Are Companies Using the Pandemic as an Excuse to Stop Unions? - Eater

"Together with the hospitality-industry union Unite Here, the veteran employee and his colleagues helped garner majority support of about 800 workers at the airport’s other HMSHost-operated restaurants, such as Chili’s and Starbucks, with an election slated for late March to determine whether the union would officially represent the staff." - Matthew Sedacca

Clean and inviting. Food is good and the sports are always on. The drinks are tasty. We enjoyed this spot for date day/night.

We had a pretty good dining experience here. Place is a lot quieter than other spots in the airport. Food was standard chili’s and contrary to the other reviews our food came out fast. The side of mac and cheese we got was KRAFTS BOXED MAC AND CHEESE which we found hilarious but others may have a different opinion.

I’ve always been a fan of Chilli’s, and this one did not let me down. Extremely clean, fast service, great staff, and enough TVs to keep you entertained while you wait on your flight. Food was on point. My burger couldn’t have been better and they got right the first time, because I like to add a lot of extras. Even had a lil shot and a beer while I watched the football game in between flights. Every time I come to the airport in Orlando I make sure to stop by and get a burger and a drink. I’ll be back soon for my same order. Keep up the good work.

Ummmm there’s a freaking hidden Chilis on the 4th floor?! The signage is AWFUL! It looks all blocked off from the way TSA has the line structured… but it’s not. There’s escalators and elevators up to here. Luixavier (Bartender) was excellent, he made good recommendations, menu had better pricing that McDs/BK/Chick… sure it’s a smaller menu but it was the same quality as your local neighborhood chilis. The crew has been cleaning non stop since I’ve been sitting here. I’ve been flying in and out of MCO for a year… had no clue. Mind blown. Honey Chipotle Crispers for the win. I’ll def be back.

I always wanted to eat at the iconic Chili’s inside MCO overlooking the TSA lines. Sadly we missed out flight and had to wait a few hours. With airports being known for their expensive prices, we figured we’d try Chili’s. We went right after 11 when they opened and we were the only people. We sat at the bar and had some drinks while deciding. The bartender told us it’s not like other Chili’s- they don’t do rewards, specials, or bottomless chips and salsa (to be expected at the airport). They were able to modify the chicken fajitas and make them vegan for me- yay! Chili’s quality food and service that we love at all Chili’s. Definitely recommend as one of the best places to hang during downtime at MCO for drinks and food.

AVOID!! Starving would be less torture than eating here. 80 minutes for food to come out in a mostly empty restaurant. All of the reviews are the same on Google: the service here is the worst going back months of reviews with no change. Don’t bother offering condolences and requesting me to waste more of my life filling out a form. I don’t need whatever insulting restitution you might offer and you clearly don’t intend to improve this place so why even ask other than corporate virtue signaling that you care. If you cared then this wouldn’t have been such a negative review on top of months worth of other negative reviews.

Once again we are leaving Chili's because they can't seat us. We stopped going there for a long no time for the same reason. It got better, but they're back to the same thing. 7 cars in the parking lot, plenty of empty tables. One whole side was empty except for 1 table. There was 10 of us to celebrate my granddaughter graduating nursing school. One in the party had a brace from upper thigh to ankle from knee surgery, another had a sling from shoulder surgery. We are all pretty big people. They wanted to split us up and put us in booths. Stating that one side was closed due to there only being 2 servers....maybe Chili's should shut down and let someone put a restaurant in there!

They literally did not serve us at all. We got seated and waited half an hour. I asked them twice, but the dude just came and went. They straight-up intentionally ignored us. Racially motivated? Or just too lazy to care? I don't know. But avoid this place at all costs.
