Chilliesine Indian Restaurant

The ultimate comfort food. I adored their palak paneer curry with naan (no photos because I devoured it before remembering). Plating presentation was also on point. Look at how beautiful this lamb shop was presented. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking to have authentic Indian food in Taichung.

Excellent food! They catered to our request without allergens. They have a good variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes. One of the best Indian restaurants!!! If I go back to Taichung, it would be to just eat at this place!

Our group had a lunch there. Nice clean welcoming place, very nice interior. All Veg Non Veg food taste, variety was really good. Only one suggestion, they need to improve their tandoor starter item preparation, need to roast properly, I gave this suggestion to the manager also, otherwise rest was really mouth watering tasty. I reserved my table via google maps and when I arrived, they were so welcoming. From start to finish the staff was super nice and attentive. The atmosphere was very nice and quiet. The food was well portioned and so good! When I paid they gave me a voucher, so I’ll be back pretty soon!🤗

Atmosphere okay okay, food the only thing i can taste was chilly although not chilly but indian food is more flavourful but this has only one flavor thats chilly 😂 tomato shorba sweet as hell, samosa chat bearable, butter chicken not buttery no umami, abd chicken pcs hard, way too different street butter chicken in india would win Against them, masala papad cone lack masala, food was served in 5 minutes or less i dont know whether its good or everything was pre prepared nothing fresh, way below expectation for Michelle guide, i have been living in taiwan for more then 3 years and this is was the worst indian good experience

Strongly recommend that Indian restaurant you may believed in the foods and services while you eaten, experienced. Pumpkin soup, Hit Masala Milk Tea and Mix Tikka are my most favorite meals at here. Last, enjoy your meal with your family or friends in the future.

Indian food! Curiously, their branding seems to have more English than Chinese Their naan and rice was good. The plain tassi tastes like plain yogurt, which makes sense. The samosas were very filling Apparently if you give them a review, you get a free dessert as well, which is very nice of them

One of the better Indian restaurants in Taichung City, of the three locations listed for the chain this one (#47) is the better and #156 is closed. Restaurant appeared clean and well maintained with the air conditioning working well. The food itself got thumbs up from three of my fellow guests from India, most of the food was ordered with "medium" spice level as some of the other people I was eating with couldn't tolerate very spicy food, if you do like very spicy food go for the "spicy" heat setting. I really enjoyed the lamb chops one of the specialty dishes along with the large choice of naan bread, with the Aloo Naan being one of my favorites. For seven people the bill came out at NT$1,300 each which included Kingfisher beers and a bottle of wine, all of the wines are Italian for some reason. In all an excellent Indian food and pleasant atmosphere with prompt service (button on the table for calling similar to many I have found in Japan).

The Indian food here is really good! It's a bit expensive if you order their set meal combo, then it's a pretty decent selection of different dishes that you can split. I really loved their tandoori chicken which was really moist. My one complaint was that their food was not spicy enough. I'm used to pretty spicy Indian food but I found that their dishes were lacking in heat. My friend asked for a really spicy dish but it was the same amount of heat as all of the other dishes. I really loved the desserts. They have four: a cake, gulab jamun, an ice cream, and rice pudding. I loved the ice cream because it had saffron. I would come here again but I would have to be really clear about wanting the spicy level to be high.
