Road trip, Extremely URGENT private personal matter. Worked all day, drove 200 miles. Checked in Hotel. Exhausted, famished. Ordered delivery. The food looked horrible and was absolutely disgusting. It made me sick. I took photos of the food and placed it in the hotel fridge. I drove to the restaurant and asked for a refund. A female employee came up and asked, "What do you want?" She did NOT offer her name or identify herself as a manager and I VERY politely introduced myself and asked her name. I believe she said her name was Mercedes but she wouldn't give her last name. She was incredibly rude, curt, condescending and belittling towards me. NO APOLOGIES for the terrible food. It was a $44 dollar meal and I just wanted to be reimbursed for my meal which was $18 dollars. Now the employee has my personal information and I'm worried about being harassed on line. I'm just completely perplexed as why I wasn't given an apology and a refund? (See attached photo of the gross food)
