Ruidoso is my vacation spot, and I will always come in here to get my favorite boba drink. Best one I've ever had!! 🍫🍭🍬They have a fun way to create your own bowl of goodies. The cheese cake is a 10/10.🍬🍭🍫 Most importantly, the customer service was excellent. Very nice people. They helped us understand how to build a goodie bowl and our boba drinks. 🍨🍭You can make a lot of fun stuff here! I really like how this store is centered around that, and the vibes put it all together. 🍭 🍨 If I lived in Ruidoso, I'd be in here all the time.

Super cute, eclectic, unique froyo shop!! Kids 17-4yrs enjoyed our visit and the variety of treats. Must visit when in Ruidoso!

Disgusting! The worst frozen yogurt I have ever had. It taste like a bad version of the Chinese buffet soft serve.

This place was super cute! You can go here and have a whole photo session. The kids loved the boba here. We got some old skool candy while here. We really enjoyed browsing the store. The customer service was just as sweet. I recommend stopping here if you live in town or just visiting for a little vacation like we were.

Super cute Knick knacks/souvenirs. We came an hour before closing time, and the staff were already putting tables but stopped to help. They were very friendly and helpful. Our birthday girl enjoyed her gifts and pink peppermint hot chocolate.

It was raining outside and this was a sweet stop along our walk in Ruidoso. The yogurt stations are along the wall, and are all self-serve. The facility is clean, spacious, and the staff is okay. The desserts are very pricey, but not outrageous, in-line with most specialty shops.

Imagine yourself walking down the streets of a sunny summer morning in Ruidoso and craving something sweet and fresh. Then you stumble upon this place. That was me. I was lucky enough to see it as the sun came down upon me. Options are not as many as other places that may sell this kind of sweets. But that means they can focus their energy on the items they do offer. It adds a lot to your walk and your stay in the city. Good family space If my sweet tooth is calling when in town you bet you'll catch me here matching on those delicious-looking gummies. Provecho!

My boyfriend and I are boba fanatics so when we saw the boba sign in the window, we had to try it. Note: only on the boba, nothing else. Ambiance - Cute cute cute. Nice murals on the walls and large games (Connect 4, Jenga) that you could play while there. The workers were also very friendly. Food - I didn't have very high expectations since this is Ruidoso, and I was surprised that boba was even sold here. Got the taro, but it felt very powdery and thick. The boba was also too hard to be enjoyable. Overall, I'd like to come back to try their other things, but their boba is a huge pass.

We love Simple Sugars. They always have great service, the employees are helpful and always up beat (even when swamped). I love that they have allergy options! My son has a dairy allergy, but he got to have his first froyo here. They mark their froyo with, gluten free, dairy free etc... it makes it nice knowing you can enjoy safely! Also, their churros are soooo yummy! We are locals and can't say how nice it is to have businesses here that offer so delicious treats, great atmosphere, and have great service.

i got a thai tea and it was good but the tapioca was over cooked and a little mushy. their pina colada slushees are super good! the service wasn't very good. which is why i gave three stars. it's a cute room though. they have lots of fun murals and things you can look at.

This place deserves five stars because of the excellent guest service we received from the young gentleman up front! He took the time to explain everything to us & make sure our orders were just the way we wanted them!! I just ordered a hot chocolate & my boo got a mango boba tea with kiwi popping bobas! The atmosphere here is just so cute and happy!! Definitely a cute place for a date or to hangout with family or friends! I loved it (-:

The wonderful service here is exactly why we come back and they are organized with Covid safe guidlines followed ever so carefully! The frozen yogurt bar is full of choices and we are so glad to support this small business during this uncertain time.

This is really a nice place for Ruidoso to have. Especially to have boba is such a secluded city. We we're so excited that we found boba here. Was nice to refresh with while we walked area checking out the boutiques. Inside was just so cute as well. We ordered the Taro with regular boba and it was perfect. They even had the boba made perfectly.

This little place is such a treat! We came here for Fathers Day and I feel so silly that we haven't gone sooner! So it's got a serve yourself bar of frozen yogurts/sherbet to make sundaes with. They also do smoothies of fresh fruit, shakes, fried Oreos, and a fun variety of bubble teas. I recommend the taro or horchata bubble teas- so delicious. The decor is really cute- very modern take on a soda shop with the classic pinks and aquas but cool art and comfortable seating. They have a cute fireplace too. They also have giant versions of classic games like Connect 4, Jenga, beanbag toss, and more. It's really fun!

Hands down the best churros I've ever had. Made to order and delicious! Service was awesome and nice place to sit in the sun right outside and enjoy your yogurt or desert!

What a great find! We were just walking down the street after wine tasting and the decor and music lured us in. Very inviting and what a wonderful selection of fro-yo goodies; they also have boba drinks! There are games to play if you want to just chill and hang out.

Worst customer service, but not surprised. As a pair of locals that patron this shop every weekend we were disgusted by the way we were treated today, 13 Aug 2022 @ 1730. Last weekend I shared this spot with another and the young ladies had no qualms providing spoons for the purpose of sampling. Today, I and my girlfriend visited the shop and decided to try different combinations. I tasted my combination from my own bowl, liked it so added more. When we reached the register we were charged $3.00 custom item. I inquired what that charge was and the very rude and unskilled girl replied, "we watched you taste some of the product before buying it" I then responded, "I was making sure I wanted to add more of the same product" she then said, "well we don't allow that" I inquired, "ok well last week the other young lady had no problem with sampling" she then shrugged her shoulders and said, "well I don't know what to tell you, I'm not going to allow it!". This snottiness could have been handled in a more professional manner. Walmart talenti will be the better weekend treat. Our year round money will no longer be handed to this company until there are improvements

My family and I had a great time at Chill Out! My son has severe food allergies and finding a safe place (with knowledgeable staff) can be tricky. I messaged with the owner and we found two sorbets that were safe. The staff was also knowledgeable, sharing the blenders were shared with peanuts. My son loved the blue pop sorbet and we felt safe with the setup. We will be back the next time we visit!

Wonderful service, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Self-serve frozen yogurt and toppings bar that would rival any of the chain stores in larger cities. I got the mocha boba and strawberry with popping boba. Fresh, fast, and tasty. This place is a great spot, do not miss!

Hell yes. Great spot for froyo. Would give six stars if allowed to. The server/cashier was very energetic and friendly. Offered a supersize gummy for my froyo without me even asking: a gummy python literally the size of my face. Very clean and artistic with lots of games including cornhole and big jenga. Highly recommended!

I needed some cupcakes for a meeting with friends and was a little skeptical about ordering vegan cupcakes (I'm NOT vegan, but my friend is and I wanted to make sure she had something tasty too). I was blown away at how delicious the cupcakes were. Red Velvet with cookie dough filling, carrot cake, and chocolate...you never would have known they were vegan. Seriously delicious. And the cupcakes are GIANT! The service was really friendly and accommodating too (Christine helped me). Cute little shop with a "sweet" decor that's definitely worth popping in. Pricing was lower than I anticipated, too. Their frozen yogurt selection was good as well. I'll order again from them!

My kids really love this place! Fun and tasty treats for the whole family. Toppings and flavors for everyone. Love the fun decor and atmosphere. A delicious treat!

Blah. Soft serve yogurts with too much sugar. By the time you add toppings, the price skyrockets. The layout is typical cheap ice cream shop with uncomfortable chairs. The only redeeming quality is their brownies.

Average froyo, nothing special. It's still as delicious as the average froyo though! Theres nothing wrong with stopping by sometime or with the frozen yogurt they serve.

Four because my 5yo needed to use the restroom and the closest public bathroom was a block down at the stop light across the street !! Aye! lol sooooooo don't go in and need to wash your hands or use the restroom while your there !! I got taro boba and the boba was a little under cooked and hard. My husband and daughter got froyo and they enjoyed it! Super cute little shop, not many options on bakery items. Go for the froyo !!

Very cute little store. Good frozen yogurt self serve bar with lots of toppings. Large Jenga and connect four set for kids. We also got a mountain God's smoothie which was very fresh and tasty. 5 stars definitely from the service. Two younger employees extremely helpful and just wonderfully nice.

This place is sooo perfect after a day at play. So many flavors and a topping bar beyond what to expect from most shops like this. Fun activities to play and rocking chairs and the decor is soooooo cute and Instagram worthy along side your cup of sweet treats! The lady working cleaned and helped customers effortlessly and I love to see food areas kept so nice like she did. Especially cleaning after kids and families left. The frozen yogurts were delicious and we will be back!

You can't go wrong with a frozen yogurt bar but this place also has great smoothies and other drinks. Great friendly staff

One of THE best cupcakes I've ever had. In town for two days and had the chocolate cupcake with strawberry frosting, twice. Every bite was DIVINE.

Very good and worked well with our severe nut allergies. We were able to get what we wanted and did not have to worry about the cross contamination. She was very confident about us eating there and it worked out well!

The ice cream reminded me of the cheap stuff you get from a Chinese restaurant, the place was cute according to my wife, the topping were good and clean and the young girl was helpful and friendly.

Just discovered this bright and fun place in Ruidoso. We ordered the Sea Salt Caramel Shake with Pretzels....absolutely amazing!! The pretzels provided the perfect savory balance to the scrumptious caramel. Enjoyed the rockers and bean bag toss. What a fun place!

OMG!! A hidden gem in Ruidoso!!!! Ok,,,, I have had frozen yogurt from almost every place in California.. This place is awesome!!! Amazing flavors and very cool decor!!! Will definitely be back!!

Been wondering when someone was going to open a frozen yogurt shop in Ruidoso. Cute place. Self serve frozen yogurt, assorted toppings and also cookies, brownies, muffins, etc. The yogurt and toppings were pretty typical froyo, which is good. We enjoyed our yogurt in the chairs out front. Relaxing and fun! The shop was pretty new when we went so she hadn't posted store hours yet. The first time we drove by we thought it was closed. Worth a stop for dessert, or quick treat you can enjoy inside or out. Good location, right next to Starbucks.
