All ice cream are mixed. All flavors and Mixins you choose are mixed into a unique ice cream. I order the Cake Batter + Salted Caramel with crackers and almond, very good. Another tip is the water, you can have free water at the machine by the restroom. The design and experience are unique, I really liked this place and ice cream. Super recommend

I don’t like that everytime I come to this location it’s always something wrong. If you know ChillN you know they’re ice cream is thick and creamy. Last time I came to get ice cream it was handed to me basically already melted, bummer. In terms of friendliness, the staff is nice but they DO NOT deal with customers in the order they arrive. I had 4 people served before me for a simple,no topping, plain ice cream order. I like Chill N but this location needs some more training.

I LOVEEE THIS PLACE. I go here every week and they are nothing but nice to me. The worker, Ana, always works fast and efficient to get me my very specific icecream due to my allergies. Would recommend !

Ok. This is easily the smoothest ice-cream in the city. Maybe in the state. Maybe in the nation. Maybe the world. I can NOT fathom smoother ice-cream. This place is AMAZING . It tastes fantastic, there are many options (dairy free or vegan even). The prices are reasonable considering that it is made using liquid nitrogen. It's fun for kids, it's pleasant for adults. Definitely fantastic ice-cream. Go here. Try it. Love it.

From the moment you walk in, the place feels like a fun science experiment mixed with a modern dessert bar. Watching them create your custom ice cream with liquid nitrogen right in front of you is pure entertainment — and the results? Absolutely delicious! I ordered the Nutella with brownie bits and peanut butter sauce, and wow... every bite was creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced. The texture is insanely smooth, and the flavor combinations are endless. Whether you're a chocolate lover, fruit fanatic, or a cookie dough junkie, there's something for everyone. The staff was super friendly and patient, especially as I took a minute to decide my toppings (so many good options!). If you haven't tried ice cream from Chill-N Nitrogen, it's a must! Some of best ice cream I have ever had. I would personally recommend the Nutella with Krispy Kreme 🔥! Don't mind the line, it moves quick plus you'll be distracted by the nitrogen creation station in front of you.

Ice cream was good, though it will not be our new spot to get ice cream in town, as our preferred spot is still better. The service was great and at the time of our arrival, the place was not busy at all. As soon as our ice cream was served though, they had a crowd in there, and not enough space/ workers. Those people had a wait for getting their ice cream! The atmosphere is very sterile, and not warm at all. They could use some art on the walls, or something to make the space a little more cozy.

This is one of my favorite ice cream spots. You can find a lot of Miami locals here. The nitrogen concept is unique to its own. People come here because they know that they will get what they pay for; that is good quality ice cream. The atmosphere is trendy with a great staff and upbeat music. Give it a taste, you won’t regret it!

I have been going to this ice cream shop since it was opened !!! They were one of the first in Miami to start with the concept of Nitrogen ice cream. They have great choices in flavors, bases, toppings, and sizes. The environment is always uplifting since it is an ice cream shop. Service can range depending on how many people are there because they obviously make your ice cream fresh. This is one of my forever go to

I remember trying Chill-N Nitrogen Ice Cream at a different location a few years back and loving the cute concept and delicious ice-cream. So, I was excited to try out their Pinecrest location. It's located in a shopping plaza with free parking. The place is rather small and was packed on a Sunday night. I was excited to see that they have non-dairy options. I opted for the coconut ice-cream base Nutella flavored with Reese's. However, I am fully aware that it is more difficult to make ice-cream and frozen drinks out of non-dairy milk. And sure thing: while my son's regular strawberry ice cream with sprinkles was perfectly creamy, smooth and, well-blended; mine was a bit more on the harder side and the Reese's cup didn't blend in like it's supposed to. Nonetheless, it was delicious. I will definitely come back and try a different type of base next time.

Of all the Nitrogen icecream shops in Miami, this one always keeps me coming back. Been coming here since 2013 and always happy. The team is also very friendly and helpful. Love their hot fudge ... probably my favorite. Their alternative milk options are plenty but I still with OG milk for now. The shop has some seating and there's a park across the street to go walk off the calories.

I ordered $30 of ice cream. When I went to pick it up it was sitting on the counter instead of a freezer. Needless to say the ice cream was melting by the time it came home. I rarely have ice cream. It looks like I'm not having it tonight either.

Disappointed. Don't order. Order in person. Check ur bag.beyond melted. Tossed in trash. This order was for the executive chef of a local hospital. Spoilage and temperature abuse.

Delicious, fresh, and they have non-dairy!!! They make all there ice cream and yogurt mixes with Nitrogen which is pretty cool coming from a chemist (; You can choose out of two bases ice cream or yogurt and have regular milk, almond or coconut milk. So many flavors like dulce de leche, chocolate, Nutella, berries, vanilla, strawberry, Captain crunch and so much more! Toppings are $0.60 extra and are mixed into the ice cream. Some toppings they have are sprinkles, brownie bites, cheesecake bites, strawberries, health bars, and more! All ice creams are made to order and must visit if you haven't tried it yet!

Great ice cream! It's a perfect spot for all & for people with food allergies. Fun experience for young kids to see.

Ordered the vanilla oat milk with Oreo as my topping. I never thought oat milk ice cream would be so delicious. My boyfriend ordered the apple pie oat milk version with graham crackers. It tasted just like an apple pie with ice cream. Highly recommend and will go back to try other flavors!

If you want to splurge on ice cream, chill-N is my favorite place to do so. I love getting the mix ins and they do have dairy free options! They have a good variety of bases (dairy and non-dairy) and a ton of mix ins. You can make your own or choose from one of their ice creams. There are always customers but you're never waiting for long!

The ice cream is delicious, and it's nice they have non-dairy options - my friend loves the flavors made with oat milk. I almost always order hot fudge, so it was nice that they gave me the option of having it on the side in a separate cup. And,oh my gosh, the hot fudge is outstanding. Unless you've brought noise cancelling devices, you may want to enjoy the ice cream outside. The machines are very loud. Extremely delicious ice cream! Highly recommend.

I am only an ice cream person, once in a while. This is the best ice cream, that I am going back the next day! So cool how they make it and so yummy and breast and fresh! My son got the yogurt base one and liked it as much as the ice cream base. Service was good and place looked cool.

Quality drop is alarming. I used to be a regular when they opened and I remember sticking the blue plastic spoon in both my Nutella & Biscotti Chill-N Nitrogen ice creams, putting the ice creams upside down and driving to my job without melting. Nitrogen gave this ice cream a competitive advantage by keeping it from melting therefore lasting longer. The mixture used to be excellent and was a consistent color all throughout without pieces of ice or ingredient lumps. The result used to be an excellent long lasting flavored Nutella cream. It wasn't a surprise for me to find out my ice cream was melting and very poorly mixed since the young lady was calling my name to pick up when I was still doing the tip section before my signature. I wasn't even sure if they just had done before I even ordered it. Normally they would take a few minutes mixing the ingredients and adding different rounds of nitrogen. Everyone always made an event out of the nitrogen bubbles sprinkling out and all over. Not any more. They are sacrificing quality by saving on nitrogen and time. My wife points out is fair to add that that I went there about 12 minutes before closing. I think the standard should be the same at all times. If no please let me know the cut off time. To make sure, we also went and compared the old pictures of the Nutella ice creams and there is a big contrast in those Nutella ice creams. It is sad because I have always thought this is the best nitrogen ice cream place in Miami Dade but lately it's been dropping the ball. Hopefully they consider this review and this is a wake up call. This is hands down Miamis best nitrogen ice cream. The ice cream is so smooth and has fantastic flavor. The only issue i've had lately with chillN is that they rarely take cash and only use the self service ipad. Personally, I'd rather pay cash when it is only a few bucks so I wish they would go back to taking orders in person. Besides that, I definitely think everyone should go to ChillN and have a delicious frozen treat!

I understand , Holiday party for employees is great, but what about to respect customers who found you on yelp and run in to closed store during business hours. It's neglect by management -you could easily update working hours on yelp, but you did not - 20 min wasted each way

Delicious ice cream with many options! As well as one of the only ice cream places I have found that offers a substitute for the "dairy," I usually order coconut milk ice cream with nutella and marshmallows and it tastes amazing!

They always greet you with a warm welcome, awesome ice cream and excellent quality! Love this place. My husband and I go at least once a week.

They opened this place when I was in high school, and it has become iconic for Palmetto Bay/Pinecrest folks. Chill-N is one of my favorite spots, especially in the summer time. There's something nostalgic about returning for a cup of fresh mango ice cream. I've enjoyed every menu item I've tried (which is a lot).

Highly recommend if you're looking for a delicious treat and to cool down from the Miami Heat, Chill-N Nitrogen Ice Cream is definitely the spot where you want to be. Service was great. The team members work very well with each other communicating and coordinating to keep customers happy. I will definitely be back next time I'm on vacation.

I use to take my teenager son and daughter to this shop all the time - this place is so yummy! Good quality ingredients and the ice cream is always constantly delicious no matter what toppings you add.

This is a very neat ice cream place in the heart of Pinecrest. It gets quite busy. It's worth it on a hot day. We ordered two small cups with one topping and two shakes with one topping and paid $28. We will definitely come here again.

Simply the best! They have all types of bases to use, and oat milk is my favorite; it's still very creamy and ice cream like. They have all types of toppings, which actually get mixed in, and there are enough flavors to please most everyone. Great place to come for either a dairy or non-dairy dessert treat!

It's just how Tupac said it...How do you want it? Well,I wanted it pistachio with honey blended in. I like how they ask what consistency you want your ice cream to be served in so I can either have a hard and crunchy treat or a soft and smooth one. There's plenty of decadent bases and mixing items available for all different flavor profiles. It's fun to watch them customize each order as they create your order based on the items you've selected. The consistency is more solid than frozen yogurt but it's served in such an unconventional way that it's worth checking out. The nitrogen quickly freezes your scoops as it's served for you upon your order. The staff churn those perfectly concocted creations so perfectly, elbow grease is certainly a factor here! I love the ice cream here so stopping by for a quick sweet treat is always a great idea!

I usually go to Chill-N once a week as my family got hooked. Lots of variety and good service. I've cream very tasty.

Going out and making it known that I think Chill-N is THE BEST ice cream place I've ever been too!! I'll never regret it, I'll shout it from the rooftops! The fact that their ice cream is so creamy and full of flavor makes me so happy! But the truth is, they are the best nitrogen ice cream place because they flash freeze the ice cream while they're making it. I've been to other places where they store the ice cream and then flash freeze it and the ice cream doesn't taste as good. If you're looking for a treat after a workout or for a date or just because, this is the place! It's a LITTLE pricey but honestly worth it! Plus, nowadays everything is pricey when t comes to food and desserts so might as well spend it on something good!

Delicious ice cream and great service. The young people that work here are super polite and hard workers. Because each item is made to order, it may take a few minutes but trust me, it is worth the wait.

A five for these folks please! There was a line of 25 people in front of us. We arrived at 10:20 pm and were served at 10:45. Is that impressive or what? Consistently we have been extremely pleased with their ice cream. This occasion I had a large Biscotti flavor and it was . So so creamy! Best Nitrogen made ice-cream in Miami.

The first nitrogen ice cream shop I've ever been to. The style is similar to regular ice cream shops where you pick what ice cream, base, and add one ($0.60ea) and then they make the ice cream right in front of you. To me, that has to be one of the most awesome sights to see. The way the smoke comes from the bowl due to the liquid nitrogen and how it gets made in seconds looks really cool but also tastes great as well. I got the salted caramel and I thought it was a little too sweet. I haven't tried this flavor from many different places but I didn't mind the sweetness, it just made me feel like I'm one step closer to type 2 diabetes. My friend got the vanilla with Oreos and honey added in and I thought that tasted really good, I should have gotten that too. If you ever have trouble picking from the plethora of combinations, they have special combinations written on the chalk board on the left by the entrance so you can just go with one of the three choices there. The service is good. There's not much to it since they just take your order and then they make the ice cream. Would come again.

Ice cream here is creamy "AF". Definitely worth the rage. Had the fat kid special with strawberry+brownies+Nutella. I just had a small and the portions were plenty. They also offer free water near towards the back. Thumbs up We need something like this in the northeast! Cheers and keep chilln.

The best. The best. The best. Delicious and creamy. So many options to choose from. This place gets seriously packed in a matter of minutes but it is soo worth it. Compared to every other 'nitrogen ice cream' this place is superior. I always stick to the basics (vanilla base with crunch, brownie and white chocolate chips).

Fun place to get a really darn good cup of ice cream. There are so many flavors to choose, from mint, to biscotti and everything in between. They have about 40 mix ins to add to the experience. A little pricey, but worth it. The ice cream is so smooth and the way they make it is fun to watch. Just watch out for the nitrogen clouds!

May 2, 2019: I recently went there with my daughter and her friend and her dad (4 of us). He told me about this place after we ate dinner together someplace else. He said it's better than many places I compared it to. So right away I got curious and was looking forward to going. Upon arrival, the shop was uncharacteristically empty. Standing outside, you can look into the glass window and see the beautiful interior. Once inside we were greeted by a very enthusiastic young man (mid 20's) who was more than ready to take our order. I suppose he assumed we were regulars (or I was a regular) but this was my first time. So, I wish he would've asked if we had any questions and explain: 4 choices to build your treat: -Ice Cream based (Milk) -Frozen Yogurt based -Coconut Milk -Tart Yogurt (less Sugar than the Frozen) After choosing your base (I chose Coconut Milk), you then choose your topping(s) or they call it mix-n's because they mix them in! Wow, so fancy when you can watch them make it right there in the mixer with the Nitrogen (I chose Peanuts & Pecans). I also got a Caramel drizzle on top...oh soo good! The movie scene Nitrogen fog is also a treat for the eyes. Guys, it's great quality ingredients to make a great quality Ice Cream product. And "all" of Pinecrest and surrounding areas respond and swipe their cards with argument for this treat. But OWNER, you have to train your employees in the area of customer service. There was not one person over 'let's say 25 years old, so they are trainable (I hope). For example, they young girl who made our orders, looked mad, upset, had no personality, made no eye contact, and chucked our cups on the counter without saying thank you or smiling. "You gotta work on that...because this is a business, take nothing personal, and I came from Homestead, and that was my experience. Your product is excellent! Your customer service is not. But I'll be back...Ice Cream is too good.

Great ice cream served by a very pleasant and enthusiastic staff. This is the place to go when you want to indulge in a sweet treat. Price is a little high but sometimes you just gotta treat yourself.

I'm giving it three stars because I absolutely love the ice cream here. It's creamy, it's creative, and there are so many toppings to choose from! Each of my experiences here has been different but always the service has been meh. I feel that at other ice cream places the service is so much more. I came here on an afternoon which was quiet and empty. No one there to bother us. I was happy that I had already been there but had this been my first time there was no interaction with the staff. They were just like what do you want? I get it. You don't want to work and you're tired. But at least you should say hello! Anyway I knew what I wanted so I quickly ordered. Nitrogen ice cream taste awesome. And the toppings here are amazing. There is even Krispy Kreme donut as a mix in. Definitely put that in there. Along with Nutella. Go bigger or go home. Great concept amazing ice cream but could bump up the service a notch.

Currently one of my favorites for ice cream. So many options to customize to any craving. I always get hot fudged on the side and just tried the coconut milk base for the first time, it was pretty good for a non-diary option.

I'm use to traditional ice cream from places like Haagen Daz and Coldstones. I also enjoy yogurt loaded with toppings.. but if your looking for something different and having a massive sugar overload, then come check out Chill B Nitrogen Ice cream. It was recommended through a friend and considering it was my brothers birthday, who wanted to check it out, we came here. They use a combination of a base layer of flavor that you pick like vanilla, chocolate, coconut and then you add to it in order to create your very own mixture of dessert in the form of ice cream. Very cool concept and depending on the size and how much you want to get creative will equal what you spend on this dessert. I ended up getting a combination of coconut, pecans, a Krispy Kreme donut, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and some dulce de leche all mixed in. It was a little too sweet for my liking but I'm sure there's ways to balance it and get a tasty treat. All in all, it was a great dessert and different experience.

When nitrogen ice cream was invented few years ago, it was instantly a big hit and Chill-N definitely was at the forefront. I used to go often back in the days when I lived closer to the Pinecrest location and when Karina F. was working. She was always so sweet. I loved getting the ice cream with Nutella and walnuts. Most of the times that I went, the place is almost always packed. Service is usually hit or miss, but the ice cream would always come out consistently great.

A little pricey but what isn't in Pinecrest. Great variety and tastes yummy. I like it.

This is where I go when I'm craving ice cream, but want something a little fancier and more fun than DQ (although I do enjoy seeing them flip the blizzard upside down.) Nitrogen ice cream is the new craze now, which is partly why this place stays packed. I've come at all hours of the day and there is always a line-- but it moves quickly! Usually not more than 10 min., even when it's out the door. All of the choices for flavors and mix-ins are displayed on the wall and arranged like the periodic table of elements...Yea, science!! You can get your creation as an ice cream or yogurt base. I stick with ice cream. On the far left of the wall, there is also a board that has popular creations that other people have gotten, or seasonal creations (ex. pumpkin spice, salted caramel), etc. These change every few weeks or so. I usually get one of these and tweak it a little to my tastes if I have no idea what to get. There are 2 sizes: regular for ~$5 and large for ~$6, then each mix-in costs extra. If you get a regular with 2 mix-ins, then you are looking at around $6 and some change w/ tax. The regular is more than enough for 1 person, maybe even for 2 to share. You can't go wrong with any of the flavors, I have liked everything I have tried here! One of my favorite things to get is the coffee ice cream with a Krispy Kreme donut mixed in. Heads up though, it is made with Cuban coffee so you will be WIRED. What sets nitrogen ice cream apart is that the nitrogen makes the ice cream super creamy and gives it a very rich texture. It does not seem to melt as fast as normal ice cream. Also, it's fun to see the fog from the nitrogen fill the air when they mix your ice cream. I can imagine it's even more fun if you are a kid... It is a small shop. There are only like 3 small 3 person tables inside and a few tables outside, which isn't great because everyone thinks it's a great idea to bring their entire extended family/sports team here and it gets very crowded, lol. So don't come expecting a place to sit, let alone a peaceful experience. A table *might* clear up by the time you get your ice cream, but don't get your hopes up. Sidenotes: -They do offer complimentary water in the back near the restroom. -They are set up w/ the Belly free rewards card that you can scan on the iPad near the register. After you get a certain number of points, you can get rewards such as free extra mix-ins, etc. It's small but hey, at least it's something :)

This is the first time I have ever been disappointed in Chill-N Nitrogen Ice Cream and I have been a loyal customer for the last four, maybe five, years. I asked for coffee ice oat milk ice cream with Oreos and shredded coconut and instead of the usual yummy, crushed Oreo cookie pieces found in each bite of my desert, I got ONE Oreo cookie, in tact, at the bottom of my cup. I only tasted coconut shavings in a few bites. Overall: terrible product especially since they have always been so consistent in the past. I'd like to believe they will better themselves in the future and that this negative experience was more the result of no follow through rather than the new business culture. The ice cream, itself, is tasty ... but I could have had that ordinary experience in my home.

I always enjoy coming here for a great ice cream. I have tried several flavors by now and my favorites are Nutella and peanut butter. I have come here plenty of times and have never been disappointed because the product is always consistent. I have gone to some of the other nitrogen ice cream places in town and none of them compare. The place is small so it's possible you may have to eat standing up. People tend to come in waves here sometimes you get lucky and there is no line but other times there is a line out the door.

This place gets packed for a reason. Try going on a late afternoon and you'll see the lines. I always get the large nutella and oreos in order to have a good night's rest. This is the equivalent as a 3 mile run (I've calculated it.) Eating ice cream is good for the soul I've heard someone say. P.S. Bathrooms are clean, I admire that from businesses.

Will never get enough of their nitrogen made ice cream, right in front of you!! Their ice cream is always so creamy and rich, love it! First pick froyo or ice cream, then pick your flavor, followed by your add ins. There are many unique toppings to choose from, including Krispy Kreme donuts! Their brownie add in is heavenly fyi Perfect for late night, lunch, or breakfast. (Basically go whenever they're open, you won't regret it! Sub a meal for a chill n ice cream, very worth hehe)

My husband loves Chill-N, so we've been coming here on occasion over the years. Ice cream is generally good & of great quality. My only issue with them is service & employees. We visited recently on a Saturday night & waited at the register for at least 5 minutes while employees had their own conversations - many of which saw us waiting at the register to order. The girl at the register turned around just before I was going to interrupt their conversation...as a paying customer. Service here is usually a hit or miss, lately it has been a miss. Unfortunately, won't be rushing back anytime soon.

SO CREAMY SO DREAMY. I've come to Chilln a few times since it opened, and I have never been disappointed! All I can say is good thing this place is a little far from my house, otherwise I'd be there every day! There may or may not be a line - just hang tight, it's well worth it. You pick your flavor and your mix-ins, see some magic clouds; and bam! Your delicious ice cream is ready. This ice cream is delicious (very rich) and so darn creamy. It's truly amazing. Like magic.
