Chili's Grill & Bar

Finally was able to stop in after the grand opening hype has toned down. We sat at the bar and were seated almost immediately. Never had Chili’s before but I would say the food was comparable to any Red Robin, TGI Fridays, etc. I recommend the fried mozzarella and the Mac N Cheese. If you aren’t a fan of salty dishes, this may not be your place. The waitstaff were so sweet considering how crazy this opening must’ve been.

Food is standard chillis fare (except the awesome blossom which is uniquely available here), but the atmosphere is very fun. The staff were great with handling the long wait due to everyone wanting to check out this thematic stop. Art and decor has hints of office references and quotes. The decor is early 2000s theme so it looks like the one from the office. There's a staged booth you can ask to take a photo in that's setup to look like the booth jan and michael were in with the client in the chillis office episode. Very fun to see if you're doing a scranton sight seeing asventure. Just note this chilis is actually 13 to 15 minutes away from the scranton landmarks. Definitely call ahead for better wait time

Visited the new Chili’s around 12:30 PM and it was packed! We were told 30–40 minutes for a table, but got seated within 15 minutes or so. The place isn’t very big compared to other local restaurants, but the staff handled the crowd well. Our waitress was attentive, and even though our appetizers were delayed, they comped one of them and handled everything with professionalism. The music was a bit loud, which made talking tricky, but it helped drown out other noise. The food was delicious, prices were fair for the portions, and overall service was excellent. Hoping they keep up the great experience even after the “new” feeling wears off.

I did not anticipate an opening night on a Monday to be as packed as it was. The staff did an amazing job keeping up with things. I was seated at the bar and Ed and the bar staff were incredible. There was an understandable wait for the food. There was an issue where someone else accidentally got my ordered Awesome Blossom and Ed took care of getting me my order and fixing everything. I was a little disappointed they ran out of skillets for the skillet cookie, but it was definitely not a deal breaker. The special Scranton margarita was delicious and pretty strong, I hope it will become a permanent addition to the menu. Overall great experience and I can’t wait to come back with the family when it is a little less crowded and there is more of an opportunity to explore the decor.

Katelyn was a fantastic server. She was always checking up on me and my partner, asking how our food was and if we needed anything. She was very attentive despite having so many other tables from what we could see, absolutely love her. Our food was amazing, we haven’t had Chilis in over a year so it was amazing eating something I consider a comfort food after so long. The atmosphere was so lovely and everyone looked like they were having fun. We will definitely be coming back to this location! Shout out to all the staff <3

A typical "Chillis". Menu is standard when compared with similar restaurants arround, but with the exception of Tex Mex Egg Roll. However the rolls have too much veggies in it. The texas cheese fries was nice as ever. Overall fine experience...there was a bit of waiting, though. The ambiance is nice. Service was good. I am not much of a 'Office Office' person...but the retro ambiance felt nice.

10/10! This brand new Chili's has the friendliest staff, best food, and quickest service despite being crowded on their opening day. The myriad of Office show-themed easter eggs made it feel like Jan Levinson (not Gould) could walk in at any moment. The Awesome Blossom was, in fact, extra awesome. On a Dundee scale of Bushiest Beaver to Whitest Sneakers, this restaurant earns the latter. Definitely will be coming again! (That's what she said...)

I had such an amazing time here. This location has only been open for a few days now and my boyfriend and I ended up making our way down, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you so much to Brooke, our lovely waitress, who made our time there even more amazing. She was very kind, patient, understanding, & quick with her service. It was very busy so I was pleasantly surprised with the service we were given. Food was awesome, service was awesome… overall, pretty awesome! Definitely recommend coming down here.

Contrary to the negative reviews, we very much enjoyed our time here. Proper cutlery and napkins were served before we ordered. Yes, it can be loud. People have kids. Expect some noise, especially during the weekend. The waitress was very professional and checked on our progress throughout our stay. Thank you Samara! The food was delicious. The only critique is that I was not asked how my burger was to be cooked. I was just lucky it came medium well. The restaurant was clean and inviting. The environment mimics The Office as anticipated. Well done gang!

I like Chili's the most - of the "big 3". This is a new location - recently built of the old footprint of the previous Pizzeria Uno". Nice place. Good layout with lots of room/seating. Service was very attentive, although they did try to seat us right by the front door. We asked to a booth. No "happy hour" to speak of. We got the free Chips and Salsa. Man, were they salty. Food was good. I had the Triple Dipper. My wife had the Quesadilla Salad. Will return the next time we're up here.

2 weeks after opening and it's still an hour wait. The waitress said oh man, that's a long wait, how about it get you started with some chips and salsa (implying due to our wait....NOPE...$8) Sliders came out raw so they took them off the bill LOUD....SO VERY LOUD! I chilis but this was just an OK visit

Been here 3 times and it was pretty bad each time. This last time was the worst. Bad service, cold food, one meal arrived just as everyone else was finished eating. This was our last attempt...won't be back.

Typical chain restaurant. Service was excellent. Food is good. Stopped on a quick lunch break. It is what it is. My kids like eating here so they recommended it.

The fries came out raw the service was horrible and our server rolled her eyes at us my uncle finished his food before my aunt could get hers and her drink wasn't here til we got our food and then they brought out the wrong drink. very busy and loud.

We decided to try Chili's last night after doing some shopping. The wait was only 15 minutes. We were shown to our table then it went downhill from there. We overheard another server tell a customer that the AC hasn't worked for a couple of days. It was warm but not unbearable. After 15 minutes our server arrived . We placed our drink order which didn't take too long. I ordered a burger which came out barely warm and my wife ordered a salad which came with the wrong dressing. We had to ask for utensils and napkins. At no time did our server ever return to the table. I hope that management will get the bugs out, it will be a long time before we return.

The day started with me doing the boat kid dance into the restaurant. Trying to aura farm but I stopped after the looks of the service workers in the restaurant. Good service overall. We enjoyed our experience. The waitress was very helpful. Too much sauce on the mozzarella and very little chicken in the crisps. The scenery was very interesting to say the least. There was Spanish news that no one could understand. Put on more sports channels in English. The food was fairly good overall. They gave us more food than we asked for which made me too full. The water was too spicy. I also was briefly talking about the hit show Breaking Bad. I was talking about season 2 and they spoiled the ending. I didn't even watch that part yet. Made my day a whole lot worse. Also, spoiled that Badger got arrested. What a shame. Thank you. Great restaurant. Would recommend.

We came to Scranton, Pennsylvania for a wedding of a family friend. We needed a place to eat so we decided to head to Chili's in honor of the Office. We had a large party of 9, and I must say our waiter, Amanda, was very pleasing. Our oldest person was 22 and our youngest was 12 and Amanda was extremely patient. She had great recommendations and handled a hectic party very efficiently. Waiters like these keep chains like Chili's alive and well. The food was great with good sized portions. Overall, an amazing dining experience!

The weight was so long that I just wanted to leave so bad because of the light so I'm gonna read the two stars so I love chili. It was really good but it wasn't worth the wait so bye-bye people the service perfect inside the place was super cool amazing so yeah that's my. review.

We love Chilis and we love The Office so we couldn't wait to check out the new restaurant. Easily the worst Chilis we've ever been too. The Office memorabilia was so fun to see but the rest of the experience was awful. The hostess was rude and the food took forever. Our table didn't have silverware so we had to ask our server, all three of us ordered food that needed a fork, she proceeded to bring us one fork. So we asked a different sever for some cutlery and they also brought us one fork. Towards the end of the meal my husband was actively eating the awesome blossom when our server yanked it out from under him....the restaurant was basically empty it's not like they needed the table. We will never be back, which is a shame because Chilis is usually the best.

Terrible service. Think of hiring more servers.... Waiting 45 minutes to be sat in an empty restaurant while hostesses giggle and play on their phones

My family and I decided to visit the location for my mom's birthday. We heard it was "the office" themed but I just really can't see the hype because it was not worth the drive. They have the photo ops and that is all. It was like eating at any other fast food place. Our utensils were barely cleaned and it was oddly expensive for items that seemed small. Wasn't worth the almost hour wait to get our food and even getting refills on our drinks. It was kid infested as well. Overall, it was a huge let down.

Took over 1 to get appetizer and only received after asked for it. Another hour and had to ask for our burgers and within 10 minutes received but forgot fries. Another 15 minutes received wrong fries. Appetizer was blossom onion and was very good. Burgers were over cooked and dry and missing some of toppings. First and last time at chilis.

Food was as expected. Staff was welcoming and Service was good. Table was ready at designated time. restaurant was clean and inviting.

Food wasn't bad but service was unfortunately awful. Wait time was surprisingly not bad for going on mother's day but would expect waaay better service than what we got for there being a full house of employees present.

Food was good and came hot. The service was amazing. Our waitress was nice and attentive. There was an hour and a half wait. But it just opened so I was expecting something like that.

My family and I went there on April 9th, this was the 3rd day after opening, they already ran out of the southwestern egg rolls. We had to get up and stand get the waiters attention to get drink refills, we had to do the same thing to get napkins. The food was really mediocre. The Texas cheese fries were awful, the cheese on top was was like glue holding all the limp fries together. Bottom line- long wait for food, they are understaffed, the poor waiters and waitresses were running around like crazy with so many people at the restaurant. If you really wanna go for the mediocre food, wait a few more weeks

This is a struggle. I loved the food the first time we came. We got right in with no issues. I am currently sitting in the parking lot on a waitlist. I was told 45 minutes, an hour and half ago. If people do not know how to estimate wait times, they need to really hire someone who does. It's disrespectful to customers' time. I would have gone somewhere else right off the bat instead of thinking we'd actually get in to eat. With so many restaurants in the area, it's really not worth the wait.

Waited 1hour but good service didnt wait long after we ordered our food was great very satisfied.

We went in tonight and had to go on a waitlist and we were told that the wait time was an hour and 15 minutes and as of now we are still currently waiting almost 3 hours later.

Met at the door by a greater and asked if I wanted to sit at the bar. When I said I preferred a table, the head greater said to tell him he needs to sit at the bar. Very rude and ignorant.

Tried coming on a Saturday night. Got here at 5. Said it would be an hour 15 minutes. After we waited an hour and a half we went to check the status and were 28th on the list. Although office theme is cool waiting for an hour and half for chillis isn't.

Wait time was well over an hour. Everything was running smoothly until the food came. Received undercooked sliders. By the time they came out with new ones, everyone else had eaten. But the kicker was they only gave me 2 sliders and not 4 like I had originally ordered! Refund looked like it was done, only to get home and see a charge for kids sliders. (They charged me for the 2) called and spoke to manager Jason who said he will refund the correct amount back to my card. Not great customer service if you want me to come back! Our waiter Bobby was the best part of the whole experience, pleasant and was helpful which I appreciated, wasn't his fault.

Service was super slow waited 4 and a half hours to get a table and hostess was rude and not accommodating. Another half hour to get our food. This restaurant should not take this many guests on the wait list this is outrageous. I am 8 months pregnant and had to wait on my feet the whole time as there was no seating available. I will not be returning. Hostess also mentioned people were on the waitlist for 7 hours and all the empty tables were being reserved for customers that "might come in".

Waited over two hours to go from 53 on list to 25 screw that chilis isn't that good it's just another fridays or Applebees type of place. Not worth that long of a wait.

first time going to chilis & i went with my friend, we previously signed up for rewards, and we were going to get the free chips and salsa, but it never came . Then, my friend and i went to the bathroom (we left things at the table to show we were still there like our phones, wallets, keys, and drinks, and they took all of our stuff and brought it to the host stand and they cleaned the table taking our wallets, phones, etc, and brought it to front at the host stand. the host was very rude and disrespectful, as was the busser. they said we needed a manager if we wanted to continue sitting at the the table, even though we weren't done and didn't pay, and would have liked to order a dessert, despite all of that there was amazing food and an amazing server. (they definitely need to wait more then 5 seconds for people to come back to their table after using the bathroom & and train the bussers and hostesses to not clean off tables in use.)
