Stopped by Chili's for lunch on a Saturday. Got there about 11:15 and I sat at the bar. The bartender (She's down with OPP (inside inside joke)) was very attentive and friendly. I ordered the pick 3 thingy. It was pretty good and priced well for this day and age. Good job Chili's

Here you'll find plenty to choose from, for my family it's the 3 For Me or the Triple Dipper. There is never a wait at this location, which is always great! The hostess always opens the door before I can and greets with one of the biggest smiles. Seated promptly, the waiter and waitress move to get your drinks since we always know what we want it makes for quick ordering... With plenty of televisions around to watch your team and grab bite and a drink or both!! There is plenty of parking, so fret not. Oh and they are fast with the food so you should come check them our.

Our experience at this chili was not very good.... Food took over 27 minutes for hamburgers.. I understand sometimes it get busy and it will take time. But when the table of 5 order 10 minutes after us . And eating I'm not pleased. Victor our server was very concerned checked up on it. They bought out our food. My mashed potatoes were refrigerator cold.. my friend was starving grab the ketchup bottle was bone dry. Should have been bused when they clean the table. Fries slightly warm. We were just not having a good food experience there. I just wanted to leave. I do have to say Victor was very good very concerned , and apologetic. I explained to Victor he's a very good server. And if it wasn't for him I'd be very very upset. But I still wanted to talk to the manager. She was very polite.

The food was delicious and service was good. The loaded baked potato soup is amazing. The chicken sandwich with the buffalo sauce highly recommend. We got the fries they weren’t very fresh so our waitress was nice enough to have them remake them. The new ones were very tasty. The tea was very fresh and didn’t taste like old teabags which we really appreciated. 10 out of 10 were totally recommend going for lunch for lunch specials were delicious and very economical.

The server was the best part. He was really attentive. My beer was flat and the crispy chicken wasn't crispy at all. It seemed like the beer and food were not that fresh. My gf's pasta was good. So maybe it was just my meal but the beer didn't have head.

The 3 for me are fantastically delish and our waiter was soooo nice. We always had a fresh drink in our hands and top service! Definitely recommend.

30 min wait to get seated. You have to create a membership account in order to get the basket of chips they used to offer when you were seated. The steak and order of shrimp came in under $25 and tasted great! Not the best steak but hey it’s chili’s and it’s a good price for a solid meal. Although the machine at the table states it accepts apple (it does not) I tried (322 million times) our server said they rarely work. But you can review and pay your order from the table which is kinda cool and futuristic. If we’re ever out here again we’ll consider this spot.

Had dinner here with my family. The wait for seating was not to shabby. The server was very kind and on top of everything. The food came out hot and fresh. I recommend this location for a good meal.

3.7 stars It's been a very long time since my mom and I have stepped foot in a Chili's restaurant and, after some influencers popped up all over my fyp on Tiktok, I have been influenced. What made me come in was the Triple Dipper, but, at $18+, I ended up skipping that altogether lol. Instead, these are what I got: Rib Combo ($25-something): I got half rack of ribs, chicken crispers, fries, and mac n cheese. They have decent ribs. My mom and I both liked it. The mac n cheese was a little saltier than I'd like, but it was still decent. Overall, really liked it. 4.3/5 stars Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl ($12.99): this was part of their lunch special and came with soup, entree, and drink. The enchilada soup just tasted like a cup of enchilada sauce...which we thought was ok since we both like enchilada sauce, but I can't recommend this to anyone hahaha. The rice bowl was also ok because there was too much sauce, which ended up being too salty for us to tolerate. Next time, we'd get it with the sauce on the side. 3.8/5 stars Chips & salsa (free): I got this free from the app. I liked that the chips weren't too salty and paired well with the salsa. 4.5/5 stars Service was fantastic from start to finish since we got there pretty early. Space was clean. There's free parking on site. I have no complaints.

My salad was soggy, not fresh. My wife's also the same way we ordered chips and salsa on our order we were billed for it when I got home it was not given to me. I had to go back , drive all the way back and I asked for them. They were very nice about it and they did give them to me. But then the chips were so salty they were edible. overall, not a pleasant experience for an order.

Server Victor took great care of us. The Triple Dipper is ELITE. Honey Chipotle is so sticky and sweet but with that nice little kick. The Nashville Hot was extra crispy today with so much seasoning. The eggrolls are also elite and pair perfectly with that ranch. Chili's is way beyond any other chain sit down spot. Got a free reward for chips and salsa. An unbelievable deal!!!

Sit by the bar or the bar area. Great waitress, good ambiance. After 3:00 o'clock go for the 3 for me, or come early before three and get the lunch menu 3 for 10. Smash burger is my go to. I'm sorry they stop offering the corn, that was good.

Sat in the bar area, not overly busy, went to watch a little bit of the dodger game. Only had a bartender who helped and took our order, she was nice but didn't visit our table too much. I also ordered the lunch deal and didn't receive my drink. Which was a bummer. Bar area was clean but most of our empty plates were not picked up on the table. For 2 lunch specials came out to about $20 a person The egg rolls and sliders were good, but I wouldn't order the mozzarella stick was overly greasy and with it being with Nashville hot soaked it and there was no crispness to it, and the seasonings/oil were all over the bottoms of the plate might have been better as a sauce on the side to dip into. Then tossed in it.

Triple dipper every time and their must order which is the honey chipotle crispers. A good space to catch up with friends and unwind.

So we ate here today. I didn't bother to take pics. The margaritas were passable. The appetizers were as expected. The smash burgers look NOTHING like the pictures and are somewhat dry. I personally ordered the ribs and chicken tenders and had to send it back. The ribs crunched in my mouth like potato chips. The grilled corn on the cob was the weirdest texture. It wasn't much better when they brought me a new plate. But can I tell you about our server Darian?? He was the absolute best!! I would go back just to sit at his table and be served by him. Thank you for being so personable and attentive!

Saw the viral mozzarella cheese stick all over tiktok. It got me craving! I decided to go with a few friends. We ordered 3 of the original ones. We also ordered the smashed burger combo from the 3 for me section since so many people recommended it. The 3 for me deal included the smashed burger, soup or salad, and a drink. I got the watermelon tea. It was pretty bland. I can barely taste the watermelon. The loaded potato soup was pretty watery. It didn't taste bad, but it wasn't good -_- The smashed burger was disgusting. It wasn't even a smash burger...the meat was pretty dry. It was kinda tasteless. There was barely any sauce on it. I tried to eat more of it, but I couldn't. There was more than half left. One of my friends took a bite then decided to just togo it. The burger would be a really good deal, if the burger was actually good. Not juicy at all...wasted money on it. The mozzarella cheese sticks were dangerously delicious. It was crispy, cheesy, and not so salty. Loved the cheese pull. The gal service was not bad. Someone brought out the wrong fries. She was kind enough to let us know that it won't be on the tab. I took a piece of the fries. Afterwards, another dude came by and just took the fries away lol like wth? Guess they didn't want to make another one so he took the fries to the right table? I dunno! Gross !! The tables were sticky. Yuck! Prob will try another chili's...

The food was trash...over salted soup((enchilada soup was gross))...tastless sliders... the cheese pull thingy seriously over rated....just cheap thrown' together plates that have a very pricy tag... DO NOT RECOMEND. ((Go to BJ's in Downy...EXCELLENT FOOD!))

Ok Chilis has stepped up their game recently! I went on a weekday during lunch time and the wait was only about 5 minutes and the staff was very kind upon my entrance. You can opt to sit at the bar if you want to avoid any wait time. I had the smash burger paired with fries and a drink. If you sign up for the Chilis rewards you can also get free chips and salsa. I enjoyed the chips because they were perfectly salted, freshly crispy, and thin. The burger surprised me because it was very well made. The patty was a bit thicker than what a smash burger typically is but the edges were crispy and it was delicious. The chicken crispers were also a delight. The assortment of sauces to choose from were great. I really loved the honey chipotle flavor. This meal was a good bang for my buck and I would definitely go again if I'm on a budget (especially in this economy!)

I'm sad to say Chili's is not it. My friends and I were looking forward to trying their Nashville hot mozzarella since it's been all over the reels. Between the five of us, we had five items (three of them were apps) and four cocktails. Unfortunately, we were really disappointed with all of the food items. We did our best to finish the items, but none of them particularly tasted good to us. Our bill ended up being around $165, which is pretty expensive for what it is. I don't think I'll be back, and sadly, I cannot recommend going to Chili's for a meal.

Waited over 2 hours for my party of 6 and I saw that there was an empty table in the back that was never filled up. Servers were really nice and friendly. Got the triple dipper meal for the cheese pull but there was in fact no cheese pull... the whole meal was very oily, salty, and made me feel gross after.

I really enjoyed the lunch special here. For $10.99 get a drink, the crispy chicken sandwich with fries and also a soup. How can anyone not like this deal? The waitress was also fantastic in that she brought me a refilled drink before I even finished. The place was really clean too and generally feels like a great lunch spot, I'll be back!

During our short lunch break yesterday, my girlfriend and I chose Chili's and were relieved by the quick seating. We didn't have to wait long at all, which was perfect since our lunch time is so limited. This fast service was a great start to our meal together. Our server was really friendly and made us feel welcome right away with a smile. She took our orders efficiently and checked on us just the right amount. When a drink got spilled, she handled it quickly and with a good attitude. We both opted for the "3 for Me" lunch special, priced at $10.99, which seemed like a fantastic value. This deal includes a drink, an appetizer, and a main course, offering a lot of food for the price. For our appetizer, we shared the crunchy chips with their mild salsa, which wasn't spicy at all, just the way I like it. For my main course, I ordered the smash burger, which was cooked just how I like it. The juicy patties and melted cheese were very satisfying, and the fresh toppings added a nice crunch. My girlfriend enjoyed her QB burger, noting its satisfying flavor and tasty toppings.

I came here with my family; we were a total of 8. Thanks to our server who was able to accommodate our last minute addition of my husband and I to the table. We ended up sitting next to the rest of my family upon arrival. The servers were really friendly and attentive. The food was typical Chili's delicious. I shared a triple dipper with my husband. We had the always tasty honey-chipotle chicken crispers, big mouth bites, and the egg rolls. The margaritas are always fire too. Definitely coming here again!

I don't have much to say except, chilis is the best. I've been coming to this location for years and it's always awesome

I love this chilis, the service is always great. Servers and staff are all helpful and kind. I have an shellfish allergy and they're always very accommodating. The food is so good! Only downside is parking is hard to get in the small lot but there's plenty behind the restaurant if you're up to the walk. Very busy on Friday nights so I'd be mindful on time, but otherwise it's a great place to grab a bite to eat.

This one was a bummer. Ordered last year and the baby back ribs were stellar. Ordered again this year(we visit the area for work) and the ribs were cooked differently, absolutely terrible like they were thrown in a deep fryer ?! Just gross and tough. The sides were minuscule and the whole meal was exceedingly overpriced for the quality and portion size. Never again.

Bad hamburger. Everything was dry. Barely any veggies and sauce. Make sure you check your to go food before you leave.

NO stars. It's never a good sign when you're seated and the other three tables in your area are complaining about long waiting time, wrongly prepared food, raw chicken in their order, and something serious which was just wrapping up as we sat down. The manager seemed busy writing off charges for two of the tables. Anyway, my burger order arrived WITHOUT THE BURGER. It took the kitchen more than 15 minutes to slap a burger on the bun, by which time my wife finished her meal. I asked the manager to see the general manager and he arrived with my burger and a sullen "There you go." No apology, no offer to comp us for anything. I told him I wasn't paying for anything and he grabbed my burger and stalked off with it. What an arrogant jerk. I'd hate to work for him and the people there looked like they hated being there, oblivious to the dirty tables and trash on the floor. It looked like they kept moving around doing nothing because they were afraid the buffoon of a general manager was watching them on CCTV. So patronize Chili's Monrovia at your own risk. Better you go down the block to BJ's or really anywhere else.

Victor Was the most excellent server I've ever had at any restaurant. He ensured that my table had everything we needed and that our experience was one to remember! He made sure that everyone was safe. :) He is a great employee and deserves more recognition! The food was good, and we also got a live show.

Hit up Chili's yesterday for lunch with my son. I usually order the 3 for lunch deal and get the smash burger, but my son showed me this bowl called Chipotle Fresh Mexican Bowl. It had chicken, pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, Mexican rice, corn, salsa, guacamole, shredded cheese, tortilla strips, cilantro, with chipotle pesto, and house-made ranch drizzle. I mean, can that sound any better? I decided to get that. I had a choice of grilled chicken or crispy chicken and the waitress also said there was salmon and something else maybe a steak. I opted for crispy chicken. This was bomb!!! I am not a Chipotle lover by any means and I usually opt to have it taken off, but because it said, chipotle, pesto, and ranch, I decided to leave it on. It had a little bite to me, but it was good. We sat in the bar and our waitress was amazing. I forgot to get her name and I forgot to take a picture of my meal. So I wasn't on the ball yesterday. My son ordered the Smashburger which never fails. That's probably one of their best. So next time you go to Chili's, try the chipotle fresh mix bowl. You won't be disappointed.

This has got to be the worst Chilis ever. I've gone three different times and have still yet to eat there. They make you wait 15-30 minutes to sit down even though half the restaurant is empty and if you make it that far the server then ignores you for another 15 minutes. My boyfriend and I just literally walked out because they couldn't even be bothered to take our drink order. Even though I live 2 minutes away, I'd rather drive half an hour than even attempt this one again.

Victor gave us INCREDIBLE service. Victor matched our freak like no one else. Super responsive, so funny, overall greatly improved our experience - He was excellent. Our table as a whole would like to tell whoever is in charge to give this man a raise. Thank you, Victor!

Excellent service and reasonable price. The staff was quick to help and provided excellent options. Was able to give tips on the happy hour menu and the different specials going on throughout the month.

Surprisingly this chili's was packed for a Sunday, probably due to NFL Sunday. Nonetheless we were able to get seated for a table of 8 right away. Our server was nice and attentive even when the restaurant was busy. I ended up getting the seasonal margarita which was delicious and for $6 dollars how can you complain. I got the triple dipper which is always my favorite thing to get cause you get to pick and choose different items. I would come back here again!

The service was great! lovely waiter but the food was just not it. I tried the new Bacon Guacamole Chicken sandwich and the chicken was so hard, I tried eating it hoping it was just the outer part that was hard but it was just not edible. The fries tasted like they've been sitting out for a while too and the sandwich did not look nor taste like it was freshly cooked... The only reason i'm leaving 3 stars is because like i said the service was amazing, too bad i can't say the same about the food.

Today we ordered triple dippers (per usual), big mouth crispy sandwich and the chilis Philly. I just want to review the chili Philly... 9/10... it's missing some seasoning but used some ranch and it made up for the missing seasoning. The food was cooked very well today and the service great as usual. We were waited on by the bartender like usual and she was very sweet and attentive. Angel (waitress) indirectly recommended the Philly cheesesteak as she had one earlier that day and said that it was pretty good. It seemed like a normal busy but we weren't waiting long in between ordering and receiving our food. We definitely all enjoyed our experience today. Last but certainly not least, we ordered the chocolate lava cake and didn't disappoint!

Most oily quesadillas I have tried. Nice service and regular American ambiance but my throat was dead the next day despite downing the two full cups of water after soloing the quesadillas. More oil doesn't mean better food obvi

We were so sorry to interrupt the conversation two young female employees were having as we walked in and asked for help. One of the girls just threw the menus onto the table and walked away. It's disappointed to see this young generation without any proper morals.

Our waiter "Fer" was great up until my gf noticed that her slider was raw in the middle. We notified our waiter and in return he gave us a very rude response. Chilis claims this is how all the sliders come unless you ask for it well done. Doesn't make sense to me but ok. Fer needs to work on how he talks to customers. As for the other food items we ordered, everything was good. Smhhhh chilis

I swear I haven't been to Chili's in 15 years, but I kept seeing those stupid videos about the new Nashville hot mozzarella sticks so tonight we ordered the triple dipper. It's an appetizer in which you choose 3 items. We selected the big bites (sliders), hot mozzarella sticks, and the southwest egg rolls. I must say.. I was pleasantly surprised! The mozzarella stick was huge and satisfying and the flavors were great paired with the ranch. Sliders were tender and the buns were soft. Southwest egg roll was o.k. The filling was good but the outside was more flaky than crispy. Either way, I was surprisingly happy. My boss gave me a Chilis gift card last Christmas which I thought was ridiculous but looks like I'm gonna spend that baby.

Went in to have the viral tripple dipper, when ordering it the server Alessandra asked "All for you?" With a look of shock. I guess my weight was of her concern. Which is interesting considering this is a viral meal that many people have ordered for themselves. Very disappointing in this service considering I my weight issues are medically related. Never thought I'd be fat shamed in a chilis

We went to Chili's last Friday because I had to try the TikTok sensation that is the triple dipper. I hadn't been to a Chili's in at least five years. I was quite impressed ! The honey chipotle sauce was delightful. Not too sweet, not too spicy. The service was fantastic. Jacob was very friendly and attentive - always ensuring our drinks were full, that we had everything we needed at all times, and promptly responded to any requests!

I ordered a ribeye steak from here and there's a HAIR COOKED IN MY STEAK this place is disgusting. I called and spoke to the manager and he wasn't apologetic at all.

The food wasn't good but also wasn't terrible, we got baited by TikTok to try the triple dipper. The wings and sliders were standard, and the mozzarella stick was good but not as good as we thought it would be. (It was half cheese half air) The fajita trio plate was just a deconstructed chipotle bowl so that was pretty mediocre as well. Bill for 1 app + 1 entree & tip was $56 Taste : 5/0 Value : 4/10 Service : Standard

Saw the bad reviews, and maybe this was a great experience. Extremely fast service, we were checked on several times. Our server, Darian, had incredible energy. He really set the lighthearted fun vibe for the evening!!

We went to Chili's to celebrate a friend's wedding and we had the best time ever. We were served by Kat and she is the greatest server I have ever been served by. Everything came out promptly and she refilled our chips and salsa and drinks without us asking. She helped us celebrate in the best way and she deserves everything in the world including a raise. THANK YOU Kat and thank you Chili's!!

Victor was the most efficient and attentive server. Made our Valentine's Day extra fun. Speedy service on such a busy night! Thanks again!

Maaaannnnnnn. I heard the bartender complain about the speed of the kitchen twice, once before I ordered and one right afterwards. Here I am about 30 min in with no food.. I just had a little appetizer plate. Manager needs to get things right. My bartender Paul is dope. And hustling. Bartender just offered to cancel my order because it is so backed up. Daaagggg!!!!! Foreal. It finally came out.

I haven't visited a Chili's establishment for quite some time and I must say I had a better than average experience there. The food was ok but the FRENCH FRIES I must say were pretty damn good. The service from Victor was impressive and enjoyable. He went above and beyond with some requests to make our experience more enjoyable especially when it came to deciding on dessert with his recommendation. The restaurant was clean and well maintained with a medium noise level. I would definitely return to this location in the future hoping my next visit will be just as good.

Was told to put our name and number down so we could receive a call, 15 minutes passed and no call was ever received but we did walk back inside and were asked if we were ready to sit down. The female waiter we had was very rude and did not like her attitude. The Mac and cheese was very watery, might as well have ordered a soup if that's what I wanted. Overall 0/5 stars. Hope the management does better on picking and choosing their waitresses.

I have to shoutout our server Asia. She is a very good server- super friendly and very attentive. The food was good and can't beat the three for me deal in this economy. It wasn't too busy when we went on Saturday afternoon and we liked the booth we were sat at. I know it can get busy during peak meal times. We'll definitely be back.

You need to fire Jolene,worst service we've ever had.I don't know if she on drugs or what.We had to ask everyone else working there to take our order.Totally unacceptable.We were in a hurry after driving 5 hours,and were there over a hour.

Had a great Friday night dinner at Chili's! Our server Jacob was awesome--super friendly, quick, and made sure we had everything we needed. Food came out fast and was delicious as always. We hope we see him next time :)

I went to chilis today the first in a long time and it was a great experience. The wait time was minimum basically no wait and the waitress was really good. She kept coming back to our table making sure we were ok, Catherine is a really good waitress honestly really good with customer service. Would definitely come back.
