After not going to any Chilli's in like 4 years I think. This was factually a great experience. Our waitress "Jessica" was very customer service oriented. She was helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and a real go getter showing what work ethic means. The assistant manager was great as well. The food was super good. I got the original Fajita Trio with chicken, shrimp, and steak. The grilled peppers and onions on the platter were cooked to perfection. Plating was well done and looked appealing. So the great food and exceptional customer service was so good that I'm sure I'll be back way before years go by.

We haven't been to Chili's in a very long time but chose to have lunch here today. I'm shocked by how fantastic the food and service were! We will definitely be going regularly again! Our server, Mia, was wonderful, attentive and sweet. We had the Chicken Sandwich and the QP Burger with Salads. Amazingly delicious!!! Can't wait to have the Fajitas for 2 next time!

Pretty good was expecting for the Nashville hot mozzarella to be spicy but it was good but not the spicy I thought it would be. Overall experience great.

My bm had her baby shower here last night and the waitress who served it absolutely destroyed the whole experience 😒 im getting a name today after work then im updating who she was and what she did on here. Its disgusting the way she acted and treated everyone. We will never come here again and they tipped a large amount anyway. If I was there she wouldn't have gotten a dime from anybody. She even double charged on a drink. Hope this helps someone. Stay blessed!

Always great server, food always fresh and hot, wait time varies. Chili's has been my little random night out i dont want to cook or do dishes and the price stays good for me and my kid to leave spending less than $30 if we want. Been going random for 3 years to this location and all these things never change, good server good food good price

Enjoy chili's food when order is made correctly. Its a hit n miss, onions in food when they are told ppl are allergic to them. Staff always nice n professional. Let chili's know of issues stated sorry will speak with staff n kitchen.

Road trip, Extremely URGENT private personal matter. Worked all day, drove 200 miles. Checked in Hotel. Exhausted, famished. Ordered delivery. The food looked horrible and was absolutely disgusting. It made me sick. I took photos of the food and placed it in the hotel fridge. I drove to the restaurant and asked for a refund. A female employee came up and asked, "What do you want?" She did NOT offer her name or identify herself as a manager and I VERY politely introduced myself and asked her name. I believe she said her name was Mercedes but she wouldn't give her last name. She was incredibly rude, curt, condescending and belittling towards me. NO APOLOGIES for the terrible food. It was a $44 dollar meal and I just wanted to be reimbursed for my meal which was $18 dollars. Now the employee has my personal information and I'm worried about being harassed on line. I'm just completely perplexed as why I wasn't given an apology and a refund? (See attached photo of the gross food)
