Siska catered my event and the food was AMAZING. Everyone talked about how great it was. She was great to work with, super responsive and made catering for 50+ people so easy. She's a real pro with excellent food and thoughtful service. I would absolutely recommend her for any kind of event. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Siska and her assistants catered a party at my home yesterday. The food was amazing, and she and her staff could not have been more attentive and helpful! We did an entire roast pig, skewers of pork, chicken and fish, noodles, and Indonesian salad. It was a lavish spread, and absolutely delicious! I recommend Cisco highly for your catering needs. Not only is Balinese food flavorful and fun to eat, but it is also visually stunning. I highly recommend ChiliCali for anyone's catering needs.

You won’t regret hiring ChiliCali for any catering gig!! I’ve had the pleasure of attending over 5 meals created by Siska and every time my mind is blown by the incredible variety and flavors in every dish, plus the gorgeous presentation. The most impressive was a 7+ course “Outstanding in the Field” dinner for over 200 people LITERALLY in a field! Portions were generous, and sauces for all spicy risk appetites - careful for the triple hot sauce! She’s not kidding :) As a bonus, Siska is an extremely warm, hilarious person and that big heart comes through in her craft and planning.

I wanted to surprise my team with Indonesian food and came across ChiliCali. Siska did not disappoint; the flavors were spot on! The gado-gado was fresh and delicious and more varied than I've ever eaten, and the accompanying peanut sauce tasted just like home! The rendang (beef) was nice and spicy, the sateh was a favorite, and the mie goreng (noodles) was perfect. The vegetarian dish I chose was tempeh with green beans, and the spices she cooked it with were so balanced. You can absolutely tell she cooks from the heart, and we will definitely order again.

Siska is my favorite chef in SF or anywhere for that matter. Her food is inventive, creative, and absolutely divine. I’ve used Siska for multiple many day events over the years and she always delivers far beyond expectations, even when the cooking conditions are unique. I look forward to hiring Siska and enjoying her magnificent food for years to come.
