A cozy spot brimming with Hong Kong's culinary gems, showcasing a tight selection of delectable noodle dishes and local charm, perfect for a quick bite.
nice foods and typical Hong Kong local stores, which provide almost no service, very wild range of choices on foods, location is nice but a rather a little too small, generally a place worth coming again.

Love the small shop and the service from Aunty Jacqueline. If you can’t speak Cantonese, just find her. Ordered radish, mushrooms, intestines and meat balls. Michelin worthy is true. Continue to shine 千色!

Really really salty and the broth was extremely heavy and undrinkable. I asked for a little spicy and this tasted way more than a little spicy. Not a wide range of toppings either and the price was expensive. Also ordered a soy milk and that was too sweet. Disappointing to say the least considering this was voted a one Michelin star stall for three years running.

You can hardly find a "Che Chai Noodle" Cart noodle nowadays. This one is good, but really cannot compare with what I ate 20 years ago. This is good because you got less choice now. But it does have something impressed me, the "Pig Skin" and "Dong Gu"(Dried Mushroom).

If you like pigs blood, the one here is a 'must' try. Pig skin is average but not outstanding. The best of all is turnip and should be ordered in every bowl.

Small but lot of choices, not comfortable seat good for quick bite.
