One star only because zero is not an option.
We arrived for dinner with a reservation, yet still had to wait to be seated. Once we finally ordered, we were told that half of the menu was unavailable, which was already disappointing.
Unfortunately, the worst was yet to come. We waited over one hour for our meat and fish dishes, and when they finally arrived, they were completely cold. I immediately went to the counter to report this, and one of the chefs in the open kitchen was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. This behavior was totally unacceptable and made me lose all trust in the kitchen.
They offered to remake the dishes after such a long wait, but given their attitude and the situation, I genuinely did not feel comfortable accepting this and felt attacked. I honestly felt they might simply reheat the same plates or even splitting in them…
When I complained to the waiter, instead of showing any care or concern, I was told to go speak to the manager myself. The director was the only person who behaved professionally, apologized, and canceled the order of what we didn’t consume. However, after such a disastrous experience, we were offered only a 5% discount on what we consumed, which is frankly insulting.
To make things even worse, a waiter later mentioned that someone had touched one of the dishes. The salad—one of the only cold plates—was barely eatable, and the octopus was so old that it could not even be cut and eaten, showing again how unprofessional the staff was and how poor the food quality was.
I almost never write reviews, but this was without question the worst dining experience of my life. That s my genuine advise to you, do not waste your money, your time and your peace in this place!
