Had a great lunch special. I had the smashed burger with salad and a raspberry tea. Delicious. My daughter and granddaughter were with me. They all chose a different item off the special. 3 for Me it is called.

The staff here is amazing. I had the pleasure to have Pher as my waiter and he went beyond my expectations for a fast paced restaurant. It was my 1st time here and only came because I saw a tik tok. The drinks of the month was so good, my food had great favor and omg the dessert was so amazing. Thank you to the manager (Emily) who sent us the dessert. highly recommend coming to this location.

We visited a Chili's Grill and Bar for the first time in many years. We were seated immediately and our waiter, Jacob, was outstanding! He was very friendly and very efficient! The food was very good...our family enjoyed everything we ordered (Mushroom Swiss Burger with a side salad, a chicken sandwich with a side of broccoli, and a guacamole burger with french fries). We will definitely go back and visit Chili's!

Stopped by Chili's for lunch on a Saturday. Got there about 11:15 and I sat at the bar. The bartender (She's down with OPP (inside inside joke)) was very attentive and friendly. I ordered the pick 3 thingy. It was pretty good and priced well for this day and age. Good job Chili's

My son and I Just left this location and it’s the ONLY location we want to visit going forward! The customer service was amazing from entry to exit. You guys can pick em’ and mentor em’ 😊 It truly shows. Jacob and Paul were so personable and kind. Felt like family! While still being attentive. The food was awesome! And I can’t wait to bring more loved ones. Thanx guys 😊

Here you'll find plenty to choose from, for my family it's the 3 For Me or the Triple Dipper. There is never a wait at this location, which is always great! The hostess always opens the door before I can and greets with one of the biggest smiles. Seated promptly, the waiter and waitress move to get your drinks since we always know what we want it makes for quick ordering... With plenty of televisions around to watch your team and grab bite and a drink or both!! There is plenty of parking, so fret not. Oh and they are fast with the food so you should come check them our.

The food was delicious and service was good. The loaded baked potato soup is amazing. The chicken sandwich with the buffalo sauce highly recommend. We got the fries they weren’t very fresh so our waitress was nice enough to have them remake them. The new ones were very tasty. The tea was very fresh and didn’t taste like old teabags which we really appreciated. 10 out of 10 were totally recommend going for lunch for lunch specials were delicious and very economical.

I was genuinely surprised. They made the Santa Fe smash like, and to me, they seemed perfect. Their delivery stuff comes in individual serving boxes that are incredibly clean.

Our server Gino was amazing 10/10 experience please ask for him when you come!!!! Never been to chilies this was our first time !

Dear chilis manager, For some time, my feed on social media and individuals in my life have all have come to a Chilis establishment such as yours and have left satisfied and even filled with joy. The reason, other than best quality food and service... a small but cherished gift - the swizzle stick from the new wicked drinks that have been all a rave everywhere I turn. In my attempt to grasp a similar taste of happiness, I came with my family to your establishment. We were excited to be celebrating a beautiful 30 year birthday... and I was secretly even more excited to receive my swizzle stick! Which should I choose first, green or pink? Good or evil? ... I am extremely disappointed that your establishment did not meet these basic standards. I walked past tables with drinks that had swizzle sticks left behind that night, also served in a cute martini glass. Just as advertised everywhere! My first drink, a basic cup, no stick. Drink two, same. Drink there, all hope was lost. Now, I was going to leave this be. However, days and weeks go by and I am continuously facing the reminder... I see my friends and family choose a meal at Chili's over let's say BJs, and happily come home with a swizzle stick. For shame! With this being said, I'd like to remind you - a swizzle stick is a simple material good. I understand this. Yet... please understand this: the joy it brings, however small, however temporary, can make or break a moment, a memory, or a lifetime. Thank you.

Went to Chili's with a friend and had lunch. Wasn't very crowded so we got a table right away. The host and our waiter were so annoying. It was unbelievable. They both hovered around our table chitchatting the entire time we were there. We both ordered off the lunch menu and both ordered the Smashburger and upgraded the fries to the Texas fries. One of us ordered the chip dip trio and the other got the salad. They no longer have the white queso or the queso with the meat in it. A little disappointment. We got it with salsa, guacamole, and their new queso, which is kind of like a rotelle Velveeta sort of dip. It was OK, but the white queso was bomb. They sat the chips down and five minutes later our burgers came so we had no time to really eat the salad or chips. Honestly, I really think the burger we got was the quarter pounder because the Smashburger were not thin like they normally are and the fries were so hard we couldn't even eat them. I ended up talking to the manager and asked him to take the fries off the order because of how overcooked they were which he was gracious enough to do. Our waiter never came by to check on us. One of the food delivery people did. The only time we saw the waiter come back to our table physically was when he saw me paying and told me to give him all high marks on the survey. I didn't even do the survey because of that. You need to do a little better Chili's, it seems like service and the food is starting to go downward.

Food was good. Love the comp chips and salsa when u sign up. You get it every time you eat there. Burgers are always delicious! I always always have good service when I go there, except this time. Server was not attentive at all. Did not bring everything that we have asked for, the first time. So I had to keep her reminding her.

Haven't been to chilis in a while because last couple trips haven't been that great but came with my wife and god parents. We had a small wait time but the staff was friendly and greeted us when we came in. Server Jacob was attentive and helpful. Food came out quickly everyone enjoyed what they ordered. We had a pleasant time. It was decorated nicely and they had a bar with TVs that had sports playing. A much better experience this time.

Haven't been to Chili's in ages! Came here with my girls to try the new Wicked drinks Our server Alexis was super friendly and made the experience even better had such a great time!

Busy on the weekend evening, but opted to sit immediately in the bar where we found our own table. Ordered rib combo with brisket quesadillas sides of fries and mac n cheese. Got two drink specials: green apple and tropical (christmas colors) only $6 each. Too much food for two people we had leftovers. The ribs tasted great and portions were generous. 3.7 stars It's been a very long time since my mom and I have stepped foot in a Chili's restaurant and, after some influencers popped up all over my fyp on Tiktok, I have been influenced. What made me come in was the Triple Dipper, but, at $18+, I ended up skipping that altogether lol. Instead, these are what I got: Rib Combo ($25-something): I got half rack of ribs, chicken crispers, fries, and mac n cheese. They have decent ribs. My mom and I both liked it. The mac n cheese was a little saltier than I'd like, but it was still decent. Overall, really liked it. 4.3/5 stars Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl ($12.99): this was part of their lunch special and came with soup, entree, and drink. The enchilada soup just tasted like a cup of enchilada sauce...which we thought was ok since we both like enchilada sauce, but I can't recommend this to anyone hahaha. The rice bowl was also ok because there was too much sauce, which ended up being too salty for us to tolerate. Next time, we'd get it with the sauce on the side. 3.8/5 stars Chips & salsa (free): I got this free from the app. I liked that the chips weren't too salty and paired well with the salsa. 4.5/5 stars Service was fantastic from start to finish since we got there pretty early. Space was clean. There's free parking on site. I have no complaints.

Came here for dinner and it was honestly a bad experience. I used to come here and order togo before for their fajitas but wow today it was sadly so hard to eat. The steak was hard like a rock and came not even sizzling. I immediately asked them if they can change it. They reheated it.... so hard like a rock and also the food was still hard even when I said the steak was hard. My partner didn't like the pasta, didn't even finish it. Only thing that was good was the chips... I'm sad that Chili's have been going downhill and it's not improving at all... Won't be coming back

We tried the viral fried mozzarella with Nashville hot sauce and ranch. It was ok overall but no satisfying cheese pull. I may get it again, but honestly, the rest of the food being mediocre probably wouldn't make it worth it for me to come back just for them. It's sad really because I remember really enjoying Chili's in the 90's. I also shared the BBQ combo with half rack of ribs and brisket quesadilla. The portions were noticeably smaller than what I remember. Also, while the sides of Mac n cheese and French fries were pretty good. The quesadilla was rather tasty but very small and could use some fresh veggies. The ribs were pretty dry and also small portions.

Came here for a late lunch and happy hour. Food was alright, service was good, and ambience is casual and "chain restaurant" clean. Although it was good, it's not a place I would race back to.

All hail the Chili's Triple Dipper! I've always been a fan of Chili's. You really can't go wrong. I've been going for years, on and off. I was a fan of the Triple Dipper long before the social media hype, but I have to say, it's definitely gotten an upgrade. Joined by a friend, we finally had the Triple Dipper and margarita catch-up session we'd been looking forward to for a while. I started with my favorite, the Chicken Enchilada Soup. Then came the main event: Big Mouth Bites, Boneless Buffalo Wings, and Crispy Fried Mozzarella. Absolutely loved it. Hit the spot. For my drink, I always search the menu for a spicy margarita when it's a special occasion, so naturally I went with the Spicerita. Small but strong. Be warned. Our server was attentive and always happy to help. We went during Saturday lunch and were lucky to be seated right away. It can get a little noisy with families and kids around, but that doesn't bug me too much. Chili's, my beloved. As always, you rock.

Server Victor took great care of us. The Triple Dipper is ELITE. Honey Chipotle is so sticky and sweet but with that nice little kick. The Nashville Hot was extra crispy today with so much seasoning. The eggrolls are also elite and pair perfectly with that ranch. Chili's is way beyond any other chain sit down spot. Got a free reward for chips and salsa. An unbelievable deal!!!

says the location is closed on apple maps but called ahead and confirmed it wasn't true. parking was hard to find close by in the plaza and is shared with other big names like chipotle and in n out. had about a 30 minute wait on a saturday night. servers were a little slow coming out with the food and tended to ignore my table a bit. we got some appetizers and desserts to share. the food tasted average. the cookie was a little burnt for our liking and slightly bitter because of that. the prices were normal for the typical american style dining experience.

Why did they only get 2 stars on Yelp? Their food tastes great, the service is excellent. It's not easy to find a affordable price restaurants like them.

First off 30 min wait on a Thursday! Chilis is back and doing well! The wait doesn't feel too bad great people watching place. I really enjoy the lighting and the energy of the place. Feels nostalgic and cozy! The food is pretty good and the margaritas are strong and cheap! Evelyn was our server and she was great! Very attentive and friendly! Thomas is usually our server so he made sure to stop by! It's always a great vibe! I enjoy this place for a casual bite! Parking can be kinda tricky since it gets busy but there's plenty of spots Also great shopping placed nearby for after meal walk!

Went to Chili's for the infamous MOZZARELLA sticks for the cheese pull (apparently). My daughter saw it on social media and had to try it. This location was the closest one to us, surprised there aren't more of them around. The menu had a wide selection to choose from. Burgers, nachos, fajitas, Chicken tenders, dips, fries, pastas, etc. Food came out quickly and refills as soon as our mugs were empty. It's not somewhere I would go if you're more health conscious, but good for a once in a while cheat. 7 out of 10 for me.

We came to Chilis Tuesday night and were lucky enough to have Gino as a server. He was so attentive and helped us finally decide what to get! He even got us to try new items from the menu that we hadn't had in the past! Overall great service and will definitely be coming back with servers like him!

Service was so good I just got into my car after dining to write this review. Víctor was our server and had 10/10 service. He was checking in on us, brought us extra napkins, and refilled our drinks. The food was yummy, what you would expect for a chain restaurant. The service and atmosphere is what would bring me back again. Every worker was so kind. This is the best location. I hope management knows they have some great employees :)

The service was the fastest I've ever experienced at any Chilis; it was a little alarming . I tried the salmon from the gutless meal and it was very good!!

Saw the viral mozzarella cheese stick all over tiktok. It got me craving! I decided to go with a few friends. We ordered 3 of the original ones. We also ordered the smashed burger combo from the 3 for me section since so many people recommended it. The 3 for me deal included the smashed burger, soup or salad, and a drink. I got the watermelon tea. It was pretty bland. I can barely taste the watermelon. The loaded potato soup was pretty watery. It didn't taste bad, but it wasn't good -_- The smashed burger was disgusting. It wasn't even a smash burger...the meat was pretty dry. It was kinda tasteless. There was barely any sauce on it. I tried to eat more of it, but I couldn't. There was more than half left. One of my friends took a bite then decided to just togo it. The burger would be a really good deal, if the burger was actually good. Not juicy at all...wasted money on it. The mozzarella cheese sticks were dangerously delicious. It was crispy, cheesy, and not so salty. Loved the cheese pull. The gal service was not bad. Someone brought out the wrong fries. She was kind enough to let us know that it won't be on the tab. I took a piece of the fries. Afterwards, another dude came by and just took the fries away lol like wth? Guess they didn't want to make another one so he took the fries to the right table? I dunno! Gross !! The tables were sticky. Yuck! Prob will try another chili's...

The food was trash...over salted soup((enchilada soup was gross))...tastless sliders... the cheese pull thingy seriously over rated....just cheap thrown' together plates that have a very pricy tag... DO NOT RECOMEND. ((Go to BJ's in Downy...EXCELLENT FOOD!))

So we ate here today. I didn't bother to take pics. The margaritas were passable. The appetizers were as expected. The smash burgers look NOTHING like the pictures and are somewhat dry. I personally ordered the ribs and chicken tenders and had to send it back. The ribs crunched in my mouth like potato chips. The grilled corn on the cob was the weirdest texture. It wasn't much better when they brought me a new plate. But can I tell you about our server Darian?? He was the absolute best!! I would go back just to sit at his table and be served by him. Thank you for being so personable and attentive!

The food is gross (it's Chili's...) but the service is amazing. We came for the Wicked drinks on opening night of the movie and it was PACKED. Nevertheless, a very impressive troupe of young women were running the place seamlessly. The hostess (didn't get her name) was super kind in explaining to no less than 40 people that it would be a 50 minute wait. At Chili's lol. Once we were seated, our server was SO attentive, so quick, and too apologetic for the wait. All I could think about was how hard these girls were working despite the chaos! Huge shoutout to them. The food tastes like previously-frozen-then-deep-fried slop. The drinks taste like sugar. It's cheap. It's Chili's. Enjoy

I understand it's almost closing time but this is unacceptable my wife and kids and her cousin went b4 closing time and idk how this happens but cooks need to do better this is unacceptable!! And people can get sick eating raw meat

My husband I had a great experience at the Chilis in Monrovia . We decided to grab dinner after a long day at work . Jolene was our server . She was very polite and attentive . I didn't feel rushed, as I decided from the menu what I wanted . Our server also helped us in getting more bang for our buck. The food was very good. The manager Emily was super helpful in asking if we enjoyed our experience and offered a free drink, as we'd were headed out. Over all good vibes and positivity after a long day at work . I will be back.

Ok Chilis has stepped up their game recently! I went on a weekday during lunch time and the wait was only about 5 minutes and the staff was very kind upon my entrance. You can opt to sit at the bar if you want to avoid any wait time. I had the smash burger paired with fries and a drink. If you sign up for the Chilis rewards you can also get free chips and salsa. I enjoyed the chips because they were perfectly salted, freshly crispy, and thin. The burger surprised me because it was very well made. The patty was a bit thicker than what a smash burger typically is but the edges were crispy and it was delicious. The chicken crispers were also a delight. The assortment of sauces to choose from were great. I really loved the honey chipotle flavor. This meal was a good bang for my buck and I would definitely go again if I'm on a budget (especially in this economy!)

Great experience at Chili's! Our server was super accommodating--letting us move to a booth even though it was busy. I wanted to mix my tender flavors (which isn't allowed), but they offered both sauces on the side instead, which was really nice. Margaritas with Patrón were amazing, and our son loved the fries. We had to head out early since he was fussy, but overall this location is always a 10/10!

I'm sad to say Chili's is not it. My friends and I were looking forward to trying their Nashville hot mozzarella since it's been all over the reels. Between the five of us, we had five items (three of them were apps) and four cocktails. Unfortunately, we were really disappointed with all of the food items. We did our best to finish the items, but none of them particularly tasted good to us. Our bill ended up being around $165, which is pretty expensive for what it is. I don't think I'll be back, and sadly, I cannot recommend going to Chili's for a meal.

I really enjoyed the lunch special here. For $10.99 get a drink, the crispy chicken sandwich with fries and also a soup. How can anyone not like this deal? The waitress was also fantastic in that she brought me a refilled drink before I even finished. The place was really clean too and generally feels like a great lunch spot, I'll be back!

Sit by the bar or the bar area. Great waitress, good ambiance. After 3:00 o'clock go for the 3 for me, or come early before three and get the lunch menu 3 for 10. Smash burger is my go to. I'm sorry they stop offering the corn, that was good.

I came here with my family; we were a total of 8. Thanks to our server who was able to accommodate our last minute addition of my husband and I to the table. We ended up sitting next to the rest of my family upon arrival. The servers were really friendly and attentive. The food was typical Chili's delicious. I shared a triple dipper with my husband. We had the always tasty honey-chipotle chicken crispers, big mouth bites, and the egg rolls. The margaritas are always fire too. Definitely coming here again!

My salad was soggy, not fresh. My wife's also the same way we ordered chips and salsa on our order we were billed for it when I got home it was not given to me. I had to go back , drive all the way back and I asked for them. They were very nice about it and they did give them to me. But then the chips were so salty they were edible. overall, not a pleasant experience for an order.

Went to Chili's for their Wicked Margaritas and Victor made our experience an unforgettable one. He rizzed us up and treated us like royalty. It is always such a pleasant experience when he is our server.

We visited Chili's yesterday for dinner. The food came out pretty quickly which was appreciated. We decided to order dessert and selected the skillet cookie. We ended up calling the manager over because the cookie was stale. How can a Skillet cookie be warm but yet stale? The manager told us that they make the cookies ahead of time during peak demand times and then warm them up. Very disappointed in the skillet cookie which I had been looking forward to. Chili's, you can definitely do better than this. I gave 3 stars because the waitress was friendly and the food came out on time.

Terrible take out experience i asked to put everything in the soup on the side instead extra was added inside and the soup turned into this weird glue paste that was inedible. also didnt put cheese on the burger and added extra onions and mustard when i said none i dont think ill go back to this place again should have just thrown my money in the garbage instead

During our short lunch break yesterday, my girlfriend and I chose Chili's and were relieved by the quick seating. We didn't have to wait long at all, which was perfect since our lunch time is so limited. This fast service was a great start to our meal together. Our server was really friendly and made us feel welcome right away with a smile. She took our orders efficiently and checked on us just the right amount. When a drink got spilled, she handled it quickly and with a good attitude. We both opted for the "3 for Me" lunch special, priced at $10.99, which seemed like a fantastic value. This deal includes a drink, an appetizer, and a main course, offering a lot of food for the price. For our appetizer, we shared the crunchy chips with their mild salsa, which wasn't spicy at all, just the way I like it. For my main course, I ordered the smash burger, which was cooked just how I like it. The juicy patties and melted cheese were very satisfying, and the fresh toppings added a nice crunch. My girlfriend enjoyed her QB burger, noting its satisfying flavor and tasty toppings.

Today I had the unpleasure of eating here. The service was horrible. The staff were playing in the back and the food...two thumbs down! The inside was clean, low to no noise. Side-note: if your side door is for emergencies rhen maybe no one should be allowed to exit out of that door and not a pick and choose. And you can relay to your waitress, yes we heard her when she said, "if we keep letting customers go out that door, they'll want to keep going out that door"; all the while she was on her phone. I'm not sure what your motto for customer service is, but it what I saw is it...good grief. I'm definitely not coming back.

I ordered the ribeye steak and received some very questionable meat. I had ordered it well done, butterfly cut and what I received looked like it could be a pork chop. I didn't want to send it back because it was already very late and I was tired. I packed it up and gave it to my dogs. They at least enjoyed the gray tinged meat. Safe to say I will not be coming back. The staff were nice and attentive but the food was disappointing. 2 stars is being generous to be honest.

Today we ordered triple dippers (per usual), big mouth crispy sandwich and the chilis Philly. I just want to review the chili Philly... 9/10... it's missing some seasoning but used some ranch and it made up for the missing seasoning. The food was cooked very well today and the service great as usual. We were waited on by the bartender like usual and she was very sweet and attentive. Angel (waitress) indirectly recommended the Philly cheesesteak as she had one earlier that day and said that it was pretty good. It seemed like a normal busy but we weren't waiting long in between ordering and receiving our food. We definitely all enjoyed our experience today. Last but certainly not least, we ordered the chocolate lava cake and didn't disappoint!
