"The Chili’s chain has been at the forefront of several storylines on “The Office,” such as Michael taking out a client played by Tim Meadows for baby-back ribs in “The Client” and for providing the setting for the drunken Dundies awards ceremony. But when the show was being filmed, there actually wasn’t a Chili’s location in Scranton (the closest was Wilkes-Barre, which has since closed). Not to worry: a Scranton-adjacent location is slated to open in Dickson City later this year, and the company reportedly will lean into “The Office” connection when it debuts." - Missy Frederick

Busy location for the chain, we had about a half hour wait and the restaurant space itself was rather small. That being said, our server was fantastic and had a great attitude. The food was decent, maybe just a tad pricy for what it was.

Great experience during my last visit. My server was amazing and very attentive. Food was hot and a great value. You can’t go wrong with the “3 for Me” meals.

Why this location only have 3 star rating, I don't know. That does not match with our experience. Service was good, bartender was attentive, and was able to keep up with her bartop and all the incoming orders for drinks from the whole dining room. Service was rather slow. Maybe that's why they only have 3 stars on Yelp. 15ish minutes or more for dessert. The standard is 8-10 minutes. Our burger (the Bacon Rancher) was delicious. While it wasn't cooked to order as we would have liked (it was well done instead of the medium we had ordered), it was still very juicy and flavorful. Then we finished with Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie dessert. It too was yummy. It could have used a double scoop of ice cream to better valve the richness of the cookie.

I really thought the hype was made up, paid for by Chili's HQ to drum up sales. I was wrong... the triple dipper. The lemon drop margarita. The chocolate lava cake. Not a single dish dropped the ball, whew!

My youngest son and I had some bonding time today and got lunch at Chili's. My burger was fresh and fries were hot. Our waitress made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal and they had every football game we wanted to see on TV lol. The 3 for me special is the perfect meal for something quick and still tastes fresh.

Twice my partner and I have tried this Chili's. The first visit It took almost an hour and a half for them to give us food that was on and warm at best. Today we got seated and not one server in 30 minutes even asked us for drinks while the next round of people who sat immediately got silverware and drinks ordered. As we were leaving a server saw us get up and shrugged to only pick up the menus. It felt really disrespectful feeling ignored for that long.

Our server Daron made my Grandson's 12th birthday dinner special, gave our large group wonderful service, and the food was great and prepared quickly. We will definitely be back again!

Dumpling went alone for lunch with some co-workers. Dumpling hasn’t had Chili’s in a while but Burrito loved going to this location in the past because of the bartender (Ashley). The bartender was great this visit with a great sense of humor (sat at one of the high tops). Had the “3 for me” lunch. You get a drink, appetizer, and entree for $10.99 plus tax/tip. Not bad for a lunch. Started with the salad - caesar - (trying to be good 🤣) and the Big Mouth Crispy Chicken Sandwich with fries. It definitely was a “big” chicken sandwich and came out hot and done just right. The fries where typical fries but seasoned well. Also, had the chips and salsa (co-worker shared). Just a typical thin chip but the salsa had some kick! Overall can’t be upset with this chain restaurant.
