Got here at 1211 Our drinks took 10 minutes to get Didn't take our order for appetizers for 30 minutes; took another 15 to take our entree order after we received our appetizers. Asked for sauces for our appetizers didn't get them till we were done eating them. Got 1/2 my food at 119 Then food trailed after ... Waited 10 minutes for refills when we had empty glasses. Order #2 and Order #3 got theirs at 124 (got the wrong rice and missing boneless wings) My other 1/2 came out at 126. Brought us Togo boxes and we paid our checks. After check we, got our missing boneless wings came out at 129 for order #2. Got order #4 at 139 and still missing order #5 by the time half of us already headed back to work and the other half stayed to wait on the food. Last order came out at 145. I was the only one that ate at the restaurant. The rest of the group took theirs back to the office. Sadly, the service was so bad because the food was delicious. If you're in a hurry or on a lunch break for work, do not go here. Got pictures of half the food. Wasn't around for the other half. Music was nice. Servers were nice but not good at keeping up with minor things and updating us on the issues in the kitchen. There were dead flies in the window but everything else was clean.

They handled our party of 30+ members with ease and we just showed up out of nowhere. We had a military function and they made it go well. Best wings I've had since being stationed here at Charleston. Good stuff.

We went around 930pm and it wasn't crowded at all. We sat on the music side and ordered food. Everything was good. I will definitely be back to order from here.

We ordered to go so I do not have a review for the atmosphere, actually anytime we eat here it is to go. And the wait time is always under 20 minutes regardless of how packed the parking lot is. Anyway, I got fried shrimp and fish, grilled shrimp and a side salad for my husband, and boneless honey mustard chicken bites with fries for my son. Aside from being lightly seasoned the shrimp was cooked perfectly, but one piece of flounder had a fishy taste. Unfortunately, my husband's shrimp had gotten cold by the time we ate our meal but it's common for grilled shrimp to cool quickly. My son's meal looked great but he picked over it (common toddler habits) so I grabbed a couple of fries and chicken bites. I liked everything on his plate, it could have been a perfect lunch option.

I just found my new wing spot, wings were 10/10. Service was friendly and it looked like a cool place to hang out and have a beer. I look forward to going back!

It's rightly named because it's a good place to chill. I didn't give it five stars on the food because I didn't actually go there to eat. I did go to the bar to have a few drinks, and the service was pretty decent. To my understanding, they often have happy hours, which is great for working people because they are in a high traffic flow area. Parking is plentiful, but be aware that it's located in a shopping center, so it's shared with other businesses.

Heard great things about this place but not only did they take too long (went past my lunch hour even though I arrived as they opened) but they ended up serving first a couple of people that got there 15+ mins after me. Not coming here again, lousy experience. There were only about 3-4 people in there when I ordered, don’t know why it took long

Nice little restaurant. I've heard great reviews and decided to give them a try. Came here for lunch and tried the Southwest Egg rolls and also the Chicken and Steak fried rice. The egg rolls were very good. The fried rice was Just OK. I wish there was more flavor with the yellow rice. It was a nice quiet atmosphere The building has 2 sides, one side is the restaurant and the other side has a bar area for the patrons to go to.

Honestly some of the most delicious wings I've ever had. I'm very picky about my wings and also have the spice tolerance of a child. I wasn't sure what I wanted and my girl Kira B hooked it up with the most tasty recommendation. She steered me towards a combo plate that had HUGEEEE delicious shrimp (fried, per her recommendation) and it came with a side (beer battered onion rings, which were the crunchiest, crispiest, most amazing "beer battered" rings I've ever had. In my experience beer battered is usually fluffy and soggy but not these!! Amazing texture that I'm drooling just thinking about now). Kira even hooked it up with their housemade sweet tea!! Thank you Kira for making my first cuisine experience in South Carolina INCREDIBLE!!! Don't skip on this place!!

My boyfriend and I were excited to try this restaurant because the pictures of the food on yelp looked really good. We stood at the front waiting to be seated since there's a host stand. Apparently it was seat yourself but there was no sign. Sat at the table for about 10 minutes and had not been greeted or anything. Someone finally asked if we had been helped and gave us menus when we said no. She said the table needed to be wiped and unfortunately didn't come back and still had not been asked about drinks or anything. We waited about 5-10 more minutes and no one came back so we left. Don't recommend unless they decide to get better service.

Good food. Horrible wait time. Was the first customer in the building at 11:19. Placed my order at 11:22. Did not receive my food until 12:02 for a 10 piece wing combo. Watched multiple order, eat and leave by the time I even got the bag. Was blamed on a large wing order which I heard being taken about 5-7mins AFTER I ordered my food. Unacceptable

Visited the other locations before and this was has the same vibes as the others . The service was quick for our group and the server was friendly . The crab cakes were really good ! The fried shrimp were a really good size and the wings looked amazing.

Stopped by on the way I home because I felt like good wings. Chill n Grill's Wonder Wings are always delicious. Breaded drumettes with sweet chili sauce. I ordered a loaded baked potato on the side. 1st time having their baked potato. They overcooked it, so one side around the skin was hard and inedible, but the majority of it was very good. Had a couple of drinks while I waited for my to-go order. The bartender was very nice and prepared my margaritas to perfection. Great laid back after work spot.

I think I've been to all the locations and I can say the food is pretty consistent. The wings were flavorful and cooked perfectly. Everything is made to order, but done efficiently. I stopped in for a quick lunch at the Goose Creek location recently and was in less than 45 minutes. Service is always great. The staff are always friendly and professional. Chill-N-Grill has become my go to spot for wings.

Not related to Dairy Queen, I've already checked. Atmosphere: if you like the crowd...go to the left side aka the grill. If you like some space..go to the right side...aka the chill aka the chill n grill. Food: i compliment whom ever said that the chicken phill was good. I went after your recommendation and well....it was. Now the only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5... The bread was a lil chewy. But what made up for it..the oh so crispy fries AND I asked my bar tendress if the kitchen could put jerk seasoning on my fries...kitchen said yes. #bless And so if I could...I give 4.5 stars. Pro tips: 1) 4% is given to you ala added to cc IF a CC is used. 4% is taken away if you use cash. 2) the cc system is by clover soooo there's a code on your receipt that when sent to the 5 digit text # you get pts that go towards getting $5 off.

Restaurant has a great set of food options. Service was quick and the food came out fast. This one is less hip and more laid back than the others but the setting was still nice. Only issue was that the crab rice had too many little shell shards. Made eating less fun.

The food is great! The order was placed and I only waited about 20 minutes. I noticed all the people that were seated had to wait even longer. The reason for the 3 stars is due to the additional charges for my food that didn't appear to be correct. I wasn't pleased with that. Also be careful parking, there was alot of glass everywhere.

This establishment holds a special place for me and many in the Charleston area. I'm not sure what magic they do to their wings but it's working. The fairly priced drinks, great staff, and vibe this place gives off is unmatched. It's one of the places I love recommending to my friends when they come in town. This location offers pool tables and karaoke nights along with live music to give that chill ambiance. Lunch is always packed with people clamoring to feast on their menu. Chill N Grill is wonderful for time out with the fellas and perfect for ladies' night. They have a huge parking lot also a option to order online.

Wanted to try a different restaurant for a date night but their customer service was horrible...sat there for about 15 minutes, no one ever came to take our order

The food is so good it's never a miss with that. The bartenders are very educated on making drinks.

Chill N Grill on Ashley Phosphate Road in North Charleston is a great place to go for delicious food and more in a cool and relaxed atmosphere. Everything here is very well made and flavorful. The staff here is very accommodating and makes sure that you have everything that you need.

This place is amazing! The food is great, the service is 10/10, I highly recommend anything on the menu. Be aware though if the wing sauce says hot it's hot! The ambiance is perfect, we felt like family as soon as we walked through the doors. 10 out of 10 will come again!

A group of 12 of us went late night and they seated us quickly. Service was great and the waitress was pleasant. Would definitely return.

we were there at least 40 minutes and only received our drinks and even those took us about 20 to 25 minutes to get. the service and staff was very unwelcoming. we left and went to another restaurant!

All I can say is the wings are absolutely delicious! Get them fried hard, and you will not be disappointed!!!

The food was good and the staff was really nice. They have a few locations in the surrounding area. We visited the one in Summerville.

We went to the Goose Creek location for the first time today. Service was terrible. We were there for close to 30 mins before our order was taken and receiving all of our drinks. After close to another 30 mins, we noticed tables that came in after us already had food. We asked how much longer the food might be, and the waitress told us there were other tables before us and started walking away. We said we just wanted to cancel our order and left. We have heard great things about the food, but will definitely not be back to any locations due to the lack of service.

I let my husband pick date night and this was his choice. I couldn't tell if he was being funny or not, but he said he passes this place and has always wanted to check it out. I feel the need to break my review down into sections, as the experience was all over the place. Service: We walked in and sat right down. They were dead, but it took a while to get drinks and things from our waitress. She was very nice when she was around and seemed apologetic that she wasn't around more. I think she might have had one other difficult table that was keeping her attention, so I sort of let it slide. Food: An order of their fries is HUGE. They included MOUNTAINS of toppings, which is incredible. I never thought I would say this, but the chicken tacos had way too much cheese. It was everywhere. They were also sort of room temp - I'm not sure if that's how they are meant to be or if that's just because they were waiting in the back for a while. My husband's burger had an odd taste to it, so we skipped that. Atmosphere: This is where it gets tricky. I can only vouch for the one night we were there. Seeing as there is a bar/nightclub next door, it is a VERY casual atmosphere. The other table of customers made themselves at home, yelling across the table, kids running around the place blasting music on their phone - it was definitely a different experience than I've had in almost every other restaurant. Would I come here again if I had the munchies? Yes, for the fries. Would I come here for any other reason? Absolutely not.

The food here was good and the staff was excellent. It has a diner feel to it and was very accommodating and friendly.

No one greeted me after sitting there on my lunch break for 15 mins! Need better waiters or host to sit people and take orders! Food is good but hospitality sucks!

Exceeded our expectations. Traveling with an infant and the place has blacked out windows so we weren't sure it was going to be family friendly but we had no problems eating here . Got wings in 2 flavors and the Jamaica jerk fried pickles . Everything was AMAZING. The wings are perfectly crispy and the Cajun hot sauce was so tasty.

I went here last night with a few of my family members. We are between the ages of 21-27. It was a very mature crowd. By mature I mean way older than us lol. The music was great! Straight 90s vibes. We really enjoyed ourselves everyone was friendly and we received free drinks all night from a few of the locals. Next time I visit South Carolina I Will definitely go to this place again.

I am not one to complain, but the service at this place was terrible. We arrived at Chill-N-Grill at 8pm and didn't leave until about 10:30.pm. The food was delicious but the service was terrible.

First time I went it was cute for television. Second time, called an order in. Get told 15-20 mins... cool! Get there after the 20 mins and wait 10. I asked Before I paid is my food done or near done. She was kind and went to check. She followed up with a your food has not been started it will be 15-20 more mins! What's the purpose of having carry out if I have to wait just as long if not longer as if I was dinning in? Respect people's time when they support your businesses. What was supposed to be a quick trip ended up me searching and stopping several times to find dinner. Maybe it was just this night that this happens but regardless the chances of me returning or recommending is Slim! I hope no one else goes through what I had to tonight :(

Finally, a vibe I can rock to! This place was my speed and my type of crowd. A mature crowd. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the songs being played. Took me back to the era where you can actually understand the words of the song being played without the harsh profanity or blasting ear drum volume of the music. This is a well relaxed, chill, groovy setting.

Went to the new Goose Creek location today and it was awful! Took over 35 minutes to get our fried mushroom appetizer. Then about 20 minutes AFTER we ordered our entrées we were told that they didn't have any beef for the cheesesteak that my husband ordered. REALLY? It takes 20 minutes for the cook to communicate this fact to our server?? No worries right? Everybody's short on product right now, but 20 minutes to tell us that we needed to order something else? It took over an hour to get our food and once we did, the fries were cold and my husband's burger that he ordered medium tasted like it was nuked in a microwave it was so well done and burned that he couldn't even eat it! So disappointing! Finally we get our bill and it's not even itemized, we have no idea what we paid for we have no idea what we were charged for and at that point we just wanted to get the heck out of there because it was such a terrible experience. The food was awful, the service was fine, but we will not be going back.

Been coming for years they remodeled the place, I wish I had a before and after shoot, the drinks are very good, the atmosphere is very positive, they have two sides to the place cigar bar and lounge on one side bar restaurant, entertainment on the other, when you come get the B52

The food was good but the service has been horrible each and every time I have ordered. Even when I order ahead, I'll have to wait an average of 15-20 minutes when I get there. The one time I ordered delivery, it took them almost 90 minutes to get to us. I like the food and really think this place could be great, the service is just holding it back.

Bad customer service. Only come here if you already know the staff. My friend did come in late, BUT the bartenders didn't ask to take our order at all! They counted their tip jars and ignored us. Won't be back but that won't even bother them. Atmosphere: descent dive bar with a full back and it's spacious. It's clean and in a nice location.

Had to drop a star. Their bomb diggity delicious broccoli? Long gone. I'd hoped it'd return but it's been at least the last 4 times I'd had their broccoli that it was mediocre at best. I finally gave up and just get a side salad instead. Sad!

We found this place on Yelp, once my other half saw Shrimp Po Boy on the menu we had to go.. Happy find!!! Outside is deceiving, but inside cute, clean and the staff is very friendly (Hi Nicole). The Chicken on the hill is SOOOO Good, must try is the fried corn on the cob... Oh and they deliver...

The foods was so good. We had wings and fries with a lot of drinks. Every employees were nice and greet you. The environment was very chill.

Great bar located off ashely phosphate road in the north area. If your looking for some nice modern music and some old time hits to was down that beer or your choice of beverage. Well this is where you need to be . Great Staff so your never without any service . A fully stocked bar is at your leisure of course. parking is also very accessible as well . A cigar lounge is included as well with a separate bar area that has more of a dinning feel . This is a great located and also a very upscale bar for a group of folks your trying to entertain. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to relax and unwind . The name fits this place perfect .....CHILL N GRILL ......go check them out !!! thx me later , that's after the drinks not before ...

Me and my friend ordered a to go order from here yesterday. I ordered the chicken wrap with an extra side of their rice and my friend had their philly cheese steak, I had a sweet tooth as well and ordered their dessert of the day, fried cheesecake. First off, their portions are huge. I didn't even eat everything. Everything was fresh and good. Their wraps I thought was gonna be small, nope, it was a decent size. Now..if you ever order from them, get their yellow rice. My friend also enjoyed her meal, had left overs. I've ordered from here in the past where it used to take a second to get food, but it was done in a timely fashion. Now there were a couple hiccups, they forgot certain items but they were super nice about it and resolved it promptly. Great service, thank you! I'll be ordering from here again in mb the future.

WARNING: LONG POST Apparently Chill N Grill believes it is acceptable to let a customer place & pay for an order online that does not come for over an hr. This customer then calls in relation to the order that was not delivered and they apparently never checked the online system. They start to prepare the order. Fine. They then call this customer back 20 min later to say that they don't have all of the menu items available. When they were asked if they intend to compensate with a discount(not free) for this inconvenience, the manager MIKE (who was too scared to get on the phone & deal with this customer himself) has the cashier tell this customer that's its not his fault he didn't see the order & to order over the phone next time. YOU DONT NEED TO OFFER ONLINE ORDERING IF IT DOES NOT WORK! IT IS NOT YOUR CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO SAY "CHECK YOUR ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM"! Now my mother is a preacher so she wouldn't dog ya'll but I got time & energy because I don't play that poor customer mess. Lucky she wouldn't give me the phone. The cashier was nice but Mike is a TRASH manager! & if she would have given me the phone it would have all been FREE! That is all. Cuz I done fuss with my mama for not letting me talk to the people. I just had to get it off my chest & let everybody to know that they are TRASH! I wish I could curse but I don't really do that on social media anymore. NOW HURRY UP & BRING MY DAMN FOOD!

Wings were good, but not a fan of fake store bought blue cheese. Burgers were dry and tasted frozen. Crappy cheap battered frozen French fries. Not impressed...sry.

I got a delivery order to a nearby hotel which cost over $20 for a club sandwich, fried okra and an unsweetened tea. They didn't have the tea I ordered and the delivery person said they tried to call me, which they didn't. The fries and okra came with no sauce. Thanks for the overpriced gruel with nothing to wash it down with! I usually don't yelp but this place sucks.

Great atmosphere, live band, Wednesday nights are magnificent there. Go there a shake a Lil ting. Reggae music and a great crowd.

All iI have to say is YUMMY!!!! On our last visit I ordered the fried fish and shrimp dinner with fried okra and a salad. All of it was excellent but the fish was amazing. My husband got there ribs with fried okra and crab rice and he loved it especially the crab rice. You get alot of food for the price and i cant stop raving about it to all my friends. You must give it a try.

Delivery orders suck. I work at a Law Firm that is approximately 2 miles away and because of the fried shrimp and fries we order quite frequently. Every time we order the food takes at least an hour and is cold. Happy Hour is ok because my coworkers are so much fun:) This place has a few great bartenders but they also have a few very "judgmental" bartenders and servers as well who like to stare at you and not offer any service. As an ex bartender in DC I just don't understand why a bartender or server would be anything but nice as you are working for tips. There's one server in particular who is very mean spirited and I had to give her a piece of my mind the last time me and a few girlfriends stopped in for a few drinks. She was very rude and unprofessional. I asked her nicely if I could get a menu and she walked up to me and said "I don't know can you?" and proceeded to stare at me with an attitude. Where did he find his staff. Food is good but service sucks.

The original time I went to this location I had a really good time. However, I did a call in order coming from downtown which took me twenty minutes to get to the location and when I arrived my food was not ready and I still had to wait another 20 mins for it. When I got it and got to my home which I only live about 5 mins away, the food was cold and I just couldn't understand why it took so long. Please provide faster times especially for Togo orders.

I called to order approximately $30 worth of food for dinner. I was put on hold twice, and also when they picked up both times there was silence for 10 seconds before they even spoke. I heard them in background. It's rude. One item I was ordering was 15 wings. I asked them how many blue cheese dressings they put in order, she replied only one. I asked for another one but she wanted to change me for it. Ugh. I asked her how many come with the order of five wings?;she replied one blue cheese. Ok, so how many come with a ten wing order?; she replied only one blue cheese. Something clearly didn't make sense! It would make a lot of sense that as your order amount increases, so would the amount of condiment needed for it. I hate it when a local spot like this wants to squeeze every penny out of their customers. They can't pony up another blue cheese dressing for a wing order triple the size of their 5 piece, which hey offer one blue cheese dressing for??? Come on really! So I said sorry to waste your time, I'm ordering somewhere else. Now I'm waiting for Tamara Japanese Steakhouse to deliver my dinner!!! I probably will never order from not-so-chill-n-grill ever. Was the blue cheese worth he bad review and lost business?? I'll let you be the judge of that!

Didn't realize this place was half night club & half restaurant. My group went for the food & it now makes sense why it took so long to receive food & drinks. It was okay but I'm never planning on returning. The server, Liz, was great.

I Finally made it to this Establishment..My Mom(Sparkling Sherrie) Sells Smoothies around Town She's very Particular about Food.When we move to Charleston I kept Complaining about the food in town.Mom said go to Chill-N- Grill I promise you won't be Disappointed, I have to Say Mom was Right!! Food was Excellent & the Service was Amazing..Loved our Waitress Jasmine She was a Gem..My Husband also enjoyed his Food, He had the lemon pepper wings with Crab Rice and I had the Pork-chop Sandwich with Fries.We will definitely be back maybe as soon as Tonight..Lol The Atmosphere & Music was also Great!! We now have a place to take our New York Fam when they come to Town.

I had the pleasure of going to the Chill-N-Grill EXPRESS across from the old Naval hospital. Their weekly specials are very reasonably priced for the amount of food you are served. My staple piece is their wings they are not lacking in size or flavor. My choose of wings is the sweet and spicy version. What made me post today is when I switched up from fries to the broccoli. Oh my all I can say is it was the boom! If you get chance please give them a try. You want be disappointed.
