I decided to try their Horchata Matcha Milk Tea, and WOW — it did not disappoint. It’s the perfect fusion of earthy matcha and sweet, spiced horchata. The cinnamon notes in the horchata complement the bitterness of the matcha beautifully, creating a well-balanced and refreshing drink. Went here to try some boba! Very cute little place! A little pricy but the quality is way worth it. Also only boba place I have seen offer a small bucket size of boba!! They also have mochi donuts on weekends very tasty!

We got the brown sugar milk tea with boba and the pistachio Dubai smoothie and they were DELICIOUS!! Best boba I’ve had in LV. We will definitely be back

We really liked it here! We walked over from the Thai place for dessert and were immediately greeted by a friendly face. This was our first time so they gentlemen explained everything to us and hereto order. The space is cute and open with a wall of boardgames to choose from which we enjoyed while our yummy waffle cones were made. The smell is amazing and you can't help but get excited when they come out with your adorable dessert. Everything was delicious and we look forward to coming back here! We came on a Tuesday night around 7pm and it wasn't very busy. Plenty of seating. The perfect place to hang out with friends or family after a delicious meal nearby. 10/10!

This place had incredible, INCREDIBLE service. Manny gave us great conversation as well as an awesome walkthrough of the menu and very generous samples! Which were awesome! The taro and vanilla swirl soft serve is wonderfully creamy and perfectly slightly fruity. This place also has the option to make a custom smoothie out of any flavor on their menu, which we took advantage of. I made myself a Strawberry-Watermelon smoothie and my boyfriend make himself a passion fruit smoothie with dragonfruit popping boba. Both drinks were so, so good and the texture of the smoothies themself was perfect. When I commented on it, Manny told us they make the smoothies out of non-dairy soft serve. Love that! Very accessible for sensitive stomachs! Also, the place is decorated so cute, with a cute photo wall and board games and card games available on the back wall. Super cute space to spend an afternoon. Will become a regular at this place. I love it here after only having been once!

Faith was amazing and ran down the menu with us. We decided on the Cookie Monster and the strawberry smoothie. The strawberry drink was very sweet but I would overly sweet rather than not sweet enough. They played some catchy music and the interior is clean and spacious. I wish we had more time to hang out. I would've loved to play something. Definitely Will return to try their other drinks! The pistachio looked really good

Crooks. I placed an order through uber, within seconds, I realized it was the incorrect so I canceled the order right away. I called Chill Haus and they instructed me to cancel the order and just place it again, which I did. I checked my bank account today and found out they charged me twice and they put a note that says 'charged because the food has been made'. Yeah you made my boba drinks once, which were delivered to me, but you charged me for both orders!!!

Great place to satisfy your sweet tooth! Their ice cream is already good enough but having the Hong Kong Puff makes it feel so big you can share! Price is not bad for a sweet treat! The place itself is clean, and decorated well! It seems like a nice place to just hangout ! They also have boardgames available if you need an activity. Employees are nice and friendly!

Spacious ice cream parlor, with a selection of milk teas, coffees, shakes and non dairy soft serve. We got a Cookie Monster (I think that was the name of it) shake and an Ube/vanilla soft serve in an egg puff cone. The soft d serve was huge! Great choices and flavors, will visit again soon.

First time trying this ice cream with a puff and it was amazing. Highly recommend this place. Service was fast. Workers were friendly and attentive. The Ube flavor was our favorite. Cookies and cream and Vanilla were also good flavors.

First time here. I ordered the Double Bubble Egg Puff with Vanilla Ube Soft serve, topped with Brown Sugar Crystal Boba for $7.85. Girlfriend ordered the Vanilla Brown Sugar and Boba Soft Serve for $5.35. Some observations: Her order came in a reasonable time, but mine took about 5 minutes longer. She wanted to wait, but her treat was starting to melt. When my order (egg puff & soft serve) finally came out, he forgot the topping. But he went back to the kitchen to put the topping on. Employee didn't tell me about $2 reward program for punching in cell phone number until after the order :(

Came here with a craving for ube, since all the previous reviews had great photos and good things to day. This review will strictly cover the softserve and egg waffle! We got the soft serve ube and vanilla swirl inside an ube waffle. It was cheaper to buy this combo, esp if you wanted to get both. There's a ton of waffle flavors available. I believe the owner was the one who waited on us and he was super friendly. Great vibes, good energy and plenty of seats inside. The soft serve itself was DELICIOUS. And it looks so pretty with their IG-worthy backdrop. I thought the flavor was all there and had a great consistency. The downside: the ube waffle added NOTHING to help or support the soft serve. The waffle was soft, but that's it... The ube flavor did not really come through. Additionally, I really thought the waffle was going to be more crunchy because they said it was going to take a few minutes as they were creating it from scratch. I'm used to a mochi consistency with the egg waffles from other competitive stores so I was a little disappointed not to get that same texture from Chill Haus. Overall, from just the softserve, i would definitely come back. Next time, I'll probably try a drink and full cup of soft serve.

I use a food delivery app to order the dairy free Hokkaido, Vietnamese coffee smoothie, and ube egg puff dessert with the ube and vanilla swirl soft serve. Everything was so cute and delicious! I crave the ube soft serve everyday now! I can't wait to come in person to try some more drinks and enjoy the desert when it's fresh!

I only ordered an ube soft serve which was good but not too sweet. It was sweet when it melted. So that's the only reason I gave it. 4 star. Wish it was a tad sweeter but great serving portion and as close to authentic ube for a soft serve as you can get.

Wow oh wow! I had no idea such a cute place existed so close to home. Can we talk pricing??? They'll beat any shop AND it's delicious! It's a rare item when you can get your boba on ice cream! The service was excellent. Sadly I can't remember the gentleman's name, but he was so accommodating and patient when I brought my daughters. And the bright colors and decor make it such a fun place to hangout. I'm so happy we explored this spot, we will definitely be back!!

I love coming to this place ! The atmosphere is so cute. & they always have a good playlist going. I grab the jasmine green milk tea with double boba. It's usually my go to. The service is always great as well, I enjoy coming here & bring a lot of my friends here for boba or ice cream.

Chill Haus is a cozy boba and tea lounge located near Centennial Las Vegas. Right off the bat, it has unique drink items and excellent and super-friendly staff. Atmosphere: The cafe is spacious and has great lighting. Several tables for parties of 2-4 people. It even has board games for people that are interested. Very clean as well. Service: The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. They provide great suggestions as well. The delivery of food/drink items is quick too. Food/Drink: I ordered the Draco Mango Tea (seasonal drink), very well carbonated and right amount of sweetness. I highly recommend. Conclusion: Great place to order drinks and relax. Super friendly staff and nice interior. Give a 5/5 rating.

The ice cream is good. Boba was over cooked. Drinks are good. Original bubble waffle is very bland. The matcha is good. Idk if they only have one bubble waffle maker but aside from a few teens who were just in there hanging out we were the only order. 5 cones 30 min. There were two girls working so I'm not sure on why it took so long. Kids went to the game area. Son picked up cards against humanity............ what in the actual _____! Wasn't expecting for my kid to learn things from boba shop .... Womp womp $40 later

Chill Haus is a hip place to have a specialty drink and hang out with friends. They have plenty of drink variations you can personally create from tea's, boba's, coffees and fusion's. Manny the friendly owner greeted us when we came in, answered our questions about flavor profiles and served our drinks promptly. The place was bright, immaculately clean and had plenty of comfortable places to sit. We ordered the Draco mango w/mango popping boba & cream cheese foam that tasted both refreshing and like a chilled creamsicle! If you've never had popping boba then you're in for a real treat! The boba is flavored and filled with liquid so it pops in your mouth with a fruity taste! We also ordered the Grapefruit tea w/strawberry popping boba and minimal sugar. That's the great thing at Chill Haus is it's the only place around that lets you control the amount of sugar in your drink. They put a lot of bobas in the drinks Popping boba is amazing and they offer so many flavors here. Chill Haus not only has egg puff but also offers many different flavors to mix and try with their ice cream. Really, this is an ideal place to just chill!

Chill Haus is a cute little boba shop located off Durango and 215. The inside is small but spacious. They have three tables for parties up to four and two tables for parties of two. In a corner they have a shelf full of games you can play with while dining in. The staff was nice and answered all of the questions we had. I got the matcha waffle with vanilla ice cream. The ice cream was creamy and good, but the only con was that the matcha waffle didn't taste like matcha, more so of an original waffle. Overall, we had a good experience. I just wish their waffle did taste more like matcha.

This is a convenient location close to the freeway. I'm not sure if food is sold here, but the drinks are so good! Service is good and the shop is moderately decorated. I got the Iced Matcha Tea and it had subtle flavors of matcha, really good. The boba was nice and fresh .

The service was amazing, very quick and very sweet girl. The green tea thia with boba was very good, unfortunately these were the worst mochi doughnuts I've ever had. They tasted old and stale, very dried out. The matcha flavored one was also just not a good flavor in general.

We've been visiting this place since they opened. It was really nice and delicious and the owner was really friendly and had high standards for his business. Recently the owner stepped down and employees can't really deliver the same service/products. The last 2 times we visited we weren't happy at all, employees are slacking off and don't really care about customers. Today one of our drinks was supposed to be "Green Thai tea"... Not only does it taste like just milk with ice, this drink also didn't have any green tea in it. I'm very disappointed, and sad to say we won't be back again. The owner is a nice guy but unfortunately he isn't a good manager for his staff. We will be looking for a new boba place and won't advise anyone to come here. They weren't open that long and they already went down in their standards. Sad.

I absolutely love this place, I wanted to try something new but also something that I knew I loved so I tried the Taro/Horchata & it was absolutely amazing! My sis got to try their Cookie Monster drink & that was just as amazing! I love that it wasn't too sweet & more savory, I recommended this place please go ASAP!

Lavender rose flavor was sooo good . The Oreo egg puffs are now my favorite . The inside of this location is nice and spacious and the photo wall I loved . The customer service was nice and helpful. I'll be back can't wait to try new products at this location

I stop by the chill HAUS for the first time today and received wonderful service. The staff was very informative on the types of drinks that they had. Today I tried the Okinawa tea with honey Boba. It was absolutely delicious! It was a perfect combination of savory and sweet. I got my drink to go. But there is plenty of room to meet up with friends!

Service was super fast and friendly, drinks were amazing too!! Highly recommend checking this place out. Oren was very helpful, the games were fun to play while we enjoyed our order.

Service was a little slow because it was pretty busy and only one person was working, but she was very nice and gave us everything we needed, like extra cups and spoons, etc.. The food was good. We got an Oreo egg puff with ice cream which was $6.35. The egg puff was crunch but the ice cream wasn't super creamy. Tasted a bit more ice. And couldn't used a bit more Oreo on it and in the egg puff!!! For the tea, we got a guava mango with boba. That tasted fine, but a little sweet. We signed up for the rewards club and got $2 off our first purchase. So came out to be about $12+ for both items. For seating, it's a small place, but enough seating for us. There was a little lounge area in the back but was being used for storage. Would've been cool to sit there! It was also hot in the front, but if you go to the back of the store, it is much cooler. We'd come back the next time we are around the area! Maybe we will try UBE next time. Hehe

We were grabbing dinner nearby, and when we past Chill Haus I knew I had to try it for dessert. Based on the name, I thought it was an ice cream shop. They do sell ice cream, but only 2 flavors (ube & vanilla). Fortunately for me, Chill Haus is mainly a tea spot! I've been on a crazy matcha kick, and a tea after dinner is exactly what I'd needed. So we go in an hour before closing, at 7pm. It was totally empty. The place is huge for a boba spot. There are 5 tables and a bench... plenty of seating! I ordered my matcha milk tea with cheese foam. The drink was served in a super cute cup by some very friendly staff. The matcha wasn't overpowering, but definitely more earthy than sweet. It was definitely to my liking, but it would be a nice option to adjust the sweetness like some other shops offer. The cheese foam was meh. It was more frothy than creamy. Not very flavorful or even salty. Could have just been a bad batch, who knows. I would definitely come back, just maybe not order the cheese foam!

Food (5/5) - Their options for desserts are outstanding. I had their ube/oreo smoothie and their ube soft serve + waffle. Both are fantastic. Service (5/5) - The workers are very nice and are generous with their samples. On my first visit, the guy helping me was cool and helped me decide on what to order. Ambiance (4/5) - Seems the same as most other boba/dessert places I go to. Still nice though.

Cute ! Staff was a bit quiet and it was hard to hear. Because of this I accidentally confirmed the wrong order and got my kid something he didn't like. I said I wanted a vanilla swirl , but they must have said back to me Ube swirl? And we ended up with that. Still the drinks and ice cream were yummy :) my kid ate around the Ube ice cream spots and liked the waffle too. We would come back when in area :)

Just visited Chill Haus for the first time and I am so impressed! I ordered the Haus MT with Boba and Brown Sugar topping and it is the best milk tea boba I have ever had!!! The prices are affordable and they even offer a rewards program that offers additional discounts! Brenda was super friendly and even offered us samples! The place is clean and well organized. There are even some board/card games towards the back and some really pretty photo ops! I also bought a cute little boba plushy! The vibes were on point!

I've been wanting to check this place out so my kids and I went today. We all got the egg bubble cones with ube ice cream. This place was clean and the service was decent. No fluff, just take your order, make your items, and bring them out. There is a decent collection of games to play and encourages hanging out. We will definitely be back!

I wasn't the biggest fan of chill haus, I got the ube and vanilla soft serve and it had no flavor at all. I had a Thai tea smoothie and I felt the same way no flavor.

She was friendly and was able to help me find a drink with the flavor profile I liked. Like their name the atmosphere is very chill and comfortable to hang...nice and clean. Yes we dropped by the chill Haus with granddaughter. Let me say this, I have never had ube before this nor my wife. Granddaughter yes. So I got the cup with the ube and vanilla twist. Let me tell you it was quite a lot to eat. Just wish that they would fill the middle with the soft serve as it was hollow once you ate the top off. The wife and granddaughter got the egg bubble waffles with the ube and vanilla twist soft serve. One regular and one chocolate bubble waffle. Again, these are very large and two people can share them. The chocolate waffle just had a very slight chocolate taste. The waffles come out warm so the non-dairy soft serve has already started to melt so I suggest to ask for an extra cup and pull apart the waffle. Other than that I would go back to try some other stuff they have.

Nice change from the typical boba places! Wide range- fun flavors. Great service. Very clean. I liked the seasonal flavors. We didn't try the ice cream, but it looked amazing.

Quality/Quantity - Was really looking forward to this, as I am sure there are not too many ube Hong Kong Style egg puff places out here. Double Bubble Egg Puff Waffle with Vanilla Ube Swirl Soft Serve $5.95 Well, this was a failure for me. With the hot waffle, the soft serve melted too fast, then the waffle got soggy. This would be better served on a place, like a waffle dessert with soft serve on the side. Guava Mango Flavored Tea with Rainbow Jelly - good, but no "wow" factor. Lychee Black Tea with Boba - again good, but no "wow" factor. Atmosphere - Friendly, clean. Nice local business. Clean unisex bathroom, I like the mop sink in it, multi use. :) Plus, the bathroom smells like maple syrup. Playing 2021 Top songs Then in the middle of our stay, they changed the music to unfriendly kid music with inappropriate and sexist words. Service - Excellent, very patient as we are first time customers. My daughter, as always, loves to learn, so she asks many questions. I feel bad, so I have to tip well. Service is great, from the owner to all the team members. Price - BOGO drink as a new customer after downloading the app. $6.85 for the drink which I feel is a little steep? But at BOGO, it is a good price $5.95 for the waffle soft-serve is market price. Owner Suggestion - Congrats on your success since 2018. Good promotion with your BOGO offer with your app download. Thank you for not having your music too loud, it was at a perfect volume.

As a lactose intolerant person who desperately misses the fun ice cream world, this place is fantastic. They have dairy free soft serve that pairs amazingly with their egg puffs. They also have new smoothies which are basically dairy free milkshakes, and they are fantastic. The people who work here are always super welcoming and nice, and the place is always clean. They have communal board games in the back and, overall, I would highly recommend this place.

Waited close to an hour for 3 boba teas. Staff didn't bother to inform us that there was a wait or that they were behind, etc. They were probably understaffed, but you need to let the customer know that they could be waiting up to an hour for their drink. There are so many boba spots around town, these are NOT worth waiting an hour for! Teas were all under flavored, and definitely rushed. Would not recommend.
