What can I say? This place has amazing service. We came in a large group for a cast party and they were able to accommodate us. We had a nice area over against wall to ourselves and our server was awesome. He was able to allow us to split up our check and pay anyway that we wanted the food came and was nice and hot and very tasty. I got the smashed burger fries and the baked potato soup. The baked potato soup is always delicious. the burger was good and the fries nice and crisp 10 out of 10 would totally recommend the girls I was with got a couple of the drinks and they were super pretty and the girls said they tasted really good. I got a spicy margarita a regular margarita and the new purple and pink margarita they said they were delicious the prices are good. The service is great plenty of parking clean bathrooms all in all it was a wonderful experience.

Chili's has been a reliable personal favorite of mine over many years. The food, service, and atmosphere is perfect for an individual in the bar area or a group of friends, family, and co-workers seated at a table or booth. Each time, the service has been welcoming and attentive. I recommend you try some of my favorites: skillet beef queso and chips, loaded baked potato soup, smokehouse combo, chicken crispers (Especially the Nashville Hot or Honey-Chipotle flavors), and of course the ribs, barbeque or dry rub.

DJ Donald and Kalee gave me excellent customer service they're very attentive and my Tea never went empty thank goodness we still have young people that give great customer service. The Manager Gustavo has been here for at least 3 years he runs a great staff and has a great team. I love Chili's. I come here to watch the Michigan game and all the football games! I was very impressed with our server, Dylan, and the teamwork we saw during lunch. Dylan was so polite and attentive. We had three other people helping run our food and prebus our table. The manager also stopped by to check on us and we told him the food was outstanding! The Triple Dipper was so delicious and mom loved her Oldtimer hamburger. It's so nice to see that Chili's has re-established great food and wonderful service as priorities.

We had the lunch 3 for me specials. Classic Old Timer Cheese Burger and Shrimp Alfredo. Fantastic bargain, serving sizes appeared to be the same size as the regular entree with a beverage and starter for less than the normal entree price. Food was great and will be back.

Chili's is going down hill. Been to 3 different Chili's recently. Beltline in Addison store put so much old butter on the but it tasted like a grease burger not a hamburger. Presto Road store took order then when brought food informed ran out Dr. Pepper one manager assured us they were getting from the store and would be available in a few minutes. 2nd manager said ' your out of luck we are out and will not be getting any more for you meal". 635@Macaryhur ser ed an inedible burger.

Food was alright. Service was really good. Frankie was very nice and our interactions we funny and enjoyable.

My partner and I went a couple days ago and it was probably the most memorable part of our day. We got a skillet queso for the appetizer and I got the build your own fajita trio with a chicken enchilada soup and my partner got the big mouth bites ! There was so much food I had to get a to go box 😭 it was all pretty good though. The most memorable part was just how incredibly sweet and kind the workers were, we got complimented a couple of times and everyone was quite attentive to what we needed in general. I 100% would go here again just for the workers alone because they were all such sweethearts
