I would leave absolutely ZERO stars but that's clearly not an option.
I've literally been ordering from here for over 15 years. I've been a loyal customer and this is the SECOND time they've messed up my orders and did nothing about it.
First time, the guy misheard what I said and sent us the wrong food. I called to let them know and the guy was rude and basically said I was in the wrong. I spoke to the owner afterwards and he promised me a free combo meal to replace the wrong order for the next time. I never received the free combo meal.
This time, the woman took my order, said it back to me, and said it would be about an hour because they were busy. I said that would be fine. I placed the order at 8:40 and it came at 10:05. That is not the part where it gets bad.
Part of my order was not delivered. I called and the same woman asked me what I was charged. I tell her, and she said she never charged me for it. Why would you take down the order, repeat it back to me and then completely forget to charge me for it? The menu they sent showed that she circled the meals. If she realized that I was undercharged, she should have called me and let me know. I would have been perfectly fine paying for the correct amount FOR THE CORRECT ORDER.
Instead of fixing the issue right away, she puts the phone down and I can hear her collecting money from whoever was there.
This place has completely lost a loyal customer that they had for over 15 years.
