Are Companies Using the Pandemic as an Excuse to Stop Unions? - Eater
"Together with the hospitality-industry union Unite Here, the veteran employee and his colleagues helped garner majority support of about 800 workers at the airport’s other HMSHost-operated restaurants, such as Chili’s and Starbucks, with an election slated for late March to determine whether the union would officially represent the staff." - Matthew Sedacca
We waited a few minutes before being seated, but our waiter, Joe, made up for it with excellent service, pleasant demeanor and attentiveness. Our lunch was tasty, chicken tenders and fries were good and hot, but the broccoli had macaroni in it. We were able to put our luggage aside, enjoy our meal and drinks while waiting for our flight. Thank you again, Joe!

The food was good but honestly this was some of the slowest service I’ve ever encountered. We were there at 4:30 on a Saturday. A whopping three tables had people. We ordered a kids meal and a triple dipper. We were there for close to 90 minutes. Our waitress was friendly but never gave us refills and took upwards of 10 minutes for a simple request like straws or sauce. The place had as many employees working as they did patrons and still couldn’t get it together to refill our water. I genuinely have no idea what could take so long when there are so few patrons. Even getting the bill took forever. I will never make the mistake of visiting again.

Clean and inviting. Food is good and the sports are always on. The drinks are tasty. We enjoyed this spot for date day/night.

I’ve always been a fan of Chilli’s, and this one did not let me down. Extremely clean, fast service, great staff, and enough TVs to keep you entertained while you wait on your flight. Food was on point. My burger couldn’t have been better and they got right the first time, because I like to add a lot of extras. Even had a lil shot and a beer while I watched the football game in between flights. Every time I come to the airport in Orlando I make sure to stop by and get a burger and a drink. I’ll be back soon for my same order. Keep up the good work.

The place is quiet, which is why I tried it despite the reviews. I made a mistake. My server was great and clearly overworked trying to cover too much. The hostess was less friendly. I hate complaining, but I couldn't eat the meal I bought. The fries and chicken tenders were terrible. Please change your fryer oil.

AVOID!! Starving would be less torture than eating here.
80 minutes for food to come out in a mostly empty restaurant. All of the reviews are the same on Google: the service here is the worst going back months of reviews with no change. Don’t bother offering condolences and requesting me to waste more of my life filling out a form. I don’t need whatever insulting restitution you might offer and you clearly don’t intend to improve this place so why even ask other than corporate virtue signaling that you care. If you cared then this wouldn’t have been such a negative review on top of months worth of other negative reviews.

I always wanted to eat at the iconic Chili’s inside MCO overlooking the TSA lines. Sadly we missed out flight and had to wait a few hours. With airports being known for their expensive prices, we figured we’d try Chili’s.
We went right after 11 when they opened and we were the only people. We sat at the bar and had some drinks while deciding.
The bartender told us it’s not like other Chili’s- they don’t do rewards, specials, or bottomless chips and salsa (to be expected at the airport).
They were able to modify the chicken fajitas and make them vegan for me- yay!
Chili’s quality food and service that we love at all Chili’s. Definitely recommend as one of the best places to hang during downtime at MCO for drinks and food.

Just a very odd Chilis! Whoever owns this location does not operate it well. It has become a joke for our family to see if we can get a table and every time we get a new excuse over the past 5 years. Either we are short staffed and can’t seat you or kitchen closed. Love chilis but definitely don’t go to this one!
