The margaritas of the month was called witches brew, while sweet it was tangy and they give a cute witches broom stir stick to take home. The triple dipper was yummy. Service was pretty good for a busy night. Remember coming here in the early 90's for the chicken crispers, fries and corn.

Never thought I'd give Chilli's a 5-star review. Food here tasted great - just the way it should taste. With the current 3 for me deal, you get more than what you pay. Service was also phenomenal.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! The food was good and both manager James and Rosa, plus their Thurs 7-10pm staff were great !!!!!! James was so accommodating and helpful during our phone call, and when it came to the dinner night, Rosa was on it !!!! Definitely the best chili’s service we’ve ever experienced (CARSON CHILIS COULD NEVVVUURRRR).

I've been going back to Chili's for about 8 months now. Many times to the Oxnard establishment. This is the first time I've came to the one in Hawthorne close to my son's home. We had some great Burgers and Fries. Our server Andy was politely attentive and took care of everything we needed. The person who assisted him brought our burgers surprisingly quickly, made to perfection. Andy continued to keep our refreshments full. My son and I shall return. We enjoyed the great food and wonderful service.

Went for the QP 🍔 Burger. Service was outstanding, server Favi was attentive, checking on us frequently to see if we needed anything. QP Burger was Delicious and was as advertised. Food brought out in timely manner. Burger and Fries 🍟 hot. Enjoyed visit to Store #315, Torrance.

Visited 7/25 around 1p. It wasnt really busy. There were 2 ppl in my party. We were seated immediately. The server came and took our beverage order. For the appetizer i order chips and salsa. This is where the problem was, the salsa cup appeared to have something other tham salsa on it. I examine it firther and it was something pinkish and sticky. Clearly not salsa. I was very hesitant to tell the server because our food was not out. So i waited until our meals were brought out. The manager was walking but greeting the guest and i nentioned ut to her. She offered to replace it but it was too ate our food was there. This is cross containmenation. There are people who have allergic reatiction to different foods. Luckily we were not affected however had I been with another guest, if it was strawberry it would have been a medical situation. I recommend the staff pay closer details and the clean ones of the dishes.

This location has turned things around. They hired some great hosts now, who get you seated with a smile, and continue cleaning off tables to keep things running smoothly. The service works better with runners now, and the 3 for me is a great deal!

This restaurant gave us the fastest and most attentive service ever. Hands down the best overall experience I've ever had in any restaurants. The waitresses are extremely attentive, respectful, and fun. Our drinks came out in under a minute after placing them, and appetizers came out very fast, and the entrés came out just in time. I would definitely be coming back here again.
