Amazing service, and great good. I was a tad hesitant about how the Chili Philly would turn out, because I've had Philly cheese steak sandwiches at other restaurants before where the meat was hard to chew. But this sandwich was tender and full of flavour. I thoroughly enjoyed it, wolfing it down within minutes. I was amazed at how quickly the food came out. We were a party of 5, and there was less than 10 minutes of waiting time.

Very nasty & disgusting to say the least some of the employees are unsanitary.The white guy working togo and food running hygiene is so bad it turned my stomach. they Served me cold food then once i told them they gave me half the portion of everything and the mac n cheese was still cold. I ordered a 4 piece tender.. they returned with a 3 piece. This isn’t the first time i’ve complained about the food and service. The asian colored hair in togo had such a nasty demeanor as if he was talking to an animal. i wouldn’t even expect an animal to eat this food. Last time i dined in there was ants crawling on the table. Higher management needs to look into this place immediately… and drug test the management while they at it

First time coming to a Chili's in many years. Quickly got reminded why I won't be trying one again anytime soon. Ordered our food and got it after other tables that ordered after us had ordered. Once the food arrived, you could tell the main entree items had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. My steak was ordered medium and once it got to me was well done and around room temperature at best with little to no flavor. Then another order was a mushroom burger, came out room temperature and had absolutely no flavor. Manager said that's normal for that burger. Fajita that was ordered came out decent at least. Pepperoni on the kids pizza had little to no flavor. Even the our kid set them aside since they weren't good to him. We came before dinner rush and had terribly slow service. Ordered a molten cake for a birthday dessert which was tasty but had to constantly ask for extra plates to share. By the time we finally got them, the ice cream had melted and cake had cooled. Overall a pretty bad experience.

Avoid this Chilis... It took over 15 minutes for them to seat us. (And it wasn't that busy) the restaurant is very dirty with sticky floors. The seats are all ripped and the paint is coming off of the windows. The location is very tired and should be torn down. Our waitress had the attitude that she didn't want to be there at all.... And hurry up and order... The only thing good about this experience were the chips and salsa.

Overall it was a nice dine in experience. Good ambience, energetic servers, ample of parking space and good food quality. I loved their southwestern eggrolls and mango lemonade. Molten Chocolate Cake is a must try!

Love Chili’s food! Been here so many times and will continue coming coz they never fail to impress me with their quality and customer service! Totally recommend their fajita combo! Absolutely amazing

Delicious, only that my meal took me a long time and arrived when almost everyone had finished and I didn't eat to my heart's content but it was great and the service was super good, I would return without a doubt

Great brisket burger with fries! Terrific and attentive service! We got our burgers cut in half, to eat and enjoy there. And take home the rest for another meal.

I haven't been to chili's since I was a kid, but I'm so glad I went! The smokehouse combo was to die for and we got the ribs, honey-chipotle chicken crispers, and brisket quesadillas. It came with garlic toast, fries, and parmesan corn on the cob! Our waiter was also super nice and energetic. They served some awesome and cheap margaritas, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Service here was amazing and the food was great I ordered a brisket burger and my girlfriend ordered the triple dipped which you get to pick 3 of your options on the menu. Service here is really quick. The ambience feels like a nice outdoor restaurant. There's a lot of TVs and bars as well and they always playing the fights basketball games baseball games so definitely come check them out also at the bar.

Came here for the first time ever to celebrate a friend's birthday. It was a Thursday night and we were able to get seated right away. Our server was really nice and attentive but because his section was pretty packed, we struggled getting his attention at times. (but we understood, no big deal) The food came out pretty quick and was great. I got the triple dipper with nashville hot tenders, sliders, and lemon pepper wings. The nashville tenders came out piping hot and I loved the flavor. The sliders were a little dry and the lemon pepper wings had a nice crunch to them. My friends got the brisket quesadilla, bacon chicken ranch quesadilla, and sliders. We all seemed to enjoy it. There were two ants that crawled up on our table. We killed them but were disgusted and shocked it happened at two random times during our dinner.

It's quite different from what I remembered--much more colorful. The service is a bit slow, but the food is good. The Triple Dipper is a solid choice. I had the fried mozzarella, southwest egg rolls, and honey chipotle crispers. The southwest egg rolls were raw, so I swapped them for the big mouth bites instead. It was absolutely delicious; I'm still dreaming about it.

So we decided to go to Chili's (my gf loves this place) and wow, was this a disappointment. We kept seeing the 3 for me for $10.99 on commercials, and didn't even end up ordering that. On Mondays is happy hour from 3-close at the bar. The happy hour menu has food on it but turns out not all the food is happy hour pricing, no biggie. For food We went with the triple dipper which had mozzarella sticks, southwestern egg rolls, and honey chipotle crispers. These were all really good, the southwestern egg rolls still hit for sure, and the mozzarella sticks were huge and cheesy. For our main dish, we went with their classic Cajun chicken pasta, and my word....this was a sad and disappointing. We got the pasta delivered to the table and it was cold. They offered to redo it, and someone how came back cold again. We came up with the conclusion that the Alfredo pasta sauce , tasted like they took it out of a Classico jar, and poured it right on top of the pasta. That flavor profile was familiar bc I used the same sauce last week at home. To charge $22, yikes. Lesson learned, stick to the fried foods. If we did it would've been a better experience. For the drinks we went with the Presidente Margs, and I think there was a full cup of sugar in each of these. I never met a margarita I didn't want to finish but this one I was cool leaving on the table. On the HH menu, they have a shot list with $5 teramana blanco tequila. Except it's not a shot, it's another sugary cocktail with a hint of tequila. If it's on the shot list, why wouldn't it just come in a shot glass? Mind blown. I hadn't been to these chilis in over a decade, and going back brought some cool memories from yesteryear. Maybe I'll come back again just for the nostalgia or when I want a cheap beer and some fried appetizers

Our fast 19th hole choice since it was close by and a few players had to eat and run. I haven't eaten at Chili's in ages but they offered on the menu a 3 Item for $10.99. It actually was a very good offer. Most of us choose the special. You get a beverage drink, appetizer and your entree. I had the chips/salsa; which was bottomless and they kept refilling it so the whole table was able to enjoy my appetizer. Chips were thin and fresh. The diet beverage I ordered I had to return because it had a "bad" chlorine smell and taste! They brought me a raspberry tea to replace the diet drink but I'm not a ice tea drinker! My entree choice was the Crispy Fried Chicken Sandwich with extra crispy fries. The fries came out extra crispy and the chicken sandwich was very good (forgot to take pic of chips/salsa). It was not crowded in Chili considering it was lunch hour and the service was good. The ambiance was decent; nothing special, typical Chili's from what I remember probably from at least 15 years ago? The special is probably what brought us in to eat at Chili's.

Food is ok, just soso. Ribs are decent and the corn is ok. Place is pretty ghetto inside, the type of place you'd want to keep your valuables close by and always in sight. Service is mediocre.

Sadly, the Chili's in the Northgate shopping center in Marin County closed. They had the yummiest burgers, great drinks and fries and nicely sized portions at a great value. Now I have to happen upon one while traveling to indulge. I wish they'd reopen.

Go to celias down the street. You'll get way better value and better margaritas. ‍ fine for happy hour otherwise dont bother

Food was good but the SERVER TONIGHT!!!!! Staci (long blonde hair) was on fire!! Great energy, great service, attentive! This is the kind of service places like this needs. 10/10 for Staci's service and energy.

The "take out" space took a while to get someone to provide assistance, but once they engaged, the staff were outstanding. Very friendly & polite.. The food is always good...

The food was served in a timely manner since I came at a not so busy time. The service was friendly and efficient. The ambiance was loud and good for a weekday night. My previous experiences here have been a nightmare but this time was better. The checkout was questionable be sure to double check your bill as items were added in that I didn't order.

Great food, service is decent as well. Been coming here for many years and it's always been consist and pleasant experience. Surprised to see low rating as of recently, should be 4+ stars, especially comparing to the nearby BJs which very much went downhill in the last few years.

They have the best burger, The drink the mix.It is big good, Employe's.They're going to sport it there for over Expecting.

We entered the restaurant and no one greeted us, we had to find the host to let them know there's groups of people waiting. We had 2 tables for our group of 8. We ordered and the food came out so fast. stir food was good but a bit too salty. I had the appetizer mix and it was so good. I also had the 3 choice meal. I didn't even finish but it was so tasty.

No but seriously this place is AMAZING! we walked in and the friendliest host greeted us and brought the three of us to a booth big enough to fit the entire cheaper by the dozen family! My friends and I split a bunch of food and it was all amazing and enough food to feed the entire John & Kate plus 8 family! Truly everything was so delicious and the service was amazing! oh and our total was only like $60, that's crazy cheap! love love love! I really get the "when you're here, you're family" vibe and want to come back to experience this again!

Can someone at Chili's explain why the server with tattoos all over her arms use the bathroom without washing her hands? That can't be good.

Came in to give the $10.99 special a try. Expected the worse, based on past experiences plus some reviews. Pleasantly surprised at how fast our orders were taken, how fast the food came out. Chips & salsa were enjoyable, burger & fries, fine. Nothing to rave about but no complaints either. Can see it being a problem if they're short on staff & the restaurant gets crowded. On this weekday, mid afternoon it was fine. Paying at the table with the little card reader was helpful- no need to flag down the server or wait for our check. Sticky tables-- thumbs down.

Came took my family to brunch for my mother in law's bday. Ron was our waiter. He was very accommodating and checked in on us frequently. We appreciate his 5 star customer service throughout our lunch. Plus the food was great

I just got 3 meals from here via Doordash and there are actual freaking bugs flying in our food. WTF

I was pretty surprised the service here was quick and good. Our server was pretty attentive. It was busy for a Thursday evening. We got seated right away though. A lot of birthday celebrations that night. I always the triple dipper. I also shared a fatija plate with my friend. It was a big portion. Comes with tortilla too.

I GOT FOOD POISONING HERE!!! 3:30pm on April 30th. Warning: graphic content ahead. This was the only thing I ate all day so I know for a fact that I was sick because of their food. My boyfriend and I came here for a late lunch and we were starving. I haven't been to this location for years, but never had a poor experience for previous visits. This time around, the only thing I can positively say is that the service was fairly good. Seated quickly, didnt wait extremely long for the food since the place wasnt too busy. I attached my order receipt so that you can see we actually ordered this stuff. We shared the wings appetizer which tasted fine. I got the burger and fries which also tasted fine. My boyfriend got the pasta which was cold and not creamy whatsoever. I felt bad that he didnt enjoy his meal, but little did I know that I would be regretting my order choice as well not even an hour later. We went shopping at the Bridgepoint Target right after and I felt really uncomfortable stomach aches, so I ran to the bathroom. I immediately had diarrhea. I felt okay after. A couple of hours after we got home, I felt slightly nauseous and even worse stomach aches. I knew forsure something wasnt right. I spent the ENTIRE NIGHT (until 5am) running in and out of the bathroom, and at one point, I had no choice but to aggressively vomit into the tub as I also sat on the toilet. I was extremely cold and shaky, but sweaty from being drained of all of my energy. Looking at my vomit, I saw pieces of the burger meat and maybe some lettuce and chunks of the fries. The food was definitely contaminated, but it didnt seem that way when I initially cut into my burger. The taste was normal also. I will NEVER be eating here again. This has literally been THE WORST night of my life. I am still suffering with an upset stomach as I write this the following day, and as I've barely gotten any sleep.

We've frequented this chilis once or twice a month for many years. However today was our absolute last visit as my poor aunt found a large cockroach floating in her drink AFTER she had been drinking it for a good 20 - 30 minutes. I fully realize that food attracts bugs / animals and that they are often in stores and restaurants, however finding one in the drink you had already drank is really hard to move past.

3/12/22 My boyfriend and I needed something quick to eat for dinner since it was late. Chili's was still open around 9PM and close by so we went there to get some food. We parked right in front and when we got there, the restaurant was half empty but the hostess told us it was going to be a 30 minute wait.... We asked to be seated at the bar, and she said we were welcome to sit there. The spot we picked still had not been cleaned and it was difficult to get someone's attention to help wipe the bar counter down. Once the counter was cleaned up (we waited maybe 5-ish minutes?) the girl who helped us gave us the menus. After looking through the menu, we decided to do the $25 meal for two: 1. Starter: chips and salsa (came with guacamole) 2. Two entrees: Bacon burger (his), Mango Chile chicken (mine) 2. Dessert: cheesecake Chips, salsa and guacamole came out first. The guacamole was really fresh and the salsa was just the right amount of spicy. The entrees took about 15 minutes to come out and sad to say, we were both disappointed. For some reason, the bacon in his burger was just thrown on the tray instead of inside the actual burger itself. The burger looked good but my boyfriend said that it was mediocre. The fries were okay as well. For my plate, it looked an tasted really sad. The broccoli was overcooked and the rice was very dry. The chicken wasn't too bad at least and the mango chile on top of it gave it some more flavor. Another disappointment was the cheesecake was because it tasted frozen (and probably was) and too sweet. I haven't been to a Chili's since I was a kid and it probably should have stayed that way...

No hostess. Sat in the bar area less crowded and more attentive. The burgers was good. Service is what it is with the lack of employees. Will be back for a cheap eat. Why not?

I am so sad how much this place has changed. My husband and I would always get food from here to go when we first started dating. Over the years especially since the pandemic the quality of food has gone done. Today was the final straw. We were craving the Texas cheese fries so we order the half size to share. They were disgusting they tasted of old oil. We both only took one bite from them and had to throw them out. The disgusting taste is still in my mouth.

Ordered pick up thru doordash. There were no utensils or dipping sauce in the bag. Hate that. But, the quesadillas and chipotle chicken tenders still were hot. Recommend - (don't forget the honey mustard sauce) The corn on the cobb omg delicious. Wasn't too bad experience when dining in either. Despite the crowd and appearing short staffed, the bartender managed. Sitting at the bar usually gets faster service than a table anyway. No complaints from me. The strawberry margarita was good, and the happy hour chicken wings with curly fries hit the spot. Advice - Check out the happy hour menu and sit at the bar. When ordering to go, make sure everything is in the bag. Don't order delivery.

The service was horrible. They had know sugar packets she had to bring a plastic cup from the. Back with sugar in it. Then when u asked for any thing she would roll her eye like she didn't wana do it. And when we got our ice tea there was no ice in it. So we asked fir ice. She said ok.then didn't bring it back for 30 min. We were almost done by then. But she visited with a table of her friends and she was right on that table the recieved there food faster than we did. Snd they came in later than we did. We will not go back.. The food was wonderful the cook did a awesome job. But the service was horrible.

Do not eat here! They have roaches! My wife and I went for dinner and sat in the bar our service was horrible to start getting some one to take a drink order took over 15mins then after ordering our food it took another 30plus minutes to get our plates while eating no one checked on us at all to give us refills or anything I ended up drinking my wife's water. While eating of the corner of my eye I saw something move on the table I move the condiments and I see a roach crawling on the table I tell my wife let's go I'm not finishing this I notify management right away and they tell us sorry and that he's just a fill in manager for the night while we wait for him to come back with our checks for drinks cause he comped our meal I see something else corner of my eye we look on the wall and there's another! If I see two roaches within 2mins this place must be crawling with them I've seen other reviews also of people that have seen roaches even in their drinks I've contacted the health dept but never heard anything back I'm suprised this place is still open! Overall I don't think we'll be going back unless I see this place shut down and inspected

This is our go to place for "date night" once each week. We like to watch sports on the many televisions in the bar area. The bartenders, food runners and manager are all very friendly and attentive. I think their chips and salsa is best around and the beer is super cold. While there's lots of menu items like fajitas and burgers, I typically get something off the "guiltless menu" which, even though there's less calories, they still are delicious.

Daniel was amazing. Our order was on time, loved his energy and was very polite. I will be going back for sure.

Arrived at 355 no one at the booth. Stood there a few minutes. Few employees walked by never greeted us. Finally stopped someone asked if it was ok to sit in the bar. She said yes. Take a seat at a table. No greeting, no water offer nothing in 10 minutes we were seated. With employees walking by. Spoke with a manager, as we were leaving to find somewhere else to eat,who apologized, but we left anyway .

I must say this place has gone downhill! We used to come here every week and it's been awhile since we stopped to eat here but we did yesterday and the service was absolutely horrible ! We came at 2:45 for a late lunch and the place was NOT full at all but we had horrible service, we waited a long time for the menus , we ordered chips and guacamole and received salsa , guacamole came 15 minutes later ! We ordered the loaded baked potato soup and our meals , the meals came before the soup and the server never brought us silverware until we asked after we had to ask for it ! We noticed several employees just hanging out by the to go area! Very disappointing lunch !

Hobbs NM Chilis 4/23/2023 time of visit 7pm Not busy at all E.coli on a plate. Tonight was the worst visit to chilis. The hostess acknowledged me and my family party of four after thirty minutes. There was a three parties before me that waited for 1hr and 20 mins but was dumbfounded to the long wait when the whole bar side room, including the tables where empty. That should have been the first red flag. So my first thought maybe they are short staffed ( nope). So after awhile my family was seated by the bartender. After a while I tried asking her questions but she ignored me. Several times. {side note : I am a former sever. I always do my best to clean up after and treat people with kindness.) I thought maybe it was her stressed. But then came the order. My plate was still frozen. (I made three attempts to grab her attention. Not including my attempts to grab other severs attention) There was another issue with my compainion's stake when he cut into the ribeye it was GREEN. Not once did the server paused to ask how is your meals. (or the routine question was the stake to your liking? nor any pause of how the stake was nor a1 sauce anyone? none of that. Our server brushed us off.) I literally had to fight for my server's attention. I asked for help and tried to get the attention of the manager while she was two booths away from me begging ( along with other servers) literally begged a former co-worker to come back to work at chilis this should be telling that this is why he left. I got someone else's attention another server took back my cajin pasta three times. My server acknowledge me once and took back the plate one time and retruned it cold. I made several attempts to address my companion's stake SHE instantly left and didnt give me a chance to mention his rib eye steak when he cut into it was green!!! My family and I swore off chilis as of tonight. Not even an hour after this visit i ended up in the emergency room. I asked several times for a new plate but i got other servers who were new and didn't know what to do. Never again and the sever still charged me the full price of $80. This happened to night. Side note if you ordered to go they put it on a non-heat rack that is next to the door (that leads outside) that is across from where the bathrooms are.

I've been coming here for years & we (family) have always enjoyed the food. My mother likes the baby back ribs! Sometimes it's a hit or miss, but no drama! When I went last night, they were understaffed & the bartender was the one who was attending to the tables by the bar! I felt bad for him! Didn't catch his name though! I ordered the 3 for $10 deal: beverage + appetizer + entree. Good bargain!

YAY!! Chili's, you have redeemed yourself finally! Even after previous mishaps, I still like this Chili's. I went with my friend for lunch a couple weeks ago. The salt & pepper shakers were clean, the menus were clean, the tables, seats, and floors were clean. Our waitress was awesome and addressed us right away. We got all of our food, hot and fresh and fast. Was a perfect experience this time!! The front doors are still smudged with greasy finger and handprints but I blame that on the mostly ghetto clientele that don't know how to act right.

Showed up at 4:44 on a Tuesday seating area was rather empty, 8 people waiting to be seated , NO HOSTESS ONSITE , she comes out finally with attitude and her big fake eyelashes being rude. 2 couples were seniors and NO WAY DID THEY DESERVE eye roll and attitude from this child !!!!! No name tag just attitude, please let management know hiring snot nosed kids is not good for service, IM TAKING THIS TO CORPORATE TRUST US!!!! Her parents should be ashamed! The table service and food was good , my son and the other family asked me to hold back and be calm , there are other ways to handle this . Very disappointing

The service is horrible here! The San Leandro location is a better option. We walked in and didn't receive ANY acknowledgement. We waited at the host stand for 5 minutes and still nothing.. not to mention the place was empty and they clearly seen us there.

It's Chili's the menu has changed since covid not Chili's fault. Limit menu means limited selections. They like to keep the menu touch less so you can scan the code to get the menu or ask for a real menu which is frowned upon. Waiting about 10 minutes to get a table after they told us it would be 45 minutes so that was Great We sat in a table next to The door and it was very dark and drafty Food service was slow kitchen was backed up from what we were told Our drink server brought us some chips and salsa which were appreciated and yummy. It's a little noisy in here so make sure you don't want to relax and have a calm dinner lunch. They have a good amount of TVs to watch the sports on the bar area is a good place to come for a sports night and drink Try the Patron Blackberry Margarita it is delicious two more please and than two more to go. Enjoy your time and sit back and have a appetizer or dinner

I'm a regular at this point , I go all the time for happy hour ! The staff treats me Amazingly, Thomas and Melody are my faves. The manager is very accommodating as well and goes the extra mile. The food comes out rather quickly and hot! My favorite thing is the honey chipotle crispers. I will say sometimes there's a wait because of larger groups, so go as soon as you decide that you want Chilli's tonight!

Haven't been back since my last bad experience, but tonight the service was great a little misses here and there but other than that the food was great! Buuuuutttt, honestly we need more people like Micah i hope im spelling his mame right but i seen a humble and cheerful manager who treats the customer with respect and joy but what really stood out was how he treated his employees and one of the employees baby boy who sat at a table and waited for his mom. Evelin was also a real nice person and made our visit even better! The atmosphere was great clean!

First time trying chilis burgers and I was amazed by the quality. It's like a giant smashed burger and the burger was well chared on the outside, and soft, tender, and juicy on the inside. I had the Swiss mushroom burger and it was satisfying.

Never been so disappointed in my life eating at chilis. Ordered mix and match fajitas, chicken literally looks like subways teriyaki chicken, sour cream watered down, pico de gallo and salsa came out of a can, rice clumped together and cold tortillas.

Okay I've been going to Chili's all over the US and I can't really complain but usually there's always at least one thing wrong. Fried pickles too greasy, burger over cooked, the chips were all crumbled , etc. it's been a few years since I've been to any chilis but yesterday after a trip to the DMV, I went with my friend for a late lunch. We ordered a bunch of stuff. I was so pleasantly surprised that allllll of our food was AMAZING!! We had 2 margaritas that actually tasted like tequila and not juice, a sample platter of wonder appetizers, the 2 for $25 meal and everything was delicious and I'm surprised that I had an absolute phenomenal meal at a chili's.

So I decided to take my family out to eat and I choose here service was okay and quick food was amazing but these fake ass drinks could of stay and the back and thanks to the new manager for my cold ass chicken alfredo and these kids drink!

Food is great and the price. I tried the ultimate trio awesome. Highly recommended it's my favorite to order.

First time I ate thier food ended up with my stomach ace. I gave them another chance yesterday and they were good enoygh to get 4 stars from me. Burger hit me well

chilis is a great place with great staff. Love this place. Food is always hot and fresh.
