The employees are all friendly with big smiles, warm and kind. Ice cream is amazing, create your own flavors and add lots of goodies! Very creamy tasting, went two days in a row! Went back 3 more times, always the same, very friendly staff each and every time! You can make just about every combination of flavors you can dream of.

I took the kiddos here for the 1st time! It was a wonderful experience. The employees thoughtfully explained everything. The ice cream was amazing. Very yummy indeed!! Surpasses just regular ice cream. Watching it get made was fun! Think I may go back today!

A Fantastic First-Time Experience! We had our first visit to Chillin' Nitrogen Ice Cream today and it absolutely did not disappoint! The whole process of watching our custom ice cream being made with liquid nitrogen was fun and fascinating. A huge thank you and shout-out to the incredible team who took care of us: Vero, Chantelle, Janaria, and Natalia. Since it was our first time, they patiently and cheerfully explained exactly how it works, what our options were, and walked us through choosing our base and mix-ins. Their knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience perfect. The staff was friendly, the shop was clean, and the ice cream was delicious—super creamy and fresh. Highly recommend Chillin' and be sure to ask for the crew (Vero, Chantelle, Janaria, and Natalia) for an amazing service experience! We will definitely be back.

I don’t usually leave reviews but as I sat and enjoyed my Ice cream I had too. I took my toddler with me and not only did they make the ice cream it tasted amazing. To top it off the staff is extremely nice and professional and they also accommodated me: it is a very nice place even the bathroom is super clean. They have games and what took the cake for me is that they had books, coloring books and crayons for kids. That was so thoughtful for little ones to enjoy themselves. I do not live in the area but I will be returning.

You can tell he genuinely cares about making customers happy. His positive attitude and attention to detail made the whole visit even better. I had such an amazing experience at this nitrogen ice cream place. The moment I walked in I was greeted with the kindest energy from Vero, Janaria, Natalia, and Chantell. They made the whole experience fun from start to finish. The ice cream was super smooth and creamy, and watching them make it right in front of me with nitrogen was so cool. You can tell everyone here really enjoys what they do and cares about the customers. Vero and Janaria were so friendly and made great recommendations. Natalia made sure everything came out perfect. Chantell brought so much positive energy that it honestly made my day. This place is more than just great ice cream. It’s the people that make it special. The ice cream was literally the best we’ve had in our lives. I had the strawberry and both my parents had the dulce de leche. They loved it too! Natalia, Valeria, Vero and Janaria were great. They explained everything to us since we were new to this ice cream. Great, great, great!

Here on business and needed something sweet before heading back to my hotel and found this amazing place. First, the man behind the counter in red shorts- was amazing and greeted me with a smile. Second, it was kinda busy and he was a one man show with customers tapping their feet's and getting sh**ty because of the wait. But perfection takes time! Anyhow, great job by the mustache guy - my sugar free peanut butter cup really made my night!

A new, fun summer spot in Pines to beat this awful FL heat! Chill-N is having their grand opening today, 07/29, and giving out free small ice creams all day! Chill-N allows you to pick a base that can be ice cream, yogurt, tart yogurt, or No Sugar ice cream.. there's vegan options as well. Then, you pick a flavor and whatever toppings you please. What makes Chill-N neat is that they flash freeze liquid nitrogen with the ice cream to make it creamier and so smooth. My favorite flavor to get is the Yodha Matcha. So happy this opened up and I always loved the cute chemistry theme! Definitely will be back here all this summer!

I frequent here for their amazing ice cream. I even signed up for their rewards and got an offer for basically a free small ice cream for a birthday reward. Birthday is 5/8 and went in the store on 5/20 to be told they can no longer honor the treat because it was expired Spending $10+ for a serving of ice cream and the associate couldn't even assist me for my one free ice cream per year... What happened to customer service? I'll try a different location. It's just ice cream. Lost a loyal customer. Next

Amazing! Best Ice Cream EVER! Plenty of different options for all taste buds. We come once a month and the line moves fast. The staff is friendly and yhe music is always good. Kids love it here!

So excited that I can finally have ice cream again! Great gluten free and vegan options, menu is great to read so you know what you can and can't have! I'll be a regular!

If I can give this establishment zero stars I would. We took our kids to eat ice cream on Sunday and walked in to a half naked employee wearing little tiny shorts. Extremely inappropriate attire for an establishment where family and children go to. Our 6 year daughter even noticed, asking why that man is wearing those little shorts showing so much skin. Where I'm from we call those booty shorts. Regardless whether a man or woman is wearing those tiny shorts it's inappropriate but in this case it was a grown man and employee, apparently he's the manager ED. VERY DISTURBING. Do NOT go to this place. Very weird and odd. Not family friendly. I should have taken a picture.

Went there on Saturday at 7pm. It was packed. They messed up my order. Had to tell them what I ordered. It was chaotic. Why do I have to tell you what I ordered, just read the label you printed.
