I want to recognize our server Robert We come every single Saturday and feel lucky to have him as our server in the bar area. He is awesome!! Hard working, kind, always has a smile on his face, on time, attentive, and I want to give him kudos. We love and appreciate how well he takes care of us. We always want him because he's the best server you have!!!! The other thing I want to mention is that he works extremely hard as he has so many tables, works really hard for all his customers and always has a smile on his face. People come to eat but rarely appreciate awesome service That is why I'm giving major kudos to Robert. He deserves the appreciation and recognition for the great work he does. We have been coming to your location for years but this is the first time I'm writing a review He's the best server you have. I have also spoken to the manager about his excellent service.

Chili’s. This has been by far the most disappointing dish i’ve been served by your restaurant…. Not only did my meal cost $60 for the triple dipper, chicken bacon quesadilla, and a MINI lava cake, but every single one of these dishes was extremely underwhelming. For starters, this meal took an egregious hour to get here and because of this, every single dish was delivered cold. The cheese in the “chicken” bacon quesadilla was unmelted, the tortilla itself was stiff, and had absolutely zero chicken; as you can see in the image i’ve linked below. The lava cake came disassembled and was soggy even before any toppings were added. On par with the terrible delivery, the ice cream came MELTED. I have been a loyal Chili’s supporter throughout the course of several years and this experience has single-handedly diverted me from the idea of ever ordering from Chili’s again. #DOBETTERCHILI’S.

Wow! Wow! Wow! The best chili restaurant I have had and I have been to a lot! The burgers are amazing and quesadillas! I loveeeeed the food highly recommend I got 4 meals 2 kid and 2 adults 50 dollars !!!!

Take out order at Chillis was so easy on the site they had it ready at 1 pm. Even though they were busy , The party platters were great Lots of Chicken crispers Chips and salsas

The jalapeño cheese sausage was just boiled instead of grilled and it wad terrible. Service wad subpar. Very disappointing. Damn you auto correct.

Last time I come to this place. It was amazing 3 years ago, now it's gone to hell. The quesadilla explosion salad is not as big as before, and the beer wasn't cold. Also I took 30 minutes to get my food and the place wasn't that packed.

Walked out after 11 minutes at the table without anyone even stopping by. When the server finally arrived a simple "sorry for the delay " would have resolved the issue. However no acknowledgment of the situation even after politely advising of the delay.

2 for 25, You cant go wrong!! We always loved this special!! Glad to see it still exists. It was a crowded night, but we were sat as soon as we walked in. The server was very attentive and very entertaining for the kids! The 2 for 25 🤟🏾

i wish i could give one star. the broccoli was disgusting. i would not even finish it and i can eat broccoli for days. it was barely cooked and i fully bit into cold broccoli. the steak tasted like it was 7 dollars from a gas station. it was absolutely disgusting and i am so ashamed. i had the same plate in weston chilis and it was great. but here its disgusting. the cookie skillet was staler than bread thats 4 weeks past expired. the service was so terrible. she rushed us the whole time and i get it, busy night but she would literally ask if we alright while literally walking away? who does that.... the floor was also so dirty upon arrival and i asked someone and no one ever showed? dirty place, terrible food, not going to ever come back what a bad experience

For what chilis is, it's an awesome spot. You're not coming here for the best food but you are here for something affordable and quick to hang out with friends and family. Can never go wrong with a triple dipper and a molten cake.

I've always been a big fan of Chilis and I know what to expect when I go to one, so unless there are any unforeseen circumstances, I don't see why this isn't a five star experience for what it is. This location was very modern, the Booths had a wooden finish with a gray light aesthetic that gives a totally different field to the interior of the restaurant, updating it, and muting the heavily southwestern features of past. We had a large party, about 10 of us today for a friends birthday, and our server must have been overwhelmed as the place was full, and she had all her tables taken. Still, she was able to bring us what we needed and get everything out without any mistakes, and we really appreciated her help. The chips and salsa were fresh, the salsa was chunky just how we liked it. We each had some of our favorite items, I had the quesadilla explosion salad, which is one of my favorites, and the quesadillas were made divinely today. The tortilla itself was buttered well before being laid on the flat top, and you can taste it in the rich And melted cheesiness in every bite. Sometimes they come out hard and dry, but today was none of that. We also had a molten, I wish they had given a bit larger scoop of ice ice cream, as it wasn't enough for the brownie, but it was delicious and fresh. The margaritas were a bit too sweet for me so I opted for some water today but the rest of the party enjoyed the six dollar patron Rita. Thanks so much!

Came here on a Saturday afternoon and the food wasn't too bad . We order the cheese skillet to share and I got a chipotle chicken bowl which was fresh and they order came by really quick . The servers were all over the place so the service wasn't great but maybe because it was a Saturday .

They sat us down pretty quickly when we got there. The food was delicious and the drinks were good too. Our server was very much on point, did not miss any detail.

I don't care what anyone says. This Chili's is the best. I've came here since I was a little kid and it has always managed to keep its unique spark over the years. The service is super speedy even on busy days. The food is fire too!

I wish I can put zero stars. Sitting down by the bar area, we sat for over 15 minutes, they were on the phone and no one took care of us. It's a shame that the restaurant was basically empty and not one person came to take care of us.

The server, Cristina, was quite unkind and unconcerned with providing good customer service. She took the tablet to pay and just stared, asking the other diners to leave her extra tips. In addition, she never replenished our water glasses. The dinner was delicious as usual, however Crisitina provided terrible customer service. I also never received my ranch. I'm still waiting for my ranch...

Worse experience ever, no one attended my table and we were there for about 30 min. My group had to literally go up to the bar to get service. Manager was super rude. They need clean house at this location.

Not the best food but decent for what you pay for. My friend and I decided to head to Chili's after work for a quick lunch. My friend had the 3 for deal and I had the lunch special combo which was $10. My lunch special meal consisted of a drink, chicken enchiladas soup appetizer and double burger with fries. The food tasted good and the service was decent. I couldn't finish my entire meal because I got full off the soup, fries and half the burger. As long as this deal is available, I will continue to order it. I gave it a 3 star rating because it was nothing to rave about.

Usual casual diner ambience with varied options. Pretty good healthier options on the menu if you're careful. Service on a Thursday at 7 was spotty, one of three at the table got their meal Way before the other two. Overall it's exactly what you'd expect Children's portions are appropriate, adult portions are large. Some drink specials make it worth it for happy hour

I stopped and had a old-timer hamburger today with french fries with no salt and barbecue sauce. I used to love their hamburgers and french fries today was a big fat disappointment. Not only did they serve my hamburger very well done in the edges were crispy but I did not like the flavor at all. The french fries I got were from the bottom of the batch all these tiny little French fries. Also the barbecue sauce I used to love was not the same it was too sweet and not very appetizing. The service was excellent I cannot complain about that but I will never come here again

Both service and food were basic. I came in to this location for the first time on a Saturday afternoon for a quick meal. For starters we had the skillet queso which had a bit of a kit and tasted good , However the chips looked like they had been run over by a truck as barely Any chip was near whole. For lunch I had the Cajun shrimp pasta, it was not bad but the shrimps felt undercooked. My table also ordered a triple dipper which they said it was good and also the quesadilla was ok. The service was not great , we had to flag the server a few times for different thing like appetizers plates,ñ and water refills.

I've been sat for 30 minutes and my order has not been taken. My family and I ordered strawberry lemonades and they taste like straight water. Such a big cup, for 90% ice, 7% water and 3% strawberry. Luckily the wait wasn't too long and we were sat quickly and the ambiance is nice. I hope the food comes better than the drinks, if we ever get to order food...

Kelvin was the best!! Incredibly attentive and very kind. Quickly served us and always was very polite and helpful, Even though others werent as respectful he remained calm and collected and friendly through it all!! thank you kelvin!!

Honestly this Chili's location has slowly been getting worse and worse over the years. The food quality is subpar even for Chili's standards. The pricing has increased and the quality has severely decreased. I'm not expecting a 5 star culinary experience, but damn don't serve over cooked, dried up food that feels like it's been under the heat lamp since the morning service. The service has gotten so bad that you have to be constantly asking your service or the first server you find to get things such as drink refills, utensils, napkins, etc. your primary server plays hide and seek with you cause they disappear indefinitely. After being asked if we were done eating they took about 30 minutes remove the plate from the table, then another extra 25 minutes to bring the bill and an extra 15 minutes to return the cards cause they didn't have the payment tablet for our table. As for the ambiance, the tables are always sticky, again even for Chili's standards. for someone who use to love coming to Chili's for the good cheap food and good cheap drinks, I've been let down time and time again, the drinks are more watered down every single time. The blue Long Island 2 for the price of one deal was my go to every time, but lately what they have been service is blue soda with a slice of lemon, every time I've ordered it I've had to return them cause they want to charge you alcohol price for blue soda. It's a real shame what's happened to this restaurant.

Today I went to Chili's for lunch and it was a great experience. The place was clean and they seated us right away. Our waitress was amazing. She was friendly, patient, helpful, and very attentive. She made sure we had all of our food and drinks. Checked on us frequently while also serving the remainder of the section the same way.

The food came out fast but the chicken was over fired and the mashed potatoes cold The waitress took the mashed potatoes to get me a new one and never came back with it

Ordered the triple dipper for lunch, the wings (buffalo& honeychipotle) were dry and burnt, barely sauce on them. Mozzarella sticks were just big and greasy. The food quality in this location has gone down tremendously!

Ellie the bartender was awesome. We only had a couple of drinks but she was on the ball and took care of everyone sitting at the bar. Will definitely come back for more drinks when we are in the area

I try time & time again but this chillis is just terrible is it just this chillis or just chillis in general? Na this chillis just sucks, hair on my food, undercooked chicken I'm so angry I keep tryna revive this trash mf spot.. Terrible chillis

Don't bother ordering food online unless you want to wait an hour for it & want it cold. Last time I ordered online was 4 months ago & the time before was 4 months. I keep forgetting about the long wait for the food but I won't this time. It's not a 1 off & it's never the same wait staff so I assume it's a management issue. The staff is polite, so at least there's that.

We have been a customer for many years, never had an issue neither dinning nor ordering until today!!!! I ordered my usual "Margarita Chicken" and I will share pictures of the actual plate and the one I just received and that of coarse went to the garbage. Will not be ordering from Chilis again!!!

From atart to finish, this place was great! Our server was bright, cheerful and very attentive. Our food was fresh and top notch. Sad when we saw the reviews, glad we didn't pay to much attention to them. My daughter and I will definitely be returning on our next visit to the Miami Lakes area.

Ok im going to give you some advice. Do not order to go. If you're not dining in, expect to get cheated on a meal. I never have an issue dining in, but the two times that I ordered a meal to go... they were like 1/2 of the portion that you get when you go in. One of my meals was a kids meal of tenders and fries and it had 8 fries in the box.

The classic Nachos are not good at all. What a disgusting concussion of Nachos the chef has created. The service was great but the Classic Nachos have to go. Disgusting!

Honey chipotle crispers with rice are always my go to it is delicious and the new Mac n cheese they have is great too, and if you're looking for a salad the explosion salad has great taste.

We decided to go to Chili's to get a quick bite to eat. The wait was super short and our server Gabriel was extremely attentive to us. He made sure that our food was right and came out in a timely manner. Even the other servers who brought out our food double checked to make sure we had everything we needed. They were very accommodating. We had the onion petals, chips & salsa, the shrimp pasta, chicken quesadilla, the Buffalo chicken sandwich . I enjoyed the chicken Sandwich and the onion petals were really good. Chips and salsa are always good. I had the guacamole with the chips and salsa and it tasted great. Everything came out fresh & hot. We also had the Jackberry margarita. The jackberry marg is definitely one of my new favs. Overall, it was a good experience and we had an amazing server.

Been coming to this location for several years. Although I'm not a fan of ChIli's and haven't been for several years due to service, my husband and daughter love it so I have to come with. Yayy me.... The service as usual was very slow and it was on Wednesday 4pm and the food took even longer to come out. The only positive thing of my dining experience was the limited monthly $5 margarita Hennessy drink feature. I tried this drink two years ago and never seen it again on the menu until now. I'm not a Hennessy drinker AT ALL but this drink tastes so yummy. Chili's please work on your service time to keep your customers coming back.

Truth is I haven't gone to this Chili's since 2014 and now I can see why. What was once a hot spot for my friends and I throughout high school and even partially in college is admittedly now a children's plaza. That and as I've gotten older, I've expanded my palette and this chain just doesn't do it anymore. But anyway, we ended up here after a long day in Delray Beach. See, we went to the Morikami to attend the Hatsume Fair to then end up in Miami Lakes as my dear boyfriend had to run an errand. Given that the four of us were spent and hungry after this adventure and given that one person in our group is a notoriously picky eater, Chili's seemed like the most reasonable choice. We arrived and there was no line. Perfect. We were then led to a booth and our server was with us right away. Again, this was awesome. We then ordered a variety of plates. My little cousin drank water and ordered crispy chicken tenders with a corn on the cob on the side. She didn't finish her meal, so we took the rest of it to go. My roommate had some burger bites, French fries, and lemonade. He also didn't finish his meal, so that was to go as well. Meanwhile, my boyfriend ordered some fried pickles, a steak with a side of corn on the cob, and the 2 for 1 special they were having for beer. He got Dos Equis which was a fab choice, but I'm biased, so what do I know? Meanwhile, I claimed to not be that hungry and I inhaled an entire plate of Cajun chicken pasta and had two glasses of strawberry lemonade. What can I say? It was amazing and it hit the spot. Honestly, the food was good, but it wasn't great. Not to mention that for a chain to get a five stars for me is difficult, so this really begins as a four-star review with the potential to go up or down. Unfortunately in this case, it goes down. The reason? How does it take ten minutes to get a box to take our food to go when the place is practically empty? I mean, if you had told me half an hour earlier than this, fine - there were five birthdays, but at this point, they all flew the coop. Just unacceptable. Decent food, service left much to be desired.

Says it closes at 12:30 am yet in person they tell us they closed at 10 pm :( whack & workers are rude. Sohail Ali should do a better job with his staff & managing duties.

Horrible. The kitchen does half arz their job. Ordered trio queso they filled it half way, it's more money. Save your time and money and visit the one in pembroke pines.

no utensils to eat food with. when asked for got an additude. and they didn't even give me plates. food came 1 hour afther i ordered and it wasn't that busy.

I've dined a couple different chili's in the past couple weeks and this one was so bad I had to review. Took almost 15 min since I sat down to at the bar to get a drink and a menu. Wasn't busy. Even the regulars were discussing their disappointment. Monthly margarita ranked 3rd place compared to other chili's where I had it this month. My food was just OK. Possibly because of experience. I wont be going back to this location. This experience really sucked and felt like waste of my money compared the other chili's I visit.

This is by far the craziest Chili's I've been to. Came here on a Thursday night and it was more like a rowdy sports bar. Guests brought their own music box and were blasting it on the bar, people acting really drunk, throwing napkins in the air. It was wild. Definitely made for a fun night but I feel bad for the clean up crew lol the food was decent, no complaints and as expected.

If I could give them a zero I would. The food was terrible. We ordered the Cajun chicken pasta, original chicken crispers, mix and match ribs - Original bbq baby backs and the house bbq baby back ribs. The Cajun chicken pasta was dry and had no flavor, the crispers were just chicken tenders who could mess that up, and the ribs we absolutely disgusting. The ribs went in the garbage. I will stick to Aventura Chillis because the one is horrible.

I went all day without eating... ordered ancho salmon with a double side of broccoli and this is what I got. I am terribly disappointed

The food is good! Service is good! I just don't understand why management close 15 tables to make just people wait, for no reason. It's was not because of covid because the open tables were close to each other. Poot management

they don't cook there food long enough...they just "cook it" literally I asked for more chicken she said the chicken will be ready in 4 MINUTES after I asked for it 2 minutes ago...the fajita chicken looks so pale and is chewy I hated it. chip and dip looked like throw up and tasted like it came out the can...I will never go there if I were you

I don't understand It took 15 minutes for my server to come greet us, and take a drink order It was 3 of us, we ordered 2 appetizers and a veggie fajita... and it took all of 50 minutes to get cold vegetables on a fajita and two lukewarm appetizers The server wasn't horrible, but the kitchen was clearly behind in what appeared to be a nearly empty restaurant. The bar is the only part that responded quickly... If you want a drink you can try the bar, I don't recommend the food

The welcome greetings and the long wait time could be improved. But our waitress was very friendly and professional. The food looked nice and was very healthy.

Starting out with the positive, Chili's has a large selection of reasonably priced meals with a fantastic, 4-hour lunch special. However, it is also the place where chickens go to die. Literally every item on their lunch menu contains chicken! There were 2 items without meat, although I'm sure you could modify some things. Larry S. got some kind of Tex-Mex poultry graveyard combo which ended up being 2 meals for $10, so good on him. I ordered a black bean burger, which looked totally desiccated when it arrived (Larry said it looked like a real burger?! OK!), but had a surprisingly nice grilled flavor and didn't fall apart like faux-meat burgers sometimes do. It arrived with melted cheese on top - I wasn't asked what kind I wanted and would have skipped it if asked, but it was a thin layer, so I let it go. I opted for a salad as my side and was also not asked about dressing. Something creamy and artery clogging came with it, but it came on the side, so it didn't ruin the "salad", which was mostly croutons and cheese. Oh America, dairyland of the world! Final complaint... they provide calorie counts for everything on the menu, which is good! But nothing here is remotely healthy. I mean, please explain to me how a salad can contain 1,200 calories! It really takes the pleasure out of eating out. I guess ignorance is bliss.

This place must be under new management! Admittedly, I was a fan prior but after being out of town for nearly a year it's obvious there's been an upgrade. I grew up in this neighborhood and I love it but we are NOT an easy crowd. Mess up and we will turn on you in masses. Somehow a chain has become the local spot! I am loving this new vibe. The servers are amazing! I'm looking at you Jessica! And Jose! And Wendy! And Sidney! And Effy! And Danny! Honestly I've not had a bad one yet! From the hostesses to the bartenders to the managers I am a happy (happier) Chili's customer! Thank you to the new GM, yes I noticed a name change too! So don't worry if there's a wait, that means they are popular!

The new manager has told several employees that she wants to get rid of all the regulars that come to chilis and spend their hard earned money. What kind of manager says that about ppl that are paying her salary......chils needs to do better

I feel like I'm on the MTV show Punk'd with Ashton Kutcher. Host in the back, when she went to sit us she sat us at a dirty table with a drink still on it. I asked her to wipe it while we waited in the front and she said, "no... no..." wait here but never went to grab the rag. Just started asking for help. Went to the front to wait and noticed 3 employees lounging around in a table and all the other tables dirty as well. Where's the manager? Place is trashy. Let's hope the food isn't as bad as the reviews say

This is my local chilis. I love having lunch and dinner with my family at this location. The service and food is amazing most of the times.

Ok. I am now editing this review because of not just the chips that are the problem. 1. Chips were from the bottom of the bag. 2. We ended up leaving 2 or so hours later after eating for 10 minutes because we ate so many chips from waiting 1 1/2 hours. 3. My friend's salad gave her and extra of 3 slices of avocado that were half brown. 3. My Coach had his quesadillas and salad served very cold, showed signs that it had been sitting out for a while. 4. My other friend's margarita chicken came out burned and cold 5. My fajitas came out warm because they were on the skillet, but came with so many onions and 3 strips of peppers. 6. They forgot dressings and extra things we had asked for when we first ordered. 7. When we politely asked for them to change one of the TVs to March Madness, they ended up changing the one tv with it on to something else, and took them 15 minutes to finally change the channel. 8. Service was so.SLOOOOW. The only bright thing that happened was that our waitress was very nice and tried to help in the end. Hopefully this helps this business improve.
