maria P.

Yelp
Zero complaints. I ordered the dinner special for delivery, where you get to select a dish, and it comes with white rice, soup, and literally a bag of egg rolls for somewhere at about 18 bucks! I ordered the shrimp pineapple platter with some spice. The food was fresh and tasty. The portions were very big as well. It is certainly not the worlds best, but for the limited FOCO options, I will absolutely be back.

Baby’s P.

Yelp
Service is ok, unfortunately food is way too sweet and finding a long fingernail in your food is no fun!
google avatar

Barry G.

Yelp
South-central FoCo is the place to head for southeast Asian. Tucked just behind Taco Bell, across from Bed Bath and Beyond on College Ave, you kinda need to know where you're going - but once you're here, you've arrived! Lunch menu from 11am to 4pm, but they'll give the dinner menu if you ask. Barry's Favorite: Jungle Curry. Spicy and super filling! Staff is generally friendly and responsive, and we often do take-out.
google avatar

Kory C.

Yelp
Delicious crab ragoons and Mongolian dishes. They have many more dishes that are good but those are my top favorites at this place. I have never been disappointed with the food I have ordered to taken out. If your in the area and hankering for some different cuisine food give this place a try!
google avatar

Natalie N.

Yelp
Went here for the third time today and my order was wrong...for the third time. Today I ordered veggie noodles and ended up with some sort of three meat noodle dish. I don't order weird modified dishes, I order directly from the menu. So disappointed. I couldn't even return it because by the time I got back to work, I didn't have enough time to turn back around. Done with this place eating my money and me not eating anything at all.

Yelp
Best chinese delivery we've found in Fort Collins. It's not great (go sit down at Hunan if you're looking for awesome Chinese/American), but their food is consistent and their delivery is typically speedy. The Chili House special is my go to...a lot of food and the sides and soup are good. Their sushi is ok and their Thai is decent.
google avatar

Jantzen T.

Yelp
Some of the best asian food in Fort Collins. Definitely can not go wrong with the dumplings, chicken skewers, or the cream cheese wontons all amazing !!

jennifer o.

Yelp
Coconut soup so good. Jungle curry, walnut shrimp, spider roll yummy! A comfort food for the family.
google avatar

Ashley E.

Yelp
Great delivery service and received our food early but the food was just mediocre. We ordered the Rainbow roll, Dragon roll, Thai Spicy noodles, and Happy Mangolia and everything was just okay. This is our second time ordering from here and it's decent food but not great.

Shaila B.

Yelp
When they say spicy that mean spicy! The bill was incredibly expensive! I do not suggest the coconut curry, I tasted salt and no coconut or curry. Super sad, I was hoping this place was going to be better.
google avatar

James D.

Yelp
Clutch Asian cuisine. They have full liquor and the place is in a strip mall but don't let it stop you. The service was great. I felt awkward in shorts while my waiter was wearing a tie. I ordered the rice paper rolls which had dried noodles instead of cooked. That was interesting. The jungle curry was good. Tons of shrimp. The portion sizes here are huge. I had enough for two meals. All the Asian joints in town are run down but the food is spot on. I'll definitely be going back here to eat more Asian cuisine. Chinese Malay and Thai food.

Thomas S.

Yelp
Outstanding Mongolian Beef. Comes with an egg roll and egg drop soup. We will definitely be back!
google avatar

Christopher G.

Yelp
Food is affordable, tasty and always delivered punctually. I always recommend it when I am asked if I know of any good Thai restaurants in town.
google avatar

Zea B.

Yelp
There was a hair in my food. The meat seems fake, rubbery and no flavor. The dishes are mushy

Karen S.

Yelp
We have been to Chili House many times but had not been in about a year. It was very slow in there; only three other tables filled. I ordered the cashew chicken. When it arrived, I had a hard time finding any chicken in it! I finally fished out less than 2 oz of chicken and put it in the upper left side of the plate. I called the waiter over and let him know I was disappointed and showed him my plate. He was very nice and said he would talk to "Annie" who I presume is the manager? No one came back until we were done eating. The waiter said we would get 15% off the meal ($3). I really didn't care about the money, I just wanted some chicken! It was really poor form for (1) the manager to not address the issue with us personally; she just glared at us from the corner and left the waiter to deal with it, (2) assume we wanted cash instead of the meal we paid for. So buh bye, Chili House. Your complete lack of customer concern or care and lousy support of your wait staff cost you long time customers.
google avatar

Thomas M.

Yelp
I've been here a couple of times. Restaurant is located in a strip mall. Interior decoration is relaxing and proper for lunch and dinner with a bar. Service is always prompt and courteous. Food is good and generous proportion. The entrees tend to be on the saucy side. The three stars comes from my dinning experiences in San Diego, Orange County, CA, and San Francisco (including China Town). Recommended.

Marty M.

Yelp
Love this place! Great service. Wonderful food. Sure doesn't look like much from the outside, but you know that ol' 'book by its cover' thing. Have always eaten their Chinese dishes but tried the Thai green curry, and, yep, every bit as delicious. This is a go-to restaurant for us. Recommend highly you make it one of yours.
google avatar

Salina L.

Yelp
Been a customer here ever since it's been open. Anna the owner is one of the cutest little ladies i have ever met, every time I visit the restaurant she would always recognize me. The food!!! Don't even get me started!! It's amazing, one of the best Chinese food I've had. Lo Mein and Sesame Chicken is a must if you ever come here, their spring rolls are to die for I can eat them everyday, all day. The waiters and waitress are also very kind but can't beat my favorite the owner. Every-time I bring a friend with me, they always enjoy the food. Can't beat Chili House when it comes to chinese food.
google avatar

Nga B.

Yelp
Their food is delicious. I ordered the spicy noodles with tofu, my husband got the coconut curry soup, my daughter got the lo mein. It was all so tasty. Service was good, fast. We will definitely be back.

Becky N.

Yelp
Cold outside so we wanted to order in. Found the Chili House with a delivery option! So easy to order, delivery was quick and the food was amazing!!
google avatar

Kandi R.

Yelp
They can't even get door dash orders together proper have to waste 30 minutes making two trips because they can't put an order together or properly- must be hard when the host just has nothing but time to talk to her friends and ignore people trying to be helped- at my time and expense.
google avatar

Yvonne B.

Yelp
We've been coming here for years and it is still one of our favorites! We usually do the meals where you get egg rolls, wontons, and soup with an entree. Totally worth it!
google avatar

Cassandra L.

Yelp
Picked up take out for the first time, got Mongolian beef and garlic chicken. I've never seen garlic chicken that's bright neon orange before. Both had very little flavor and cost $25 for 2 entrees with no sides. Too expensive, too bland, and very little food. Won't be back.
google avatar

Carrie J.

Yelp
One of our favorite go to places! Try the Jungle Curry, great spice! We probably eat here more often then I'm willing to admit. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere, but also great for delivery too!
google avatar

Paul A.

Yelp
Never disappointed with their food or their incredible delivery speed. Best Chinese food in Fort Collins, CO by far.
