I never got a chance to try the food. I couldn’t get passed the bad customer service. My son is Autistic and the lady taking orders informed me, “they do not serve special people at this at the restaurant, they only serve normal people”. She also informed me, that I would have to wait in my car for 15 minutes because she did not want my son inside of the restaurant. I will never go back to this restaurant and I am looking into filing a formal complaint with ADA. If I were you, I would not eat or spend money at this restaurant. If they can treat a child with special needs this way, just think how they treat their “normal” customers. My only regret is I didn’t take a picture of the lady, I was too upset and left the restaurant.

The cashier Said I couldn't eat there . But I was just checking my food not sitting down or anything definitely needs better management the food is edible but I was hungry. Won't go here again terrible customer service

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. My order was taken incorrectly, and when I brought it to the staff’s attention, instead of correcting the mistake, they insisted on charging me again for the proper item—despite the incorrect dish sitting right in front of them. I was dismissed and ignored throughout the interaction, which made the situation even more frustrating. Unfortunately, this lack of accountability and poor customer service has cost them my business permanently.

Food is amazing. I have been coming here for years. All types of lo mein are good. It’s tasty. It’s seasoned well and this place has been around forever. I absolutely will never stop coming here because it’s soo good and the cost is great. Food is always on point. The food is always plenty and the lunch special you can’t beat the price $10

I ordered from China House located, 10942 Pembroke Road, Miramar, FL 33025, for the first time. Got home and ate the 2 egg rolls, then ate ONE spare rib and it was as tough as leather. I bit into another and it was worse than the first… so I tasted the General Tso’s Chicken and the chicken was somewhat fatty, and some tough. I called them up and said the chicken and ribs were very tough—so much that I couldn’t even rip the spare rib apart. The guy (3rd party service) asked if I could drive it back, and I did. Was greeted by the owner or manager, and she took the food out of the bag and asked where the egg rolls. I told her that I ate them and she can charge me for them. She proceeded to inspect the food and said, “Nothing looks wrong with it.” I said, “Pick it up and eat it and you will see how tough they are. She said she’s been selling General Tso’s all night and no one else has complained. Then she said, “You ate ONE spare rib and I have to charge you for it (it was like $2.35) I said, “How the hell would I know it’s bad if I hadn’t tried it?” I said what I find incredible is that you are more concerned about what you want to charge me than making a customer happy.” Get this—she said she is not there to make customers happy. I was just done with her and said, “Just refund what I didn’t eat.” Told her I will write a review as well as complain to the Better Business Bureau. She said, “Go ahead.” I would NEVER EVER order anything from there EVER again! What this country is going through and people are trying not to spend money—you would think an establishment would handle this situation much better professional !!!

We paid $53.13, for disgusting food. chicken wings wasn’t cooked or cleaned properly, bar-bee q spare ribs was hard, sweet and sour chicken was definitely chicken, chicken fried was so dry as if it was made a week ago. lady that took our order was not pleasant did not greet us at all. called into customer service for them to me that we should’ve reported the issue right away and i told her we lived far. by the time we got home they were closed which is why i called today which is the next day. i still have the food. they refused to give me a replacement. the reviews that are positive, i would take those reviews with a grain of salt. this was not my first time ordering here but it’s definitely the last.

We ordered takeout on Uber Eats. This was the worst Chinese food I have ever had. The beef broccoli was slimy. My wife got me Mu Shu pork. The pancakes were tortillas. Like white flour grocery store tortillas. 😳😂🤢

The Cashier is nice… The restaurant serves the best egg foo young… she just sounds mad sometimes, but thats just how she is. affordable lunch specials, my favorite orange chicken special with wonton soup…

Monday nights is not their night. The food was underwhelming, which is sad because on Friday and Saturday nights is great. The crab Rangoon was chewy instead of crispy which makes me wonder about the freshness. The chicken fried rice smelled burnt.

I order food from China House in Miramar Fl. througt Beyound Menu. When we got the food it came inside a plastic bag, but it had flies inside the bag. I had to cancel the order because it will take an hour to get the food re-done. Edgar

Food is horrible, the fried rice was the wrorst I've ever had, The General TSO Chicken was unfavorable, no taste at all. The soup watery unfavorable. The fried wontons were to hard to eat and the meet inside did bit taste very fresh.

I have a special knee patient and I called to order something which was fried rice and chicken wings. She misunderstand what I said and give me a chicken wings with sweet barbecue, which my patient cannot eat that so I asked her if she could just please take out the chicken wings and just give me some plain chicken since it was a miscommunication very politely and nicely. She refuse start talking crazy to me and refuses to give me a refund. I had to call the police for her to try to give me a refund or remove the chicken wings. the police was useless. I end up leaving the food. Because there's no need for it and he cannot eat it and I did not get my refund. So I end up losing my money for two plates of food I really wish that if my job was not dependent on me staying out of jail, I really wanted to make her meet her maker

China house food is good; it's been at this location for many years. The food is consistent with taste. I normally lick up my order when in the area; If not I'll repair delivery. They still deliver; the boneless ribs are my favorite. I don't have. Remember that I ask for the hot oil for your rice Lomein

Just moved to the area and found this flyer in our move in package. The food was tasteless as though it came from a box. Super moist sticky shrimp fried rice. Husbands's Tao chicken was bland. We had to throw it away. Yuk.

Food I would give a 7/10. I will say the lunch special price was $10 and included main, fried rice and soup. So decent portion, decent food.

BEWARE TERRIBLE SERVICE. Ordered chicken with vegetables and received only vegetables. When I called the lady was very rude and blamed me for her mistake. Wanted to give me a $2 instead of the actual price of the item. Yelled at me the entire time, the rude woman demanded I send her back the opened food because "im not keeping free food" it freaked me out, what if they are given clients food that has been delivered to other houses. This is our go to Chinese takeout spot! We moved to the area about three years ago and order food from here at about once a month. The food is always quick and consistently tasty. We have ordered both takeout and delivery and never been disappointed. We were worried when they closed briefly during COVID-19 but they are back up and running with safety precautions put in place! We always split a large Mixed Soup which comes with crunchy noodles. My boyfriend gets the Honey Chicken and my staple is the Chicken with Broccoli! Great food, great price, great staff!

This is my neighborhood Chinese spot and a great location. Food is always fresh and ready to go when I pickup. Food is tasty. I get the boneless spare ribs and sesame chicken a lot and it always tastes well. Quality rice always. I would recommend this spot to everyone and the prices are great!

i ordered a $25 order and the rude lady wanted to charge me $1.35 for 6 packs of soya source. I told her the sauce your giving me is not enough. Her response $1.35. I left the food and went to dragon gate. Maybe she doesn't realize there are other Chinese restaurants around, lol The lady has no customer skills what so ever.

DON'T BUY WHERE YOU'RE NOT RESPECTED!! What a filthy establishment. I called to place an order 45 minutes before close. He told me he closes in 5 minutes. How???? I asked to place the order and pick up bc I was 5 minutes away. He said come and they'll make the order. I get there at 930 and they turned off the light and locked the door. SERIOUSLY??? WHAT A DISGUSTING GROUP OF PEOPLE! And I saw them cleaning the grill with the mop off the floor! DONT GO HERE NOT UNLESS YOU WANT TO BECOME FATALLY ILL WITH BUGS FROM THEIR BATHROOM MOP!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Delivery wonton soup. Had 4 wontons that were tasty, but broth was terrible. Steamed dumplings were good and dipping sauce as well. Beef lo mein was horrific, laking flavor and garnishment, and was so oily it made me ill. Mystery meat?

The service was quick when we went to pick it up. However, my entire family felt so sick less than 24 hours after eating. I only had the food and still felt horrible. We fortunately will not be eating here again.

call the restaurant for a pick up order the owner that picked up the phone was very rude and racist towards African-American people simply ask to repeat the order and she was just nasty, sarcastic and racist. Please don't order in a lot of our black order from there. Please be advised they don't want our business. They're racist, rude and very condescending charge my card and I had to dispute the car charge with my bank. Please beware honest review.

This is not only the worst Chinese Restaurant it's the worst restaurant ever! I really wish this restaurant would move out of my neighborhood so a better restaurant can move in. I order food tonight and it was absolutely awful! The chicken-fried rice & crab Rangoon taste like cardboard, the ribs were so saucy it looked like it was smeared with blood and the spring rolls were so salty I know my blood pressure is sky-high and ( I don't have high blood pressure). This is the worst restaurant bar-none and the customer service is just as bad as the food! I highly recommend that no one ever eats from this place. I think I'm gonna call channel 10 to do an investigation on the nasty-tasting restaurant

Don't let that 3 stars fool you this place is absolute garbage the beef taste like plastic the ribs are rubbery and even my dog was struggling to get the meat off the bone. Remember that sights show you the average maybe those 5 star reviews from 7 years ago are true but as someone who is eating their food today I can firmly assure you that this food is absolute garbage.

The quality of the food is disgusting. The sauce of the barbecue ribs were grainy. The rice was cold. The social fried rice was old. The lo mean noodles were hard. Disappointed with the quality of food. Contacted the owner/manager and she said she cannot do anything. No credit, no refund. Hung up on us when we called. Super rude and disrespectful. They lost a 6 year old loyal customer.

I was very leery about trying Chinese food from out of town. I went on google and yelp and while China house didn't have the best reviews ; they were average. I went twice because I really enjoyed their food. My first night I had the bourbon chicken and fried rice dinner combo with an egg roll and some crab rangoon with extra onions. Although I'm not a fan of a Chinese food with yellow rice it was very good. The Bourbon chicken was not too sweet and the egg roll and crab Rangoon were hot, not greasy and very flavorful. The second time I got food it was Sweet and Sour Chicken with Crab Rangoon, fried rice and an egg roll. The Crab Rangoon was a little sweet this time and the sweet and sour sauce was a little watery and the chicken was mostly breading. I would say it would be better if they had a little better customer service. I'm pretty sure they charged me because I wanted extra onion one day because I got the same combination of food and the same price but different pricing at check out. If you need somewhere that's pretty consistent for basic Chinese food I would recommend trying them out

This was my last visit. This place is turned to garbage. I used to frequent here only for jumbo shrimp with Szechuan sauce. I was afraid to eat anything else because you can see the rice and chicken are out in the open. The quality of the food has been on a steady decline but its conveniently located so I just dealt with it but today was it! Now they are serving small shrimp " if this is even shrimp?!" For the same price. The shrimp looked deformed. Gross! Im done!

License #: SEA1620276 Last week 6 people from our office ordered the lunch specials to go, and that same day we all came down with food poisoning. The Chinese food was all we ate that Monday and each of us had the same symptoms of throwing up and diarrhea. When we called China House to warn them of the food poisoning, the manager was very rude and accused us of making ourselves sick. She stated she did not need our assistance in helping to be cleaner. The manager also stated they only clean 30 mins out of each day. Meanwhile there are several reports of roaches in people's food and dead roaches lying around the workplace where they cook. Do not eat here as the service has gotten worse in the last 3-5 years since the original owners have left.

If you are looking for poor customer service, rude, deplorable behaviors from staff & manager: This is your spot. If you dare bring anything to their attention, do not wait for accountability, and customer support. I ordered lunch 2x, the food was salty, not freshly made; consequently, I informed the manager's, and cashier who took the order. They quickly became defensive, raised hell, and failed to course correct their poor service. What a waste of money!

This restaurant is the nastiest Chinese place. I went to pick up my food and saw 3 roaches in the dining area along with a rat in the kitchen. I do not recommend this place and they should be shut down. If I could give zero stars I would-Kristina

This is by far the worst Chinese restaurant you can order from and it will have you upset with how terrible the customer service is. The customer service is completely terrible and the disrespectful lady who answers the phone to take order is by far the worst I have ever in counter with. She will cut you off , tell you to hurry up with card information and hang up in your face if you complain about how rude she is. She has the worst attitude imaginable. They will literally deliver food that is not edible to eat and will try to not give a refund back if you complain about the terrible service and food quality. I highly wouldn't recommend this Chinese restaurant the food is dissatisfying and the service is terrible. Definitely a rip off. If I can give this place 0 stars I definitely would have . Be aware of this establishment.

I ordered for the first time today (delivery) and I'm so glad I finally found my neighborhood Chinese food takeout! We ordered the General Tso's dinner special, which comes with steamed rice and an egg roll. It was superb. The sauce was just the right amount of sweet and spicy. The chicken was barely breaded, but perfect for it to hold on to the delicious sauce. The egg roll arrived crispy still. Next time I'll order 2, or 17 of those. The Szechuan style steamed tofu was the BOMB. The tofu was clearly steamed and finished on the grill or maybe it was tossed in the wok with the vegetables. It had a thin crispy layer, which gave the bite a perfect texture. The vegetables - oh my God those vegetables - I could not believe the taste! I never thought I'd write a review about broccoli, those were sincerely the best ones I've ever had. The szechuan sauce was the perfect way to blanket the tofu and vegetables over the bed of fantastically steamed rice. My dinner was delivered promptly and with a smile. I owe my fellow yelpers some pictures, it was THAT good. For now, all you get is menu pictures until I order from China House again, which will most likely be tomorrow.

It's supposed to be honey garlic chicken that is just write to them and the rice is very very hard like it's old rice .. thanks for waste of 13 dollars ... I only got 5 chicken wings and you can go somewhere else get 10 or 8 for the price I paid . They need fix they attitude problem

Ordered via Uber Eats the food was good but the price changed after I ordered and was told by Uber Eats it was the restaurant that changed the price. If they are going to put one price in the App and then change it without an explanation that is bad customer service.

Had to try China house because my local place was not open, but everything was very good food was ready when I got there. Will for sure come back again.

I literally just got my food and I'm disappointed. The delivery took an hour and let's just say I will not be eating the food because the chicken is so WHITE and hasn't been cooked properly. I ordered chicken lo mein and chicken with broccoli and never have I ordered from a Chinese restaurant and my chicken looks white. Not to mention tasteless. The honey garlic wings lacked any sauce and was dry. First and last time ordering. Definitely don't recommend

Review from 10/20/2014 (Old post)-- I got Ham Fried Rice with no vegetables because I figured it's the one thing that you can't go wrong with. It was good! On top of that, I also got the Chicken and Broccoli, and to say that was good would be an understatement; it was probably the best I've had! :)

For takeout, this place is great. Food is decently priced, large portions and ready on time. The food isn't amazing but it's pretty good and definitely good for the price. Just remember you get what you pay for- i.e., the krab rangoons are tasty but mostly cream cheese and a little l krab. I suggest calling ahead to shorten your wait. The restaurant is small and very warm. The two tables are usually taken or covered in boxes so eating there out even waiting very long isn't very comfortable. Delivery isn't bad but we live very close and delivery just takes quite longer than you'd expect so picking it up is faster and easier.

I will tell you why 2 stars! The food is great!! The portions are awesome and the prices good!! But why do I have to take a sarcastic "Ha!" From the delivery guy because he thinks it is too little the tip I gave to him? If they demand a minimum fee for delivery then charge it!! But after paying more than $50 in food...I won't pay 15% or so for a tip just because he brought me the food! Talk to your boy!

Most of the time the food is excellent. At times I received food that was not very good. I love the Crab Rangoons, General Tao Chicken, Honey Garlic Nuggets, Chicken LoMein, Large Shrimp with Broccolli (Jumbo delicious shrimp), Fried Wontons stuffed, Shrimp Egg Foo Young - Chicken Noodle Soup when I am sick really hits the spot! I believe there is a cook or two that really knows Chinese food - and at times, I believe that they have a cook or two that are not so great. I keep ordering from here for quite a few years now because they are always nice but very busy people. If I gave them the chance they would replace the food that was not so well prepared. I can't expect 100% perfection all the time, but on the whole I recommend them and I love the delivery service.

I've ordered from this restaurant 2-3 times before. Last night was the last time I'll ever order from them. I ordered for pick up. And as usual I get home serve plates out and eat. Only to find out there is a bug in my chicken . Never have I ever spat out food so fast in my life. Please if you're reading this and you've ordered from here before or looking to order. Double check your food if not don't even order from here at all. Disgusting !!!!!!!!!

If I can give 0 stars I would. The manager here or the lady at the front desk is the most bitter and rudest woman I've ever met in my life. EVERY time we place an order, she has something slick to say or rushes you despite how much you are paying for their food. As for the food, it's decent but she treats not only the customers like this but as well her staff. I'm not sure how she is still working there but someone needs to fire her. Training can't even cure her stank attitude. The way she speaks is as if you should know the answers to substitutions or delivery fees etc. She also hangs up without telling you the time nor total. I've dealt with this each and every time we place an order. The only reason they get my service is because my spouse enjoys their krab ragoon the most out of the other locations from us. Please fire her or get new management!

Not a clean restaurant. Found food contamination. Not the first time it happened. First time I ordered shrimp fried rice and found pork in my food, I had to throw it away. This time I bought chowmein figuring there's no way they can mess that up. Found what looks like pork or beef in there again. I asked them if everything is clean because I don't eat pork and beef, they lied and said yes. If they contaminate food like this, what else are they doing that we don't know of? You can see it right on top of the shrimp. Didn't even bother checking the rest, just ended up throwing it away. Not a good or safe place to eat.

Great and fast service. Love their shrimp fried rice. Awesome orange chicken with real orange peels and the honey garlic chicken is fire.

I will never order anything from this place again....I was upset to see that i didnt receive the type of chicken wings ive known this place to serve...instead i was given refried Publix SuperMarket Chicken Wings....the deceit really pissed me off

I've never had a problem here. As a matter of fact, I love this place. It's not a dine in place so you would either want to order take out or delivery (though they do have a few small tables inside). I always order the Fried Szechuan Tofu with mixed veggies extra spicy. If you like nice firm tofu, order it fried because this dish normally has steamed tofu. I believe the chefs are Hispanic but man do they make a mean Chinese style tofu dish. I've eaten this dish often but usually I keep it all to myself. Last night, I served it to my husband and he asked for seconds and he's not a tofu fan. The sauce in this dish is so good. I've seen good and bad reviews written for them but they seem to have a huge customer base so I think most can agree that the food is good. Maybe the customer service isn't the best, maybe someone found questionable ish in their food. I haven't had a problem though and I hope I never will because I love this tofu! Yummy!!!!!

We order this place once a week, it's always great! Food is always warm! It all has such good flavors. The staff is always friendly, and doesn't mind when we ask for extra things! We love to order the family pack because more bang for your buck! I've never had issues ordering, we always order online and never takes longer than 15 minutes to get our food!

I bought the lunch special boneless ribs and it smelled so good...the min I got home I tasted the rice and I was a little hard...but I continued to eat...once I was done I took a nap. Immediately when I awoke I had stomach pains...I thought that maybe if I rested it would go away...nope. I was up all night in the bathroom and my stomach is still in pain. Never again will I buy anything from them and they have actually made me not want chinese food anymore.

I used to patronize this location when I worked in the area and it was pretty good local Chinese food. I recently went because I was craving Chinese food and I was a bit disappointed with my meal. The General Tso's chicken was pretty good but that's were it stops. The wonton's in the soup were doughy and barely had any meat. The shrimp egg roll only had one shrimp in it, which was disappointing. Can't say I'll be back unless some improvements are made.

Always a good experience when ordering delivery from this place. Never a disappointment. They are fast and efficient when taking your order and food always shows up hot. I think this place deserves more stars than what they currently have. Reliable, inexpensive and tasty!
